Description

Field of invention

The present invention relates to a dust collecting device for collecting dust.

Background of the invention

The dust collecting device greatly contributes to the efficiency of the cleaning operation. Patent Document 1 discloses a dust collecting device that uses airflow to attract dust from a mop. Unlike a general vacuum cleaner, the user does not move the dust collector, but moves the mop around the dust collecting device, and then removes the dust attached to the mop.

The object that receives the dust removal process (for example, the mop) moves around the dust collecting device, so that if the object collides with the dust collecting device, the dust collecting device may fall over. This condition will make the cleaning operation inefficient.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiment

Various embodiments of the dust collecting device will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The principle of the dust collecting device can be clearly understood by the following description. The terms "upper", "lower", "left" and "right" are used for the purpose of illustration. Therefore, such terms are not to be interpreted in a limiting sense.

First embodiment>

The outline design principle of the dust collecting device will be described with respect to the first embodiment.

Fig. 1 is a conceptual diagram showing a design principle of the dust collecting device 100 according to the first embodiment. The dust collecting device 100 will be described with reference to Fig. 1 . Furthermore, the solid arrow shown in Fig. 1 indicates the flow of air.

The dust collecting device 100 includes a housing 200, a dust collecting mechanism 300, a hose 400, and a holding portion 500. The housing 200 defines an internal space 201 in which dust is accumulated. The dust collecting mechanism 300 is disposed in the internal space 201. The dust collecting mechanism 300 uses airflow to collect dust. The casing 200 defines an inflow port 202 that allows dust to flow into the internal space 201. The dust collecting mechanism 300 will reduce the air pressure in the flow path of the air such as the hose 400 and suck the dust from the inflow port 202. The dust intrudes into the internal space 201 from the inflow port 202 and passes through the inside of the dust collecting mechanism 300. Thereafter, the dust flows out of the casing 200 through the hose 400 and flows into the internal space 201 again. The dust is eventually accumulated by the dust collecting mechanism 300. In the present embodiment, the inflow port 202 is exemplified as a first inflow port.

The hose 400 has a downstream end 410 that is located downstream of the air stream and a downstream end 420 that is opposite the downstream end 410. The casing 200 includes a first connecting portion 210 connected to the downstream end 410 and a second connecting portion 220 connected to the upstream end 420. The hose 400 directs airflow from the upstream end 420 to the downstream end 410. In the present embodiment, the downstream end 410 is exemplified as a base end portion. The upstream end 420 is exemplified as a front end portion.

400。 The upstream end 420 can be removed from the second connecting portion 220. When the user removes the upstream end 420 from the second connecting portion 220, the dust is sucked from the upstream end 420. If the user connects the upstream end 420 to the second connecting portion 220, as described above, The dust will be attracted from the inflow port 202. As shown in FIG. 1, when the upstream end 420 is connected to the second connecting portion 220, the holding portion 500 holds the hose 400.

In Fig. 1, the center of gravity GC of the dust collecting mechanism 300 is shown. The position of the second connecting portion 220 is determined so as to overlap with the virtual plane passing through the center of gravity GC and the first connecting portion 210. As a result, while the upstream end 420 is connected to the second connecting portion 220, the hose 400 can guide the airflow and the dust flowing in from the inflow port 202 along the imaginary plane. Although the dust collecting mechanism 300 can be constructed by using a suction fan or other device capable of generating an air flow, it is easy to design the dust collecting mechanism 300 such that the center of gravity GC is located at a substantially central position of the internal space 201 in the horizontal direction. In this case, it is easy to design the air flow path upstream of the second connecting portion 220 in a symmetrical manner with respect to the above-described virtual plane. In the present embodiment, a virtual plane is exemplified as a reference plane. The positions of the first connecting portion 210 and the second connecting portion 220 are formed at appropriate positions on the reference plane. For example, the first connecting portion 210 may be formed on a top wall portion opposite to a portion (ie, a bottom portion) that is grounded to the frame of the floor. Alternatively, the first connecting portion 210 may form a peripheral wall portion defining the internal space 201 between the bottom portion and the top wall portion. The second connecting portion 220 may be formed on the reference plane at a position further rearward of the casing 200 than the first connecting portion 210. In addition, the term "forward" used in the present embodiment may mean the opening direction of the inflow port 202. The term "rear" may also mean a direction opposite to the opening direction of the inflow port 202.

When the upstream end 420 is removed from the second connecting portion 220, the user can move the hose 400 to remove dust from the area around the dust collecting device 100. At this point, the user may stretch the hose 400. The tension applied to the hose 400, It may act in such a way that the frame 200 is tipped over. As described above, since the first connecting portion 210 to which the downstream end 410 of the hose 400 is connected is located on a plane common to the center of gravity GC, it becomes less likely to be generated in a specific direction due to the tension acting on the hose 400. Fall down and wait for the undesired nature.

