Abstract
本發明提供一種發光風扇,包括:支撐結構、主電路板、導光扇輪及發光模組。所述導光扇輪樞接於支撐結構的托座上。發光模組則設置於導光扇輪的輪轂中,發光模組的發光單元發射光線至相鄰的透鏡元件中,並經由透鏡元件之二次透鏡的折射傳遞至導光扇輪,使導光扇輪發光。
Description
本發明係有關於一種風扇,尤指一種具有發光功能的風扇。
現今生活中,桌上型電腦已成為中小型家庭必備的家電用品,而一般家用的電腦主機內,皆設置有散熱風扇,其係用於排出主機殼體內的熱氣,以避免處理器、主機板或硬碟因過熱所導致的損壞。
為因應不同使用者的需求或喜好,目前市面上已有販售具透明外殼的電腦主機,讓使用者能夠直接觀察到電腦主機內部結構或狀況。另一方面,亦可能配備有具發光功能的散熱風扇,如此當電腦主機開機時,具發光功能的散熱風扇便可發出亮光並同時進行散熱,除了讓電腦主機維持穩定的運作外,亦讓電腦主機整體的外觀更具時尚感。而為縮減發光風扇整體的體積,使發光風扇更能符合現今電腦主機或電子裝置日趨薄型化與微型化的潮流,尺寸體積小且具有高發光效率的固態光源,例如:發光二極體,也已被廣泛地應用於各類型發光風扇的發光模組中。
然而,由於固態光源所發出的光線多為直線性,其擴散角度小,當發光風扇的體積縮減時,容易造成光線傳遞的路徑縮短,導致光線投射的範圍過於集中,如此,不僅會讓發光風扇整體的發光強度下降外,過於集中的光線亦會在投射位置處形成亮度不均的噪點(hot spot),導致發光風扇無法產生均勻的亮度效果。
有鑑於此,如何提升發光風扇之光源的利用率,以提升發光風扇整體的發光強度,並可同時避免光源噪點的產生,為本發明欲解決的技術課題。
本發明之主要目的,在於提供一種可提高光使用效率的發光風扇,以藉此提升發光風扇整體的發光強度,且可同時避免光源噪點的產生,使得發光風扇產生均勻的亮度效果。
為達前述之目的,本發明提供一種發光風扇,包括:支撐結構,具有托座;主電路板,設置於托座之上;導光扇輪,樞接於托座而可相對於托座進行旋轉,包括:輪轂;以及複數個扇葉,環設於輪轂的側部;發光模組,設置於輪轂中,包括:透鏡元件,具有至少一二次透鏡;以及發光元件,具有至少一發光單元;其中,發光單元用以發射光線至透鏡元件,光線經由二次透鏡的折射以傳遞至導光扇輪,使導光扇輪發光。
於上述較佳實施方式中,其中輪轂內具有內環壁體,內環壁體環設於輪轂的頂部,以將輪轂內分隔為第一容置空間及第二容置空間。
於上述較佳實施方式中,其中發光模組位於第二容置空間。
於上述較佳實施方式中,其中第一容置空間用以設置轉子組及相對的定子組。
於上述較佳實施方式中,其中定子組設置於托座的上方,轉子組固定於內環壁體的表面。
於上述較佳實施方式中,其中透鏡元件包括導光部
及與導光部相連的支撐部。
於上述較佳實施方式中,其中導光部具有相對的外環壁面及內環壁面,二次透鏡設置於外環壁面上。
於上述較佳實施方式中,其中支撐部於內環壁面的一側延伸有限位凸緣,內環壁面與限位凸緣之間具有環形容置槽。
於上述較佳實施方式中,其中發光元件具有環型電路板,發光單元設置於環型電路板的一表面上。

例將使本揭露更加透徹與全面且完整地傳達本發明的範疇。
首先,請參閱圖1A及圖1B所示,圖1A係為本發明發光風扇的立體示意圖;圖1B係為本發明發光風扇的立體分解圖。所述發光風扇1包括:導光扇輪10、轉子組20、定子組30、發光模組40、支撐結構50及主電路板60。
所述導光扇輪10包括:輪轂11及多片扇葉12。其中,扇葉12環設於輪轂11的側部;輪轂11內則具有一內環壁體111,所述內環壁體111環設於輪轂11的頂部,以藉此將輪轂11內分隔為第一容置空間S1及圍繞第一容置空間S1的第二容置空間S2。第一容置空間S1中具有連接於輪轂11頂部的轉軸(未示於圖中)。於本實施例中,導光扇輪10係由透光/導光材質,例如:聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)或壓克力所製成,在一些實施方式中,亦可於導光扇輪10的製作過程中混入擴散粉或螢光粉來提升導光扇輪10的整體的導光或發光的效果。
所述發光模組40包括發光元件41及透鏡元件42,於本實施例中,透鏡元件42為一環狀透鏡結構。所述支撐結構50包括托座51及複數根肋條52,其中,肋條52的一端連接托座51,相對的另一端則連接扇框(未示於圖中)。所述主電路板60設置於托座51之上。而轉子組20及定子組30均位於第一容置空間S1之中,其中,定子組30設置於托座51並位於主電路板60的上方,轉子組20則固定於內環壁體111的表面,並與轉子組20相對。托座51的外緣環設有一凹槽512,凹槽512則用以容置並固定發光模組40。托座51的中央則具有一軸接部511,該軸接部511用以樞接輪轂11頂部的轉軸(未示於圖中),使導光扇輪10可相對於托座51進行旋轉。於本實施例中,主電路板60用以控制並提供電力予發光模組40及定子組30,一方面可控制發光模組40,使其發射光線至輪轂11或扇葉12;另一方面則可利用控制定子組30的功率來控制導光扇輪10的轉速。
請參閱圖1C,圖1C係為本發明發光模組的立體分
