Abstract

Description

用於高周波焊接之工具,用於製造醫療用袋之設備及其操作方法
本發明係關於一種用於RF (高頻)焊接之工具、一種用於製造一醫療用袋之設備及其操作方法。 特定言之,本發明係關於一種用於操作一RF塑膠焊接機器之裝置及方法,該RF塑膠焊接機器藉由一上模具及一下模具(各由經配置以彼此相鄰之複數個電極層疊組成)將具有一軸件方向之一插入件與兩個箔焊接在一起以形成一袋子;且本發明係關於該裝置中之該電極層疊之配置及該裝置在該RF塑膠焊接機器中之使用,其中特徵在於沿該插入件之該軸向方向之該電極層疊交替極化且沿垂直於該軸向方向反向極化。此外,可藉由一介電質使得該等電極沿該插入件之該軸向方向互相分離,該介電質係一固體。 本發明進一步係關於一種用於製造一醫療用袋之設備及方法,該設備具有一箔饋入裝置、一焊接站及較佳一填充站。為了固定該等插入件,該設備可包括複數個固持棒,其中該等固持棒與該RF電路電分離。
高頻焊接係其中將高頻電能施加至待焊接之區域之一焊接技術。所得機械振盪導致引起配接部件之加熱之分子及介面摩擦。歸因於該加熱,該等配接部件變柔軟且在熔融狀態中組合。一旦能量施加結束,則該等配接部件冷卻、固化且彼此焊接在一起。所得焊接係十分穩固的且特定言之可係防水的。 RF焊接方法群組成使用在反向極化之電極對之間之直接接合處中之均勻主電場、非均勻雜散電場或用於接合程序之組合之電極之間之整個電場之兩個組件之方法。 通常使用RF焊接方法來將箔焊接在一起以形成一氣密或防水袋或管道。 此外,可採用RF焊接方法在兩個箔中收縮包裝具有一軸向方向之一插入件。 在醫療產品技術中,依此方式產生其中插入具有一軸向方向之一插入件之袋子。為此目的,通常將插入件與兩個箔焊接在一起且亦將該兩個箔焊接在一起。如通常所使用,插入件係幫助產生具有一管狀開口之一袋子之一小塑膠管。 一般而言,針對施加RF焊接方法以在兩個箔之間收縮包裝一物體,吾人必須區分待在兩個箔之間收縮包裝之一小管道與待收縮包裝之較長物體或實心物體。當將在兩個箔之間收縮包裝一小管道時,通常將一中心芯軸電極插入至該管道中以用於焊接。當將收縮包裝一長管道且其中為了技術及實際原因不可引入一中心芯軸電極時,或若將收縮包裝一整體輪廓物體(諸如(例如)一電纜)時,則使用無中心芯軸電極之工具。 1977年Abele、Kunststoff-Fügeverfahren、Carl Hanser Verlag München揭示此類型之一些方法。例如,在圖243b中,同上,展示一電極配置,其中處於下模具處之電極係一單件式電極而上模具上之電極由三個工件組成。另外,存在一中心電極。藉由此工具,可在待收縮包裝之管道與兩個箔之間以及在兩個箔本身之間產生一焊接連接。 此外,已知在兩個連續操作步驟中於一管道與兩個箔之間執行焊接:首先,將高頻施加至中心芯軸電極而將單件式上模具及單件式下模具設定為接地。此使得在該管道之圓周處產生一焊接。在一第二步驟中,通常沿該袋子之一圓周在該等箔之間產生一焊接。為此目的,將一不同極性施加至上模具而非下模具,而將該中心芯軸電極切換為中性。可立即沿該整個袋子之圓周產生兩個箔之間之後續焊接,或首先在橫向於經收縮包裝之管道之一小區域中且接著藉由一袋子圓周焊接工具沿該袋子圓周產生兩個箔之間之後續焊接。在後者情況中,該等箔之兩個焊接區域重疊以產生一緊密連接。 針對使用一中心芯軸電極之焊接方法,經由電極之間之主電場且經由在該等電極之邊緣處產生之雜散電場兩者產生焊接。然而,在無中心芯軸電極之焊接方法中,主要僅藉由雜散電場產生具有一電纜或類似物體之焊接程序。 