以下,參照圖式說明本發明之實施形態之洗淨頭、本體裝置及洗淨系統。惟,以下所示之實施形態係例示用於將本發明之技術思想具體化之洗淨頭、本體裝置及洗淨系統者,不是意圖將本發明特定於此,而是亦可相同地適應於申請專利範圍所包含之其他之實施形態者。 〔實施形態1〕 參照圖1、圖4,說明本發明之實施形態1之洗淨系統之概要。又,圖1A係本發明之實施形態1之洗淨系統之概略立體圖,圖1B係圖1A之IB部分之示意放大剖視圖。 本發明之實施形態1之洗淨系統10構成為包含:洗淨頭11,其一邊依次變更/擴大被洗淨區域一邊進行洗淨及乾燥;及本體裝置20,其對該洗淨頭供給洗淨液及回收洗淨後液體等。 洗淨頭11如圖4所示般,具備:頭本體12,其在內部具有特定大小之空間部12c及在一部分具有特定大小之開口部12d;及噴霧/抽吸體13,其進行洗淨液噴霧且另一方面抽吸洗淨後液體等。 頭本體12具有接頭結合部12H,其與空間部連通,且藉由連接管19(參照圖1)與供給洗淨液及回收/處理洗淨後液體等之本體裝置20相連。 又,噴霧/抽吸體13分別配設有:噴霧嘴14,其對被洗淨對象或區域進行洗淨液噴霧;複數個抽吸孔15及抽吸刷16,其等在該噴霧嘴之周圍抽吸/回收洗淨後液體等;及位於外周圍緣且壓抵於被洗淨區域之外周刷17。又,該外周刷對應於申請專利範圍之壓抵構件。該噴霧/抽吸體13係由特定之固定組件固定於頭本體12之開口部12d。該固定組件採用裝卸自如或無法分離之組件之任一者。 又,由於在複數個抽吸刷間配設有複數個抽吸孔,故可防止因抽吸刷堵塞而故障。亦即,由於抽吸孔穿設於噴霧/抽吸體,而位於較抽吸刷更低之位置,故即便抽吸刷吸入頭髮等而堵塞,仍可自抽吸孔吸入液體及空氣,因此可避免因抽吸刷堵塞而故障。 又,藉由複數個抽吸刷及抽吸孔可高效率地抽吸/回收洗淨後液體及頭皮、頭皮屑等。亦即,如先前技術(參照上述專利文獻2、3)般,在採用1個抽吸口之洗淨裝置中,存在由於自噴霧嘴噴霧之洗淨液未到達頭部間之空間內且未經對流便立即從一個較大的抽吸口被抽吸故引起洗淨不均(不良)之情形,但本發明可避免此洗淨不良。 如以上所說明般,根據該洗淨頭10,由於將噴霧/抽吸體設為與頭本體不同構體/不同材料,故能夠進行自由地設計、製作成適合於各種被洗淨對象或區域者。亦即,噴霧/抽吸體可設為任意之形狀,例如板狀體、拱型(圓形、橢圓形)、其他形狀,且,對於噴霧/抽吸體可將噴霧嘴、抽吸孔及壓抵構件等選擇、變更為任意者,並且可配設於任意之位置,進而,亦可簡單地實現該等之更換。其結果為,洗淨頭之製作變得容易且另一方面可降低價格。 本體裝置20如圖1所示般,包含:分別供給2種洗淨液之2個液體供給器24A、24B、污水處理槽21及抽吸機25等,對洗淨頭供給洗淨液且另一方面抽吸/回收洗淨後液體等並加以處理。各液體供給器藉由使用乾電池驅動之噴霧器,則外部動力僅為抽吸機,從而可實現構成簡單且節能化。又,洗淨液為洗淨劑及洗淨水。 由於該洗淨系統10包含洗淨頭11及本體裝置20,故即便在無自來水等之給水設備之處仍能夠以較少的洗淨液進行洗淨。又,因運搬/移動自如故設置場所不受限制,可在任意之場所輕鬆使用。 