此處,於例如左右布料10之對向側端緣13形成為直線狀之情形時,拉鏈鏈帶20係以直線狀之筆直之狀態安裝至該布料10之鏈帶安裝部12。另一方面,於左右布料10之對向側端緣13係以相互對應之方式彎曲成彎曲狀而形成之情形時,拉鏈鏈帶20係以與對向側端緣13對應地彎曲成彎曲狀之狀態安裝至該布料10之鏈帶安裝部12。 本實施例1之布料10之鏈帶安裝部12未實施將布料10之側端部回折等之回折處理。換言之,於圖2所示之剖視圖中,鏈帶安裝部12係以鏈帶安裝部12之第1表面(上表面)及第2表面(下表面)形成自布料本體11之第1表面(上表面)及第2表面(下表面)連續之平面之方式,自布料本體11朝向對象側之布料10而沿左右方向筆直地延伸地配置。 進而,布料10之鏈帶安裝部12係夾於如上述般彎折成U字狀之鏈布構件21之內周側,且鏈帶安裝部12之第1表面及第2表面分別固著於彎折成U字狀之鏈布構件21之內周面。 本實施例1之拉鏈5具有:左右一對拉鏈鏈帶20,其等係將連續狀之拉鏈鏈齒31縫製於鏈布構件21而形成;及滑件40,其可沿拉鏈鏈帶20之由複數個拉鏈鏈齒31形成之左右鏈齒排30滑動。 左右各拉鏈鏈帶20具有:梭織而成之鏈布構件21;連續狀之複數個拉鏈鏈齒31,其等係藉由鏈齒縫製線(第1縫製線)33而固定於該鏈布構件21;及芯繩32,其配置於各拉鏈鏈齒31之下述之上腳部31b與下腳部31c間,且與拉鏈鏈齒31一起被固定於鏈布構件21。 鏈布構件21具有:鏈布本體22,其係以平紋組織梭織而成;及接著層23,其形成於鏈布本體22之一面(如下述般彎折成U字狀時之內周側之表面)。鏈布構件21之鏈布本體22係使用強度較高且較細之紗,較薄地形成。該鏈布本體22係形成為伸縮性較小(或無伸縮性),且於鏈布厚度方向上可容易地彎折。 再者,於本發明中,鏈布構件21之鏈布本體22並不限定於此,亦可具有除了平紋組織以外之梭織構造,亦可藉由針織而形成。又,鏈布本體22亦可使用合成樹脂製之較薄之膜狀構件。進而,於本發明中,於鏈布構件21之鏈布本體22與接著層23之間,出於補強或賦予防水性等目的,亦可貼附合成樹脂製之膜構件、或形成包含合成樹脂之保護層。 鏈布構件21之接著層23係藉由在鏈布本體22塗佈或塗覆熱熔型接著劑而形成。尤其是,於本實施例1之情形時,於利用鏈齒縫製線33將拉鏈鏈齒31縫製於梭織而成之鏈布本體22之前,將熱熔型接著劑之接著層23預先形成於成為鏈布本體22之內周面之鏈布面之整體。藉由如此於鏈布構件21之整個內周面形成有接著層23,可有效地提高拉鏈鏈帶20相對於拉鏈被附構件之布料10之固著強度。再者,於本發明中,若鏈布構件21之接著層23至少形成於鏈布構件21之下述之第2鏈布片部26之內周面,則亦可不設置於鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24及鏈布彎折部25。 又,於本實施例1中,如上述般之熱熔型接著劑之接著層23形成於鏈布構件21,但本發明之接著層23亦可藉由例如一液硬化型接著劑、二液硬化型接著劑、瞬間接著劑、乳液系接著劑、或者藉由紫外線或電子束等硬化之光硬化型接著劑等,形成於鏈布構件21、或鏈布構件21與拉鏈被附構件之布料10之間。於該情形時,接著層23係於如下述般使用鏈帶縫製線27將拉鏈鏈帶20縫製於作為拉鏈被附構件之布料10後,形成於所需要之部分。 於如圖2所示般之正交於前後方向(拉鏈鏈帶20之長度方向)之剖視圖中,本實施例1之鏈布構件21具有:第1鏈布片部24,其配置並固著於布料10之第1表面上;鏈布彎折部25,其自該第1鏈布片部24延伸,並且回折成U字狀;及第2鏈布片部26,其自鏈布彎折部25進而延伸,並且固著於布料10之第2表面。 於該情形時,鏈布構件21之鏈布彎折部25係將左右布料10之相互對向地配置之對向側端緣(側端面)13包入至鏈布構件21之內周側,並且經由接著層23而固著於該對向側端緣13。