  以下配合所附的圖示,詳加說明本發明的結構組合、使用,應當更容易瞭解本發明的目的、技術內容、特點及其所達成的功效。
  請參閱第1圖至第11圖所示,本發明為一種自動刨冰機,該自動刨冰機1包含有一機座2、一刨冰裝置3、一傳動單元4及一控制單元5。其中,該機座2包含有一座體21,一由該座體21的一端向上延伸的架體22,一連接該架體22上端的固定座23,以及一架設在該固定座23上方並可上下作動的移動座24。該固定座23包含有一連接該架體22的第二橫架體232,一與該第二橫架體232間隔相對並連接形成一框體的第一橫架體231,一遠離該架體22一端並與該第一橫架體231及該第二橫架體232連接的第一固定板233,一連接該第一橫架體231與該第二橫架體232間一側前端的第二固定板234,該第二固定板234具有一孔洞2341,二分別相對連接該第二橫架體232下端且近該架體22的第一凸耳235,該二第一凸耳235分別具有一第一孔2351,二分別相對連接在該第二橫架體232下端且近該第一固定板233的第二凸耳236,該二第二凸耳236分別具有一第二孔(圖未示出),以及一與該二第二凸耳236樞接的卡扣件25。其中,該第一橫架體231朝該架體22一端具有一感應件2310,該第一橫架體231上表面兩側分別具有一穿孔2311及一位於該二穿孔2311間的螺桿孔2312,該第二橫架體232一側具有一嵌合部230,該嵌合部230可設為沉埋孔。該卡扣件25包含一設置在該嵌合部230內部的第一彈簧251以及一樞接該二第二凸耳236的頂掣板252。於本案實施例中,該頂掣板252底端具有一鉤件253,該頂掣板252朝該嵌合部230一側具有一凸部254提供該第一彈簧251抵靠及防止彈出,該頂掣板252朝該鉤件253兩側分別向上延設有二相對應的側邊257,在該些側邊257分別具有一朝該二第二凸耳236的該些第二孔開設的銷孔256,提供該頂掣板252受到該第一彈簧251的彈力伸張而使該鉤件253形成朝上斜設狀態,或該頂掣板252受到按壓而令該頂掣板252的該鉤件253朝反方向移動。該移動座24下方具有複數分別穿伸該第一橫架體231的該些穿孔2311的支撐軸241,藉由該些支撐軸241提供該移動座24在上下作動的支撐,該移動座24朝該架體22的側端連接有一第三固定板242及遠離該架體22側端設置有一電源開關243。
  復參閱第2圖至第3-2圖及第8-1圖及第8-2圖所示,該刨冰裝置3樞設在該第二橫架體232底端。該刨冰裝置3包含有一外杯31、一杯套32、一杯座33、一刨刀組34及一內杯35。該外杯31設呈圓柱狀,其內部具有一第一容置空間314,該外杯31上緣為一外杯頂靠部315、下緣為一外杯底靠部316。該外杯31包含有一朝該外杯31一側端延設的凸接部310,該凸接部310具有一與該固定座23該些第一凸耳235的該些第一孔2351開設的軸孔311,利用一軸桿2352穿入該些第一孔2351及該軸孔311中樞接,而使該外杯31藉由該軸桿2352為可旋移作動,複數相對設置在該外杯底靠部316外緣的凸緣312,以及一連接該外杯頂靠部315並遠離該凸接部310的斜狀凸嘴313,該斜狀凸嘴313與該頂掣板252的該鉤件253形成抵靠扣合,使該外杯31定位在該第二橫架體232底端作為承接用,或朝該頂掣板252向內按壓時,該外杯31則藉由該軸桿2352為定位樞接點,而使該斜狀凸嘴313與該頂掣板252的該鉤件253為脫離狀態。該杯套32套設在該外杯31的該第一容置空間314內,該杯套32的上、下兩端分別朝外延設一與該外杯頂靠部315貼固的杯套頂靠部321及一與該外杯底靠部316貼固的杯套底靠部322。當該杯套32要置入該外杯31的該第一容置空間314時,該杯套頂靠部321碰觸該外杯頂靠部315,該杯套底靠部322也要嵌合在該外杯底靠部316,該杯套32是以預鑄型的嵌入方法,該外杯31因與該杯套32不同材質,當該外杯31成型當時,該杯套32同時套在一起注塑成密合的同體,乃為耐用及確保衛生。