該洗淨系統係藉由上述之構成而發揮顯著之作用效果者,為了明確包含該等之其他特徵,以下,詳細敘述構成該洗淨系統之洗淨頭及本體裝置。 參照圖2~圖6,詳細敘述洗淨頭。又,圖2A係構成洗淨頭之噴霧/抽吸體之平面圖,圖2B係抽吸刷之側視圖,圖3A係說明配設圖2A之抽吸刷及抽吸孔之位置之說明圖,圖3B係將洗淨頭壓抵至頭部之狀態之剖視圖,圖4A係洗淨頭之剖視圖,圖4B係自其他角度觀察下之洗淨頭之剖視圖,圖5顯示噴霧/抽吸體,圖5A係立體圖,圖5B係另一噴霧/抽吸體之立體圖,圖5C係又一噴霧/抽吸體之立體圖,圖6係洗淨頭之剖視圖。 洗淨頭11如圖4所示般,具備:頭本體12,其在內部具有特定大小之空間部12c及在一部分具有特定大小之開口部12d;及噴霧/抽吸體13,其進行洗淨液噴霧,且另一方面抽吸洗淨後液體等。 頭本體12具有固持部12H(參照圖1),其與該空間部12c連通,且與供給洗淨液及回收、處理洗淨後液體等之本體裝置20相連。固持部12H係用手固持之操作部分,且亦成為對於本體裝置20而與連接管19相連之接頭。該固持部與申請專利範圍之接頭結合部相對應。 頭本體12如圖4所示般,以在下端具有大致圓形狀之開口部及在內部具有特定大小之空間部之箱型之殼體而構成。亦即,該頭本體12包含大致拱型之殼體,該殼體在上方具備特定大小之大致圓形狀之天棚部12a、自該天棚部之周圍朝下方垂下特定長度之周邊包圍部12b、在內部具備由該等天棚部及周邊包圍部包圍之特定大小之空間部12c、在下方具有特定大小之開口部12d,且以金屬或合成樹脂材料形成。天棚部12a形成固定噴霧嘴14之部位,在該部位固定有噴霧嘴14(參照圖6)。又,噴霧嘴14亦可不是安裝於頭本體而是安裝於噴霧/抽吸體13。 開口部12d形成大致圓筒形狀,在該圓筒形狀部嵌合有噴霧體嵌合部13b(參照圖4)。又,該開口部之形狀並非限定於圓筒形狀,亦可為任意之形狀,圓形以外之形狀,例如橢圓形、矩形、其他形狀,其形狀及大小根據噴霧/抽吸體13之形狀、大小而決定。 又,周邊包圍部12b在其一部分形成有管連接部121 ,在該連接部連接有連接管19(參照圖1)。該連接管19係抽吸/回收洗淨後液體等之管,在內部插入有連接噴霧頭14與各液體供給器24A、24B之洗淨液供給管191 。又,由於管連接部121 成為經由連接管19利用抽吸機25(參照圖1)抽吸之部位,故在以下之說明中亦稱為真空口。 又,空間部12c具有特定之大小,在該空間內配設有與噴霧嘴相結合之洗淨液供給管191 ,又,利用該空間,使自複數個抽吸孔15及抽吸嘴16抽吸之洗淨後液體等暫時滯留,且經由連接管19排出至外部。另外,開口部12d由噴霧/抽吸體13封塞,而形成不會自內部之空間部21c朝外部漏液之結合構造。 又,天棚部12a在其頂部安裝有打開/關閉洗淨頭11之操作開關18。又,操作開關18電性連接於省略圖示之控制盤,該控制盤亦與各液體供給器24A、2B及抽吸機25(參照圖1)電性連接。若打開/關閉操作開關18,則根據來自控制盤之指令,自各液體供給器24A、24B對洗淨頭11供給洗淨液,且,抽吸機25作動而自洗淨頭11抽吸洗淨後液體等。