Abstract

A manufacturing method of regeneration building materials using industry sludge comprises a de-oiling step to separate oil ingredient from other ingredients in the industrial sludge to obtain a de-oiled sludge; a feeding step to transport the de-oiled sludge to a suspension preheating device for making the sludge suspended because of the cyclonic airflow while performing a preheating process; then the sludge is concentrated and transported into a rotary kiln; the exhaust gas produced by the preheating process will follow the cyclonic airflow to recycle; a combustion step to combust sludge in the rotary kiln, such that the incompletely burned components will enter as a form of dusts, along with the generated gas, into the suspension preheating device, and become separated from the gas to reenter into the rotary kiln for combustion; a mixing step to mix slag and cement together; a molding step to form building materials of a specific shape by means of compression; and a maintenance step for maintaining the building materials thus made.
