Abstract

A portable protection case and a display are provided. The protection case adapted to hold a display device includes a body and a hanger assembly. The body has a surface. The hanger assembly configured to connect the display device includes a fixed member, a base, an elastic member and a holder. The fixed member is disposed on the surface of the body. The base is disposed on the fixed member. The elastic member is connected between the fixed member and the base for providing the base with an elastic force. The holder is disposed on the base for holding the display device.

Portable protective box and monitor

The present invention relates to a protective box and a display, and particularly relates to a portable protective box and a display including the portable protective box.

A general display device (such as a liquid crystal display device) is relatively inconvenient to carry compared with a portable display device due to its large size and heavy weight. Therefore, under normal circumstances, users do not want to carry such a display device outside.

However, there are still some users who need to carry such display devices when going out. For example, after some professional photographers take outdoor photography, most of them need to use a liquid crystal display device with accurate color accuracy to confirm whether the color of the captured image meets the requirements. In this case, a portable protective box and a display including the portable protective box are needed.

The present invention relates to a portable protective box and a display including the portable protective box, which can prevent the display device from being damaged by impact during transportation.

According to one aspect of the present invention, a portable protective box is provided, which is suitable for carrying a display device. The protective box includes a box body and a hooking component. The box has a surface. The hook assembly is configured to connect to the display device, and includes a fixing part, a base, an elastic part and a bearing part. The fixing part is arranged on the surface of the box body. The base is arranged on the fixing member. The elastic member is connected between the fixing member and the base to provide the base with an elastic force. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the display 1 includes a portable protective box 11 and a display device 12. The portable protective box 11 includes a box body 13 (marked in Figure 1) and a hooking assembly 100 (marked in Figure 2). The box body 13 may be a luggage box, an equipment box or other similar trolley-type or portable box structure, and includes an upper cover 14, a pivot mechanism 15 and a lower cover 16. The upper cover 14 is connected to the lower cover 16 by means of a pivoting mechanism 15. The pivoting mechanism 15 is, for example, a hinge element, so that the upper cover 14 can rotate relative to the lower cover 16 to be in an open or closed state.

The box 13 has an accommodation space 13S. The display device 12 can also be optionally installed on the portable protective box 11 for convenient use by the user. The back 12S2 of the display device 12 can be selectively connected to the hook assembly 100 so that the display device 12 is arranged on the portable protective box 11.

The hook assembly 100 is disposed on the surface 14 a of the box body 13 to connect to the display device 12. In some embodiments, the surface 14a may be the inner surface or the outer surface of the box 13, for example, any inner surface of the upper cover 14 or the lower cover 16 facing the accommodating space 13S. The following embodiments are all described on the basis that the hook assembly 100 is disposed on the inner surface of the box 13 (labeled as the surface 14a), but it is understandable that the present invention does not specifically limit the surface 14a as the inner surface of the box 13. Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 3A, FIG. 3B and FIG. 4, the hook assembly 100 includes a fixing member 110, a base 120, an elastic member 130 and a supporting member 140. The fixing member 110 is disposed on the surface 14 a of the upper cover 14. The base 120 is disposed on the fixing member 110. The elastic member 130 is connected between the fixing member 110 and the base 120 to provide the base 120 with an elastic force. The supporting member 140 can be fixed to the base 120 for supporting the display device 12.

Please refer to FIGS. 3A and 3B. In this embodiment, the fixing member 110 is a thin plate-shaped fixing piece. The hooking assembly 100 may further include a connecting assembly 160, and the fixing member 110 may be fixed on the surface 14 a by means of the connecting assembly 160. The connecting component 160 may be any element or structure for fixing the fixing member 110 on the surface 14a. For example, the connecting component 160 may include a combination of an array of screws 161 and a nut 162. The screws 161 can pass through the upper cover 14 and the fixing member 110 from the outer surface of the upper cover 14 to be locked to the nut 162, thereby fixing the fixing member 110 To the surface 14a, but not to limit the present invention.

The hooking assembly 100 may further include a fixing assembly 150, the fixing assembly 150 passes through the base 120 and the elastic member 130 and is fixed to the fixing member 110. Thus, the elastic member 130 abuts against the fixing member 110 and the base 120.

For example, in one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3A, the fixing assembly 150 may include a first pin 151 and a second pin 152, and may also include spacers 153 and 154, but the present invention is not limited. First, the first plug 151 passes through the elastic member 130 and the gasket 153 to be fixed to the fixing member 110. The carrier 140 may include a supporting plate body 141, and may additionally include a bottom plate 142, but the present invention is not limited. The supporting board 141 includes a plurality of positioning protrusions 141a. Correspondingly, the assembly 170 has a plurality of positioning notches 170a, and the number and positions of the positioning notches 170a can correspond to the positioning protrusions 141a. The positioning protrusion 141a can be engaged with the corresponding positioning notch 170a, so that the display device 12 can be supported by the carrier 140. Conversely, when the display device 12 is to be separated from the carrier 140, the release button 172 provided on the back 12S2 of the display device 12 can be used to release the engagement state between the positioning protrusion 141a and the positioning notch 170a.

When the display device 12 is connected to the hook assembly 100, with the help of the elastic member 130, the display device 12 can be prevented from being damaged by impacts during transportation.

Furthermore, referring to Figures 2, 3B, and 4, the display device 12 is easily shaken during the process of transporting the display device 12, and the carrier 140 and the base 12 are affected by the shaking of the display device 12. force. The hook assembly 200 may include a fixing assembly 250, which penetrates the base 120 and the elastic member 130 and is fixed to the fixing member 210. Thus, the elastic member 130 abuts against the fixing member 210 and the base 120.

For example, in one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6A, the fixing assembly 250 may include a screw 251, and may also include a washer 252, but the present invention is not limited. The fixing member 210 may have a screw hole. The screw 251 passes through the washer 252, the base 120 and the elastic member 130 to be locked in the screw hole of the fixing member 210.