又,亦可在不經由控制盤下,對各液體供給器24A、24B及抽吸機25安裝個別之開關,使該等個別地打開/關閉。另外,操作開關18採用防水型。 噴霧/抽吸體13如圖2A、圖4所示般,包含封塞頭本體12之開口部之大小之圓盤狀體,以金屬或合成樹脂材料等之成型體形成。又,噴霧/抽吸體為了可進行彈性變形,而以彈性體樹脂製為較佳。 噴霧/抽吸體13在中心部形成供安裝或插通噴霧嘴14之特定直徑之貫通孔(以下稱為噴嘴安裝孔)131 ,在該噴嘴安裝孔之周圍形成複數個抽吸刷16及抽吸孔15,在最外周即自圖4觀察下在表面側形成有噴霧體結合部13d以及在背面側形成有外周刷17。 噴嘴安裝孔131 其形狀及大小係根據噴霧嘴14而決定。亦即,噴霧嘴之大小係根據噴霧量而決定,但該噴霧量係根據後述之抽吸刷及抽吸孔之抽吸量之平衡而決定。例如,噴霧量設為較抽吸量更小為較佳。 噴霧嘴14選擇節水型者,使用設置使洗淨液朝四方噴霧或噴射之微細孔等之噴霧嘴。此種節水型噴霧嘴係已周知,由於本發明使用該周知之噴霧嘴,故省略其詳細之說明。又,可替代噴霧嘴而使用節水型噴射嘴。 噴霧/抽吸體13在噴嘴安裝孔之周圍配設有複數個抽吸刷16及抽吸孔15。使該等配設具有特定之規則性而排列。例如,在稍許離開中心部之噴嘴安裝孔131 之周圍,亦即,在自噴嘴安裝孔131 分別離開特定距離之周圍之範圍(區域),自噴霧/抽吸體13之背面(自圖4觀察下)朝下方垂下特定長度之複數個抽吸刷16及抽吸孔15隔開特定之間隔而排列,且在最遠離位於中心部之噴嘴安裝孔之外側之外周,亦即在最外周排列自噴霧/抽吸體13之背面垂下特定長度之複數個外周刷17。 若進一步詳細敘述該等之排列,則以噴嘴安裝孔131 為中心,分別描繪隨著自該中心朝外側遠離而使面積設為大之不同面積之複數個相似形之假想之框,或朝四方呈放射狀之複數條假想之放射線,在該等框之外周或放射線上隔開特定之間隔排列複數個抽吸嘴16,且複數個抽吸孔15係分別排列於抽吸刷間。又,框形狀較佳為例如多角形、橢圓形、圓形等,該等將於後述。 藉由該等抽吸刷及抽吸孔等之規則性之排列,而可高效率地抽吸洗淨後液體等且排出至外部。又,藉由使抽吸刷之刷抽吸孔朝向特定之方向,而使抽吸、排出之效率更高。 該噴霧/抽吸體13如圖2A、圖3所示般,係將框設為同心圓者。亦即,以噴嘴安裝孔131 為中心,在離開該中心點特定距離之範圍內分別描繪半徑不同之複數個假想之同心圓,在該等同心圓之圓周上隔開特定之間隔而配設複數個抽吸嘴16及抽吸孔15。又,在以下之說明中,為了易於理解複數個抽吸孔15及抽吸刷16其等之配設之位置,而對複數個抽吸孔15賦予符號a11 ~a1n 、a21 ~a2n 、a31 ~a3n 來表示,相同地,對複數個抽吸刷16賦予符號b11 ~b1n 、b21 ~b2n 來表示。n為自然數。 參照圖3A,在自中心O半徑為r1 之同心圓(框)之圓周(框外周)R1 上,將複數個抽吸孔a11 ~a1n 隔開特定之間隔(等間隔為較佳)穿設而設置,由該等抽吸孔而在圓周上形成以特定之間隔相連之環、即所謂之第1抽吸孔環Ra1 。