請參看第1至5圖,本發明包括有:一水箱10,其具有一底殼11及一封閉底殼11頂端之上蓋12,該底殼11及上蓋12背面係透過鉸鏈13而耦接、正面係透過扣具14而離合,用以界定出一可啟閉之貯水室100,前述上蓋12中央向上突設有一把手15,更於底殼11正面中央設有貯水室100水位之顯示元件16;一進水總成20,其係於水箱10背面設有連通貯水室100內外之進水管21,該進水管21更在貯水室100內設有一機械式浮子22,用以使進水管21能外接水源或藥水,進而對貯水室100進行自動補水,用以維持一液面高度,此外,水箱10更在進水總成20下方設有一連通貯水室100內外之排水閥23,以提供清洗該貯水室100利用;
一震盪器30,其係安裝於貯水室100中,更在貯水室100底端與震盪器30之間安裝有一振盪板31,令震盪器30在通電後,能對貯水室100中之水或藥水進行超音波造霧,進而於液面上形成水霧;一進氣總成40,其係在上蓋12頂面一側貫設有連通貯水室100內外之進氣口41,並於進氣口41上方安裝有風扇42,且在進氣口41下方安裝有一具透光性之防潮板43而構成;此防潮板43面積係對稱大於進氣口41,用以有效遮蔽該進氣口41及風扇42底端,如第3圖所示,更令防潮板43與進氣口41之間保持有一連通貯水室100之設定間距P1,藉由控制該防潮板43面積及設定間距P1,使震盪器30、風扇42在停機時,能成為第一道緩衝水箱10濕氣侵入風扇42之防線,且風扇42在運轉時,該防潮板43及設定間距P1又具有擾流的功能,用以將超音波震盪器30所產生的水霧能呈層流的吹送至後述之出氣總成50;前述風扇42、防潮板43係透過若干組之螺栓44、第一螺帽45、第二螺帽46、第三螺帽47及上螺帽48而鎖固於水箱10上蓋12,具體而言,該螺栓44係貫穿風扇42、防潮板43及上蓋12,其以螺頭441抵接於防潮板43底端,然後以第一螺帽45鎖緊於防潮板43頂端,繼之,以第二螺帽46、第三螺帽47夾制上蓋12,令第三螺帽47係位於水箱10頂面與風扇42底面之間,用以在兩者之間保持有一連通進氣口41內外之對流通道P
2,最後,以上螺帽48螺鎖於風扇42頂面,俾在風扇42停機時,能透過外部空氣對流而能在風扇42底面形成水平層流,使該對流通道P2之溼度、溫度能和外部環境趨於一致,如此即可成為第二道緩衝水箱10濕氣侵入風扇42之防線,且在風扇42運轉時,該流通道P2對水霧輸出的影響並不大,再則,本發明只需透過拆裝上螺帽48,即可遂行風扇42之更換,任何人均可輕易為之;一出氣總成50,其係設於上蓋12另側,用以透過管路而連通貯水室100內外,令前述風扇42在通電後能強迫出氣總成50輸出震盪器30所製造之水霧,前述進水總成20及排水閥23係位於水箱10背面,且相鄰出氣總成50之位置,令較潮濕或可能漏水的部位均統一的配置於水箱10另側,至於風扇42及震盪器30之配線則是由水箱10一側接出;以及一電箱60,其係與水箱10呈併排設置,且界定有一可啟閉之容室600,該電箱60於背面拉出有一能接通市電之電源線71,而容室600中則收納有一電源變換器72,更於電箱60外側正面中央部位安裝有時控器73(又可稱為計時器)、電源開關74及保險絲75,請配合第5圖觀之,令市電係依序經過電源線71→保險絲75→電源開關74→時控器73,所述風扇42如果採用AC(交流)型式時,此風扇42與電源變換器72係並聯至時控器73,震盪器30則是串聯
至電源變換器72,是以,前述保險絲75在風扇42、震盪器30過載時會自動熔斷,如此即可有效預防風扇42、震盪器30漏電或短路危險情形,大大提升本發明使用安全性;更重要的是,本發明於電箱60進一步於時控器73與風扇42之間電氣連接有一延遲單元76,此延遲單元76另以備用電路761電氣連接至電源開關74、時控器73之間,用以在時控器73瞬間斷電該風扇42及震盪器30,令震盪器30無法繼續製造水霧時,此時,該延遲單元76便可切換備用電路761運作,用以控制風扇42持續運轉一設定時間,據以將水箱10內部殘留水霧全部排出,進而避免水箱10內部殘留水霧會經進氣口41而侵蝕風扇42,在此特別說明,該備用電路761在更換風扇42時,只須控制電源開關74斷電即可失效,所以在更換風扇42時不會有觸電問題。
