Description

Manufacturing method of braided tape head and braided belt structure thereof

The invention relates to a weaving method for a braided belt body and a structure thereof, in particular to a method for thermally cutting a braided tape head and integrally weaving a braided strip structure.

Commonly used belts are provided with leading ends at both ends, such as shoelaces that tighten the shoes or boots; the purpose of the head design is to prevent the belt from being loose, and the cross-sectional area of the other head is smaller than the body and the hardness is hard, so as to facilitate Pass through the use of holes.

The most common one among the heads is the head of the braided belt. The outer side of the belt is tightened and fixed by means of plastic or metal sheets by means of adhesive, thereby completing the high hardness and small section. In this conventional lead manufacturing process, the plastic or metal sheet is a special material other than the woven material, which not only needs to be cut and glued, but also needs to be glued and tightened to achieve tightening and fixing. Whether it is plastic or metal sheet itself or the use of adhesive materials will bring environmental pollution, and from the user's point of view, this set of plastic or metal coated lead loses continuous weaving in anti-slip effect and visual sense. The advantages.

Another common woven belt lead, its manufacturing method is not used The plastic or metal sheet is coated and fixed, but the cellulose acetate sheet is covered with a woven tape and then immersed in a chemical solvent to melt and shape the woven tape head, thereby finally forming a woven tape head with a relatively hard and small cross section. This method also has the above-mentioned problem of using additional materials, in which not only the braided strips on the braided tape are damaged, but also a large amount of toxic gas released during the melting and shaping of the braided tape, which also becomes a toxic substance causing environmental pollution. Therefore, the industry is demanding an innovative manufacturing method for manufacturing woven tapes that can reduce environmental pollution and maintain the beauty of weaving.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a braided tape head and a braided belt structure thereof, and the braided tape head is formed by a method of integral knitting and non-chemical soaking, so as to reduce toxic substances in the traditional lead manufacturing process and avoid environmental pollution. It can maintain the appearance of the braided head to achieve the visual and tactile three-dimensional weaving advantages.

An embodiment of the method of the present invention is a method of manufacturing a woven tape head, the method of manufacturing the woven tape head comprising a first weaving step, a second weaving step, a third weaving step, and a hot cutting step. The first weaving step is to form a woven belt body by a cross-sectional weaving method using a plurality of yarn bundles. The second weaving step is to successively form a braided leader by a close-knit weaving method using the same yarn bundle immediately adjacent to the braided belt. The third weaving step is to successively make another woven belt body by the same cross-knit method by using the same yarn bundle in the immediate vicinity of the woven tape. The hot cutting step is to cut the braided head by hot cutting to complete the sealing and fixing.

The implementation of this method aspect not only eliminates the traditional implementation The use of plastic sheet, metal sheet and acetate sheet material eliminates the use of viscose material in the adhesive process and the use of chemical solvents in the chemical soaking process, and can significantly reduce the emission of toxic substances and the lead time. And does not destroy the weave pattern of the leading surface. Therefore, the manufacturing method of the braided tape has the advantages of saving material cost, saving time cost, improving environmental protection, product appearance and improving the anti-slip effect of the product.

The hot cut end 404 is located on the braided tape head 403 and the hot cut end 404 has a hardness greater than the hardness of the braided tape head 403.

The braided belt structure of an embodiment of the present invention In another embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the woven tape head 403 may be smaller than the cross-sectional area of the woven belt body 402. The yarn bundle 401 used in the woven belt body 402 and the woven tape head 403 can be processed from dyes of more than one color. The yarn bundle 401 used in the woven belt body 402 and the woven tape head 403 may be made of one or more fiber types.

According to the embodiment of the structural aspect of the present invention described above, the braided belt body of the structure has a narrow and rigid head and a fast-cut end which is fastened, so that it is easy to penetrate the hole. Moreover, the woven belt body of the structure maintains the original three-dimensional texture and color on the surface of the woven belt head, and contributes to the improvement of the tactile anti-slip effect and the visual overall woven texture.
