The present invention is an absorbent article, which includes a longitudinal direction corresponding to the front and back directions of the wearer and a transverse direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and has an absorbent body, and has a front portion, a middle portion, and a rear portion along the longitudinal direction. The absorption system is on the skin-opposing surface side of the middle portion, and has a middle-high portion having a thickness greater than that of the other portions. The absorption system is located on the rear side more than the mid-high portion, and has a rear slit region extending behind the rear slit and extending in the longitudinal direction. The rear slit region is provided with a pair on both sides via an imaginary longitudinal centerline extending the absorbent body in the transverse direction and bisected in the longitudinal direction. Among the rear slits constituting a pair of the rear slit regions, the horizontal interval between the adjacent slits which are closest to the middle-high part and located on the inner side in the lateral direction is the longitudinal rear end of the middle-high part. The width in the transverse direction is the same or larger than the width.

The present inventors have discovered that when the body is placed on the back when sleeping, the normal night-time menstrual tampon is closer to the draining portion facing portion than the wearer's liquid draining portion. A gap is easily generated in the rear. When a large amount of menstrual blood is excreted at one time, menstrual blood easily flows along the skin, causing leakage. In response to such leakage, if the absorbent article of Patent Document 1 is worn, the conformability is improved by the rear slit region. Therefore, although it has a fixed effect, it is high among absorbers disposed in the central slit region. There is a difference in rigidity between the part and the part between the middle and high part and the rear slit forming the rear slit area, which may cause a gap between the absorbent article and the skin. Therefore, the absorbent article of Patent Document 1 is improved. Room. In addition, if the absorbent article described in Patent Document 2 is worn, the area behind the absorbent body is deformed into a shape bent toward the wearer's skin with the through-holes as the starting point when worn, which causes discomfort to the wearer. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article which can eliminate the disadvantages of the aforementioned prior art. Hereinafter, the absorbent article of the present invention will be described with reference to drawings based on the menstrual tampon 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "tampon 1") as a preferred embodiment. The sanitary napkin 1 includes a longitudinal direction X corresponding to the wearer's front and rear directions and a transverse direction Y orthogonal to the longitudinal direction X, and has an absorbent body 4. The sanitary napkin 1 has a front portion F, a middle portion M, and a rear portion R along the longitudinal direction X. The sanitary napkin 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is a night sanitary napkin suitable for use at bedtime. FIG. 1 shows a plan view of the sanitary napkin 1 as viewed from the side facing the skin, and FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show sectional views of the sanitary napkin 1. In addition, FIG. 4 shows a plan view of the absorbent body 4 included in the sanitary napkin 1 as viewed from the skin-facing side. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the sanitary napkin 1 includes an absorbent body 10 including an absorbent body 4, a front sheet 2 and a back sheet 3 that sandwich the absorbent body 4. In other words, the absorbent body 10 has a liquid-permeable front sheet 2 that forms the skin-facing surface, a back sheet 3 that forms the non-skin-facing surface, and an absorbent body 4 that is between the two sheets 2, 3 rooms. In this embodiment, the absorbent body 4 of the sanitary napkin 1 is formed of an absorbent sheet. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, it has a structure in which a plurality of layers of absorbent sheets are superposed in the thickness direction. In the sanitary napkin 1, the absorbent body 4 formed of an absorbent sheet contains a superabsorbent polymer and constituent fibers. As shown in FIG. 1, the absorbent body 10 of the sanitary napkin 1 includes: an intermediate portion M, which includes an excretory portion opposed to the wearer's excretory portion, that is, a vaginal opening, when worn, and an anterior portion F, which is disposed The rear portion R is disposed closer to the wearer's rear side than the middle portion M; and the rear portion R is disposed longer to the front and rear directions than the middle portion M. The sanitary napkin 1 and the absorbent body 10 have a longitudinal direction X corresponding to the front-back direction of the wearer, a transverse direction Y orthogonal to the longitudinal direction X, and a thickness direction Z. That is, the absorbent body 10 has a front portion F, a middle portion M, and a rear portion R along the longitudinal direction X, that is, the longitudinal direction X, and is divided in this order. In addition, the sanitary napkin 1 is left-right symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal centerline CL, which is an imaginary bisector that passes through the transverse Y center of the sanitary napkin 1 and extends in the longitudinal direction X. In this specification, the skin-facing surface is the sanitary napkin 1 or its constituent members (for example, the front sheet 2). The surface facing the wearer's skin when the sanitary napkin 1 is worn, and the non-skin-facing surface is sanitary. The surface of the cotton 1 or the constituent member thereof facing the skin (wearing side) opposite to the skin side when the sanitary napkin 1 is worn. In addition, the longitudinal direction X coincides with the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1 and the absorbent body 10, and the transverse direction Y coincides with the width direction (the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction) of the sanitary napkin 1 and the absorbent body 10. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, in addition to the absorbent body 10, the sanitary napkin 1 also has a pair of rear wing portions 10H and 10H. The pair of rear wing portions 10H and 10H are for absorption. The rear body R is more rearward than the middle portion M, that is, the rear portion R, and extends from both sides of the absorbent body 10 along the longitudinal direction X to the outer side of the lateral direction Y. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sanitary napkin 1 includes a pair of wing portions 10W and 10W. The pair of wing portions 10W and 10W are respectively along the longitudinal direction of the middle portion M of the self-absorbent body 10. Both sides of X extend outward from the lateral Y. Furthermore, in the absorbent article of the present invention, the "middle portion M" means a region having a wing portion 10W in the longitudinal direction X (a wing portion) when the wing portion 10W is provided as in the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment. The area between the root of 10W along the longitudinal X and the root of the other wing 10W along the longitudinal X). In addition, it means that in the case of an absorbent article without wings, the bending line (not shown) across the absorbent article in the transverse direction Y generated when the absorbent article is folded in a single packaging form, The area surrounded by the first bend line and the second bend line from the front end of the longitudinal direction X of the absorbent article. In the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the front sheet 2 covers the entire area of the skin facing surface of the absorbent body 4. On the other hand, the back sheet 3 covers the entire area of the non-skin facing surface of the absorbent body 4, and further extends from the side edges of the front sheet 2 along the longitudinal direction X to the outer side of the transverse direction Y, and prevents The sheet | seat 5 for burring formation also forms the side flap part 10S. The sheet 5 and the back sheet 3 which are fixed to the skin-opposing face of the front sheet 2 are opposite to the edge portions of the absorbent body 4 from both ends of the longitudinal direction X. Sealing, ultrasonic sealing, and other known joining means are used to join each other. Further, each of the front sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 may be bonded to the absorbent body 4 by an adhesive. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the leak-proof cuff-forming sheet 5 is arranged and fixed to the skin-facing side of the front sheet 2 arranged on the skin-facing side of the absorbent body 10. Both sides along the longitudinal direction X. Preferably, the leakage preventing flanging forming sheet 5 is arranged so as to overlap with the left and right sides of the absorbent body 4 along the longitudinal direction X in a plan view, and is arranged and fixed over the entire length of the longitudinal direction X of the absorbent body 10. The leak-proof burr formation sheet 5 may, for example, be folded back on the free end side, and an elastic member for leak-proof burr formation may be disposed inside the folded-back portion formed after the fold-back. If the elastic member for leak-proof burr formation is arranged in this way, the leak-proof burr with the folded-back portion facing the wearer's skin side is formed by the shrinkage force of the elastic member for leakage-proof burr formation. If the leak-proof flange is formed in this way, the side leakage of menstrual blood excreted to the opposite side of the skin can be prevented. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIG. 1, the side wing portion 10S is protruded from the middle portion M toward the outside of the lateral Y, thereby extending one side of the absorbent body 10 along the left and right along the longitudinal X. To the wings 10W, 10W. Also, as shown in FIG. 1, the side wing portion 10S protrudes from the rear portion R toward the outside of the lateral Y, thereby extending a pair of rear wing portions along the left and right sides of the absorbent body 10 along the longitudinal direction X. 10H, 10H. The wings 10W are folded back toward the non-skin-facing side of the crotch of clothes worn by shorts and the like, and the user. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIG. 1, the wing portion 10W has a generally trapezoidal shape with a lower bottom (a side longer than the upper bottom) located on a side portion of the absorbent body 10 along the longitudinal direction X in a plan view. On the non-skin facing surface of the wing portion 10W, a wing portion adhesive portion 10W1 is provided as an anti-offset member for fixing the wing portion 10W (sanitary napkin 1) to clothing (not shown) worn by shorts and the like. The wing portion adhesive portion 10W1 can be used to adhere and fix the wing portion 10W folded back toward the non-skin facing surface (outer surface) side of the crotch portion of the clothes to be worn. The wing part adhesive part 10W1 is arrange | positioned so that it may extend to the longitudinal direction X. In the sanitary napkin 1, the shape of the wing portion adhesive portion 10W1 is a long rectangle in the longitudinal direction X and extends parallel to the longitudinal centerline CL. In addition, a non-skin facing surface of the absorbent body 10 is formed with a body adhesive portion (not shown) for fixing the absorbent body 10 to clothes worn by shorts and the like. The rear wing portion 10H is disposed on the skin-facing side of the clothing worn by shorts and the like when worn. On the non-skin facing surface of the rear wing portion 10H, a rear wing adhesive portion 10H1 is provided as an anti-offset member for fixing the rear wing portion 10H to clothing (not shown) worn by shorts or the like. The wing portion adhesive portion 10H1 allows the rear wing portion 10H to adhere and be fixed to the skin-opposing surface (inner surface) of the clothing to be worn during use. The rear wing portion adhesive portion 10H1 is arranged so as to extend in the longitudinal direction X. In the sanitary napkin 1, the shape of the rear wing portion adhesive portion 10H1 is a long rectangle in the longitudinal direction X, and extends parallel to the longitudinal centerline CL. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the sanitary napkin 1 includes a front sheet 2 and a back sheet 3 that sandwich the absorbent body 4, and a front sheet 2 and an absorbent body 4 that are integrated on the skin-opposing surface and are integrated on the back sheet. The material 3 has a bottom groove 9. Specifically, the skin-facing surface of the absorbent body 10 (the skin-facing surface of the front sheet 2) is provided with a linear groove in which the front sheet 2 and the absorbent body 4 are integrally recessed toward the back sheet 3 side. 9. Therefore, the grooves 9 are grooves for the front sheet 2 and the absorber 4 having a higher density of each fiber as a constituent member than the density of the peripheral portions of the grooves. The “linear shape” in the linear groove 9 means that the shape of the groove (recessed portion) is not limited to a straight line in plan view, and also includes a curve. Furthermore, each line may be a continuous line or a non-continuous line such as a dotted line. For example, the grooves 9 may also include rows formed by non-continuous dot embossing. In the sanitary napkin 1, when viewed in plan as shown in FIG. 1, the groove 9 includes: a first transverse rolling groove 91 that extends in the transverse direction Y at the front portion F and the rear portion R, respectively; and a longitudinal rolling groove 92 It extends in the longitudinal direction X on both sides of the longitudinal direction X of the sanitary napkin 1 throughout the front section F, the middle section M and the rear section R. In the sanitary napkin 1, the first lateral rolling grooves 91 of the front portion F and the rear portion R are formed in a convex curved shape toward the outside of the longitudinal direction X, and extend in the lateral direction Y. In the sanitary napkin 1, the first transverse rolling groove 91 in the front portion F, the longitudinal rolling groove 92 in one side, the first transverse rolling groove 91 in the rear portion R, and the other longitudinal rolling groove 92 are formed by being connected to each other. Full-circle groove. Moreover, in the sanitary napkin 1, the groove 9 is located in the front part F, and is further inside the longitudinal X than the first transverse rolling groove 91, and has a second transverse rolling groove 93 extending in the transverse Y. Further, in the sanitary napkin 1, the groove 9 is located in the rear portion R and is surrounded by a pair of the longitudinal rolling grooves 92 and 92 and the first lateral rolling groove 91 of the rear portion R, and has a side facing the outside of the longitudinal direction X. A third rolling groove 94 extending in a convex curved shape is formed. Furthermore, in the sanitary napkin 1, the second lateral rolling grooves 93 and the third rolling grooves 94 are not connected to the pair of vertical rolling grooves 92 and 92 as shown in FIG. 1, but they may be connected. The grooves 9 formed in this way can suppress the diffusion of the body fluid flowing in the planar direction on the front sheet 2, and can effectively prevent the liquid from leaking from around the sanitary napkin 1. The absorptive system provided in the absorbent article of the present invention has a thicker middle-high portion on the skin facing surface side of the middle portion M than the other portions. In the sanitary napkin 1 according to this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the absorbent body 4 is formed of an absorbent sheet, and specifically has a structure in which a plurality of absorbent sheets are superposed in the thickness direction Z. . In the sanitary napkin 1, the absorbent body 4 formed of an absorbent sheet contains a superabsorbent polymer and constituent fibers. One absorbent sheet constituting the absorbent body 4 has a highly absorbent polymer and constituent fibers which are three-dimensionally dispersedly arranged. As the absorptive sheet, it is preferable to use the adhesive force generated by the superabsorbent polymer in a wet state, or an adhesive such as an adhesive or an adhesive fiber added separately, so that the constituent fibers or the constituent fibers have high absorbency. The polymers are combined and made into a sheet shape. The absorbent sheet refers to an absorbent body formed into a sheet shape, and is distinguished from an absorbent body having a fiber-stacked structure obtained by stacking absorbent materials. Examples of the absorbent sheet include an absorbent sheet described in Japanese Patent No. 2963647 or an absorbent sheet described in Japanese Patent No. 2955223. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the absorbent body 4 has a multilayer structure formed of an absorbent sheet. Here, the multilayer structure formed above may be formed by overlapping a plurality of absorbent sheets, may be formed by stacking one absorbent sheet, or may be formed by compounding these. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the absorbent body 4 includes a central absorbent sheet 42 formed of an absorbent sheet in the middle portion M, and a main absorbent sheet 41 covering the central absorbent sheet 42. That is, the absorbent body 4 of the sanitary napkin 1 has a multilayer structure including a main absorbent sheet 41 and a central absorbent sheet 42, and a middle high portion 43 is formed in the middle portion M. The multilayer structure of the absorbent body 4 of the sanitary napkin 1 has a structure in which a central absorbent sheet 42 is enclosed inside a folded structure of one body absorbent sheet 41, and the central absorbent sheet 42 is disposed at the middle and high portion 43. . Preferably, in the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the body absorbent sheet 41 has a wider width (length) in the transverse direction Y than the sanitary napkin 1, and includes one sheet. The two sides of the body absorbent sheet 41 along the longitudinal direction X are folded back toward the back sheet 3 side to form a two-layer structure, and the edges of both sides along the longitudinal direction X are overlapped with each other in the center of the transverse direction Y to form The absorbent body 4 is shaped. The central absorbent sheet 42 includes one sheet having a rectangular shape in plan view, and has a three-layer structure obtained by trifolding the central absorbent sheet 42 in the lateral direction Y. When the central absorbent sheet 42 is formed into a three-layer structure, at the two bend lines across the central absorbent sheet 42 in the longitudinal direction X, the second bend line from the number of free ends in the transverse direction Y Bend toward the back sheet 3 side, and then bend toward the front sheet 2 side at the first bend line from the free end of the transverse Y, and arrange the free end of the transverse Y in the 3-layer structure Way, folded into a spiral. In this way, the central absorbent sheet 42 has a three-layer structure obtained by tri-folding in a spiral shape. The middle and high portion 43 is formed into a five-layer structure by sandwiching a central absorbent sheet 42 having a three-layer structure between a main absorbent sheet 41 having a two-layer structure. The middle high portion 43 is formed only in the middle portion M, and is not formed in the front portion F and the rear portion R. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the number of laminated sheets of the absorbent sheet constituting the absorbent body 4 around the middle-high section 43 is two. The number of laminated sheets is relatively large, being five, and the thickness becomes larger than that of the surroundings of the mid-high portion 43. Therefore, the middle-high portion 43 is a raised portion protruding from the middle portion M toward the front sheet 2 side (the skin-opposing surface side of the sanitary napkin 1). The average thickness of each absorbent sheet is preferably 0.1 mm or more, particularly preferably 0.3 mm or more, more preferably 2 mm or less, and particularly preferably 1.5 mm or less. More specifically, in terms of obtaining an absorbent article that absorbs menstrual blood in a 4-point manner by the absorber and has a good wearing feeling, it is preferably 0.1 mm or more and 2 mm or less, and particularly preferably 0.3 mm or more and 1.5 mm or less. . The thickness of the middle portion 43 of the absorbent body 4 is preferably 0.7 mm or more, further preferably 1 mm or more, more preferably 5 mm or less, still more preferably 4 mm or less, and more specifically, 0.7 mm or more and 5 mm or less, and more preferably 1 mm or more and 4 mm or less. By setting the thickness of the middle high portion 43 to such a range, it is easy to achieve both good wearing feeling and high absorption performance of the middle portion M where the middle high portion 43 is formed. Moreover, when the absorbent article is provided with a wing part like the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment, it is easy to suppress the wrinkles of the absorber in the middle part M at the time of wearing. In addition, the thickness of the surrounding portion of the mid-high portion 43 other than the mid-high portion 43 of the absorbent body is preferably 0.3 mm or more, further preferably 0.5 mm or more, more preferably 3 mm or less, and still more preferably 2.5 mm or less. More specifically, it is preferably 0.3 mm or more and 3 mm or less, and further preferably 0.5 mm or more and 2.5 mm or less. This range is preferable from the viewpoint of improving higher absorption performance and followability to wearer activity. In addition, the thickness of an absorber and an absorbent sheet was measured by the following method. <Method for measuring thickness of absorbent sheet and absorbent body> The absorbent sheet or absorbent body as a measurement object is placed at a horizontal position without wrinkles or bending, and measured at 5 cN / cm 2 Thickness under load. The thickness of the present invention is measured using a thickness gauge PEACOCK DIAL UPRIGHT GAUGE SR5-C (manufactured by OZAKI MFG.C0.LTD.). At this time, a circular or square flat plate (acrylic plate with a thickness of about 5 mm) is arranged between the front end of the thickness meter and the measurement part of the measurement object, and the load becomes 5 cN / cm. 2 Way to adjust the size of the tablet. The absorptive system provided in the absorbent article of the present invention is located behind the longitudinal X side than the mid-high portion 43 and has a rear slit region RS arranged behind the longitudinal slit R1 extending in the longitudinal X direction. The rear slit region RS is provided with a pair of longitudinal centerlines CL, which are imaginary longitudinal centerlines that extend the absorbent body 4 in the horizontal direction Y in two directions in the longitudinal direction X, on both sides. In the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, the absorbent body 4 is located on the rear side of the longitudinal X side than the mid-high portion 43 of the middle portion M, and is provided with a pair of rear portions separated in the transverse Y direction. The slit regions RSr and RS1, and the rear slit regions RSr and RS1 each have a rear slit R1 extending in the longitudinal direction X. Here, the shape of the square slit R1 after extending in the longitudinal direction X means that as long as it extends in the longitudinal direction X, it includes not only straight lines, but also wavy lines, curves, and dotted lines. The inclination angle of the square slit R1 after extending in the longitudinal direction X includes not only a slit extending parallel to the longitudinal centerline CL extending in the longitudinal direction X, but also an imaginary extension extending parallel to the longitudinal centerline CL. The angle formed by the line does not reach a slit of 45 degrees. However, the inclination angle of the rear slit R1 is preferably less than 30 degrees, particularly preferably less than 10 degrees, and most preferably 0 degrees. Each rear slit region RS preferably has at least one such rear slit R1, more preferably has two or more and 18 or less, and particularly preferably has four or more and 14 or less. In the case where each of the rear slit regions RS has a plurality of rear slits R1, the rear slits R1 may be all slits having the same shape and inclination angle, or may include a part of different slits, or all of the different slits. Slit. In the case where each of the rear slit regions RS has a plurality of rear slits R1, it is preferable that the slit rows extending in the longitudinal X in each of the rear slit regions RS are formed in two or more rows in the lateral Y, and more preferably More than 3 lines. The number of the rear slits R1 included in each slit row is preferably one or more, and more preferably two or more. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIG. 4, in each of the rear slit regions RS, three rows of slits extending in the longitudinal direction X are formed in the transverse direction Y, and the rear slits are included in each of the slit rows. The number of R1 is two. In the sanitary napkin 1, the slit rows arranged between the two slit rows are arranged closer to the upper portion 43 side of the absorbent body 4 than the two slit rows to form a rear slit region RS. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the rear slits R1 constituting each of the rear slit regions RSr and RS1 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal centerline CL to form a pair. Rear slit areas RSr, RSl. Further, in the sanitary napkin 1, each of the rear slit regions RS has a plurality of rear slits R1 each having the same shape and inclination angle. In the sanitary napkin 1, each rear slit R1 extends in a straight line parallel to the longitudinal centerline CL. In the sanitary napkin 1, the rear slits R1 extend in a straight line parallel to the longitudinal center line CL, and are arranged in a state of being dispersed in two directions of the longitudinal direction X and the transverse direction Y to form a rear slit region RS. The rear slit R1 of the sanitary napkin 1 is disposed on the main body absorbent sheet 41 located around the middle high portion 43 of the absorbent body 4. The rear slit R1 only needs to penetrate at least one layer of the body absorbent sheet 41 having a two-layer structure, but in the sanitary napkin 1, the rear slit R1 extends through the thickness direction of the body absorbent sheet 41 of the two-layer structure. Z penetrates all layers. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIG. 1, a pair of rear slit regions RSr, RS1 and a rear slit R1 are arranged closest to the middle-high portion 43 and located on the inner side of the most lateral Y An interval d1 in the transverse Y of the adjacent slits R1ar and R1al is the same as or larger than the width b3 of the transverse Y of the end 43B after the longitudinal X of the middle-high portion 43. Here, a pair of adjacent slits in the rear slits R1 constituting the rear slit regions RS are arranged closest to the middle-high part 43. In other words, the rear slits are located on the foremost side and spaced in the transverse direction Y. The ground exists as a pair of slits. The interval d2 between the pair of rear slits R1r and R1l means the shortest interval among the intervals Y between the pair of rear slits R1r and R1l in the lateral direction. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the middle portion M of the absorbent body 4 is provided with the middle and high portions 43, so that the conformability to the liquid excretion portion of the wearer is improved. Moreover, in the sanitary napkin 1, the interval d1 between the pair of adjacent slits R1ar, R1al of the absorbent body 4 in the transverse Y direction is the same as or larger than the width b3 of the rear end portion 43B of the mid-high portion 43. Therefore, even when the body is supine at bedtime, by applying force from both sides of the tampon 1, one of the absorbent bodies 4 is close to the adjacent slit areas RSar and RSal with a pair of close proximity. The slits R1ar and R1al protrude toward the wearer's side as a starting point. If a part of the pair of close slit regions RSar and RSal protrudes toward the wearer side as described above, although it is not easy to cause discomfort to the wearer, it is not easy to create a gap with the skin. As a result, Improves fit, prevents body fluids from flowing along the skin, and improves leakproofness. From the viewpoint of further exerting such an effect, it is preferable that an interval d1 in the lateral Y direction between the pair of adjacent slits R1ar and R1al is larger than the width b3 of the rear end portion 43B of the middle-high portion 43. From the viewpoint of further exerting the above effects, the width b1 (see FIG. 4) of the rear slit R1 in plan view is preferably 0.1 mm or more, more preferably 0.2 mm or more, and further preferably 1 mm or less. It is preferably 0.8 mm or less, more preferably 0.1 mm or more and 1 mm or less, and still more preferably 0.2 mm or more and 0.8 mm or less. From the same point of view, the length (longitudinal X length) L1 (refer to FIG. 4) when the rear slit R1 is viewed in plan is preferably 10 mm or more, further preferably 15 mm or more, and more preferably 35 mm or less. It is more preferably 25 mm or less, more preferably 10 mm to 35 mm, and still more preferably 15 mm to 25 mm. From the viewpoint of further exerting the above-mentioned effect, when each of the rear slit regions RSr and RS1 has a plurality of rear slits R1, the distance (width between the rear slits R1 and R1) closest to each other in the lateral direction Y (width) Directional spacing) d3 is preferably 3 mm or more, further preferably 5 mm or more, further preferably 18 mm or less, still more preferably 15 mm or less, and still more preferably 3 mm or more and 18 mm or less, further It is preferably 5 mm or more and 15 mm or less. In the sanitary napkin 1, the pair of rear slit regions RSr, RS1 are located at the innermost rear in the transverse Y, and the slits R1r, R1l are located at the width of the transverse Y at the end after the longitudinal X of the middle-high part 43 is divided into 5 When divided equally, it is closer to the outer side of Y than the center 1 area. Therefore, it is easy to further exert the above effects. In addition, a pair of rear slits R1r, R1l arranged at one of the positions with the narrowest interval in the transverse Y is spaced apart from each other by the transverse Y interval d2 (refer to FIG. 1) of the middle high portion 43 in the longitudinal direction X and the end portion 43B in the transverse direction. When the width of Y is divided into 5 equal divisions, the width of the central 1 region is larger, and is preferably larger than the width of the central 1 region when the width of the transverse Y of the rear end 43B of the middle high portion 43 is divided into 3 equal divisions. In the case where a plurality of rear slits R1 constituting the rear slit regions RS are arranged, the pair of rear slits R1r, R1l arranged at one of the positions with the narrowest interval in the lateral Y is preferably adjacent to a pair of slits. The slits R1ar and R1al are different. The distance d2 (refer to FIG. 1) between the pair of rear slits R1r and R1l is preferably narrower than the interval d1 (refer to FIG. 1) between the pair of adjacent slits R1ar and R1al. . The interval d2 (refer to FIG. 1) between the pair of rear slits R1r, R1l means the shortest interval among the intervals Y between the pair of rear slits R1r, R1l in the lateral direction. Furthermore, in the sanitary napkin 1, the middle high portion 43 is formed by the rectangular central absorbent sheet 42, so that the width b3 of the middle Y of the middle high portion 43 is constant. On the other hand, when the width of the lateral Y is smaller at the rear end of the middle-high portion 43 than at the front side, the interval Y of the pair of adjacent slits R1ar and R1al is preferably the same as that of the middle-high portion. The maximum length of the transverse Y of the rearmost divided region of the rearmost part when the portion 43 is divided into 5 parts in the longitudinal direction X is the same as or longer than that of the longitudinal divided region, and is preferably adjacent to the rearmost divided region from the side. The maximum length of the transverse Y of two adjacent divided regions is the same or longer. Here, the “maximum length in the lateral Y” means the distance at the longest position in the lateral Y when the middle-high portion 43 is viewed in plan. By doing so, it is easy to further exert the above effects. Furthermore, in the sanitary napkin 1, the pair of rear slit regions RSr and RS1 are located at the innermost side of the lateral Y and are adjacent to each other in the lateral Y. The lateral Y distance between the lateral slits R1r and R1l is longer than the lateral Y phase. The distance between the adjacent central slits M1 and M1 in the transverse direction Y is long. Therefore, the middle-high portion 43 is easily deformed along the middle portion M, and the rear portion R is easily deformed in order to cushion the influence of the deformation. Therefore, it is easy to further exert the above effects. From the viewpoint of further exerting the above-mentioned effects, the distance d1 (refer to FIG. 1) between the pair of proximal slits R1ar and R1al is preferably 25 mm or more, further preferably 30 mm or more, and more preferably 55 mm or less. It is more preferably 45 mm or less, more preferably 25 mm or more and 55 mm or less, and still more preferably 30 mm or more and 45 mm or less. From the viewpoint of further exerting the above-mentioned effect, when a pair of rear slits R1l, R1r and a pair of adjacent slits R1ar, R1al are arranged at a position with the narrowest interval in the lateral Y, the pair of rear slits R1r The interval d2 between R1 and R1 (refer to FIG. 1) is preferably 8 mm or more, further preferably 15 mm or more, further preferably 40 mm or less, further preferably 30 mm or less, and further preferably 8 mm. It is more than 40 mm, and more preferably more than 15 mm and less than 30 mm. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the sanitary napkin 1 has a pair of rear slit regions RSr and RS1, and also has a longitudinal X and a lateral Y distributedly disposed in the middle and high portions 43. The central slit region MS of the central slit M1 extending upward. Here, the so-called central slit M1 extending in the longitudinal direction X is the same as the above-mentioned lateral slit R1 extending in the longitudinal direction X, which means that its shape includes not only straight lines but also wavy lines as long as it extends in the longitudinal direction X. , Dashed line, and curve, etc., mean that as the inclination angle, it includes not only a slit extending parallel to the longitudinal centerline CL extending in the longitudinal direction X, but also an imaginary line extending parallel to the longitudinal centerline CL. The angle formed by the slit is less than 45 degrees. However, the inclination angle is preferably less than 30 degrees, particularly preferably less than 10 degrees, and most preferably 0 degrees. The central slit region MS preferably has such a central slit M1 of 10 or more and 40 or less, and further preferably has such a central slit M1 of 20 or more and 30 or less. In the central slit region MS, the slit rows in which the central slits M1 extending in the longitudinal direction X are intermittently arranged in the lateral direction Y are preferably formed in the longitudinal direction X by 3 or more rows, more preferably 4 rows or more, and further It is preferably 5 or more lines. The number of central slits M1 included in each slit row is preferably two or more, and more preferably three or more. The plurality of central slits M1 constituting the central slit region MS may be slits all having the same shape and inclination angle, or may include a part of different slits, or may be all different slits. In the sanitary napkin 1, when viewed from above as shown in FIG. 1, the rear slit R1 constituting each of the rear slit regions RS has a portion overlapping the groove 9. Preferably, in the sanitary napkin 1, one of the plurality of rear slits R1 constituting each of the rear slit regions RS has a longitudinal pressure rolling groove 92 or a third pressure rolling groove constituting the groove 9 disposed at the rear portion R. 94 overlapping parts. If the rear slit R1 has a portion overlapping with the groove 9 as described above, the synergistic effect of the groove 9 and the rear slit R1 can further improve the conformability of the sanitary napkin 1. In addition, if the rear slit R1 has a portion overlapping the groove 9, the front sheet 2 easily enters the inside of the absorbent body 4 from the rear slit R1 at the overlapping portion, and the body fluid flowing on the front sheet 2 is easy. Absorbed by the absorbent body 4. In the sanitary napkin 1, each rear wing portion 10H is a rear wing portion adhesive portion 10H1 on a non-skin-facing surface having a displacement preventing member extending in the longitudinal direction X. Further, when viewed from above as shown in FIG. 1, the rear slits R1 constituting the rear slit regions RS are not arranged further rearward than the rear end of the longitudinal X of the rear wing portion adhesive portion 10H1. In other words, in the sanitary napkin 1, among the plurality of rear slits R1 constituting each of the rear slit regions RS, the rear end of the rear slit R1 located behind the longitudinal direction X is located in the longitudinal direction X of the rear wing portion adhesive portion 10H1. The rear end is further in front of the longitudinal X. If the rear slit R1 and the rear slit R are formed at such a position, when the sanitary napkin is deformed along the wearer's body, the rear wing portion 10H is easily fixed to the shorts and the like through the rear wing adhesive portion 10H1. As a result, the occurrence of wrinkles caused by the rear slit R1 can be suppressed, and the leakproofness can be improved. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, in addition to the pair of rear slit regions RS, the middle and high portion 43 also has a center extending in the longitudinal direction X and the lateral direction Y dispersedly arranged in the longitudinal direction X and the lateral direction Y. The central slit region MS of the slit M1. Therefore, the central slit region MS is easily deformed along the body of the wearer by the central slit M1, the conformability of the sanitary napkin 1 is improved, and the leakproofness and the wearing feeling are further improved. From the viewpoint of further exerting the above effects, the width b2 (refer to FIG. 4) when the central slit M1 is viewed from the top is preferably 0.1 mm or more, more preferably 0.2 mm or more, and further preferably 1 mm or less, and more preferably It is preferably 0.8 mm or less, more preferably 0.1 mm or more and 1 mm or less, and still more preferably 0.2 mm or more and 0.8 mm or less. From the viewpoint of further exerting the above effects, the length (vertical X length) L2 (refer to FIG. 4) when the central slit M1 is viewed in plan is preferably 10 mm or more, further preferably 15 mm or more, and more preferably 35 mm. mm or less, more preferably 25 mm or less, more preferably 10 mm or more and 35 mm or less, and still more preferably 15 mm or more and 25 mm or less. From the viewpoint of further exerting the above effects, the distance (width-direction interval) d4 between the closest central slits M1 and M1 is preferably 3 mm or more, further preferably 7 mm or more, and further preferably 20 mm. Hereinafter, it is more preferably 15 mm or less, more preferably 3 mm or more and 20 mm or less, and still more preferably 7 mm or more and 15 mm or less. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, in the middle high portion 43 of the middle portion M of the absorbent body 4, a central slit M1 extending parallel to the longitudinal centerline CL is formed between two of the longitudinal direction X and the transverse direction Y. The central slit region MS is formed in a state of being dispersed symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal centerline CL in the direction. The central slit M1 of the sanitary napkin 1 only needs to pass through the 5-layer structured absorbent sheet (the two-layer structured main absorbent sheet 41 and the three-layered structured central absorbent sheet 42) that pass through the absorbent body 4 and constitute the mid-high part 43. At least one of them is sufficient, but in the sanitary napkin 1, all layers are penetrated in the thickness direction of the absorbent sheet having a five-layer structure. As shown in the sanitary napkin 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, when the absorbent body 4 has a pair of rear slit regions RS and a central slit region MS, the absorbent body 4 is disposed at the rear end 43B in the longitudinal direction X of the middle high portion 43. The judgment of the upper slit as the rear slit R1 constituting the rear slit region RS or the central slit M1 constituting the central slit region MS is made as follows. That is, when the absorbent body 4 is viewed in plan, the imaginary line IL passing through the rear end of the middle X portion 43 in the longitudinal direction X rear end portion 43B and parallel to the lateral Y is used as a reference, and the slit to be judged coincides with the rear end portion 43B in the middle portion 43 If the ratio ((BL / AL) × 100) of the length (BL) of the longitudinal X of the part to the longitudinal X (AL) of the slit is 10% or less, it is determined that it constitutes the rear slit region RS. When the rear slit R1 is larger than 10%, it is determined that the central slit M1 constitutes the central slit region MS. In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, when the sanitary napkin 1 is viewed from the lateral direction Y, among the central slits M1 constituting the central slit region MS, the width direction of the central slit region MS ( (Horizontal Y) The rear end of the central rearmost slit M1a located on the center side and located closest to the rear side in the longitudinal direction X does not coincide with the front end of the adjacent slit R1a of each rear slit region RS. The interval d5 (see FIG. 4) in the longitudinal direction X between the rear end of the central rearmost slit M1a and the front end of the proximal slit R1a is preferably 20 mm or less, further preferably 15 mm or less, and still more preferably 0 mm. It is more than 20 mm, and more preferably 0 mm and 15 mm. If it is in this range, due to the force applied from both sides of the sanitary napkin 1 during wearing, one of the absorbent bodies 4 pairs the proximal slits R1ar, CR1al with each other, and it is easy to use a pair of proximal slits R1ar, R1al as The starting point is a curved bulge toward the wearer. The distance d5 (see FIG. 4) in the longitudinal direction X between the rear end of the central rearmost slit M1a and the front end of the proximal slit R1a is preferably the length (lengthwise X length) L1 (see FIG. 4) of the rear slit R1 and At least one of the length (longitudinal X length) L2 (see FIG. 4) of the central slit M1 is short. The forming material of each constituent member of the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment described above will be described. In addition, as the sheet for forming a leak-proof cuff, a non-woven fabric having high water pressure resistance and water repellency, such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a spunbond-meltblown-spunbond layer nonwoven fabric, and the like can be used. As the superabsorbent polymer contained in the absorbent body 4, a particulate form is generally used, but a fibrous form may be used. When a particulate superabsorbent