As described above, the dust collecting device 100 allows the user to selectively attract dust from the inflow port 202 and selectively attract dust from the upstream end 420. For example, if the user wishes to remove dust from the edge of the mop, the user can choose to pick dust from the inflow port 202. When the user moves the mop around the inflow port 202, the dust attached to the tip of the mop can be removed efficiently. If the user wishes to remove dust from the central region of the mop, the user can choose to attract dust from the upstream end 420. When the user approaches the upstream end 420 to the central region of the mop, the dust adhering to the central region of the mop can be efficiently sucked. In addition to this, the user can also move the upstream end 420 of the hose 400 to efficiently collect dust scattered around the dust collecting device 100 in the process of removing dust from the mop.

The dust collecting device 100 can also be used for applications other than removing dust from the mop. For example, if the user approaches the inflow port 202 to the dust collected by the broom, the dust collecting device 100 can exert an effect as a flaw. The principle of the present embodiment can be used as the use of the dust collecting device 100 without any limitation.

Second embodiment>

Here, an example of a dust collecting device constructed based on the design principle described in the first embodiment will be described. Further, various dust collecting devices can be constructed based on the design principle of the first embodiment. Therefore, the detailed structure, shape, and size indicated by the dust collecting device of the second embodiment are not limited to any set. The principle of the dust device.

Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the outline of a dust collecting device 100A according to a second embodiment. The dust collecting device 100A will be described with reference to Figs. 1 and 2 .

400。 The dust collecting device 100A includes a casing 200A and a bellows 400A. Similarly to the first embodiment, the casing 200A houses a mechanism for sucking and collecting dust. The bellows 400A corresponds to the hose 400 described in the first embodiment.

210。 The frame 200A includes a bottom portion 230 that is grounded to the ground; a top wall portion 240 that is opposite to the bottom portion 230; and a peripheral wall portion 250 that surrounds the bottom portion 230 and the top wall portion 240 for attracting and accumulating dust. The top wall portion 240 includes a substantially cylindrical upper connecting portion 210A. The bellows 400A includes a base end portion 410A. The base end portion 410A is rotatably inserted into the upper connecting portion 210A. Therefore, the base end portion 410A is rotatable about an axis that is slightly perpendicular to the ground. The upper connecting portion 210A corresponds to the first connecting portion 210 described in the first embodiment.

500。 The frame 200A includes an arcuate holding arm 500A that extends upward from the top wall portion 240. The holding arm 500A holds the telescopic tube 400A. The holding arm 500A corresponds to the holding portion 500 described in the first embodiment.

In Fig. 2, imaginary parallel planes PP1, PP2 are shown. The parallel planes PP1, PP2 are depicted as being connected to the slightly cylindrical upper connecting portion 210A. Also, the parallel planes PP2 are parallel with respect to the parallel plane PP1.

The bellows 400A held by the holding arm 500A guides the airflow to the base end portion 410A along the space between the parallel planes PP1, PP2. The center of gravity of the mechanism used to attract and accumulate dust is located on the parallel plane PP1. The way between PP2 is to design a mechanism to attract and accumulate dust.

In Fig. 2, a vertical plane VP is depicted between the parallel planes PP1, PP2. The vertical plane VP is vertical with respect to the ground on which the frame 200A is placed. The center of gravity of the mechanism used to attract and accumulate dust exists on the vertical plane VP. The vertical plane VP corresponds to a virtual plane described in the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, the vertical plane VP passes through the center of the air flow path of the bellows 400A that is held by the holding arm 500A. Alternatively, the vertical plane may be set to a position offset from the center of the flow path.

The frame 200A has a shape symmetrical with respect to the vertical plane VP. Moreover, the term "symmetric" is not intended to be a complete "symmetric" in exponential terms. The frame 200A is symmetrical with respect to the vertical plane VP with respect to the vertical plane VP as long as it is symmetrical with respect to the vertical plane VP.

The peripheral wall portion 250 includes a front wall portion 251 and a rear wall portion 252 opposite to the front wall portion 251. The frame 200A includes a front outer casing piece 260, a rear outer casing piece 270, an upper outer casing piece 280, and a lower outer casing piece 290. The front outer casing piece 260 mainly forms the front wall portion 251. The rear outer casing piece 270 mainly forms a rear wall portion 252. The upper outer casing piece 280 is coupled to the upper edges of the front outer casing piece 260 and the rear outer casing piece 270. The lower outer casing piece 290 primarily forms the bottom portion 230. In addition to this, the lower outer casing piece 290 forms a lower portion of the front wall portion 251 and a lower portion of the rear wall portion 252.

The dust collecting device 100A includes a dust collecting unit 310. The dust collection unit 310 is inserted into the casing 200A and exposed to the front wall portion 251. The air that has flowed into the casing 200A through the bellows 400A passes through the dust collection unit 310. The dust collection unit 310 removes dust from the air. As a result, dust will accumulate in dust collection Within unit 310. Therefore, the dust collecting unit 310 will bear the function of a part of the dust collecting mechanism 300 described in the first embodiment.