又,相同地,分別在較半徑r1 更長之半徑r2 之圓周R2 上隔開特定之間隔植設複數個抽吸刷b11 ~b1n 而形成第1刷環Rb1 ,再者,在較半徑r2 更長之半徑r3 之圓周R3 上隔開特定之間隔穿設複數個抽吸孔a21 ~a2n 而形成第2抽吸孔環Ra2 ,另外,在較半徑r3 更長之半徑r4 之圓周R4 上隔開特定之間隔植設複數個抽吸刷b21 ~b2n 而形成第2刷環Rb2 ,此外,在較半徑r4 更長之半徑r5 之同心圓之圓周R5 上隔開特定之間隔穿設複數個抽吸孔a31 ~a3n 而形成第3抽吸孔環Ra3 ,另外,在較半徑r4 更長之半徑r5 之同心圓之圓周R6 上隔開特定之間隔植設複數個外周刷c11 ~c1n 而形成外周刷環Rc1 。又,圓周R1 ~R6 表示同心圓(框)之框外周。 又,複數個抽吸孔15係配設在各圓周R1 、R3 、R5 上,但並不限定於該等位置,亦可設置於其他部位,亦即設置於複數個抽吸刷間。抽吸孔之大小、個數及間隔係根據噴霧/抽吸體之大小等而決定。又,複數個外周刷c11 ~c1n 之個數及間隔亦根據噴霧/抽吸體之大小等而決定。 藉由該等抽吸孔15及抽吸刷16之配設,而在中心O之周圍朝向半徑外側形成有複數個環,亦即第1抽吸孔環Ra1 、第1刷環Rb1 、第2抽吸孔環Ra2 、第2刷環Rb2 、第3抽吸孔環Ra3 、及外周刷環Rc3 。 藉由該等之抽吸孔及抽吸刷相連之環,自中心O之噴霧嘴14噴霧之液體在洗淨後,首先被第1抽吸孔環Ra1 抽吸,繼之被第1刷環Rb1 及第2抽吸孔環Ra2 、進而被第2刷環Rb2 及第3抽吸孔環Ra3 抽吸。藉由該等抽吸,被噴霧之洗淨液不會朝外部飛散,還可防止滴下。又,外界空氣自外周刷環Rc3 通過各外周刷間被大致均一地抽吸。另外,抽吸孔環及刷環之數目根據噴霧/抽吸體之大小而任意地選定,且各環之間隔及各環之抽吸孔及抽吸刷之間隔亦任意地設定。 以上所說明之噴霧/抽吸體13係將框設為同心圓者,但本發明並非將框限定於同心圓,可任意地變更。 以下,參照圖7說明噴霧/抽吸體之變化例。又,圖7顯示噴霧/抽吸體之變化例,圖7A係變化例1之平面圖,圖7B係變化例2之平面圖,圖7C係變化例3之平面圖。該等噴霧/抽吸體形成以與圖2B之噴霧/抽吸體相同之方式描繪之說明圖。 變化例1~3之噴霧/抽吸體13A~13C係描繪為隨著自中心O朝外側遠離而將面積擴大之不同面積之複數個相似之假想之框,在該等框之外周R1 ~R5 上配設複數個抽吸孔及抽吸刷,且沿著外周R6 而配設複數個外周刷者。框之形狀例如為多角形、橢圓形、圓形。 變化例1之噴霧/抽吸體13A如圖7A所示般,係描繪隨著自中心O朝外側遠離而擴大面積之不同面積的複數個相似之假想之框,亦即描繪為四角形,且在該等框(四角形)之外周R1 ~R5 上配設複數個平坦吸入口及抽吸刷,且沿著R6 而配設複數個外周刷者。又,四角形不僅可為正方形,亦可為長方形。 又,變化例2之噴霧/抽吸體13B係如圖7B所示般,將框形狀設為多角形、例如6角形、8角形、10角形者。 再者,變化例3之噴霧/抽吸體13C係如圖7C所示般,將框形狀設為橢圓形者。 