此處,所謂布料10之對向側端緣13係指於圖2之剖視圖中,鏈帶安裝部12中之寬度方向之最前端之部位。 藉此,布料10之鏈帶安裝部12之對向側端緣13被鏈布構件21自外側保護,因此,即便不進行將布料10之鏈帶安裝部12回折等之回折處理,亦可有效地防止因於布料10之對向側端緣13出現之散紗,而令左右拉鏈鏈齒31之嚙合度及滑件40之滑動性降低。 於此種本實施例1之鏈布構件21中,複數個拉鏈鏈齒31係於載置於鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24之外周面之狀態下,藉由鏈齒縫製線33之雙重鏈縫而被縫製。即,拉鏈鏈齒31固定於鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24之外周面。鏈布構件21之鏈布彎折部25係於左右鏈齒排30嚙合之狀態下,與嚙合對象側之拉鏈鏈帶20中之鏈布構件21之鏈布彎折部25相互接觸(較佳為密接)。 又,如圖2及圖3所示,本實施例1之鏈布構件21中之第1鏈布片部24、鏈布彎折部25、及第2鏈布片部26之各內周面係藉由接著層23,而分別接著於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12之第1表面、對向側端緣(側端面)13、及第2表面。藉此,形成布料10之鏈帶安裝部12之紗亦被接著層23固定而變得不易移動,因此,可提高鏈帶安裝部12之強度,並且使布料10之對向側端緣13不易出現散紗。又,可防止鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24及第2鏈布片部26自鏈帶安裝部12之第1表面及第2表面隆起而離開,而將鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24及第2鏈布片部26之整體穩定地固定於鏈帶安裝部12。 再者,於本實施例1中,較佳為鏈布構件21之整個內周面藉由接著層23而接著於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12,但於本發明中,所謂鏈布構件21之內周面藉由接著層23而固著於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12亦包含如下情形:因局部地未設置接著層23、或即便形成有接著層23接著亦不充分等,而局部地形成有非固著部分。 於該情形時,鏈布構件21之內周面與布料10之鏈帶安裝部12只要以需要接著之面積之50%以上之比例、較佳為80%以上之比例進行接著即可。例如,於僅將鏈布構件21之第2鏈布片部26經由接著層23而接著於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12之第2表面之情形時,只要以鏈布構件21之第2鏈布片部26之面積(或鏈帶安裝部12之第2表面)之面積之50%以上之比例、較佳為80%以上之比例將兩者接著即可。 又,鏈布構件21之第2鏈布片部26被覆鏈帶縫製線27之露出部分(換言之,鏈帶縫製線27中之第2表面上之走線部分),且接著於鏈帶安裝部12之第2表面,該鏈帶縫製線27之露出部分係指將拉鏈鏈帶20固定於布料10之鏈帶縫製線27於鏈帶安裝部12之第2表面(下表面)上露出且走線的部分。即,鏈帶縫製線27中之於鏈帶安裝部12之第2表面上露出之露出部分係被接著於鏈帶安裝部12之第2表面之鏈布構件21之第2鏈布片部26掩蓋而保護。 於該情形時,由鏈帶縫製線27形成之鏈帶縫製部(鏈帶縫製線)係以重疊於藉由鏈齒縫製線33之雙重鏈縫而形成之鏈齒縫製部(鏈齒縫製線)之形成範圍之方式配置。 