Abstract

Referring to FIG. 1 , a preferred embodiment of the electronic device of the present invention includes a housing 10 , a bracket 20 , a support base 30 , a WiFi antenna 40 , and a cover 50 made of a plastic material. The outer casing 10 is made of metal.

The central portion of the back surface of the outer casing 10 is recessed inwardly to form a recess 11. The groove 11 includes a bottom wall 12. A screw hole 121 is defined in each of the four corners of the bottom wall 12. An elongated through hole 122 is formed in the middle of the top end of the bottom wall 12. A circuit board 13 is mounted in the casing 10.

Referring to FIG. 2 together, the bracket 20 includes a first plate 21 and a second plate 22 fixed to one side of the first plate 21. Each of the four corners of the first plate 21 is provided with a through hole 211 which is offset from the second plate 22. The top of the first plate 21 is provided with a notch 212. The upper plate and the lower portion of the second plate 22 are respectively provided with two card holes 222.

The support base 30 is attached to the bottom of the second plate 22 of the bracket 20 for placement on a plane.

Referring to FIG. 3, the cover 50 includes a substrate 51 and a U-shaped extending piece 58 perpendicularly connected to the top edge and the opposite side edges of the substrate 51. The first side of the substrate 51 extends perpendicularly to the opposite side edges of the substrate 51 to form a first mounting piece 53 and a second mounting piece 54 perpendicularly connecting the tops of the first mounting pieces 53. Two buckles 531 are protruded from the inner side surface of each of the first mounting pieces 53. Two buckles 541 are protruded from the inner side surface of the second mounting piece 54. A four-clip 56 is protruded between the two first mounting pieces 53 on the inner side surface of the substrate 51.

Referring to FIG. 4, during assembly, the through holes 211 of the first plate 21 of the bracket 20 are respectively aligned with the screw holes 121 of the outer casing 10 and the first plate 21 is received in the groove 11, wherein the notch 212 of the first plate 21 is positive. A hole 122 is formed in the groove 11. The four screws 100 are respectively passed through the through holes 211 and locked into the screw holes 121 to fix the bracket 20 to the outer casing 10. The cable 42 of the WiFi antenna 40 passes through the notch 212 and the through hole 122 and is electrically connected to the circuit board 13 in the casing 10. The WiFi antenna 40 is fixed to the side of the second board 22 of the bracket 20 facing away from the first board 21, such as the WiFi antenna 40 being adhered to the second board 22 via foam rubber. The posts 56 of the cover 50 are inserted into the card holes 222 of the second plate 22, respectively. The buckles 531 of the cover 50 are respectively placed on the two sides of the second plate 22, and the buckle 541 of the cover 50 is clamped on the top of the second plate 22, thereby fixing the cover 50 to the second of the bracket 20. An electronic device includes a casing, a WiFi antenna and a cover made of a plastic material. A circuit board is mounted in the casing. The WiFi antenna is electrically connected to the circuit board and fixed to the outside of the casing. The cover is fixed to the casing and covered. WiFi antenna.
