Abstract

An image component feature based synthetic image forgery detection method is disclosed, which comprises the following steps: first, obtain an electronic image; next, use a self-adaptive image component detection method to detect components of the electronic image to obtain an image component; then, calculate a variance of residual noise of the components of the image component to obtain a residual noise variance component; respectively calculate the residual noise variance component to obtain a tampered image component; and finally, combine the tampered image component and execute an up-sampling calculation to obtain a tampered zone of the electronic image.
