Abstract

An LED light bulb and a fabrication method thereof are provided. A plurality of power wires for supplying electricity to an LED filament are fixed to form a power wire supporting structure for supporting and fixing the LED filament in position, without using a stem of a conventional LED light bulb, thereby simplifying fabrication processes of the LED light bulb and reducing fabrication costs thereof. Moreover, the LED light bulb does not require an internal space for accommodating the stem, and thus its length can be effectively reduced to ideally become a small-size light bulb.

Description

LED bulb and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to the field of illumination, and more particularly to an LED bulb and a method of making same.

According to the LED bulb, it has the advantages of long life, high energy saving, environmental protection and fast response speed, so it gradually replaces the existing incandescent bulbs and other lighting bulbs.

2。Regarding the manufacturing process of the current LED bulb, as shown in FIG. 1, first, in step S21, the stem 21, the LED filament 22 and the two guide wires 23 as shown in FIG. 2-1 are provided, wherein the stem 21 Used to provide support for the LED filament 22, the stem 21 includes an exhaust pipe 211 and a flare tube 212, and the exhaust pipe 211 and the two guide wires 23 pass through the flare tube 212. Next, in step S22, as shown in FIG. 2-2, both ends of the LED filament 22 are welded to the two guide wires 23 passing through the stem 21 to constitute an LED bulb semi-finished product 24. Then, in step S23, as shown in Figures 2-3, a glass envelope 25 is provided and the glass envelope 25 is placed over the head of the LED bulb blank 24 to provide protection to the head of the LED bulb blank 24. Further, in step S24, as shown in Figs. 2-4, the glass case 25 is sealed by a sealing machine, and the excess gas inside the glass case 25 is removed by the exhauster via the exhaust pipe 211. In addition, in step S25, the excess portion of the exhaust pipe 211 is removed, and the lamp cap 26 is provided, so that the two guide wires 23 are electrically connected to the lamp cap 26, respectively, to constitute the LED bulb finished product 2 shown in FIG. 2-5.

Therefore, the LED bulb 2 is now required to be supported by the support of the stem 21 so that the manufacturing process of the LED bulb 2 is complicated, and the manufacturing cost of the derivatized LED bulb 2 is high. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2-5, the inside of the LED bulb finished product 2 needs a reserved space 22 to set the front end 213 of the stem 21, so that the length of the LED bulb 2 cannot be effectively shortened, and the existing small-sized illumination bulb cannot be completely replaced. .

In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides an LED bulb comprising: a guide wire support set, an LED filament, a glass envelope and a lamp cap.