由Abele在一後續書中之第469頁及470頁中描述後者方法,即利用RF焊接方法之電纜焊接。 自WO 2007/140760 A2中已知一種用於收縮包裝具有一分隔之中心芯軸電極之管道之工件之工具及方法。其等允許收縮包裝一插入件且將兩個箔焊接在一起以在一個單一程序中形成一袋子。 US 4,900,389 A揭示一種RF焊接方法,藉由該RF焊接方法,可將管道之一徑向對稱端與通過一軸向主電場關閉之一徑向對稱管道接合。然而,在US 4,900,389 A中未揭示將管道之該端與箔焊接在一起以形成一袋子。 相同申請者之WO 2007/140760 A2揭示一種藉由RF焊接將一插入件與兩個箔焊接在一起之工具,該工具具有一上模具及一下模具,該上模具及下模具之各者具有沿該插入件之一縱向方向交替極化且沿垂直於該縱向方向對稱地極化之複數個電極層疊,其中在經定向而朝該插入件之相鄰電極層疊之邊緣之間存在一間隙。
本發明之任務係完成先進技術可用之一替代或改良。 在本發明之一第一態樣中,此任務由用於將具有一軸向方向之一插入件與兩個箔焊接在一起以形成一袋子之一工具達成,該工具具有一上模具及一下模具,該上模具及下模具之各者由經配置彼此相鄰之複數個電極層疊組成;該電極層疊沿該軸向方向交替極化且沿垂直於該軸向方向反向極化。 迄今為止,先進技術已設想用於將一插入件與兩個箔RF焊接在一起之工具,該等工具具有一上模具及一下模具,該上模具及下模具之各者具有將沿該插入件之軸向方向交替極化且沿垂直於該軸向方向對稱地極化之複數個電極層疊(見WO 2007/140760 A2)。作為一替代,在本文中提議使得該電極層疊沿該插入件之軸向方向交替極化且沿垂直於該軸向方向反向極化。 依此方式,可有利地達成導致一電磁場處於定位於插入件之軸向方向中之各電極層疊對處,在下文中將此電磁場稱為「交叉電磁場」。關於電極層疊對,在本文中,由一上模具及一下模具組成之其中形成該對電極層疊之部件彼此對置之任何電極層疊對皆係預期的。一電極層疊配對描述沿插入件之軸向方向彼此相鄰之電極層疊對之一配置。 為了簡化術語,歸因於雜散電場之幾何配置,發明者將藉由本文揭示之工具配置產生之交叉電磁場焊接在一起簡單地稱為「交叉電磁場焊接」。 該交叉電磁場焊接允許僅利用一個焊接程序完成幾乎任何類型之插入件之收縮包裝。 再者,若適當地選擇參數,則交叉電磁場焊接可導致具有一軸向方向之一插入件與兩個箔之一極其穩定及緊密之焊接,從而形成一袋子。 特定言之,上模具及下模具較佳具有相同數目之電極層疊。此有利地允許箔之一極其緊密之焊接。 在本發明之一第二態樣中,此任務由用於將具有一軸向方向之一插入件與兩個箔RF焊接在一起以形成一袋子之一工具解決,該工具具有一上模具及一下模具,該上模具及下模具之各者由經配置彼此相鄰之複數個電極層疊組成,該電極層疊藉由係一固體之一介電質沿軸向方向彼此分離。 使用係一固體之一介電質沿插入件之軸向方向電分離由上模具及下模具組成之電極層疊允許該電極層疊之間之十分小之間隔且亦減少本文所揭示之工具之能量消耗。 在本文中,一固體意欲為在環境溫度(+20°C)下具有彙總之一固體狀態之一片材料。該片材料或固體可由任何材料混合物組成。其亦可為一針織品、一柳條製品、一層狀結構、一編織及非編織織物或其他者,且因此亦可由纖維結構組成。此外,本文之一固體亦可意謂係圍封處於彙總之非固體狀態之其他材料之材料之一多孔材料。因此,就一固體而言,不係氣密或防水且由在環境溫度下具有彙總之一固體狀態之纖維材料組成之一本體亦係預期的。 在本發明之一有利實施例中,介電質具有相對於電極之一凹部或一突部,或該介電質可與該等電極齊平。此兩個變體之組合亦係可想到的。 