進而,於本實施例1之鏈布構件21中,第1鏈布片部24中之形成於布料10之內側之鏈布前端位置24a係於拉鏈鏈帶20之寬度方向上,配置於與拉鏈鏈齒31之下述之連結部31d之前端位置相同之位置、或相對於該連結部31d之前端位置偏拉鏈鏈齒31之嚙合頭部31a之位置。即,於自上方觀察拉鏈鏈帶20所得之圖4之俯視下,鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24形成為如下般之窄幅之形態,即,不延出(超出)至拉鏈鏈齒31之外側,且第1鏈布片部24之大部分隱藏於拉鏈鏈齒31下而看不到。再者,於該情形時,亦存在如下情況:自於拉鏈鏈帶20之長度方向上鄰接之拉鏈鏈齒31間之間隙可看到第1鏈布片部24之一部分。 藉由如此將鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24形成為使拉鏈鏈帶20之寬度方向上之尺寸小於拉鏈鏈齒31所得的窄幅之形狀,可謀求鏈布構件21之輕量化。又,可使拉鏈鏈帶20於寬度方向上易於彎曲而提高拉鏈鏈帶20之柔軟性。進而,於將拉鏈鏈帶20於彎曲成彎曲狀等之狀態下縫製於布料10之情形時,可使鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24不易產生隆起或下陷,並且不易產生起伏狀之皺褶。因此,將拉鏈鏈帶20縫製於布料10之縫製作業變得易於進行,並且可不易招致因於鏈布構件21產生皺褶等而引起之衣服1之外觀品質之降低。 又,於本實施例1之鏈布構件21中,第2鏈布片部26中之形成於布料10之內側之鏈布前端位置26a係於拉鏈鏈帶20之寬度方向上,配置於與第1鏈布片部24中之上述鏈布前端位置24a相同之位置。藉此,鏈布構件21之第2鏈布片部26與第1鏈布片部24同樣地形成為窄幅,因此可謀求鏈布構件21之輕量化,並且提高拉鏈鏈帶20之柔軟性。又,與第1鏈布片部24之情形同樣地,於將拉鏈鏈帶20於彎曲成彎曲狀等之狀態下縫製於布料10之情形時,可使鏈布構件21之第2鏈布片部26不易產生隆起或下陷,並且不易產生起伏狀之皺褶。進而,可適當地確保第2鏈布片部26之寬度方向上之尺寸,因此可適當地確保設置於第2鏈布片部26之接著層23對拉鏈鏈帶20與布料10之固著強度。 再者,於本實施例1中,鏈布構件21之第2鏈布片部26亦能以其鏈布前端位置26a於拉鏈鏈帶20之寬度方向上,配置於第1鏈布片部24之鏈布前端位置24a、與鏈帶縫製線27刺穿布料10之鏈帶安裝部12之刺穿位置之間之方式,形成為較本實施例1更窄幅。 本實施例1之拉鏈鏈齒31係藉由將聚醯胺或聚酯等熱塑性合成樹脂製之單絲成形為環扣狀,而以於長度方向上連續之形態形成。藉由利用鏈齒縫製線33將連續狀之複數個拉鏈鏈齒31縫製於鏈布構件21,而使鏈齒排30沿鏈布構件21之長度方向形成。 於該情形時,各拉鏈鏈齒31具有:嚙合頭部31a,其具備於前後方向上膨出之部分;上腳部31b及下腳部31c,其等自嚙合頭部31a於鏈布寬度方向上延伸設置;及連結部31d,其連結在長度方向上鄰接之拉鏈鏈齒31間。於該情形時,拉鏈鏈齒31之下腳部31c係與鏈布構件21相接地配置,上腳部31b係遠離鏈布構件21而配置。 本實施例1之芯繩32係以夾於各拉鏈鏈齒31之上腳部31b與下腳部31c之間之方式,沿拉鏈鏈帶20之長度方向插通。該芯繩32被將拉鏈鏈齒31縫製於鏈布構件21之鏈齒縫製線(第1縫製線)33刺穿,而與拉鏈鏈齒31一起固定於鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24。又,芯繩32被將拉鏈鏈帶20縫製於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12之鏈帶縫製線(第2縫製線)27刺穿,而與拉鏈鏈齒31及鏈布構件21一起固定於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12。