This specification also proposes an electronic device, which includes: processor; Memory used to store machine executable instructions; Wherein, by reading and executing the machine executable instructions corresponding to the control logic of blockchain-based invoice creation stored in the memory, the processor is prompted to: Receiving an invoice creation request initiated by a user through the user terminal; wherein the invoice creation request includes invoice creation information input by the user; In response to the invoice creation request, determine whether the invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing party corresponding to the invoice creation request is sufficient; If the invoice creation quota of the invoice opening cube is sufficient, call the invoice creation logic declared in the preset smart contract to create a target invoice based on the invoice creation information; and, Generate an invoice creation record corresponding to the target invoice, and perform a credit evaluation on the invoice issuing party based on the invoice creation record to obtain a credit score; wherein the credit score is used to determine the invoice for the invoice issuing party A quota is created to dynamically update the invoice creation quota of the invoice opening cube. In the above technical solution, when the user needs to create an invoice corresponding to the invoice issuing entity in the blockchain, the invoice creation quota can be checked on the invoice issuing entity first to determine the invoice of the invoice issuing entity. When the amount of creation is sufficient, the invoice is created and the corresponding invoice creation record is generated. Later, based on the invoice creation record, the credit evaluation of the invoice can be performed to obtain the credit score, and the invoice for the invoice can be issued based on the credit score Create quota for dynamic update. In this way, compared with the commonly used method of manually updating the invoice creation limit, the invoice creation limit can be dynamically updated based on the invoice creation record of the invoice opening cube, so the invoice creation limit can be shortened The renewal cycle of invoices improves the correlation between the invoice creation quota and the operating status of the invoice issuing party.

Figure 108134194-A0304-0001
Figure 108134194-A0304-0002
The exemplary embodiments will be described in detail here, and examples thereof are shown in the accompanying drawings. The purpose of this manual is to provide a way to dynamically update the invoice creation limit of the invoice based on the credit score of the invoice, and when the user needs to create an invoice corresponding to the invoice in the blockchain, the invoice The billing party checks the invoice creation quota to create a technical solution for the invoice when it is determined that the invoice creation quota for the invoice issuance party is sufficient. In the specific implementation, when users need to create an invoice in the blockchain, they can initiate an invoice creation request for the invoice through the user terminal. After receiving the invoice creation request, the node device in the blockchain can respond to the invoice creation request. Generally, the invoice creation quota for the invoice opening cube is limited. In this case, after receiving the invoice creation request, the node device may first determine whether the invoice creation quota of the invoice opening cube corresponding to the invoice creation request is sufficient. If it is determined that the invoice creation quota for the invoice issuance cube is sufficient, the node device can call the invoice creation logic declared in the smart contract deployed on the blockchain, and create the invoice based on the invoice creation information entered by the user in the invoice creation request. invoice. After completing the creation of the invoice, the node device may further generate an invoice creation record corresponding to the invoice, and perform a credit evaluation on the invoice issuer based on the invoice creation record to obtain a credit score of the invoice issuer. Among them, the credit score of the invoice issuing party can be used to determine the invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing party. Since each time the creation of a new invoice is completed, the invoice can be re-evaluated based on the invoice creation record corresponding to the newly created invoice, and the new credit score of the invoice can be obtained based on the invoice creation record. The new credit score is used to re-determine the invoice creation quota of the invoice provider, so the invoice creation quota of the invoice provider can be dynamically updated. In the above technical solution, when the user needs to create an invoice corresponding to the invoice issuing entity in the blockchain, the invoice creation quota can be checked on the invoice issuing entity first to determine the invoice issued by the invoice entity. When the amount of creation is sufficient, the invoice is created and the corresponding invoice creation record is generated. Later, based on the invoice creation record, the credit evaluation of the invoice can be performed to obtain the credit score, and the invoice for the invoice can be issued based on the credit score. Create quota for dynamic update. In this way, compared with the commonly used method of manually updating the invoice creation limit, the invoice creation limit of the invoice can be dynamically updated based on the invoice creation record of the invoice opening cube, so the invoice creation limit can be shortened The renewal cycle of invoices improves the correlation between the invoice creation quota and the operating status of the invoice issuing party. The specification will be described below through specific embodiments. Please refer to FIG. 1, which is a flowchart of a blockchain-based invoice creation method according to an exemplary embodiment of this specification. This method can be applied to node devices in the blockchain and includes the following steps: Step 102, receiving an invoice creation request initiated by the user through the user terminal; wherein the invoice creation request includes the invoice creation information entered by the user; Step 104: Response In the invoice creation request, determine whether the invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing party corresponding to the invoice creation request is sufficient; step 106, if the invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing party is sufficient, call a preset smart contract Invoice creation logic declared in, creates a target invoice based on the invoice creation information; and, step 108, generates an invoice creation record corresponding to the target invoice, and credits the invoice invoicing based on the invoice creation record The credit score is obtained by evaluating; wherein the credit score is used to determine the invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing party, so as to dynamically update the invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing party. The blockchain described in this specification can specifically include any type of blockchain network; for example, in actual