Abstract

This disclosure relates to an automatic mouse test equipment and loop transfer mechanism of the test equipment and method. The loop transfer mechanism is used to insert mouse to be tested and send out mouse after testing, and transport the carrier carrying the mouse in loops to a default station. The carrier is disposed on a test platform. The test platform contains at least 6 stations and at least 4 carriers in corresponding position. The loop transfer mechanism uses cylinder, slide, and track to drive 4 carriers in loops in different stations to complete testing. This invention realizes the automation of testing, which reduces eye fatigue and maintains a unified testing criteria standard without product category malfunction (no defect products mixed into good products). Time required for testing and manpower cost can be reduced, while productivity is increased.