再者,於本發明中,亦可不設置芯繩32,而由拉鏈鏈齒31及鏈布構件21形成拉鏈鏈帶20。 如上述般之本實施例1之拉鏈鏈帶20係藉由在芯繩32插通於拉鏈鏈齒31之上腳部31b與下腳部31c間,並且拉鏈鏈齒31載置於鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24之外周面之狀態下,使用鏈齒縫製用縫紉機,對拉鏈鏈齒31、芯繩32、及鏈布構件21進行縫製加工而形成。再者,於進行該拉鏈鏈帶20之縫製加工時,鏈布構件21未如圖5所示般彎折成U字狀,於將鏈布構件21以第1鏈布片部24與第2鏈布片部26遠離之方式打開之狀態(例如如鏈布構件21於剖視下呈L字般之狀態)下,將拉鏈鏈齒31及芯繩32縫製於鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24。 於該情形時,連續狀之拉鏈鏈齒31係遍及其長度方向全體地藉由鏈齒縫製線(第1縫製線)33之雙重鏈縫而固定於鏈布構件21。又,鏈齒縫製線33係與各拉鏈鏈齒31之上腳部31b相接並將上腳部31b及下腳部31c朝向鏈布構件21按壓,並且通過鄰接之拉鏈鏈齒31之上腳部31b間並刺穿芯繩32,進而,通過鄰接之拉鏈鏈齒31之下腳部31c間並刺穿鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24。 藉此,拉鏈鏈齒31、芯繩32、及鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24被夾入至形成雙重鏈縫之鏈齒縫製線33之針線與線鉤線之間而被一體地固定。 藉由如此利用鏈齒縫製線33將複數個拉鏈鏈齒31固定於鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24,可穩定地保持拉鏈鏈齒31之形狀,並且可將於長度方向上鄰接地配置之拉鏈鏈齒31間之間隔(拉鏈鏈齒31之安裝間距)亦穩定地保持為固定之大小。 尤其是,藉由在拉鏈鏈齒31相對於鏈布構件21之固定中,使用鏈齒縫製線33之雙重鏈縫,能以較高之生產性進行拉鏈鏈帶20之製造。又,雙重鏈縫之接縫之強度優異,即便固定拉鏈鏈齒31之鏈齒縫製線33斷開,鏈齒縫製線33亦可不易出現散紗。再者,於本發明中,作為鏈齒縫製線33之針跡形式,亦可採用除了雙重鏈縫以外者。 然後,於進行如上述般之縫製加工後,將鏈布構件21以第1鏈布片部24之內周面與第2鏈布片部26之內周面面對面之方式彎折成U字狀。又,於將鏈布構件21彎折成U字狀後,對所獲得之拉鏈鏈帶20,視需要進行熱固化處理。再者,於本實施例1中,亦可於將鏈布構件21彎折成U字狀之後,將複數個拉鏈鏈齒31固定於該U字狀之鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24。 藉由進行以上之步驟,可形成本實施例1之拉鏈鏈帶20。進而,藉由使所形成之拉鏈鏈帶20兩個一組地組合並使鏈齒排30彼此嚙合,而獲得如圖4及圖5所示般之左右一對拉鏈鏈帶20。 如圖1及圖2等所模式性地表示般,本實施例1中所使用之滑件40具有滑件主體41、及安裝於滑件主體41之拉片42。滑件主體41具有:上翼板43;下翼板44,其與上翼板43隔開且平行地配置;未圖示之連結柱,其連結上翼板43及下翼板44之前端部(導入口側端部)間;凸緣部45,其自上翼板43之左右側緣部朝向下翼板44垂設;及拉片安裝部46,其配置於上翼板43之上表面。 於滑件主體41之前端部,將引導柱夾在中間地形成有左右導入口,於滑件主體41之後端部形成有嚙合口。又,於上翼板43與下翼板44之間,形成有將左右導入口與嚙合口連通之大致Y字形狀之鏈齒引導路徑。尤其是,本實施例1中之滑件主體41之鏈齒引導路徑係於上下方向上,具有可由左右布料10之鏈帶安裝部12、及固定於各鏈帶安裝部12之左右拉鏈鏈帶20插通之尺寸地形成。 