該杯座33以旋轉方式固定在該外杯31底端,該杯座33包含有複數設置在該杯座33上方外緣且分別具有一溝槽330的凹部件331,每一該凹部件331的該槽溝330與該外杯31的每一該凸緣312形成嵌接定位,一位於該杯座33內部的第二抵靠部332及一位於該第二抵靠部332內緣邊上的對位孔333。該刨刀組34放置在該杯座33的該第二抵靠部332內,該刨刀組34包含有一連接該刨刀組34外周緣並對準咬合在該杯座33的該對位孔333的對位件341,一設置在該刨刀組34內的刨冰區344,一設置在該刨冰區344上的長刨刀342及二分別與該長刨刀342為三向分佈設置在該刨冰區344上的短刨刀343,一連接該刨冰區344外周緣的置放區346。在本實施例中,該長刨刀342與該些短刨刀343呈上揚微開口狀並分別形成一刀口345,使刨冰的速度加快以便刨冰後的冰屑由該些刀口345落下在承接盤內(參照第6圖所示)。該內杯35設置在已固定在該外杯31內的該杯套32內部,且該內杯35底端貼觸在該刨刀組34的該置放區346上,該內杯35包含有一第二容置空間353提供一食用冰磚6置入,且在該第二容置空間353內周緣具有二相對導引通道352,以及複數分佈設置在該第二容置空間353內底端且呈三角形的固定件351以插固該食用冰磚6。
  復參閱第1圖及第11圖所示,該傳動單元4包含有一馬達41、一螺桿42、一壓板43及一緩衝變速裝置48。其中,該馬達41位於遠離該刨冰裝置3並與該固定座23平行設置的該移動座24上端。該螺桿42由該馬達41下端延伸並穿設該固定座23的該第一橫架體231的該螺桿孔2312及該第二橫架體232。該壓板43連接該螺桿42下端,該壓板43外周緣具有二分別與該內杯35的該些導引通道352嵌套的凸件431,使該壓板43的該些凸件431受到該螺桿42轉動而同步帶動該內杯35旋轉。該緩衝變速裝置48包含一齒輪44、一固定軸45、一第二彈簧46以及複數鎖緊件47,同時參閱第7-1圖及第7-2圖所示,該齒輪44先設定為不動狀態,當該齒輪44與該螺桿42嚙接接觸而令該螺桿42形成阻力,由於該馬達41驅動該螺桿42旋轉向下使力,因該螺桿42向下壓較硬的該食用冰磚6,使得該馬達41與該食用冰磚6相互產生應力,導致該馬達41與該螺桿42無法作動,或者沒有裝設該齒輪44,該馬達41的轉動即成為空轉,於是,必須在該傳動單元4的該螺桿42配置該緩衝變速裝置48,以因應該食用冰磚6的硬度,並利用該齒輪44與該螺桿42嚙接接觸而令該螺桿42形成阻力後,該齒輪44緩緩旋轉適當釋放應力,才能使該螺桿42漸次向下壓該食用冰磚6,使該食用冰磚6刨成片狀雪冰花。該固定軸45一端以穿設該齒輪44並形成樞接,並在相對另一端設為螺紋段穿出該固定座23的該第二固定板234的該孔洞2341,如第7-1圖及第7-2圖所示,該第二彈簧46朝穿伸該第二固定板234外的該固定軸45一端穿套,再利用例如螺母的複數鎖緊件47與該固定軸45另一端的螺紋段形成螺接及鎖緊該第二彈簧46,以調整該第二彈簧46的鬆緊度而使該齒輪44具轉動狀。
  該控制單元5設置在該機座2上並可裝設有兩種配置型態。其中一種裝設型態,復參閱第1圖及第5、6圖所示,該控制單元5包含有二相對分別設置在該移動座24上端且與該電源開關243、該馬達41電性連接的迴路自動控制器51及一位於該二迴路自動控制器51間並形成電性連接的時間控制器52,以及與該二迴路自動控制器51構成電性連接關係的一第一感應器53、一第二感應器54及一第三感應器55。其中,該第一感應器53、該第二感應器54及該第三感應器55設為微動開關,該第一感應器53、該第二感應器54分別設置在該第三固定板242兩側的斜對角位置,該第三感應器55設置在該移動座24內側。於本案實施例中,當啟開該電源開關243及觸動該第三感應器55通知該馬達41驅動該螺桿42向下作動,以感應當該馬達41指示該螺桿42及該移動座24向下作動並同步帶動該第一感應器53亦向下移動後,而使該第一感應器53碰觸設在該固定座23的該第一橫架體231一端的該感應件2310,以通知該時間控制器52之前已預設該螺桿42向下作動的停頓時間,同時通知該馬達41呈反向向上作動並驅動該螺桿42亦向上作動,再以該第二感應器54觸動該感應件2310即通知該馬達41停止作動。