Description

Plant planting system and lighting method

The invention mainly relates to a plant planting system and a lighting method, in particular to a plant planting system capable of providing a plurality of lighting modules according to different plant growth requirements.

Due to factors such as seasonal changes or climate instability, cultivated plants may not always receive sufficient sunlight. In order to stabilize the plant growth by light, a planting method called "greenhouse cultivation method" has been used in the industry. The so-called greenhouse cultivation refers to the control method of artificially intervening in the planting growth environment, such as lighting, water supply, Feeding liquid, temperature adjustment, humidity adjustment, acidity and alkalinity, etc. can all be the scope of generalized greenhouse cultivation methods. This specification is based on a convenient description, mainly defining the scope of the conventional greenhouse cultivation method, (1) for indoor enclosed or semi-closed planting environment, and (2) using all or part of artificial light source lighting scheme, which is first described . At present, the greenhouse cultivation method is to provide an artificial light source fixed by each plant as a solution. On the other hand, as the growth state of the plant changes, the suitable growth or cultivation environment for the plant must also change, for example, the intensity or range of illumination.

In addition, the artificial light source generally used in the current greenhouse cultivation method only provides the function of fully lighting or completely extinguishing in a large area. However, with With the evolution of various stages of plant growth, not all planting areas in the unit planting area need to receive light or require the same amount of illumination. Therefore, the above-mentioned fully open or fully closed lighting method generates unnecessary energy waste. Moreover, as the range and intensity of illumination required for plant growth are not the same, it is obvious that the current greenhouse cultivation method cannot flexibly adjust the illumination range. Therefore, there is a need for a more efficient plant planting system and method of illumination thereof.

Planting growth state, and transmitting corresponding control signals to the delivery devices 104-1, 104-2, 104-3, 104-4, 104-5 according to the growth state of the plant, when the delivery device 104-1 When 104-2, 104-3, 104-4, and 104-5 receive the control signal, the transporting devices 104-1, 104-2, 104-3, 104-4, and 104-5 may be based on each plant planting unit. The growth state of the plants on 108-2, 108-3, 108-4, and 108-5 moves each plant planting unit to an area having illumination corresponding to the current growth state.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the control unit may determine the planting time of the plant to determine the growth state of each plant, and respectively transmit a corresponding control signal to the transport device according to the growth state of the plant, and then the transport device may The plant planting unit is moved to an area having illumination corresponding to the current growth state according to the growth state of the plant. Hereinafter, the conveying device 104-1 and the plant planting unit 108-1 are exemplified. When the user places the plant planting unit 108-1 on the conveying device 104-1 in the area A5, the control unit can start timing. Then, when the control unit counts for a predetermined time (for example, one day or one week), it is judged that the growth state of the plant on the plant planting unit 108-1 has entered the next growth stage, and the corresponding control signal is transmitted to the conveying device. 104-1. Finally, the conveying device 104-1 can move the plant planting unit 108-1 to an area corresponding to the above growth stage (for example, the area A2) according to the control signal. It should be understood that this timing The time can be set according to different types of plants and have different lengths of time.

In some embodiments, the plant-planting illumination system may include an image detecting unit (not shown in the drawings), and the image detecting unit may be disposed in each area of the shelf 102 to capture the image of the planting unit. And the control unit can judge the growth state of the plant according to the captured image. In other embodiments, the plant-planting illumination system may include a detection unit (not shown), for example, an infrared detection unit to detect the growth height of the plant planting unit, and the control unit may The growth state of the plant is judged based on the obtained growth height.

Similarly, the control unit may respectively transmit a corresponding control signal to the transport device according to the determined growth state of the plant, and then the transport device may move the plant planting unit to have a corresponding current growth state according to the growth state of the plant. The area of illumination. In some embodiments, the illumination module can determine the illumination range according to the image captured by the image detection unit or the growth height obtained by the detection unit.

2A-2C is a schematic diagram showing a light source according to an embodiment of the invention providing a light source of different illumination ranges to a plant planting unit. In this embodiment, the planting illumination system further includes a position adjusting device 210 disposed between the shelf 202-1 and the lighting module 206, and configured to adjust the lighting module 206 and the plant planting unit according to the growth state of the plant P. The distance between 208. The conveying device 204 is disposed on the shelf 202-2, and the plant growing unit 208 is carried on the conveying device 204.

For example, when the illumination range provided by the illumination module 206 is on the plant planting unit 208, the illumination range L1 is greater than the growth range of the plant P, such as As shown in FIG. 2A, the position adjustment device 210 will continue to reduce the distance between the illumination module 206 and the plant planting unit 208. As shown in FIG. 2B, the illumination range L2 is equal to the growth range of the plant P. On the other hand, when the illumination range provided by the illumination module 206 on the plant planting unit 208 is smaller than the growth range of the plant P, the position adjustment device 210 continuously increases the distance between the illumination module 206 and the plant planting unit 208. Therefore, the light source provided by the illumination module 206 can be used as the most effective application, and the illumination module 206 can also appropriately increase the range of illumination when the growth range of the plant P is changed.

In some embodiments, the position adjusting device 210 can determine the illumination range L1 and the growth range of the plant P according to the captured image by the image detection unit currently capturing the image of the plant planting unit 208. Next, the position adjusting device 210 determines to increase or decrease the distance between the lighting module 206 and the plant planting unit 208 according to the illumination range L1 and the growth range of the plant P.

