Abstract
Disclosed is a winding process of inductor. A strip with an upper bending part is positioned by the upper bending part of the strip for winding to form a hollow coil. Then upper bending part at two sides of the strip and an enameled wire of the hollow coil are pressed and fixed, and the extra wire that extends from the upper bending part is cut off simultaneously. Then the strip is guided to a welding mechanism set at one side of a winding mechanism through a positioning aperture of the strip. The upper bending part of the strip is used as a welding current guide to perform welding by the welding mechanism. Then a cutting mechanism cuts off the reinforcing ribs and the length so as to obtain a final product. The process of the invention is simple and automatic production can be used for saving machine area, manpower and working hour, power consumption and cost. The process of the invention can use upper bending part of the strip as the welding current guide to perform welding without removing the enameled wire on the outer layer of the hollow coil. Thereby, required power of welding is small for raising the service life of a welding head.