藉由使此種滑件40沿左右拉鏈鏈帶20之鏈齒排30向前方或後方滑動,可於滑件主體41之鏈齒引導路徑內使左右拉鏈鏈齒31依序順利地嚙合、分離。 其次,對將如上述般之拉鏈鏈帶20安裝至布料10之鏈帶安裝部12,而製造本實施例1之附有拉鏈5之衣服1之方法進行說明。 首先,分別準備1個拉鏈鏈帶20、及構成衣服1之前身片之布料10。 作為形成本實施例1之拉鏈鏈帶20之步驟,如上述般,利用鏈齒縫製線33,將呈環扣狀連續之複數個拉鏈鏈齒31及芯繩32縫製固定於鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24之一鏈布面(成為外周面之鏈布面)。 此時,於鏈布構件21之另一鏈布面(成為內周面之鏈布面)預先形成接著層23,拉鏈鏈齒31及芯繩32係固定於鏈布構件21之未形成接著層23之側之鏈布面。於將拉鏈鏈齒31及芯繩32固定於鏈布構件21後,將該鏈布構件21彎折成U字狀,藉此可製作本實施例1之拉鏈鏈帶20。 又,作為與製作拉鏈鏈帶20之步驟不同之步驟,藉由針織或梭織等製作成為拉鏈被附構件之衣服1用之布料。此時,於例如欲對布料賦予防水性之情形時,亦可對針織而成或梭織而成之布料塗覆合成樹脂、或者貼附樹脂膜。進而,對所獲得之布料以成為與衣服1之前身片對應之特定之形狀之方式進行裁剪,而製作成為拉鏈被附構件之左右一對前身片用之布料(布料部分)10。於該情形時,於左右布料(布料部分)10之對向側端緣13,未實施如上述般進行回折等之回折處理。又,左右布料10中之距各個對向側端緣13具有固定之寬度尺寸之部分形成為布料10之鏈帶安裝部12。 其次,進行如下之安裝步驟,即,將如上述般製作之拉鏈鏈帶20安裝至已被裁剪成特定之形狀之布料(布料部分)10之鏈帶安裝部12。 於該安裝步驟中,首先,如圖6所示,於將彎折成U字狀之鏈布構件21以第2鏈布片部26遠離第1鏈布片部24之方式打開之狀態下,將拉鏈鏈帶20載置於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12。此時,以使鏈布構件21之形成於第1鏈布片部24之內周面之接著層23、與布料10之鏈帶安裝部12之第1表面面對面地接觸,並且使鏈布構件21之鏈布彎折部25之位置與布料10之對向側端緣13之位置一致,而將拉鏈鏈帶20重疊於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12。 繼而,進行如下之縫製加工,即,對圖6所示之狀態之拉鏈鏈帶20及布料10,使用鏈帶縫製用縫紉機將兩者縫合。藉此,拉鏈鏈帶20係遍及其長度方向全體地藉由鏈帶縫製線(第2縫製線)27之鎖型針步而縫製於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12。 於該情形時,鏈帶縫製線27與各拉鏈鏈齒31之上腳部31b相接並將上腳部31b及下腳部31c朝向布料10按壓,並且通過鄰接之拉鏈鏈齒31之上腳部31b間並刺穿芯繩32。進而,鏈帶縫製線27通過鄰接之拉鏈鏈齒31之下腳部31c間並刺穿鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24及布料10之鏈帶安裝部12。藉此,拉鏈鏈齒31、芯繩32、鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24、及布料10之鏈帶安裝部12被夾入至形成鎖型針步之鏈帶縫製線27之針線與梭芯線之間而被一體地固定。又,藉由鏈帶縫製線27之鎖型針步而形成之鏈帶縫製部係以重疊於藉由鏈齒縫製線33之雙重鏈縫而形成之鏈齒縫製部之方式配置。 尤其是,於本實施例1中,於拉鏈鏈帶20相對於布料10之固定中,使用鏈帶縫製線27之鎖型針步。