It should be appreciated that since the present invention can adjust the distance between the illumination module 206 and the plant planting unit 208 by the position adjustment device 210 to provide illumination suitable for the current growth state of the plant P, in some embodiments, the plant The planting illumination system can omit the conveyor 204.

In some embodiments of the invention, the illumination module of the plant-planting illumination system is provided with a plurality of illumination units 302 and an illumination control unit 304, as shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a lighting module 206 according to an embodiment of the invention, wherein the lighting unit 302 emits light to provide an illumination source, and the illumination control unit 304 can independently control whether each of the illumination units 302 emits light. Therefore, the illumination control unit 304 can generate different illumination brightness by lighting different numbers of the illumination units 302, and can also emit the illumination units 302 in different blocks to generate Different lighting ranges.

For example, when the illumination module 206 illuminates all of the illumination units 302 to provide a light source to the plant planting unit 208, if the illumination range L1 on the plant planting unit 208 is greater than the growth range of the plant P (eg, FIG. 2A) As shown, the illumination control unit 306 turns off the partially illuminated illumination unit to be reduced to the illumination range L3 (as shown in FIG. 2C). For example, the illumination control unit 304 may turn off the illumination unit 302 other than the block A in FIG. 3, and only illuminate the illumination unit 302 in the block A to reduce the illumination range. On the other hand, when the illumination module 206 lights only part of the illumination unit 302 (for example, the illumination unit 302 in the block A) to provide the light source to the plant planting unit 208, if the illumination range on the plant planting unit 208 is smaller than the planting When the growth range of P is reached, the illumination control unit 304 can illuminate other non-illuminated illumination units 302 to increase its illumination range. For example, the illumination control unit 306 can illuminate the illumination unit 302 other than the block A in FIG. 3 to increase the illumination range.

Figure 4 is a flow chart showing the operation of an embodiment of a method of planting a lighting system in accordance with the present invention. In step S402, the planting unit is carried by the conveying device, and then in step S404, the control unit determines the growth state of the plant of the plant planting unit. For example, the control unit may start timing the planting unit by the conveying device. The growth state is judged by the time of planting. In some embodiments, the control unit may also determine the growth state of the current plant by the detecting unit, for example, capturing the image of the current plant by the detecting unit or determining the growth of the plant by the infrared detecting device. Height or range.

Next, in step S406, the control unit moves the plant planting unit to the region having the corresponding current growth state by the transport device according to the growth state of the plant. Therefore, the plant can move to have a different state of growth The area where the conditions are properly grown.

S510。 Figure 5 is a flow chart showing the operation of a method embodiment of a plant-planting illumination system having a position adjustment device in accordance with the present invention. In step S502, the planting unit is carried by the conveying device, and then in step S504, the control unit obtains the growing range of the planting unit and the illumination range of the lighting module by the detecting unit. In step S506, the control unit determines the distance between the illumination module and the plant according to the obtained growth range and the size of the illumination range. For example, as shown in FIG. 2A-2B, the control unit adjusts the illumination mode by the position adjustment device 210. The distance between the group 206 and the plant planting unit 208, when the growth range of the plant is larger than the illumination range, proceeds to step S508. Otherwise, when the growth range of the plant is smaller than the illumination range, step S510 is continued.

In step S508, the control unit increases the distance between the lighting module and the plant planting unit by the position adjusting device. In step S510, the control unit reduces the distance between the lighting module and the plant planting unit by the position adjusting device. In addition, it should be understood that steps S506-S510 in this embodiment will continue until the growth range of the plant is equal to the illumination range. Therefore, as the growth of the plant changes, the range of illumination can be increased or decreased to the most appropriate distance.

S510。 Figure 6 is a flow chart showing the operation of one embodiment of a lighting module having a plurality of lighting units in a plant planting lighting system according to the present invention. In step S602, the planting unit is carried by the conveying device, and then in step S604, the control unit acquires the growth range and the illumination range of the plant of the plant planting unit by the detecting unit. In step S606, the control unit determines the illumination area of the illumination module according to the obtained growth range and the size of the illumination range, for example, illuminating the number of illumination units or illuminating the number of illumination units, as shown in FIG. When the growth range of the plant is larger than the illumination range, step S508 is continued; otherwise, when the growth range of the plant is smaller than the illumination range, step S510 is continued.

In step S508, the control unit increases the number of light-emitting units that are lit on the lighting module and the range thereof. In step S510, the control unit reduces the number of light-emitting units that are lit on the lighting module and the range thereof. In addition, it should be understood that steps S506-S510 in this embodiment will continue until the growth range of the plant is equal to the illumination range. Therefore, as the growth of the plant changes, the range of illumination can be increased or decreased to the most appropriate distance.

It will be appreciated that, as the invention may be provided to provide illumination suitable for the current state of growth of the plant P, in some embodiments, the plant planting illumination system may omit the delivery device 204. In some embodiments, the operational functions of the illumination control unit 302 can be integrated into a control unit for controlling the delivery device. Similarly, the control operations of the transport device and the position adjusting device in the embodiments of the present invention may also be integrated into a control unit.