又,再次說明,本發明更包括一樞設在該第二橫架體232一側邊並與該第三感應器55觸接即通知該馬達41作動的啟動開關57,該啟動開關57一端垂直彎設一與該第三感應器55形成觸接啟開作動的觸接桿571,該啟動開關57相對另一端垂直彎設一與該觸接桿571為不同方向設置的放置桿572,而朝該放置桿572內側設置一鎖固板573,該鎖固板573具有一穿孔574,以一鎖固桿575穿入該穿孔574及鎖固在該固定座23的該第二橫架體232一側邊,令該啟動開關57藉該鎖固桿575為樞接定點,並使該觸接桿571與該放置桿572可為相反方向的作動。更進一步說明,該啟動開關57的該放置桿572再與一防護開關58形成觸接的安全開關,該防護開關58為了避免意外誤觸該馬達41作動而加裝,該防護開關58包含有一第三彈簧581,一穿入該第三彈簧581內部且穿設該頂掣板252的該些銷孔256及該二第二凸耳236的該些第二孔中形成樞接的彈簧定位銷582,以及一連接該彈簧定位銷582且朝該啟動開關57一端的開關板583。其中,該第三彈簧581兩端具有一朝該頂掣板252的一側邊257鉤固的第一端5811及一與該第一端5811相對的第二端5812。該開關板583具有一提供該第三彈簧581的該第二端5812鉤固在該開關板583的一承壓點584,該承壓點584的上端轉角處具有一凹口585及一朝該凹口585一側延設並與該觸接桿571為不同步作動且具防護避免誤觸的手壓板586,該凹口585上形成圓弧狀以提供該啟動開關57的該放置桿572架設並可平滑的移動。
  該控制單元5另一種裝設型態與第1圖所示大致相同,唯不同處在於,請配合參閱第14圖所示,其中該固定座23的第一橫架體231與該移動座24的長度小於該第二橫架體232長度並在該第二橫架體232上方連接設置,使該控制單元5的該二迴路自動控制器51位在與該機座2的該架體22連接的該固定座23的該第二橫架體232上方,該第一感應器53位在該第一橫架體231的一側,該第二感應器54朝該第一感應器53的上方設置,該第三感應器55設置在該第一固定板233內側,並將該電源開關243設置在該第一固定板233前端凸板的外側。此外,第14圖所示的該控制單元5作動的感應與第1圖所揭示的該控制單元5作動的感應相同。
  據上述之構件組成,本發明實施例於使用時,如第3-1圖至第9圖所示,開啟該電源開關243,可將單一份量或所需份量的複合物料且鬆軟的該食用冰磚6置入該內杯35的該第二容置空間353內,該內杯35的該些固定件351負責把該食用冰磚6穿刺固定拖著旋轉,使該食用冰磚6放置在該內杯35內穩固不動,以及可當該內杯35於轉動時使該食用冰磚6隨著該內杯35轉動,再將該外杯31的該斜狀凸嘴313抵靠在該頂掣板252底端的該鉤件253上形成扣合,當按下該開關板583的該手壓板586向上靠齊該啟動開關57的該放置桿572時,使該啟動開關57一端的該觸接桿571觸接至該第三感應器55(如第5圖所示),該馬達41作動並使該螺桿42旋轉而向下作動,同步帶動該移動座24亦向下移動,並驅動該螺桿42一端的該壓板43亦向下旋壓放置在該內杯35該第二容置空間353內的該食用冰磚6,此時,該壓板43的該些凸件431嵌入該導引通道352上,使該些凸件431藉由該螺桿42轉動而同步帶動該內杯35旋轉,同時帶動內部的該食用冰磚6亦隨著該內杯35旋轉而轉動(如第3-1圖、第3-2圖),再配合該刨刀組34的該長刨刀342及該些短刨刀343呈定位不動狀態且為上揚微開口狀態刨刮該食用冰磚6,即例如有一動態(即食用冰磚6)面貼一靜態(即刨刀組34),使該食用冰磚6持續快速刨成冰屑(參照第6圖),當該螺桿42轉動並使該壓板43亦向下旋壓作動,同時使固定在該第三固定板242一側邊的該第一感應器53亦向下移動並觸接至該感應件2310後,即通知該時間控制器56擬設定時間為3秒,該壓板43會繼續再旋轉作動3秒,當該時間控制器56到達3秒後,表示該食用冰磚6已被刨完全,即為該自動刨冰機1於刨冰可達到一次一人份量,但不依此實施為限。本發明該自動刨冰機1亦可實施依所需份量刨成冰屑。而當該食用冰磚6已被刨完全後,該馬達41隨即呈反向向上轉動,復參閱第10圖所示,以反向驅動該移動座24使之上升,當該移動座24上升的同時,使該第二感應器54觸接至該感應件2310後,則令該馬達41立即停止作動,即完成一次操作行程,俾提供下一次的該食用冰磚6做下一次的刨冰作業。
