Abstract

An electric water heater having a filtering device includes an electric water heating device and a filtering device. 不過就目前市面上而言,並無專門用於電熱水器所設計之濾水器,現有之濾水器大多數為過濾飲用水(內容含有活性碳等為了成為飲用水而高品質的設計),兩者並無法直接加以置換共用,即便加以置換更會有規格不符以及成本較高之缺點。
有鑑於此,本案之發明人特針對前述習用發明問題深入探討,並藉由多年從事相關產業之研發與製造經驗,積極尋求解決之道,經過長期努力之研究與發展,終於成功的開發出本發明「具過濾裝置之電熱水器」,藉以改善習用之種種問題。

於本發明上述實施例中,該電熱水器係包含有一外殼、一設於外殼中之熱水盤管、及一與熱水盤管連接之點火單元。
於本發明上述實施例中,該熱水盤管係具有一輸入部及一輸出部,而該輸入部係連通設於出水口與熱水盤管之間。
於本發明上述實施例中,該多孔磁性濾膜係以橡膠溶化成液態後,再混入磁粉加以攪拌,並於攪拌後以壓模機壓出成型,待成型後再製作出多數孔洞。

另當本發明欲進行過濾裝置2之更換時,係將進水口212與出水口213分別由外部供水設備以及熱水盤管12之輸入部121上拆離,之後再取一全新之過濾裝置2,以其進水口212與出水口213再分別由外部供水設備以及熱水盤管12之輸入部121結合,如此,即可完成拆換。
綜上所述,本發明具過濾裝置之電熱水器可有效改善習用之種種缺點,可同時利用多孔磁性樹脂膜與亞硫酸鈣濾材之配合,分別進行水中金屬雜質之吸附及氯氣之去除,以避免電熱水器將水加熱後產生水垢,而達到濾水效果佳、易於拆換、成本低廉以及可增加電熱水器使用壽命之功效;進而使本發明之産生能更進步、更實用、更符合消費者使用之所須,確已符合發明專利申請之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍;故,凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。