沿插入件之軸向方向分離電極層疊之介電質之幾何設計幫助在RF焊接期間達成配接部件之熔體之一有利幾何實施例。 該熔體之此有利幾何設計一方面允許極其堅韌及緊密之焊接,且另一方面允許焊接區域中之袋子之一輪廓清楚之幾何配置,該焊接區域可用於與其他機器部件之正接合。 作為一替代,可想到介電質可與電極齊平。 本文提出之本發明之其中介電質與電極齊平之變體亦可對交叉電磁場焊接之應用極其有利。其允許產生減少整個工具之電流消耗且幫助達成配接部件之一極其均勻之熔體之一十分密集之交叉電磁場。 尤其較佳地,介電質在面對箔之側上具有一輪廓。此輪廓可具有任何所要形狀。焊接工具中之塑膠一開始流動,則將亦流動至由介電質之輪廓提供之外形內,且在凝固之後獲得該輪廓之負形狀。此導致焊接區域中之一特定所要輪廓,該焊接區域尤其較佳地用於與可與袋子一起形成用於醫療目的之一總成之其他組件之正接合。此完全打開製造之袋子在醫療技術中之用途之新可能性。 尤其較佳地,該輪廓可(諸如)徑向對稱且不取決於插入件之軸向方向。此輪廓之一變體係具有尖銳外邊緣及修圓內邊緣之一n角星形之幾何形狀。測試圖案已展示利用此類型之輪廓可達成尤其較佳之焊接結果。 在本發明之一第三態樣中,藉由用於製造一醫療用袋之一設備達成該任務,該設備具有一箔饋入裝置、一焊接站及較佳一填充站,根據本發明之以上態樣之一者,該焊接站包含一工具。 根據以上態樣之一者,本發明之此態樣允許整合一焊接站中之一工具。依此方式,可製造較佳利用本發明產生之產品,即一醫療用袋。該焊接站組合具有本文提出之工具之一者之一焊接站之已知態樣。 尤其較佳地,製造一醫療用袋之設備具有用於固定一或若干插入件之複數個固持棒,該等棒與RF電路電分離。 該等固持棒允許簡單且有效之插入件之一定位。此外,該等固持棒防止插入件在RF焊接所必須之方法步驟之一者期間偏移或無意識地位移。 在本發明之一第四態樣中,藉由操作用於製造一醫療用袋之一設備之一方法達成該任務。 該方法允許在醫療用袋之區域中尤其較佳地製造一寬廣且靈活之產品範圍。 在下文中,藉由參考圖式之實施例之一實例更詳細地解釋本發明。
圖1至圖3中之焊接工具1實質上由一上模具2及一下模具3組成。該工具(例如)經調適以執行RF區域焊接,特定言之專門從事RF區域焊接。 假定由焊接工具1採用之該RF區域焊接方法緊密地收縮包裝具有一軸向方向之上箔4與下箔5之間之插入件。 上模具2及下模具3係兩個電分隔電極且可由該焊接工具1不同地極化。該等電極允許在一個單一焊接程序中同時將上箔4及下箔5及該等箔之間之插入件緊密焊接在一起。在焊接期間,上模具2及下模具3不同地經極化。因此,在該等電極之間產生一對稱RF主電場。 舉例而言,圖1中之管狀插入件6可依此方式與該等箔緊密焊接在一起。然而,具有一軸向方向之插入件沒有必要係一中空本體。例如,其亦可係一圓形固體本體,諸如圓形插入件7 (見圖2)。 應瞭解,插入件之其他截面亦係有利的,例如具有一橢圓、一多邊形、一矩形、具有尖銳或修圓角之一菱形或一正方形之形狀。 此等截面可在其等內部上包含一開口。此開口不係強制具有一圓形截面或定位於中心中。插入件之開口亦可具有其他截面,例如具有一橢圓、一多邊形、一矩形或一正方形之形狀。 應明確地指出本文未展示之一替代有利建構可在於將具有一軸向方向之數個插入件分佈於醫療用袋之圓周上方。依此方式,可產生具有數個插入件之醫療用袋,例如具有數個管狀開口之醫療用袋。 就上模具2及下模具3而言,由於工具1相對於上箔4與下箔5之間之分離層級而對稱地結構化,所以在焊接程序期間產生一對稱結構,此係出於對RF主電場及RF雜散電場(將在下文更詳細地介紹及解釋)之考慮。因此,焊接係十分均勻的。 