The pulsed light adjustment circuit includes a control signal generating element, a driving element, a group of light-emitting diode and a fluctuations light switch module. The control signal generating element is generating a control signals and has a high level signal with a low level signal in a period of time. The driving element is receiving a drive power and the control signal. When the control signal was high level signal, the driving element provides the drive power output. When the control signal was low level signal, the driving element prohibits the driving power output. The light-emitting diode is electroluminescence by the drive power of output from the driven element. The fluctuations light switch module is controlling the light-emitting diode receiving the drive power for electricity quantity. Thereby the light-emitting diode can produce multiple luminance.
