Description

Absorbent article

The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as disposable diapers, menstrual sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, and the like.

Conventionally, as a front sheet of an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper, a menstrual napkin, or an incontinence pad, it is known that a skin having a concave-convex shape is formed by embossing or the like on the side of the skin on the skin side of the wearer. Further, it is also known to reduce the contact area with the wearer's skin by forming a concave-convex shape on the side surface of the front sheet, thereby improving the air permeability or reducing the adhesion to the skin. Further, a technique of forming a convex portion and a concave portion extending in a specific direction on the skin side surface of the absorbent article is also known. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an absorbent article in which a concave portion extending in the width direction of the absorbent article is formed in the absorbent body, and a front sheet is disposed along the inner surface of the concave portion. In the patent document 2, the embossed line extending along the width direction of the absorbent article is formed by embossing on the skin side surface of the absorbent article, and The embossed row is set to have a curved shape that is convex toward one end portion of the absorbent article in the longitudinal direction. Moreover, the present applicant has previously proposed a sheet as a three-dimensional sheet which can be used as a front sheet or the like of an absorbent article, that is, the laminated first sheet and the second sheet are joined to each other at a plurality of joint portions. In addition, the first sheet protrudes away from the second sheet in a portion other than the joint portion, and a convex portion that protrudes toward the skin side of the wearer is formed (for example, see Patent Document 3). In Patent Documents 1 and 2, in the convex portion formed between the embossed rows or between the groove portions, since the sheet forming the convex portion comes into contact with the member disposed below, the flexibility of the convex portion is inferior. On the other hand, in the three-dimensional sheet described in Patent Document 3, since the convex portion includes a portion of the first sheet that is not joined to the absorber or the second sheet, the convex portion is soft and the skin feel is good, but It is desirable to further improve the flexibility and improve the gas permeability. The present invention provides an absorbent article comprising a topsheet comprising a composite sheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent disposed between the two sheets. The composite sheet has a first direction along the longitudinal direction of the article and a second direction along the width direction of the article, and the laminated first sheet and the second sheet are joined to each other at a plurality of joint portions. Further, the first sheet protrudes away from the second sheet in a portion other than the joint portion, and a convex portion that protrudes toward the skin side of the wearer is formed. In the above composite sheet, as the convex portion, a plurality of continuous convex portions extending in the second direction are formed at intervals in the first direction. The plurality of continuous convex portions have a curved portion which is convexly curved toward the front end side or the rear end side in the longitudinal direction of the article when the composite sheet is viewed from above.

Further, the lower portion C is disposed at a portion of the leg circumference, and the leg elastic member 16 is disposed in an extended state, and by contracting, the crotch portion C in the worn state is formed to surround the leg of the wearer. Appreciable leg folds. The front sheet 12 of the disposable diaper 100 of the first embodiment comprises the composite sheet 10 shown in Fig. 3 . As shown in FIG. 3, the composite sheet 10 has a first direction X along the longitudinal direction (article length direction) Xa of the diaper 100 and a second direction Y along the width direction (article width direction) Ya of the diaper 100. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the composite sheet 10 has a central region M in which the convex portions 4 are formed in mutually different patterns, and a pair of side regions S and S located on both sides of the central region M. The central region M is located at the central portion of the width direction (article width direction) Ya of the diaper 100, and the pair of side regions S and S are formed on the outer sides of the central region M along the both side edges of the second direction Y. 4 is an enlarged perspective view showing a portion of the composite sheet 10, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged plan view showing a portion of the composite sheet 10. In FIGS. 4 and 5, a portion of the composite sheet 10 disposed on the lower portion C of the crotch is shown. Further, the side region S is formed at a position symmetrical with respect to the center line Lc along the longitudinal direction Xa of the diaper 100, and each of the side regions S is formed with irregularities in the same pattern. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the composite sheet 10 is formed in the central region M and the side region S by the partial joining of the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 which are laminated by embossing. In the joint portion 3, the laminated first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 are joined to each other at a plurality of joint portions 3. Further, in either of the central region M and the side region S, the first sheet 1 protrudes away from the second sheet 2 in a portion other than the joint portion 3, and forms a skin toward the wearer. The convex portion 4 protrudes from the side. In the composite sheet 10, the surface of the second sheet 2 is substantially flat on either side of the central portion M and the side portion S, and irregularities having large undulations are formed on the first sheet 1 side. The first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 are