Abstract

A lithium battery core structure comprises a metal shell. The cover plate of the shell is connected with first and second wiring components. The first wiring component is electrically connected with the cover plate and the positive electrode connection sheet. The second wiring component is electrically connected with the positioning plate of the negative electrode connection sheet. A long standing plate is extended downwardly from one side of the positioning plate approximately vertical to the direction of the positioning plate and is horizontally extended to the lower side of positive electrode connection sheet. At least one rolled core is received within the lower shell. The negative electrode ear at top end of the roll core is electrically connected with the long standing plate, and the positive electrode ear at bottom of the rolled core is electrically connected with the lower shell. Thus, the metal shell and the negative electrode connection sheet may be formed in electrical connection with the positive and negative electrode ears in a large area manner to satisfy the requirement of charging and discharging by high-ratio large current.