260。 FIG. 3A is a schematic perspective view of the front outer casing piece 260. FIG. 3B is another schematic perspective view of the front outer casing piece 260. The front outer casing piece 260 will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 3B.

The front outer casing piece 260 includes a main wall portion 261 that forms a portion of the front wall portion 251, and a cylindrical chamber wall 262 that the autonomous wall portion 261 protrudes toward the rear outer casing piece 270. The chamber wall 262 defines a space 263 for receiving the dust collecting unit 310. The accommodating space 263 can correspond to a part of the internal space 201 described in the first embodiment.

The chamber wall 262 includes a lower wall 264, an upper wall 265, a right wall 266, a left wall 267, and a rear wall 268. The lower wall 264 is located below the dust collection unit 310. The upper wall 265 is located between the dust collection unit 310 and the upper outer casing piece 280. The right wall 266 is located to the right of the dust collection unit 310. The left wall 267 is located to the left of the dust collecting unit 310. The rear wall 268 is opposite the rear outer casing piece 270.

An opening 269 is formed in the upper wall 265. The air that has flowed into the casing 200A through the bellows 400A passes through the opening 269. Thereafter, the air sinks into the dust collecting unit 310 inserted in the accommodating space 263. The dust collection unit 310 removes dust from the air.

The front outer casing piece 260 further includes an upper partitioning plate 322 and a lower partitioning plate 323. Both the upper partitioning plate 322 and the lower partitioning plate 323 protrude from the main wall portion 261 toward the rear outer casing piece 270. A first space 331 is formed between the upper partition plate 322 and the lower wall 264. A second space 332 is formed between the upper partition plate 322 and the lower partition plate 323. The first space 331 and the second space 332 may correspond to the first real A portion of the interior space 201 illustrated by the configuration.

100A。 4A is a schematic right side view of the dust collecting device 100A. Fig. 4B is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line A-A shown in Fig. 4A. The dust collecting device 100A will be further described with reference to Figs. 1 , 3A, 4A and 4B.

The dust collecting device 100A includes a suction fan 320 disposed in the first space 331 below the dust collecting unit 310. An opening mesh portion 321 is formed on the lower wall 264 above the suction fan 320. Since the air is sucked by the suction fan 320 through the opening mesh portion 321, the suction fan 320 can generate the airflow from the telescopic tube 400A toward the dust collecting unit 310. Therefore, the suction fan 320 functions as a part of the dust collecting mechanism 300 described in the first embodiment. In the present embodiment, the suction fan 320 is exemplified as an air flow generation unit.

During the operation of the suction fan 320, air flows from the base end portion 410A of the extension tube 400A to which the connection portion 210A is connected to the housing 200A to the opening mesh portion 321 . The dust collecting unit 310 disposed between the upper connecting portion 210A and the suction fan 320 removes and collects dust from the air. In the present embodiment, the dust collecting unit 310 is exemplified as a dust collecting portion.

The suction fan 320 is heavier than the dust collection unit 310. Therefore, the center of gravity of the dust collecting structure constructed by the dust collecting unit 310 and the suction fan 320 is set to be close to the ground F. As a result, the frame 200A becomes less likely to fall over.

100A。 Fig. 5 is a schematic rear view of the dust collecting device 100A. The dust collecting device 100A will be further described with reference to Figs. 1 , 4B and 5 .

The dust collecting device 100A further includes a reel mechanism 340 disposed in the second space 332 below the suction fan 320. Reel mechanism 340 is It is utilized for the communication of the power of the attraction fan 320. The suction fan 320 can operate using the power transmitted by the reel mechanism 340. Therefore, the reel mechanism 340 functions as a part of the dust collecting mechanism 300 described in the first embodiment. In the present embodiment, the reel mechanism 340 is exemplified as a transmission unit.

The reel mechanism 340 includes a plug 341, an electric wire 342, a rotary reel unit 343, and an operation button 344. The plug 341 is exposed from the rear outer casing piece 270 and is connected to a power source (not shown). The electric wire 342 extends from the plug 341 and is wound around the reel portion 343. When the user uses the dust collecting device 100A at a position away from the power source, the electric wire 342 is unwound from the reel portion 343. When the user removes the plug 341 from the power source and presses the operation button 344 exposed to the rear outer casing piece 270, the reel portion 343 is rotated to rewind the electric wire 342.

Like the attraction fan 320, the reel mechanism 340 is heavier than the dust collection unit 310. Therefore, the center of gravity of the dust collecting structure constructed by the dust collecting unit 310, the suction fan 320, and the reel mechanism 340 is set to be close to the ground F. As a result, the frame 200A is not easily tipped over.