  復參閱第11圖至第13圖所示,為提供下一次的該食用冰磚6刨冰時,按壓該頂掣板252向內作動,該外杯31藉由該軸桿2352為樞接定位,使該斜狀凸嘴313與該頂掣板252底端的該鉤件253脫離並朝下旋移啟開,再將該食用冰磚6放入在該內杯35的該第二容置空間353內,即可將該外杯31的該斜狀凸嘴313再與該頂掣板252底端的該鉤件253抵靠扣合,再配合第5圖至第9圖所示的刨冰作動,達到一次一人份量或所需份量的刨成冰屑。
  據上述之說明,本發明於刨刮該食用冰磚6作動當中,請參閱第4圖所示,本發明該啟動開關57利用該防護開關58以免誤觸發生意外而加裝。當分別單獨按下該啟動開關57連結的該放置桿572,因受到該第三彈簧581的該第一端5811與該頂掣板252的一側邊257相互鉤固,而該第三彈簧581的該第二端5812則鉤入該開關板583的該承接點584,藉由該第三彈簧581的彈性,以及該開關板583以該彈簧定位銷582為中心點旋轉且與該放置桿572旋轉不同的圓周半徑,形成了一個防護措施,不能啟動,反過來說,當單獨按下該手壓板586時則因上述的說明相同而無法作動,需要兩個手指頭同時按壓該放置桿572及該手壓板586,使該放置桿572向下作動時,該手壓板586同時向上作動,如此,才能帶動該啟動開關57的該觸接桿571觸接至該第三感應器55,以感應該馬達41依上述說明以解開具有保險效果的該防護開關58,則可啟開該馬達41作動。
  本發明自動刨冰機,可製作為一人份量或所需份量之雪花冰,並提供控制單元自動化來控制馬達作動,既有提供安全防護開關,使使用者既方便又安全操作及食品衛生能快速的製作雪花冰。
  由於本發明自動刨冰機,將來更會使用在自助式的販售刨冰機,因為已經加裝了防護開關,只要一按,就是全自動刨冰,可以讓消費者DIY安全操作,所以考慮所使用的盛裝容器就要加大一些,才好控制刨出來的雪花冰不會外拋落地,或者容器尚有留下空間,可以再加上新鮮水果擺飾創作,也很好,時尚的年輕朋友,或許二人要共享一個刨冰的快樂,亦可以一次刨冰拿兩個容器來裝,在容器內的雪花冰上面加上任何創意或直接享用,也很棒。
  又,再次說明,本發明自動刨冰機,採取小量的食用冰磚做為單一次的刨冰操作,此食用冰磚在製冰工廠製造時,採用包裝袋包裝後再提供本自動刨冰機使用,因為量少,體積不大,不論包裝袋內裝上一個食用冰磚或二個食用冰磚,可以共用一個包裝袋,好像雙胞胎,對於操作本發明自動刨冰機的人,都是一樣的得心應手,可達到降低生產成本,節省包裝材料,且包裝工作快,縮小裝箱體積而使裝箱速度快,於取用刨冰時方便,可以先使用一個,另一個仍有大一倍的包裝袋空間,可以對折包裝袋,也可保存在包裝袋之內,使用上仍然簡易方便。若往後使用在自動販賣機上操作,可採用多量食用冰磚為一包的整體包裝者。

The hole 256 is provided, and the top plate 252 is stretched by the elastic force of the first spring 251 to form the hook member 253 to be inclined upward, or the top plate 252 is pressed to make the hook member of the top plate 252 253 moves in the opposite direction.