此外,雖然省略圖示,但亦可自中心O朝四方放射狀地描繪複數條放射線,且在該等放射線上隔開特定之間隔而配設前述複數個抽吸刷。 根據該等噴霧/抽吸體,由於在噴霧/抽吸體上將抽吸刷等具有特定之規則性而配設,故可發揮與前述噴霧/抽吸體13相同之作用效果。 其次,參照圖2A、圖3、圖4說明抽吸孔。 抽吸孔15包含貫通噴霧/抽吸體13之貫通孔,位於第1刷環Rb1 與第2刷環Rb2 之間及其外環,抽吸洗淨後之水、掉髮、頭皮(污垢)等且排出至外部。 由於該等抽吸孔15如圖4所示般穿設於噴霧/抽吸體,未自噴霧/抽吸體13突出,而位於較抽吸刷16更靠近噴霧/抽吸體之位置,故即便抽吸刷16因吸入頭髮等而堵塞,仍可自抽吸孔吸入洗淨液及空氣,因此可避免因抽吸刷16堵塞而故障。又,藉由將該抽吸孔之個數、形狀及大小設為特定者,可高效率地抽吸/回收洗淨後液體、掉髮及頭皮(污垢)等。亦即,如先前技術般,在採用1個較大的抽吸口時,由於自噴霧嘴噴霧之洗淨液在未到達頭部間之空間內且未經充分對流便立刻從較大的抽吸口被抽吸,故無法進行良好之洗淨,就此點將有所改善。 其次,參照圖2、圖3說明抽吸刷。 抽吸刷16包含:形成第1刷環Rb1 之抽吸刷b11 ~b1n 、及形成第2刷環Rb2 之抽吸刷b21 ~b2n ,該等形成相同之形狀。 如圖2B所示般,抽吸刷16以在上下端分別具有刷開口16a、16b、在側面具有刷抽吸孔16c,特定粗細及長度之筒狀體形成。粗細為直徑3 mm~9 mm,長度(表示朝被洗淨區域方向突出之高度)較佳為15 mm以下。亦即,粗細並無特別限定,但由於若高度超過15 mm則洗淨液容易飛散或滴下,故較佳為15 mm以下。又,下限為5~6 mm。另外,刷抽吸孔並不限定於細槽、狹縫,亦可為其他形狀,例如孔等。由於該抽吸刷16具有下端之刷開口16b及側部之刷抽吸孔16c,故雖然為簡單之構成,但可自該等開口部及抽吸孔順暢地抽吸洗淨後液體、脫髮等。 複數個抽吸刷16,亦即每個抽吸刷b11 ~b1n 及b22 ~b2n 較佳的是在噴霧/抽吸體13上以使各個刷抽吸孔16c朝向逆時針方向或順時針方向之方式而配置。藉由該配置,而在抽吸時朝逆時針方向或順時針方向形成螺旋狀之流動而被抽吸。藉由該抽吸而可防止飛散、漏出。例如,在頭部洗淨時,若抽吸刷抵接於頭皮則刷開口16b被封鎖而僅剩刷抽吸孔16c。因此,抽吸力增加而形成螺旋之流動且循環之力越來越強。此抽吸刷可在噴霧/抽吸體13之成型時形成為一體,或者,亦可植設於噴霧/抽吸體13。 其次,參照圖4、圖5、圖6說明噴霧體結合部。 噴霧體結合部13d形成嵌合於開口部12d之構造體(參照圖4)。 該噴霧體嵌合部13b以強制地壓入開口部12d而嵌合之方式彈性變形。該彈性變形藉由將噴霧/抽吸體13以包含彈性體樹脂等之成型體而形成,且將噴霧體嵌合部13b與內部分相比形成更薄壁,而可賦予能夠反覆變形之彈性力。藉由該嵌合,能夠形成以一次觸及即可實現與頭本體裝卸自如之結合。又,該裝卸自如之結合並不限定於彈性變形,亦可使用已經周知之裝卸自如之結合組件。又,亦可不是裝卸自如而是利用接著劑等而固定。 