The peripheral wall portion 250 defines a housing space 263, a first space 331, and a second space 332 between the bottom portion 230 and the top wall portion 240. The dust collection unit 310 is disposed in the accommodating space 263. The suction fan 320 is disposed in the first space 331. The reel mechanism 340 is disposed in the second space 332. The dust collecting unit 310 in the accommodating space 263, the suction fan 320 in the first space 331 and the reel mechanism 340 in the second space 332 are slightly symmetrical with respect to the vertical plane VP in shape and weight.

100A。 Fig. 6A is a front view showing the outline of the dust collecting device 100A. Fig. 6B is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line A-A shown in Fig. 6A. 3B, 6A and Fig. 6B illustrates the dust collecting device 100A.

274。 After forming the rear wall portion 252, the outer casing piece 270 includes an angular outer casing 271 and an exhaust wall 272. The corner outer casing 271 has a symmetrical curved contour with respect to the vertical plane VP and is bent in the opposite direction to the front wall portion 251. The exhaust wall 272 includes a right exhaust wall 273, a left exhaust wall 274, and a half cylinder wall 275. The right exhaust wall 273 is disposed to the right of the corner housing 271. The left exhaust wall 274 is disposed to the left of the corner housing 271. The half cylinder wall 275 is disposed on the right exhaust wall 273 and the left exhaust wall 274.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the front outer panel 260 includes a cylindrical wall 324. The cylindrical wall 324 protrudes downward from the lower wall 264. As shown in FIG. 6B, the cylindrical wall 324 surrounds the suction fan 320. A discharge port 325 is formed in the cylindrical wall 324. The discharge port 325 is open toward the front outer casing piece 260.

A plurality of exhaust holes 276 are formed in the right exhaust wall 273. Similarly to the right exhaust wall 273, a plurality of exhaust holes 277 are also formed in the left exhaust wall 274. The air sucked by the suction fan 320 through the bellows 400A is blown out from the discharge port 325. Since the dust collecting unit 310 exists between the extension tube 400A and the suction fan 320, the air that the dust can blow out from the discharge port 325 is removed.

Between the cylindrical wall 324 and the front outer casing piece 260, between the cylindrical wall 324 and the right exhaust wall 273 and between the cylindrical wall 324 and the left exhaust wall 274, a blower is formed from the discharge port 325. The air is directed to the flow paths of the exhaust holes 276, 277. Therefore, the air is finally exhausted from the exhaust holes 276, 277.

The right exhaust wall 273 and the right half of the corner housing 271 are contoured to approximate the vertical plane VP from the right end of the front outer casing piece 260. Similarly, the left exhaust wall 274 and the left half of the corner housing 271 also depict the front outer panel 260. The left end of the contour is close to the vertical plane VP. The other of the right exhaust wall 273 and the left exhaust wall 274 is exemplified as a second wall portion. When the right exhaust wall 273 is exemplified as the first wall portion, the right half of the corner case 271 is exemplified as the first wall portion, and the left half of the corner case 271 is exemplified as the second wall portion. When the right exhaust wall 273 is exemplified as the second wall portion, the right half of the corner case 271 is exemplified as the second wall portion, and the left half of the corner case 271 is exemplified as the first wall portion. The angle θ is exemplified as a corner.

The first cylinder 331 is divided into a flow space 333 and a connection space 334 by a half cylinder wall 275 that is bent forward. The air blown from the discharge port 325 flows in the flow space 333, and finally, is exhausted from the exhaust holes 276, 277. The connection space 334 is for connection of the telescopic tube 400A to the housing 200A. In the present embodiment, the connection space 334 is exemplified as a corner portion.

100A。 Fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the dust collecting device 100A along the vertical plane VP. The dust collecting device 100A will be described with reference to Figs. 1 , 4A, 5 and 7 .

278。 The exhaust wall 272 forming the peripheral wall portion 250 includes an inclined wall 278 which is inclined from the top wall portion 240 toward the upper end of the corner outer casing 271 and inclined downward. The holding arm 500A extends upward from the top wall portion 240, and then is bent downward to be connected to the inclined wall 278.

420。 As shown in FIG. 7, the extension tube 400A includes a front end portion 420A opposite to the base end portion 410A. The distal end portion 420A corresponds to the upstream end 420 described in the first embodiment.

220。 The inclined wall 278 and the upper end of the corner housing 271 are formed to open upward The connection portion 220A is below the mouth. The lower connecting portion 220A is used to connect the front end portion 420A to the casing 200A. The lower connecting portion 220A can correspond to the second connecting portion 220 described in the first embodiment.

The dust collecting device 100A includes an internal duct 350 that defines a flow path of an L shape. While the holding arm 500A holds the bellows 400A, the air outside the casing 200A flows into the bellows 400A through the internal duct 350. Similarly to the telescopic tube 400A held by the holding arm 500A, the internal duct 350 is disposed along the vertical plane VP. The internal duct 350 corresponds to a part of the dust collecting mechanism 300 described in the first embodiment.

