Abstract

一種具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構，包括：一矩形板體，具有位於相對向的一第一平面與一第二平面、以及位於相對向的一第一側面與一第二側面，第一平面及/或第二平面各設有前後至少二排的壁孔排，各壁孔排各具有上下排列的多個壁孔；以及至少一薄片表材，貼合於第一平面及/或第二平面，並遮覆各壁孔。在壁孔未被選用時亦即未被插置以用以支撐承板的插梢時，該些壁孔不會被曝露。

Description

具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構
本發明關於一種板體結構，特別是關於一種具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構。
板類櫥櫃通常是以多數片板材組構而成。其中櫥櫃的習知側板通常鑽設有前後二排之上下排列的多數個壁孔。當左、右二側板之相同高度位置的壁孔插置以插梢，即可於該些插梢上跨置橫向承板。當選擇各不同高度位置之壁孔並插置以插梢，即可調節各層承板間的高度間距。
亦即，習知櫥櫃側板所鑽設的諸多壁孔皆曝露於外，於跨置承板時，除了該承板所在高度位置的壁孔被插置以插梢而遮蔽該壁孔之外，其他未被選用到的諸多壁孔仍曝露於外，造成櫥櫃產品視覺品質上的瑕疵。
本發明提供一種具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構，其具有隱藏壁孔的效果。
根據本發明之一態樣，提供一種具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構，其包括：一矩形板體，具有位於相對 向的一第一平面與一第二平面、位於相對向的一第一側面與一第二側面、以及位於相對向的一第一端面與一第二端面，第一平面及/或該第二平面各設有前後至少二排的壁孔排，各壁孔排各具有上下排列的多個壁孔；以及至少一薄片表材，貼合於第一平面及/或第二平面，並遮覆各壁孔。
根據本發明的一實施例，薄片表材係連續且依續貼合於矩形板體的第二平面、第一側面、第一平面、以及第二側面。
根據本發明的一實施例，矩形板體的第二平面於鄰近第二側面的位置設有一凹槽，該凹槽具有位於相對向的一第一內壁與一第二內壁，薄片表材則連續且依續貼合於凹槽的第一內壁、凹槽至第一側面之間的第二平面、第一側面、第一平面、第二側面、第二側面至凹槽之間的第二平面、以及凹槽的第二內壁。
依據本發明具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構，其矩形板體所設的壁孔係被薄片表材所遮覆而被隱藏，在壁孔未被選用時亦即未被插置以用以支撐承板的插梢時，該些壁孔不會被曝露，使得櫥櫃具有視覺上的完整性及美觀性。

有關本發明之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效，在以下配合參考圖式之實施例詳細說明當中，將可清楚的呈現。
請參閱第1圖及第2圖，依照本發明一第一實施例之具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構包括有一矩形板體100與一薄片表材200。
矩形板體100具有適當厚度，其可為粒片板、塑合板或密迪板。矩形板體100具有位於相對向的一第一平面110與一第二平面120、位於相對向的一第一側面130與一第二側面140、以及位於相對向的一第一端面150與一第二端面160。其中，第二平面120設有前後二排的壁孔排170，各壁孔排各具有上下排列的多個壁孔171。
薄片表材200為薄形可撓性片材，其可為裝飾紙等材料。薄片表材200貼合於矩形板體100的第二平面120，用以美化矩形板體100的外表面，並用以遮覆壁孔171。薄片表材200具有遮覆及隱藏壁孔171的效果，然而，薄片表材200的厚度極薄，具有適度的透光性，可以清楚知道各壁孔171的位置。
請一併參閱第3圖，於使用時，只要以插梢300對準所選擇高度位置之壁孔171，並以插梢300將該壁孔相對位置的薄片表材200戳破，且將插稍300插置於該壁孔171，即可於該些插梢上跨置橫向承板(未圖示)。而其他未被選擇到的壁孔則仍然保持被薄片表材200遮覆隱藏的狀態，不會曝露該些壁孔，使得櫥櫃具有視覺上的完整性及美觀性。
請參閱第4圖，其繪示依照本發明一第二實施例之具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構的剖視圖。在該第二實施例中，係顯示矩形板體100的第一平面110及第二平面120各設有前後二排的壁孔排170，各壁孔排各具有上下排列的多個壁孔171。薄片表材200則貼合於第一平面110及第二平面120，用以遮覆及隱藏矩形板體100的各壁孔。第二實施例的櫥櫃側板結構適合使用於櫥櫃的的中間側板，可供左右兩方向跨置承板。第二實施例之櫥櫃側板結構具有與第一實施例相同的使用效果。
請參閱第5圖，其繪示依照本發明一第三實施例之具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構的剖視圖。在該第三 實施例中，係顯示矩形板體100的第一平面110及第二平面120各設有前後二排的壁孔排170，各壁孔排各具有上下排列的多個壁孔171。薄片表材200則連續且依續貼合於第二平面120、第一側面130、第一平面110、以及第二側面140，用以美化矩形板體100的的各外表面，以及用以遮覆及隱藏矩形板體100的各壁孔171。第三實施例之櫥櫃側板結構具有與第一實施例相同的使用效果。
請參閱第6圖，其繪示依照本發明一第四實施例之具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構的剖視圖。在該第四實施例中，係顯示矩形板體100的第二平面120設有前後二排的壁孔排170，各壁孔排各具有上下排列的多個壁孔171。而且第二平面120於鄰近第二側面140的位置設有一凹槽180，其具有位於相對向的一第一內壁181與一第二內壁182。薄片表材200則連續且依續貼合於貼合於凹槽180的第一內壁181、凹槽180至第一側面130之間的第二平面120、第一側面130、第一平面110、第二側面140、第二側面140至凹槽180之間的第二平面120、以及凹槽180的第二內壁182。凹槽180同時可供作為與櫥櫃背板400嵌合的部位。第四實施例之櫥櫃側板結構具有與第一實施例相同的使用效果。
依據本發明一實施方式之具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構，其矩形板體100所設的壁孔171係被薄片表材200所遮覆而被隱藏，在壁孔未被選用時亦即未被插置以用以支撐承板的插梢時，該些壁孔不會被曝露，使得 櫥櫃具有視覺上的完整性及美觀性。
雖然本發明以實施方式揭露如上，然其並非用以限定本發明，任何熟習此技藝者，在不脫離本發明的精神和範圍內，當可作各種的更動與潤飾，因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附的申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構，包括：一矩形板體，具有位於相對向的一第一平面與一第二平面、位於相對向的一第一側面與一第二側面、以及位於相對向的一第一端面與一第二端面，該第一平面及/或該第二平面各設有前後至少二排的壁孔排，各壁孔排各具有上下排列的多個壁孔；至少一薄片表材，貼合於該第一平面及/或該第二平面，並遮覆各該壁孔。
  2. 如請求項1所述之具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構，其中該薄片表材係連續且依續貼合於該第二平面、該第一側面、該第一平面、以及該第二側面。
  3. 如請求項1所述之具有隱藏式壁孔之櫥櫃側板結構，其中該第二平面於鄰近該第二側面的位置設有一凹槽，該凹槽具有位於相對向的一第一內壁與一第二內壁，該薄片表材係連續且依續貼合於該凹槽的第一內壁、該凹槽至該第一側面之間的該第二平面、該第一側面、該第一平面、該第二側面、該第二側面至該凹槽之間的該第二平面、以及該凹槽的第二內壁。
