Abstract
A rapid screening processing device for detecting pesticide residue in fruits and vegetables is disclosed, which comprises a sensor chip, a mobile reading device and a mobile device. The sensor chip has a sensing area for placing a reagent for fruits and vegetables, and a first connection port. The sensing area utilizes electrochemistry to analyze the concentration of the reagent, and the chip processes the concentration of pesticide residue by means of a programming operation. The mobile reading device includes a controller, a wireless transceiver, a second connection port and a display screen. The first connection port of the sensor chip is connected to the second connection port. According to operation processing of the controller, the concentration of pesticide residue in the reagent is converted into digital data for being displayed on the display screen. The mobile device receives the digital data transmitted from the wireless transceiver, and performs operations via an application program to determine whether the digital data exceeds a standard value of pesticide residue, so as to provide real-time rapid screening for determining whether there is excessive pesticide residue in fruits and vegetables.