100A。 FIG. 8 is a schematic perspective view of the inner duct 350. The dust collecting device 100A will be described with reference to Figs. 6A to 8 .

As shown in FIG. 7, the front wall portion 251 includes the lower end edge 253 that has been pulled away from the ground surface F. As a result, air other than the casing 200A is allowed to flow into the outside of the casing 200A, and is formed between the lower edge 253 and the ground F. The outflow port 202A corresponds to the inflow port 202 described in the first embodiment. In the present embodiment, the outflow port 202A is exemplified as the first inflow port.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the outflow inlet 202A is a slit extending along the ground F. Therefore, the dust collecting device 100A can suck air and dust from a wide area before the front wall portion 251. For example, if the user places the mop in the vicinity of the outflow port 202A, the dust can be efficiently removed from the mop.

As shown in FIG. 7, the inner conduit 350 includes a horizontal conduit 351 and an upright conduit 352. The horizontal duct 351 guides the air flow flowing in from the outer inlet 202A along the ground F. The upright duct 352 is bent upward from the downstream end of the horizontal duct 351 and extends along the joint space 334 (refer to FIG. 6B). Upright pipe 352 The upper end is inserted into the front end portion 420A of the bellows 400A. In the present embodiment, the horizontal duct 351 can be exemplified as the first duct.

The horizontal duct 351 includes an open end 355 that defines an inner flow inlet 354 that opens to the outward flow inlet 202A. In the present embodiment, the inflow port 354 can be exemplified as the second inflow port. The open end 355 can be exemplified as an inflow end.

The air that has flowed into the casing 200A from the outflow port 202A is introduced into the horizontal duct 351 through the inflow port 354. Thereafter, air will flow from the horizontal duct 351 to the upright duct 352. The upright pipe 352 is a front end portion 420A that guides the bellows 400A. In the present embodiment, the upright pipe 352 can be exemplified as the second pipe. The upper end of the upright pipe 352 can be exemplified as a joint end.

400A。 As shown in FIG. 8, the horizontal duct 351 defines a wedge-shaped flow path that is tapered from the open end 355 toward the lower end of the upright duct 352. Therefore, the inner duct 350 can appropriately guide the air and dust flowing in from the outer inlet 202A to the bellows 400A.

As shown in FIG. 7, the inner conduit 350 includes a separator 356. The separator 356 is a bent portion disposed between the horizontal pipe 351 and the upright pipe 352. The separator 356 can be separated from other portions of the inner conduit 350. When the user removes the separation piece 356, the user can access the internal space of the horizontal pipe 351 and the upright pipe 352. Therefore, the user can easily remove the dust trapped in the internal duct 350.

400A。 Fig. 9 is a schematic perspective view of the extension tube 400A. The bellows 400A will be described with reference to Figs. 7 and 9 .

423。 The bellows 400A includes a bellows 430 that extends from the front end portion 420A to the base end portion 410A. The front end portion 420A of the telescopic tube 400A includes a fixed tube 421 and front end barrel 422. The fixed cylinder 421 is engaged with the outer side of the telescopic tube 430. The front end cylinder 422 is coupled to the fixed cylinder 421. A leak hole 423 is formed in the front end cylinder 422.

As shown in FIG. 7, during the connection of the extension tube 400A to the lower connection portion 220A, the upright duct 352 inserted into the front end portion 420A plugs the leak hole 423. Therefore, air can be efficiently transmitted from the inner duct 350 to the bellows 400A. In the present embodiment, the extension tube 430 and the tip end barrel 422 can be exemplified as a tube wall.

The dust collecting device 100A includes a mounting member 600 attached to the front end portion 420A of the bellows 400A. The mounting member 600 includes a mounting barrel 610 and a spatula portion 620. The fixed cylinder 421 and the front end cylinder 422 are embedded in the mounting cylinder 610. The spatula portion 620 extends along the telescoping tube 430. In the present embodiment, the mounting cylinder 610 can be exemplified as a tubular portion.

The spatula portion 620 includes an end portion 622 formed with an opening portion 621. The telescopic tube 430 is deformable, and on the other hand, the spatula portion 620 is hardly deformed. Therefore, the extension tube 400A is connected to the lower connection portion 220A, and the extension end portion 622 is pulled away from the extension tube 430 while the extension tube 430 is bent along the holding arm 500A. Since the user can easily hold the distal end portion 622, the user can remove the extension tube 400A from the lower connection portion 220A. In the present embodiment, the distal end portion 622 can be exemplified as a spatula end.

100A。 Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing the outline of the dust collecting device 100A. The dust collecting device 100A will be described with reference to Figs. 7, 9, and 10.

