Abstract
A method of processing incineration fly ash containing hazardous heavy metals comprises the following steps: (a) adding water in incineration fly ash containing hazardous heavy metals and heating to 50 to 80 DEG C and mixing, and adding quartz sand during the process of stirring, and at the same time, using an ultrasonic wave generator to deliver ultrasonic wave with a power of 150 to 300 Watt with an treatment time controlled at 2.5 to 10 minutes, so as to form a solid liquid pulp; and (b) using a pressure pump to deliver the solid liquid pulp into a wet type cyclone grader to separate hazardous heavy metals. As such, the hazardous heavy metals can be removed and the applicability of resourcization and reuse of the incineration fly ash can be increased.