composed of a sheet material. As the sheet material, for example, a fiber sheet such as a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, or a knitted fabric, or a film can be used. From the viewpoint of skin feel and the like, a fiber sheet is preferably used, and a nonwoven fabric is preferably used. The types of the sheet materials constituting the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 may be the same or different. Examples of the non-woven fabric in the case where the nonwoven fabric is used as the sheet material constituting the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 include hot air non-woven fabric, spunbonded nonwoven fabric, spunlaced nonwoven fabric, melt-blown nonwoven fabric, resin bonded nonwoven fabric, and needle. Sting non-woven cloth, etc. A laminate obtained by combining two or more kinds of nonwoven fabrics or a laminate obtained by combining the nonwoven fabric with a film or the like may be used. Among them, it is preferred to use a hot air non-woven fabric or a spunbonded non-woven fabric. The basis weight of the nonwoven fabric used as the sheet material constituting the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 is preferably 10 g/m 2 or more, more preferably 15 g/m 2 or more, and further preferably 40 g. /m 2 or less, more preferably 35 g/m 2 or less. The basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is preferably 10 g/m 2 or more and 40 g/m 2 or less, and more preferably 15 g/m 2 or more and 35 g/m 2 or less. As the fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric, fibers containing various thermoplastic resins can be used. Examples of the thermoplastic resin include polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyamides such as nylon 6 or nylon 66, polyacrylic acid, polyalkyl methacrylate, and polychlorinated chlorine. Ethylene, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. These resins may be used singly or as a blend of two or more kinds. Further, it can be used in the form of a composite fiber such as a core sheath type or a side-by-side type. As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 in the central region M of the composite sheet 10, a plurality of continuous convex portions 40 continuously extending in the second direction Y are formed at a fixed distance in the first direction X. Further, each of the plurality of continuous convex portions 40 has a curved portion which is convexly curved toward the longitudinal direction of the diaper 100, that is, the front end 1a side of the article longitudinal direction Xa when the composite sheet 10 is viewed from above. The front end 1a side refers to the side disposed on the ventral side of the wearer when worn, and the rear end 1b side refers to the side facing the wearer's back side when worn. For the absorbent article having no difference between the front and the back, one of the two ends of the article length direction Xa is set to the front side, and the other is set to the rear side. The continuous convex portion 40 in the present invention may have a curved portion which is convexly curved toward the end 1b side of the article longitudinal direction Xa. Here, the expression "having a curved portion" includes two cases, one being a curved portion between the both end portions 4s, 4s of the second direction Y of the continuous convex portion 40 as shown in Fig. 7, and the other As shown in FIG. 8(a), a plurality of curved portions R are provided between both end portions 4s and 4s in the second direction Y of the continuous convex portion 40. Further, the expression "having a curved portion" also includes the case where the entire continuous convex portion 40 is the curved portion R. The continuous convex portion 40 of the composite sheet 10 of the present embodiment has a curved portion R between the both end portions 4s and 4s. Further, each of the continuous convex portions 40 is a curved portion R as a whole, and the entire body is convexly curved toward the front end 1a side (or the rear end 1b side) of the article longitudinal direction Xa. Further, in the composite sheet 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in Fig. 3, the directions of the projections of the curved portions of all the continuous convex portions 40 coincide. In the examples shown in Figs. 8(b) and 8(c), the orientations of the projections of the curved portions of the plurality of continuous convex portions 40 are also uniform. The pair of side portions S and S of the composite sheet 10 are formed as convex portions 4 which are formed in a direction away from the second sheet 2 as a portion of the first sheet 1 other than the joint portion 3, as shown in FIG. The first convex portion 41 and the second convex portion 42 are formed. As shown in FIG. 5, the convex portion 4 (the first convex portion 41 and the second convex portion 42) formed in the side portion S is formed in a scatter shape in a plan view, and is formed along the first direction X and the second direction Y. The state of each of them is dispersed. The convex portion 4 (the first convex portion 41 and the second convex portion 42) formed in the side portion S is formed in a pattern different from the continuous convex portion 40 which is a convex portion formed in the central portion M. The difference in the pattern of the convex portion includes any case where the arrangement of the convex portions is different, a case where the convex portions are different, and a case where the two are different. The different configurations of the convex portions also include the case where the distance between the convex portions is different. Further, the different shapes of the convex portions also include the case where the convex portions have different shapes in plan view. In the composite sheet 10 of the present embodiment, the arrangement and form of the convex portions are different from the pair of side regions S and S in the central region M. Further, in each of the joint portions 3 of the central portion M and the side portion S, the constituent resin of the constituent fibers of one or both of the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 is melt-solidified. Further, in each of the joint portions 3, the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 