中華民國專利申請號101108256號一案中,揭露一種可達到一次成型之功效且配合強力結構折疊方式改進習知紙棧板量產速度及強度的設備,惟,如第1圖所示,該案藉由成型部的滾輪W1、W2,使瓦楞平板B向內(如箭頭所示)縮擠而彎折成型,故,瓦楞平板B在甫成型時仍具有較大向外伸展的應力,因此,為避免影響紙板結構,需要增設多組的滾輪,使紙板逐漸彎折成型,再另貼覆紙板、包邊而形成紙棧板成品。
由此可知,上述設備將直接製作出紙棧板成品,若要製作出內部具有同樣彎折之倍力結構紙板的半成品再進一步加工,則該設備面臨設備先天無法突破的限制,此外,設置多組滾輪來壓折成型,在製造速度上仍有可改進的空間。