然而,洗淨頭在使用中會對頭本體12之空間部12c內利用來自抽吸機之抽吸而作用強力之抽吸力。因此,若為了對噴霧體嵌合部13b賦予彈性力而使噴霧/抽吸體之整體以矽、彈性體樹脂成型體形成,則因該強力之抽吸力,而噴霧/抽吸體13之內部在自圖4觀察下上下移動,若該上下移動頻繁發生,則該部分會有損傷/破損之虞。 為了避免該損傷等,而噴霧/抽吸體13使用補強材、例如具有特定之厚度之金屬板等進行補強。補強材13c(參照圖6)埋入於噴霧/抽吸體13之內部部分,例如,設為在3層構造下使補強材介在於中間,或在2層構造下使補強材設置於下表面等。該補強材13c貫通抽吸孔15、抽吸刷16之一部分。圖6之符號13a表示噴霧/抽吸體13之表面、符號13b表示背面。 其次,參照圖2A、圖3~圖5,說明構成壓抵構件之外周刷17。 複數個外周刷17如圖2A所示般配設於外周刷環Rc3 ,該等外周刷c11 ~c1n 為相同形狀,且該等外周刷包含特定粗細及長度之毛、梳齒、柱狀體等,其中,梳齒或柱狀體係以彈性體樹脂成型體而形成。粗細可為任意,且長度或者與抽吸刷相同,或者較其稍許長短。亦即,即可較抽吸刷稍許長亦可稍許短。若將該等外周刷之間隔縮窄則難以抽吸外界空氣,若擴寬則有洗淨液朝外部飛出之虞,因此考量該等之平衡而決定。該間隙較佳為例如約3.00 mm左右。 藉由將外周刷設為特定之粗細及間隔,而如圖5A所示般,順暢地吸入外界空氣,且另一方面,藉由利用噴霧/抽吸體之內部與外部之氣壓差而產生空氣自外部之流入,來阻止洗淨液朝外部之放出。 亦即,洗淨頭在使用中對頭本體12之空間部12c內作用強力之抽吸力,利用該抽吸力而抽吸/回收洗淨後液體等。因此,需要自複數個外周刷間抽吸外界空氣,若無該吸氣則無法抽吸/回收洗淨後液體等,因此在刷間設置特定之間隙。又,圖5A之箭頭表示外界空氣之吸入。 即便替代為海綿體,由於必須進行外界空氣之吸氣,故該等海綿體17'、17''在其周圍設置複數個倒凹孔(參照圖5B)、或複數個貫通孔(參照圖5C),將該等孔作為通氣孔。又,圖5B顯示將外周刷變更為海綿體之噴霧/抽吸體13',圖5C顯示同樣之噴霧/抽吸體13''。另外,圖5B、5C之箭頭表示外界空氣之吸入。 又,噴霧/抽吸體13較佳者係形成與被洗淨對象或區域之洗淨部分之形狀相符之形狀。例如,在洗淨頭髮時,由於頭部形成為大致半球形狀,故設想該半球形狀之半徑為例如約52.7 mm,而形成與該半徑相符之彎曲之拱型乃至形狀。又,圖4所示之彎曲形狀之天棚變低,若與頭部相符,則該天棚會更高(更深),亦即形成自外周圍朝向天棚彎曲非常深之形狀(參照圖3B)。 藉由設為該拱型,而在將洗淨頭11壓抵於頭部時,由於噴霧/抽吸體13之天棚變高,而與頭部之間形成比較大的洗淨空間,故可利用該空間使洗淨液高效率地循環。亦即,若自天棚之噴霧嘴14噴霧狀地噴射洗淨液,則噴霧水在比較大的洗淨空間內形成為霧狀而充滿,且在內部對流、循環,而將洗淨部分高效率地洗淨,並且可自抽吸孔及抽吸刷高效率地抽吸洗淨後液體等,而可防止該等洗淨液朝外部飛散。又,噴霧/抽吸體13之形狀並不限定於上述之頭髮洗淨,在為其他洗淨對象時,可與其相符而變更。
