Abstract
An organic light emitting device includes a first electrode, a light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, an electron injection layer disposed on the light emitting layer, and a second electrode disposed on the electron injection layer. The electron injection layer includes (a) an organic ammonium salt comprising the structure of formula (I) or formula (II); or (b) an organic compound comprising the structure of formula (III), wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are alkyl, X- is monovalent anion, ring A is heteroaryl, n is an integer from 3 to 12, m is an integer from 1 to 4, and * represents a linking bond.