polymer is used, its shape may be any of a spherical shape, a block shape, a bag shape, or an indefinite shape. As the superabsorbent polymer, a polymer or copolymer of acrylic acid or an alkali metal salt of acrylic acid can be generally used. Examples thereof include polyacrylic acid and a salt thereof, and polymethacrylic acid and a salt thereof. As the polyacrylate or polymethacrylate, a sodium salt can be preferably used. In addition, acrylic acid or methacrylic acid may be used in combination with maleic acid, itaconic acid, acrylamide, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, and 2- (meth) acrylic acid ethylsulfonic acid. Examples of the cellulose-based fibers include cross-linked cellulose fibers (pulp fibers) obtained by intracellular or intermolecular cross-linking of cellulose with an appropriate cross-linking agent, or those obtained by increasing the crystallinity of cellulose. Regenerated cellulose fibers such as 嫘 萦 fiber. In the sanitary napkin 1, the adhesive is preferably applied and fixed between the front sheet 2 and the absorbent 4 and between the absorbent 4 and the back sheet 3. The adhesive can be applied by a known mechanism, such as a slit coating gun, a spiral spray gun, a spray gun, or a spot gun. [Examples] Hereinafter, the absorbent article of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited in any way by this embodiment. <Example 1> A menstrual tampon having the same basic structure as the menstrual tampons shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 having an absorber shown in FIG. 4 was prepared, and this was used as a sample in Example 1. As a front sheet, use a basis weight of 25 g / m 2 Spunbond non-woven fabric. As a back sheet, use a basis weight of 35 g / m 2 Moisture-permeable resin film. As a sheet for leak-proof flanging, use a basis weight of 25 g / m 2 Spunbond non-woven fabric. The absorbent sheet constituting the absorbent body was produced in accordance with Example 2 of Japanese Patent No. 2963647. The average thickness of each absorbent sheet was 0.5 mm, the thickness of the middle and high portions of the absorber was 2.3 mm, and the lateral width of the rear end of the middle and high portions was 35 mm. Furthermore, the middle and high portions are rectangular. The detail of the slit arrange | positioned in an absorber is as follows. The rear slit R1 constituting each of the rear slit regions RS has a width b1 of 0.5 mm and a length L1 of 20 mm, and the distance d3 closest to the rear slits R1 and R1 is 7 mm. The distance d1 between the pair of adjacent slits R1ar, R1al is 38 mm, and the distance d2 between the pair of rear slits R1r, R1l is 24 mm. The central slit M1 constituting the central slit region MS has a width b2 of 0.5 mm and a length L2 of 20 mm. The distance d4 between the closest central slits M1 and M1 is 6 mm. The interval d5 in the longitudinal direction X between the rear end of the central rearmost slit M1a and the front end of the proximal slit R1a is 0 mm. <Example 2> A menstrual tampon having the same basic structure as that of the sample prepared in Example 1 was prepared except that the absorber shown in FIG. 5 was used instead of the absorber shown in FIG. 4. This is the sample of Example 2. The details of the slits arranged in the absorbent body shown in FIG. 5 are as follows. The mid-high portion 43 is rectangular, and the interval Y d1 between the pair of adjacent slits R1ar, R1al of the absorber in the transverse direction Y is 35 mm, which is the same as the width b1 of the rear end portion 43B of the mid-high portion 43. The rear slit R1 constituting each of the rear slit regions RS has a width b1 of 0.5 mm and a length L1 of 20 mm, and the distance d2 closest to the rear slits R1 and R1 is 7 mm. <Comparative Example 1> An absorber obtained by removing a pair of rear slit regions RS from the absorber shown in FIG. 4 was used instead of the absorber shown in FIG. A menstrual tampon of the same basic constitution was sampled, and this was set as the sample of Comparative Example 1. [Evaluation] With respect to the samples (menstrual tampons) of Examples 1 and 2 and the samples (menstrual tampons) of Comparative Example 1, the diffusion distance of false blood in the longitudinal direction was measured by the following method. The results are shown in Table 1 below. < Method of measuring the diffusion distance of false blood in the longitudinal direction > A human body model of the lower body of a female who can inject liquid from the excretion point is used. After the model is put on the evaluation target sample in an upright state, the model is placed on its back. status. Then, using a liquid discharge pump with a speed adjustment function, 3.0 g of fake blood (horse blood) was injected every 1 minute from the excretion point, and a total of 6 g and 9 g were injected. One minute after the 6 g injection, the sample was removed from the model, and the longitudinal diffusion distances of the front sheet and the absorber produced by the injection of false blood (horse blood) were measured three times. The average value was set as the diffusion distance of the vertical false blood (horse blood). In either of the front sheet and the absorbent body, it is considered that the shorter the diffusion distance of the body fluid, the less likely a gap will be between the menstrual pad and the wearer's skin, and the less likely the body fluid will flow along the skin. high. In addition, defibrillated horse blood (manufactured by Nippon Biotest (stock)) was used as the false blood. [Table 1] As shown in Table 1, it can be seen that, compared with the menstrual napkin of Comparative Example 1, the menstrual napkins of Examples 1 and 2 have a longitudinal diffusion distance of false blood (horse blood) in the front sheet and a false in the absorbent body. The blood (horse blood) has a small longitudinal diffusion distance. Accordingly, compared with the menstrual napkins of Comparative Example 1, the menstrual napkins of Examples 1 and 2 are expected to prevent gaps between the skin and the skin during wearing, improve the fit, and prevent body fluids from flowing along the skin. Leakage is improved. [Industrial Applicability] According to the absorbent article of the present invention, the conformability is improved, the body fluid does not easily flow along the skin, and the leakproofness is improved.