藉此,可將拉鏈鏈帶20與布料10順利且穩定地縫合。 於該情形時,藉由鏈帶縫製線27而形成之鏈帶縫製部具有如下之鏈帶縫製線27之露出部分,即,鏈帶縫製線27刺穿布料10之鏈帶安裝部12而於鏈帶安裝部12之第2表面(下表面)上露出且走線。再者,於本發明中,作為鏈帶縫製線27之針跡形式,亦可採用除了鎖型針步以外者。 於將拉鏈鏈帶20縫製於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12後,如圖6中藉由假想線所示般,以將鏈布構件21之第2鏈布片部26重疊於鏈帶安裝部12之第2表面之方式將鏈布構件21彎折成U字狀。藉此,如圖7所示,於鏈帶安裝部12之第2表面露出且走線之鏈帶縫製線27之露出部分被鏈布構件21之第2鏈布片部26被覆,而以自外部看不到之方式被隱藏。 此時,鏈布構件21係使形成於第1鏈布片部24之內周面之接著層23接觸於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12之第1表面、且使形成於第2鏈布片部26之內周面之接著層23接觸於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12之第2表面而被保持。又,鏈布構件21之鏈布彎折部25係將布料10之對向側端緣13包入,並且使接著層23接觸於布料10之對向側端緣13而被保持。即,鏈布構件21係將布料10之鏈帶安裝部12自鏈帶安裝部12之第1表面經由對向側端緣13至第2表面連續地包入。 然後,於藉由鏈布構件21將布料10之鏈帶安裝部12包入之狀態下,一面將鏈布構件21朝向鏈帶安裝部12按壓一面進行特定之溫度之熱處理。藉此,可使鏈布構件21之內周面藉由熱熔型接著劑之接著層23而接著於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12。即,可如圖3所示般,使鏈布構件21之第1鏈布片部24、鏈布彎折部25、及第2鏈布片部26分別固著於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12之第1表面、對向側端緣13、及第2表面。 再者,於本實施例1中,鏈布構件21係經由接著層23而固著於布料10之鏈帶安裝部12,但於本發明中,亦可不設置接著層23地形成鏈布構件21,且於使該鏈布構件21與布料10之鏈帶安裝部12密接之狀態下藉由熱熔接處理或超音波熔接處理等進行熔接從而將兩者固著。 藉由進行如上述般之拉鏈鏈帶20之安裝步驟,可製作於已被裁剪成特定之形狀之布料10之鏈帶安裝部12安裝有拉鏈鏈帶20的前身片之衣服構成部分。然後,於製作左右前身片用之附有拉鏈鏈帶20之構成部分後,使所製作之各部位之衣服構成部分相互藉由縫製等而結合,從而組裝衣服1。進而,將滑件40可滑動地安裝至左右拉鏈鏈帶20之鏈齒排30。藉此,可製造本實施例1之附有拉鏈5之衣服1。 於以此方式製造之本實施例1之附有拉鏈5之衣服1中,拉鏈鏈帶20之鏈布構件21配置成自衣服1之外側不易看到,因此可提高附有拉鏈5之衣服1之外觀品質。又,可將形成於衣服1之拉鏈5對衣服1之設計造成之影響抑制為較小。 又,於本實施例1之附有拉鏈5之衣服1中,前身片之布料10之對向側端緣(側端面)13被拉鏈鏈帶20之鏈布構件21包裹而被保護,因此未露出至外側。因此,即便於在布料10之對向側端緣13被裁剪後之狀態下於對向側端緣13出現散紗、或自對向側端緣13脫紗之情形時,亦可將該對向側端緣13隱藏至鏈布構件21之內側。又,同時,可使回折成U字狀之鏈布構件21之鏈布彎折部25之平整之外周面與嚙合對象側之拉鏈鏈帶20對向。 因此,於本實施例1之設置於衣服1之拉鏈5中,可有效地防止因於布料10之對向側端緣13出現之散紗、或自對向側端緣13突出之紗等,而引起左右拉鏈鏈齒31之嚙合度變差、或滑件40之滑動性降低。
