The system comprises a data colleting module, a quality calculating and analyzing module, a quality presenting module, and a database system. The system allocates the number of sampling test customers in different regions and speed according to the sampling rule, calculates the collected upload and download service speed data according to the rule to obtain the representative quality score information, screens out the users having abnormal speed from the regions with poor quality scores, and analyzes and finds out an abnormal equipment barrier point according to user internet routing device data, user complaint data and network management equipment barrier data. Thereby, a maintenance and operation unit can be aware of the broadband internet service quality and find out the abnormal equipment barrier point through the quality scores from different regions and speeds, in order to achieve the comprehensive monitoring and control of the broadband internet service quality.