As described above, the user can remove the front end portion 420A of the bellows 400A from the lower connecting portion 220A. Since the base end portion 410A of the telescopic tube 400A can be rotatably attached to the upper connecting portion 210A, the user can The bellows 400A is free to move around the upper connecting portion 210A. During this time, the bellows 400A can flex freely on the opposite side of the spatula portion 620. Therefore, the user can remove the dust from the various regions by the bellows 400A.

As shown in FIG. 9, a connection hole 611 is formed in the mounting cylinder 610 of the mounting member 600. The communication hole 611 is in communication with the leak hole 423. Therefore, when the user removes the distal end portion 420A of the extension tube 400A from the lower connection portion 220A, the communication hole 611 and the leak hole 423 are opened.

While the front end portion 420A of the telescopic tube 400A is connected to the lower connecting portion 220A, the internal duct 350 acts as a resistance to the air flow. Therefore, the attraction fan 320 is designed in such a manner that a high attraction can be achieved. When the leak hole 423 and the communication hole 611 are not present, if the user removes the front end portion 420A of the bellows 400A from the lower joint portion 220A, an excessive attraction force is generated at the front end portion 420A. When the user approaches the mop with the front end portion 420A that is excessively attractive, the front end portion 420A may not smoothly move. The leak hole 423 and the communication hole 611 prevent an excessive attraction force from being generated at the front end portion 420A of the bellows 400A that is removed from the lower joint portion 220A. Therefore, the user can smoothly move the telescopic tube 400A to perform the cleaning operation efficiently.

100A。 Fig. 11 is a perspective view showing the outline of the dust collecting device 100A. FIG. 12 is a schematic perspective view of the dust collecting unit 310. The dust collecting device 100A will be described with reference to Figs. 11 and 12 .

In the front outer casing piece 260, a substantially rectangular insertion opening 311 is formed. The user can insert the dust collection unit 310 into the insertion port 311. The user can also pull the dust collecting unit 310 out of the insertion port 311 as needed.

The dust collection unit 310 includes a holding box 370 and a dust collecting bag 380. Hold The box 370 holds the dust bag 380. The user can separate the dust bag 380 from the holding box 370 as needed.

310。 FIG. 13 is a schematic perspective view of the holding case 370. The dust collecting unit 310 will be described with reference to Figs. 11 to 13 .

200A。 The holding case 370 includes a main plate 371 and a holding frame 372. The main board 371 includes an outer side 373. When the dust collecting unit 310 is housed in the casing 200A, the outer surface 373 becomes slightly flush with the front outer casing piece 260. A concave portion 374 is formed on the outer surface 373. The main plate 371 includes a handle 375 configured by a recess 374. The user holds the handle 375, pulls the dust collection unit 310 out of the housing 200A, or can be inserted into the housing 200A.

The holding frame 372 protrudes from the main plate 371 toward the rear outer casing piece 270. The holding frame 372 includes an upper plate 376, a lower plate 377, a right plate 378, and a left plate 379. The lower plate 377 is adjacent to the lower wall 264 where the open mesh portion 321 is formed. A mesh region 391 that communicates with the opening mesh portion 321 is formed in the lower plate 377. The right plate 378 is bent upward from the right edge of the lower plate 377. The left plate 379 is bent upward from the left edge of the lower plate 377. The upper plate 376 extends between the upper edges of the right and left plates 378, 379.

The upper plate 376 includes a right rail portion 392 and a left rail portion 393. The right rail portion 392 and the left rail portion 393 extend from the main plate 371 toward the rear outer casing piece 270. An insertion space 394 for inserting the dust collecting bag 380 is formed in the upper plate 376 between the right rail portion 392 and the left rail portion 393. The dust bag 380 includes a bag portion 381 in which dust is accumulated, and a rectangular plate 382 having rigidity higher than that of the bag portion 381. The right edge of the rectangular plate 382 is engaged with the right rail portion 392. The left edge of the rectangular plate 382 is engaged with the left rail portion 393. The user can slide the rectangular plate 382 along the right rail portion 392 and the left rail portion 393 to separate the dust bag 380 from the holding box 370.

310。 FIG. 14 is a schematic perspective view of the dust collecting unit 310. The dust collecting unit 310 will be described with reference to Figs. 4B, 11 and 14.

An opening 383 is formed in the rectangular plate 382. While the dust collection unit 310 is housed in the casing 200A, the opening 383 is a base end portion 410A that faces the extension tube 400A. When the suction fan 320 is activated, a downward flow of air from the base end portion 410A of the bellows 400A to the suction fan 320 occurs. The dusty air flows into the pocket portion 381 through the opening portion 383. The pocket portion 381 allows air to pass on the one hand and dust on the other hand. Therefore, dust accumulation is formed in the pocket portion 381.

As shown in Fig. 14, the unused pocket portion 381 can also be folded up. As described above, the pocket portion 381 allows the downward airflow to pass therethrough, and the pocket portion 381 is extended downward. Therefore, the volume for accumulating dust will be automatically secured.

