Abstract

本發明提供一種導光板,其包括一底面、一與底面相背的出光面,該底面上形成有多個散射點,該出光面設置有多個V型微結構。

Description

導光板
本發明涉及一種導光板。
導光板一般包括底面及與底面相對之出光面,底面上一般都布有散射點將光線向各個方向散射,以使得光線可以均勻分佈於整個導光板內。然而,由於光線向各個方向散射,因此當光線從出光面射出時,正向出射的光線會相應減少,從而減少了導光板的正向輝度。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種可提升正向輝度的導光板。
一種導光板,其包括一底面、一與底面相背的出光面,該底面上形成有多個散射點,該出光面設置有多個V型微結構。
相對於先前技術,所述導光板的出光面上設置有V型微結構以改變光線射出出光面的角度,從而可有效提升導光板的正向輝度。

圖1係本發明一實施方式的導光板的立體結構圖。

下面將結合附圖與實施例對本技術方案作進一步詳細說明。
請一併參閱圖1至圖3,本發明實施方式提供的導光板100,該導光板100為透明材質製成。在本實施方式中,該導光板100的材料為透明樹脂,例如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)。
該導光板100包括一底面10、一與底面10相背的出光面20、及一連接底面10與出光面20的側面30。在本實施方式中,該側面30為該導光板100的入光面,其面向一光源(圖未示)設置。在其他實施方式中,該導光板100的入光面也可以為該底面10。
該底面10上分佈有多個散射點11。該散射點11的作用是使得入射到該底面10的光線發射散射,從而使得光線均勻分佈於整個導光板100。在本實施方式中,該散射點11突出形成於該底面10上。
該出光面20上分佈有多個V型微結構21,在本實施方式中,該V型微結構為V型條,多個V型微結構21彼此平行。每個V型微結構21遠離底面10的頂角角度為α。
該V型微結構21的作用是破壞光線傳播的全反射,從而增加出光面20的出光量,同時該V型微結構21可以改變光線射出出光面20的角度,使其朝正向方向射出,從而提升導光板100的正向輝度。
實驗驗證表明,當α取80度到140度時,導光板100的正向輝度最大。因此V型微結構21的頂角角度α優選地限制為80度到140度。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種導光板,其包括一底面、一與底面相背的出光面,該底面上形成有多個散射點,其改進在於:該出光面設置有多個V型微結構。
  2. 如請求項1所述的導光板,其中:每個該V型微結構遠離該底面的頂角的值為80度到140度。
  3. 如請求項2所述的導光板,其中:該多個散射點突出形成於該底面上。
  4. 如請求項1所述的導光板,其中:該多個V型微結構為多個V型條。
  5. 如請求項4所述的導光板,其中:該多個V型條彼此平行。
  6. 如請求項5所述的導光板,其中:該導光板還包括一連接該底面及該出光面的入光面。