焊接工具1在一上模具總成20中具有彼此相鄰地平行配置之複數個上模具電極層疊,且在一下模具總成30中具有彼此相鄰地平行配置之複數個下模具電極層疊。上模具總成20具有一第一上電極層疊21、平行配置之一第二上電極層疊22及平行配置之一第三上電極層疊23。下模具總成30與上模具總成20對稱地經結構化。因此,一第一下電極層疊31、平行配置之一第二下電極層疊32及平行配置之一第三下電極層疊33定位於相同軸向高度處。 應瞭解,亦可實施平行配置之僅兩個上電極層疊及下電極層疊之一組合。此外,任何數目之上電極層疊及對稱地配置之下電極層疊亦係可能的。 爲了接收具有一軸向方向之插入件,電極層疊在一中心區域中具有凹部。該等凹部之形狀取決於待收縮包裝之插入件之幾何形狀。 由於電極層疊中之凹部,此等凹部可在操作期間以一平坦方式按壓至插入件之表面,其中將上箔4及下箔5按壓至包括插入件之凹部之區域中。 在焊接程序中,電極層疊之極化經選擇使得該電極層疊沿軸向方向交替極化且沿垂直於該軸向方向反向極化(見圖6)。 在互相平行配置之上模具2之電極層疊之間且在平行配置之下模具3之電極層疊之間產生軸向平行之RF主電場51。 此外,該電極層疊之配置及該電極層疊之極化導致上模具2及下模具3之對稱配置之電極層疊之間之軸向垂直之RF主電場52。 再者,自該電極層疊之邊緣開始,RF雜散電場53導致特徵在於電場線不可由一直線描述。 亦導致該RF雜散電場之各者位於具有不同極性之相鄰電極層疊之間。 當上模具2及下模具3被視為係分離的且當RF工具1被視為總體用於交叉電磁場焊接時,本文揭示之工具1針對所有相鄰電極層疊具有不同極性之事實導致RF雜散電場53之特性化交叉電磁場圖案。 工具1允許使得箔焊接至彼此且在一個單一焊接程序中將該等箔焊接至插入件之表面。 RF主電場承擔將箔焊接在一起之主要責任,且RF雜散電場53承擔將該等箔焊接至插入件之表面之主要責任。 在RF焊接工具1之一替代實施例中(見圖4及圖5),上模具2及下模具3之電極層疊由一介電質40沿插入件之軸向方向互相分離,該介電質包含一固體。 如先前所解釋,亦在本文描述之RF焊接工具1之替代實施例中,插入件之幾乎任何類型之幾何形狀可在電極層疊之間收縮包裝。若可能,則電極層疊之凹部之輪廓必須經調適。 介電質40之幾何形狀可變。介電質40可具有相對於電極層疊之一凹部及/或一突部41,或其可與電極層疊齊平(見對準部42)。 此藉由塑形介電質40而導致體現製造之袋子上之焊接區域中之輪廓之可能性,使得當在焊接程序期間時一所要輪廓導致塑膠開始流動且因此可流動至該介電質之輪廓內。 此輪廓亦可經調適以用於與附接之組件正接合。 再者,介電質40之輪廓允許將能量應用定向地分佈至個別焊接區域,使得可達成幾乎完美之均勻焊接。 控制能量應用之此可能性亦允許僅一個焊接程序中之一極其節能之均勻RF收縮包裝。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種用於將具有一軸向方向之一插入件RF焊接至兩個箔以形成一袋子之工具,其具有一上模具(2)及一下模具(3),該上模具(2)及該下模具(3)之各者由經配置彼此相鄰之複數個電極層疊製成, 其特徵在於 該電極層疊沿該軸向方向交替極化且沿垂直於該軸向方向反向極化。

  10. 一種用於操作如請求項8或9之設備之方法,其具有以下步驟: a.將兩個箔及具有一軸向方向之一個插入件饋入至該焊接站內; b.將該插入件定位於該兩個箔之間; c.將該兩個箔放置抵於該插入件之邊緣;且 d.將高頻電力施加至電極層疊以用於將該插入件RF焊接至該等箔,該電極層疊沿該插入件之軸之一軸向方向交替極化且沿垂直於一軸向方向反向極化。