are higher in density than the other portions (portions other than the joint portion). In other words, the joint portion 3 of the composite sheet 10 is a heat-fused portion in which the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 are integrally heated and pressurized, and is composed of a sheet material or a constituent material of two sheets. The melting of the resin and subsequent curing thereof combine the two sheets with each other. In each of the joint portions 3, it is preferable that both the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 are melt-solidified. Further, in either of the central region M and the side region S, a bonding means other than thermal fusion between the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2, for example, an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive may be used. The joint portion 3 is formed. In the diaper 100 according to the first embodiment, the composite sheet 10 constituting the topsheet 12 has a plurality of continuous convex portions 40 extending in the second direction Y, so that the contact area with the wearer's skin is reduced, and the wearer and the wearer Breathability is ensured between the skin. Moreover, the continuous convex portions 40 have the curved portion R, and thus the continuous convex portions 40 are not easily crushed as compared with the case where the curved portion is not provided. Therefore, even when it is easy to apply the wearing pressure during the wearing process, the continuous convex portion 40 is not easily crushed, and the ventilation path between the continuous convex portions 40 is stably maintained, so that the diaper 100 becomes breathable and moisturized. Excellent sex. Further, since the continuous convex portion 40 is bent so that the continuous convex portion 40 is not easily crushed, the flexibility of the top portion of the continuous convex portion 40 formed by the first sheet 1 not joined to the second sheet 2 is softened. Excellent, good skin feel. Further, each of the continuous convex portions 40 of the composite sheet 10 in the first embodiment has only one curved portion R, and thus, for example, a case where the continuous convex portion 40 has a plurality of curved portions R as shown in Fig. 8(a) In contrast, the continuous convex portion 40 has a better followability to the movement of the wearer's skin along the longitudinal direction, and is less likely to rub against the wearer's skin. Further, since the entire continuous convex portion 40 in the present embodiment is convexly curved toward the front end 1a side in the longitudinal direction of the article Xa, it has an advantage that it can be easily attached to the wearer's body. This effect is also effective in the case of being convexly curved toward the end 1b side of the article longitudinal direction Xa, but it is preferable to follow the shape of the abdomen which is swollen and to be more excellent in conformability. In the diaper 100 of the form, the diaper 100 is convexly curved toward the front end 1a side in the longitudinal direction of the article Xa. Further, the convex portions of the curved portions of the plurality of continuous convex portions 40 are aligned so that the curved portions of the adjacent continuous convex portions 40 are close to each other, so that the curved portion as a whole is easy to function integrally, resisting stress, dispersing the force, and thus It is preferable from the viewpoint of preventing the flatness of each continuous convex portion from being lowered. In the diaper 100 of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the central portion M of the convex portion 4 formed in a pattern different from each other and the side portions S and S on both sides thereof are used to span the diaper 100. The entire length direction is formed. However, in the absorbent article of the present invention, the region including the plurality of continuous convex portions 40 having the curved portion R may be formed only in any part of the longitudinal direction of the article, for example, only It is formed in the crotch portion C, is formed only in the abdominal side portion A, or is formed only in the back side portion B. The plurality of continuous convex portions 40 having the curved portion R are formed at least in the lower portion C of the diaper 100 in the longitudinal direction Xa so that the continuous convex portion region which is not easily crushed is located near the discharge point, so that it can be formed in the region It is preferable that the ventilation path (continuous concave portion) functions effectively to remove the moistening factor. Further, from the viewpoint of making the continuous convex portion region which is not easily crushed closer to the excretion point, the plurality of continuous convex portions 40 having the curved portion R are preferably formed at least at the central portion in the width direction of the crotch portion. The region including the plurality of continuous convex portions 40 having the curved portion R is further preferably formed from the lower portion C of the lower portion and to either or both of the front side portion A and the back side portion B, or across the absorbent body 14 The overall length is preferably the total length of the diaper 100. As shown in FIG. 5, an embossed region E which is curved in the same manner as the continuous convex portion 40 is formed between the continuous convex portions 40 in the central portion M of the composite sheet 10. In other words, in the first direction X, the continuous convex portion 40 and the embossed region E which are not joined between the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 are alternately arranged. In the embossed region E, the first joining portion 31 and the second joining portion 32 are formed as the joint portion 3 in which the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 which are laminated are partially joined by embossing. The first joint portion 31 has a rectangular shape having a long shape in the first direction X, and has four square-shaped second joint portions 32 having one side of the same length as the short side of the rectangular shape of the first joint portion 31.
