Abstract

This invention primarily provides a rotating cylindrical LED display system, including a control module; a driving motor connected to the control module; a shaft that rotates in response to transmission of the driving motor; a rotating support whose center of gravity is installed at the shaft and including a positioning portion in socket joint with the shaft and at least a stand extending radially from the shaft and the positioning portion, wherein a lamp stand extending a predetermined length parallel to a central axis of the shaft is installed at an extended end of the stand with a center of gravity of its middle segment connected to the stand; a LED module installed on the lamp stand and composed of multiple LEDs; a display transparent cover with a predetermined curvature in socket joint outside the rotating support set and the LED module, wherein the LED module receives signals from the control module and drives predetermined LEDs to emit light in predetermined and controlled time, and the generated light is projected onto the display transparent cover to form predetermined images and texts. As such, the driving motor and the LED module are connected to the control module and control signals are transmitted among them. The rotating support set and the LED module rotate synchronously in response to transmission of the driving motor. Rocking of the rotating support set and the LED module during rotation is reduced as they are assembled at their center of gravity. Light scattering and blurry can be reduced by the display transparent cover with predetermined curvature in socket joint outside the rotating support set and the LED module. Therefore, the clarity and the accuracy of the display of images and texts can be improved and complex images and texts can also be displayed, rendering this invention suitable for dynamic image display demanding high resolution and fineness.