The above embodiment mainly has the following configuration.

The dust collecting device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a housing that defines an internal space in which dust is accumulated and a first inflow port that allows the dust to flow into the internal space, and a dust collecting mechanism that collects the dust; the base end portion And connected to the frame body; a front end portion opposite to the base end portion; and a hose that guides the airflow from the front end portion to the base end portion. The frame includes a first connecting portion connecting the base end portion, a second connecting portion connecting the front end portion, a holding portion for holding the hose, a bottom portion grounded on the ground surface, and a top wall portion opposite to the bottom portion; A peripheral wall portion that defines the internal space between the bottom portion and the top wall portion. The first connecting portion is formed on the top wall portion or the peripheral wall portion. The second connecting portion is formed to be rearward of the frame than the first connecting portion. The front end portion is detachable from the second connecting portion Dismounted. The hose held by the holding portion guides the airflow and the dust flowing in from the first inflow port along a reference plane passing through the center of gravity of the first connecting portion, the second connecting portion, and the dust collecting mechanism.

According to the above configuration, the user connects the distal end portion of the hose to the second connection portion of the casing, and collects dust through the first inflow port. Alternatively, the user can remove the front end portion of the hose from the second connection portion of the casing and collect the dust through the front end portion of the hose. Therefore, the user can collect dust efficiently.

While the user collects dust through the front end of the hose, the user may apply tension to the hose. Although the tension may act in such a manner that the frame is tipped over, since the center of gravity of the dust collecting mechanism is located on the reference plane, the frame is not easily tipped over. Therefore, the user can efficiently collect dust through the front end portion of the hose.

When the user collects dust through the first inflow port, the hose guides the airflow and the dust along the reference plane, and it is easy to design a symmetrical flow path with respect to the reference plane.

In the above configuration, the dust collecting means may include a flow generating portion that generates the airflow, and a dust collecting portion that removes and collects the dust from the airflow between the first connecting portion and the airflow generating portion. The airflow generating portion may be heavier than the dust collecting portion, or may be disposed at a position lower than the dust collecting portion.

According to the above configuration, since the airflow generating portion that is heavier than the dust collecting portion is disposed below the dust collecting portion, the center of gravity is present at a position close to the floor on which the dust collecting device is placed. Since the dust collecting device is not easy to fall over, the user can be effective Collect dust in a timely manner.

In the above configuration, the reference plane may be a vertical plane perpendicular to the ground on which the frame is placed. The frame may have a symmetrical shape with respect to the aforementioned vertical plane.

According to the above configuration, since the frame has a symmetrical shape with respect to the vertical plane, the dust collecting device becomes less likely to fall over. Therefore, the user can collect dust efficiently.

In the above configuration, the first connecting portion may be formed in the top wall portion. The second connecting portion may be formed in the peripheral wall portion.

According to the above configuration, since the first connecting portion is formed in the top wall portion and the second connecting portion is formed in the peripheral wall portion, the flow along the vertical plane is formed in the section from the front end portion to the airflow generating portion. path. Therefore, the dust collecting device can be easily designed in such a manner that a symmetrical attraction balance can be achieved with respect to the vertical plane.

In the above configuration, the holding portion may include an arcuate holding arm connected to the top wall portion and the peripheral wall portion.

According to the above configuration, the hose can be stably held by the arched holding arm. In addition, the user can hold the holding arm to raise, move or tilt the frame. As described above, the dust collecting device is designed with a symmetrical weight balance with respect to the vertical plane, and the holding arm extends along the vertical plane, so that the user can easily raise and move the frame and Tilt and other actions.

In the above configuration, the holding arm may extend upward from the top wall portion and then be bent downward to be connected to the peripheral wall portion.

According to the above configuration, since the top wall portion extends upward and is bent downward and connected to the peripheral wall portion, the user can easily hold the holding arm.

The dust collecting device according to another aspect of the above embodiment includes a housing that defines an internal space in which dust is accumulated and a first inflow port that allows the dust to flow into the internal space, and a dust collecting mechanism that collects the dust and a base end portion. The frame body is connected to the frame body; the front end portion on the opposite side to the base end portion; and a hose is provided to guide the airflow from the front end portion to the base end portion. The front end portion is detachable from the second connecting portion. The hose held by the holding portion guides the airflow and the dust flowing in from the first inflow port along a reference plane passing through the center of gravity of the first connecting portion, the second connecting portion, and the dust collecting mechanism. The peripheral wall portion includes a wall portion before the first inflow port in cooperation with the ground surface. The dust collecting mechanism includes an internal duct that includes an inflow end portion that is a second inflow opening that defines an opening toward the first inflow port, and a connecting end portion that is coupled to the distal end portion. The aforementioned internal duct is disposed along the aforementioned reference plane.