applications, any of a public chain, a private chain, or a consortium chain can be used. In this embodiment, when a user needs to create an invoice in the blockchain, he can initiate a transaction for creating an invoice through the user terminal he uses, that is, initiate an invoice creation request through the user terminal. Among them, transactions in the blockchain are divided into narrow transactions and broad transactions. A narrowly defined transaction refers to a transfer of value issued by a user to the blockchain; for example, in a traditional Bitcoin blockchain network, a transaction can be a transfer initiated by the user in the blockchain. In a broad sense, a transaction refers to a piece of business data with business intentions released by a user to the blockchain; for example, an operator can build a consortium chain based on actual business needs, and rely on the consortium chain to deploy some other types that are not related to value transfer. Online business (for example, renting business, vehicle dispatching business, insurance claims business, credit service, medical service, etc.), and in this kind of alliance chain, the transaction can be a business message with business intentions or Business request. Specifically, the user can enter the invoice creation information of the target invoice to be created through the invoice creation page provided by the client terminal, such as invoice issuing information, invoice recipient information, and the target invoice quota. Among them, the invoice issuing party information may include the taxpayer identification number of the invoice issuing party, and the invoice recipient information may include the taxpayer identification number of the invoice recipient; assuming that the user is the invoice recipient of the target invoice, the invoice is accepted The party information may include the taxpayer identification number of the user. After the user completes the input of the invoice creation information, the client can generate a corresponding invoice creation request and send the invoice creation request to the node device in the blockchain. After receiving the invoice creation request, the node device in the blockchain can respond to the invoice creation request. Specifically, it may first be determined whether the invoice creation quota of the invoice opening cube corresponding to the invoice creation request is sufficient. For example, from the invoice creation information entered by the user in the invoice creation request, the taxpayer identification number of the invoice originator can be obtained, and the corresponding invoice originator can be determined based on the taxpayer identification number. The party is the invoice maker corresponding to the invoice creation request. Later, you can first determine whether the invoice creation quota for the invoice is sufficient. Among them, it should be noted that, in this manual, the initial invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing party may be determined based on the initial credit score of the invoice issuing party. In the illustrated embodiment, the node device may call the quota check logic declared in the smart contract deployed on the blockchain to determine whether the invoice creation quota for the invoice is sufficient. Wherein, the quota check logic may specifically be a program code (for example: some callable program methods or functions) related to the execution logic of checking the invoice creation quota declared in the smart contract. Alternatively, the node device may call the trusted service of the third party, and send the invoice creation request to the trusted service of the third party. Among them, the third-party trusted service may be a program code that is deployed on the third-party trusted service device and is related to the execution logic of checking the invoice creation quota of the invoice. For example, the trusted service device of the third party may be a device in the intranet of the tax bureau, thereby improving data security. The third-party trusted service can determine whether the invoice creation quota of the invoice is sufficient, and return the determination result to the node device. The node device may determine whether the invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing entity is sufficient based on the determination result returned by the trusted service of the third party. Specifically, the trusted service of the third party may return to the node device a judgment result indicating that the invoice creation quota of the invoice is sufficient when determining that the invoice creation quota of the invoice is sufficient. After the node device receives the determination result, it can determine that the invoice creation quota for the invoice is sufficient. Alternatively, the trusted service of the third party may return to the node device a determination result that the invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing entity is insufficient when determining that the invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing entity is insufficient. After the node device receives the determination result, it can determine that the invoice creation quota for the invoice is not sufficient. If it is determined that the invoice creation amount of the invoice is sufficient, the invoice creation logic declared in the smart contract deployed on the blockchain can be called to create the target invoice based on the invoice creation information entered by the user in the invoice creation request. Among them, the invoice creation logic may specifically be a program code declared in the smart contract and related to the execution logic of creating an invoice. It should be noted that the invoice creation limit of the invoice issuing party can be determined based on the credit score of the invoice issuing party, and the credit score of the invoice issuing party can be based on the invoice creation record pair of the invoice issuing party. The invoice was issued by the credit evaluation. In practical applications, a third-party trusted service can be invoked, and the third-party trusted service will perform a credit evaluation on the invoice provider based on the invoice creation record of the invoice provider to obtain the invoice provider’s credit score. Among them, the third-party trusted service may be a machine learning model deployed on a third-party trusted service device, and the machine learning model may be a machine learning model commonly used for credit evaluation such as a logistic regression model. On the one hand, the machine learning model for credit evaluation deployed on a third-party trusted service device can be invoked, and the pre-stored historical invoice creation records of the invoice creation cube can be used as training samples to perform machine learning training to obtain the invoice The initial credit score of the cube. For example, the pre-stored historical invoice creation record of the invoice issuing party may be input into the evaluation system for evaluation, and several indicators for credit evaluation of the invoice issuing party may be obtained. Later, based on the obtained indicators, as well as basic information such as invoice issuing information, invoice recipient