解圖。所述發光元件41包括環型電路板412及發光單元413,且發光單元413設置於環型電路板412的一表面上。所述透鏡元件42則具有導光部421及與導光部421相連的支撐部422。其中,導光部421具有相對的外環壁面4211及內環壁面4212,且外環壁面4211上設置有一個或多個相連的二次透鏡42111。支撐部422則於內環壁面4212的一側延伸有一限位凸緣4221,並同時於內環壁面4212與限位凸緣4221之間形成一環形容置槽S3。於本實施方式中,環型電路板412可藉由貼合或卡合的方式設置於環形容置槽S3之中,並讓發光單元413朝向內環壁面4212。此外,所述發光單元413可為:發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode,LED)單元、有機發光二極體(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)、量子點發光二極體(Quantum Dots Light Emitting Diode,QLED)單元或電致發光(Electro Luminescence,EL)單元。
請參閱圖2及圖3,圖2係為本發明發光風扇的俯視透視圖;圖3係為本發明發光風扇的剖面圖。所述轉子組20及定子組30均設置於第一容置空間S1之中。軸接部511位於第一容置空間S1中,並與導光扇輪10的輪轂11相互樞接。所述發光模組40則位於第二容置空間S2之中,且設置於托座51外緣的凹槽512之上。
接著,請參閱圖4,圖4係為圖3中區域A之放大圖。於圖4中,托座51外緣的凹槽512用以容置透鏡元件42的支撐部422,而由支撐部422延伸出的限位凸緣4221則抵靠於托座51及主電路板60的外緣,以藉此固定透鏡元件42。發光單元413則可朝向內環壁面4212發射一光線L,光線L經由內環壁面421傳遞至二次透鏡42111,隨後經由二次透鏡42111的折射投射至輪轂11或扇葉12。於此,藉由二次透鏡42111於縱軸方向收光後的折射,除了可提升發光單元413的發光強度外,亦可同時藉由折射於橫軸方向擴散光線L,而能有效降低光源噪點的產生,使導光扇輪10整體的亮度更為均勻。本發明雖僅提出將發光模組
40固定於托座51上的實施方式,但於實際應用時,發光模組40可設置於第二容置空間S2的任意位置,例如,可將透鏡元件40設置於內環壁體111的表面,並與扇葉12的設置位置齊平,讓二次透鏡42111對準扇葉12,使扇葉12能完整地接收發光模組40所產生的光線L,以減少光線因折射或反射的耗損。
相較於習知技術,本發明所提供的發光風扇,其發光單元413所射出的直線性光線可藉由透鏡元件42之二次透鏡42111結構的折射提高發光的強度,另一方面,亦可將發光單元413所射出的直線性光線均勻地擴散,讓發光風扇在縮減整體尺寸體積的同時,亦能有效降低光源噪點的產生,使發光風扇的亮度效果更為均勻;故,本發明實為一極具產業價值之創作。

- 一種發光風扇,包括:一支撐結構,具有一托座;一主電路板,設置於該托座之上;一導光扇輪,樞接於該托座而可相對於該托座進行旋轉,包括:一輪轂;以及複數個扇葉,環設於該輪轂的側部;一發光模組,設置於該輪轂中,包括:一透鏡元件,具有至少一二次透鏡;以及一發光元件,具有至少一發光單元;其中,該至少一發光單元用以發射一光線至該透鏡元件,該光線經由該至少一二次透鏡的折射傳遞至該導光扇輪,使該導光扇輪發光。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光風扇,其中該輪轂內具有一內環壁體,該內環壁體環設於該輪轂的頂部,以將該輪轂內分隔為一第一容置空間及一第二容置空間。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之發光風扇,其中該發光模組位於該第二容置空間。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之發光風扇,其中該第一容置空間用以設置一轉子組及相對的一定子組。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之發光風扇,其中該定子組設置於該托座的上方,該轉子組固定於該內環壁體的表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光風扇,其中該透鏡元件包括一導光部及與該導光部相連的一支撐部。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之發光風扇,其中該導光部具有相對的一外環壁面及一內環壁面,該至少一二次透鏡設置於該外環壁面上。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之發光風扇,其中該支撐部於該內環壁面的一側延伸有一限位凸緣,該內環壁面與該限位凸緣之間 具有一環形容置槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之發光風扇,其中該發光元件具有一環型電路板,該至少一發光單元設置於該環型電路板的一表面上。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之發光風扇,其中該環型電路板設置於該環形容置槽中,且該至少一發光單元朝向該內環壁面。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之發光風扇,其中該托座外緣具有一凹槽,該凹槽用以容置該支撐部,且該限位凸緣抵靠於該托座及該主電路板的外緣。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光風扇,其中該托座具有一軸接部,該軸接部用以樞接該導光扇輪。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光風扇,其中該透鏡元件為一環狀透鏡結構。