According to the above configuration, since the internal duct is disposed along the reference plane, the air from the first inflow port through the internal duct and the hose to the airflow generating portion The flow will follow the reference plane. Therefore, it becomes easy to obtain a suction balance that is symmetric with respect to the reference plane.

In the above configuration, the inner duct may include a first duct that guides the airflow along the ground floor, and the second duct bends upward from the first duct, and guides the airflow to the front end portion.

According to the above configuration, the first duct that guides the airflow along the ground and the second duct that is bent upward from the first duct are disposed along the reference plane, so that the airflow from the first inflow port to the airflow generating portion through the internal duct and the hose , it will follow the reference plane. Therefore, it is easier to obtain a symmetrical balance of attraction with respect to the reference plane.

In the above configuration, the first inflow port may be a slit extending along the floor surface. The first duct may define a wedge-shaped flow path that gradually narrows from the second inlet to the second duct.

According to the above configuration, since the first inflow port is a slit extending along the ground, the dust collecting device can attract dust from a wide area on the ground. Since the first duct is disposed along the reference plane, it is easier to obtain a suction balance that is symmetrical with respect to the reference plane in the wedge-shaped flow path that is gradually narrowed from the second inflow port to the second duct. Therefore, the attraction balance in the slit is also easily symmetrical with respect to the reference plane.

In the above configuration, the peripheral wall portion may include a rear wall portion that defines a corner portion that is bent in a direction opposite to the front wall portion. The second duct may be disposed at the corner. The corner portion may also be formed on the aforementioned reference plane.

According to the above configuration, since the corner portion is formed on the reference plane, Therefore, it is also possible to equip the corner with the corner of the room to provide a dust collecting device. Since the second duct is disposed at the corner, the frame does not need to be expanded to the second duct.

In the above configuration, the rear wall portion may include the first wall portion and the second wall portion, and the second wall portion cooperates with the first wall portion to define a corner portion. In the first wall portion and the second wall portion, a vent hole for exhausting air that has been dusted by the dust collecting mechanism may be formed. The corners defined by the first wall portion and the second wall portion may be acute angles.

According to the above configuration, since the corners defined by the first wall portion and the second wall portion are acute angles, at least one of the first wall portion and the second wall portion is separated from the wall surface of the room. Therefore, air can be appropriately exhausted from the frame through the vent hole.

In the above configuration, the base end portion may be rotatably attached to the first connecting portion.

According to the above configuration, since the base end portion is rotatably attached to the first connecting portion, the user can efficiently remove the dust from the region around the frame by rotating the hose around the first connecting portion. .

In the above configuration, the hose may include a pipe wall that defines a flow path from the front end portion to the base end portion. A leak hole may also be formed in the wall of the tube. The second duct inserted into the front end portion may also close the leak hole.

According to the above configuration, the suction force generated by the airflow generating portion can be reduced by the resistance of the internal duct while the front end portion of the hose is connected to the second connecting portion. Leakage of the front end of the hose from the second connection portion The hole is open. During this period, the attractive force generated by the airflow generating portion can be reduced by the leak. Therefore, the difference between the suction force when the dust is sucked from the first inflow port and the suction force when the dust is sucked from the tip end portion of the hose is reduced.

In the above configuration, the dust collecting device may further include a mounting member attached to the front end portion. The mounting member may include a tubular portion fixed to the distal end portion and a spatula portion extending from the tubular portion along the tubular wall. The spatula portion may include a spatula end that is pulled away from the tube wall while the hose is connected to the second connecting portion.

According to the above configuration, since the blade end is pulled away from the pipe wall while the hose is connected to the second connecting portion, the user can easily hold the tip end of the spatula and separate the tip end portion from the second connecting portion.

In the above configuration, the communication hole that communicates with the leak hole may be formed in the tubular portion.

According to the above configuration, since the communication hole that communicates with the leakage hole is formed in the tubular portion, when the user separates the distal end portion from the second connection portion, the leakage hole is appropriately opened.

In the above configuration, the dust collecting device may further include a transmitting unit that transmits electric power for operating the airflow generating unit. The communication unit may include a plug connected to the power source, an electric wire extending from the plug, and a reel portion for rewinding the electric wire in the internal space. The reel portion may be heavier than the dust collecting portion, or may be disposed below the dust collecting portion.

According to the above configuration, since the reel portion that is heavier than the dust collecting portion is disposed below the dust collecting portion, the center of gravity is present in the vicinity of the ground on which the dust collecting device is placed. Since the dust collecting device is not easily tipped over, the user can collect dust efficiently. In addition, the user can efficiently collect dust while moving the frame within the range defined by the electric wire.

In the above configuration, the dust collecting portion may include a dust collecting bag formed by expanding and contracting the above.

According to the above configuration, since the dust collecting bag is formed to be vertically expandable and contractible, the dust collecting bag can be extended downward by the airflow generating portion. Therefore, the dust can be appropriately stored in the dust bag.