information, invoice limit, payment method, transaction item name, transaction location, transaction time and other basic information in historical invoice creation records Sample, and input the constructed prediction sample into the credit evaluation model for credit evaluation to obtain the initial credit score of the invoice. On the other hand, after the creation of the target invoice is completed, an invoice creation record corresponding to the target invoice can be further generated, and credit evaluation is performed on the invoice originator based on the invoice creation record to obtain the invoice origination record Credit score. For example, the generated invoice creation record and the pre-stored historical invoice creation record of the invoice invoicing party can be input into the evaluation system for evaluation, and several indicators for credit evaluation of the invoice invoicing party can be obtained. Later, based on the obtained indicators and the basic information in the invoice creation record, a forecast sample can be constructed, and the constructed forecast sample can be input into the credit evaluation model for credit evaluation, and the updated credit score of the invoice opening cube can be obtained. . Of course, in addition to the credit evaluation of the invoice issuing party by invoking a third-party trusted service, in actual applications, the credit evaluation of the invoice issuing party can also be performed by invoking the relevant on-chain service. For example, the relevant machine learning model for credit evaluation can be deployed in the blockchain (for example, as an execution logic statement in a smart contract), and then the machine learning model deployed on the blockchain can be called The invoice issuing party conducts credit evaluation, and it is no longer necessary to call a third-party credible service to perform credit evaluation on the invoice issuing party. It can be seen that, since each time the target invoice is created, the invoice can be re-evaluated based on the invoice creation record corresponding to the target invoice, and the credit score of the invoice can be updated, so The credit score of the invoice can be dynamically updated. In the illustrated embodiment, the third-party trusted service can return the credit score of the invoice to the node device. After the node device receives the credit score of the invoice opening returned by the third-party trusted service, it can call the quota determination logic declared in the smart contract deployed in the blockchain to determine the credit score based on the credit score. The invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing unit is dynamically updated based on the determined invoice creation quota for the quota check. Wherein, the quota determination logic may specifically be a code that is declared in the smart contract and is related to the execution logic of determining and updating the invoice creation quota for the invoice opening. For example, the node device can store the corresponding relationship between the credit score and the invoice creation quota as shown in Table 1 below:
Figure 108134194-A0304-0001
Table 1 Assuming that the initial value of the credit score of the invoice issued by the third-party trusted service received by the node device is credit score 1, then according to the correspondence shown in Table 1 above, it can be determined that the invoice is issued The cubic invoice creation quota is the invoice creation quota 1. Subsequently, the node device can check whether the invoice creation quota of the invoice issuing cube is sufficient based on the invoice creation quota 1. If it is determined based on the invoice creation quota 1 that the invoice creation quota of the invoice is sufficient, and therefore the target invoice 1 is created, after the creation of the target invoice 1 is completed, the node device can further generate an invoice corresponding to the target invoice 1. Create a record and send the invoice creation record to the trusted service of the third party, so that the trusted service of the third party will re-evaluate the invoice issuer based on the invoice creation record to obtain the invoice issuer The new credit score is returned to the node device. Assuming that the new credit score of the invoice issued by the third-party trusted service received by the node device is credit score 2, then according to the correspondence shown in Table 2 above, it can be determined that the invoice is issued The invoice creation quota is the invoice creation quota 2. Subsequently, the node device will update the invoice creation quota of the invoice for the quota check from invoice creation quota 1 to invoice creation quota 2, that is, the node device can check the invoice creation quota of the invoice based on the invoice creation quota 2. Whether the creation quota is sufficient. Alternatively, the node device may also store the corresponding relationship between the credit score interval and the invoice creation limit as shown in Table 2 below:
Figure 108134194-A0304-0002
Table 2 Assuming that the initial value of the credit score of the invoice opening returned by the third-party trusted service received by the node device is credit score 1, then the credit score interval to which credit score 1 belongs can be determined first (assuming it is credit Scoring interval 1), and then according to the corresponding relationship shown in Table 2 above, it can be determined that the invoice creation quota of the invoice opening cube is the invoice creation quota 1. Assuming that the new credit score of the invoice issued by the third-party trusted service received by the node device is credit score 2, then the credit score interval to which credit score 2 belongs can be determined first (assuming it is credit score interval 2 ), and then according to the corresponding relationship shown in Table 2 above, it can be determined that the invoice creation quota of the invoice opening cube is the invoice creation quota 2. It should be noted that the above-described smart contract for checking the invoice creation quota for invoice creation, the smart contract for creating invoices, and the smart contract for determining and updating the invoice creation quota for invoice creation can be integrated For one smart contract to be deployed on the above-mentioned blockchain, it can also be deployed as two different smart contracts on the blockchain, which is not limited in this specification. In the illustrated embodiment, the trusted service of the third party can also determine the invoice creation limit of the invoice based on the credit score of the invoice, and determine the amount of the invoice issued. The invoice creation quota is returned to the node device. After the node device receives the invoice creation quota of the invoice issued by the trusted service of the third party, it can dynamically update the invoice creation quota of the invoice based on the received invoice creation quota. Since each time the target invoice is created, the credit score of the invoice can be updated, so that the invoice creation limit of the invoice can be updated based on the updated credit score, so the invoice is issued The party’s invoice creation quota can be dynamically updated.
