本發明是有關於一種具過濾裝置之電熱水器，尤指一種可同時利用多孔磁性樹脂膜與亞硫酸鈣濾材之配合，分別進行水中金屬雜質之吸附及氯氣之去除，以避免電熱水器將水加熱後產生水垢，而達到濾水效果佳、易於拆換、成本低廉以及可增加電熱水器使用壽命之功效者。

不過就目前市面上而言，並無專門用於電熱水器所設計之濾水器，現有之濾水器大多數為過濾飲用水（內容含有活性碳等為了成為飲用水而高品質的設計），兩者並無法直接加以置換共用，即便加以置換更會有規格不符以及成本較高之缺點。
有鑑於此，本案之發明人特針對前述習用發明問題深入探討，並藉由多年從事相關產業之研發與製造經驗，積極尋求解決之道，經過長期努力之研究與發展，終於成功的開發出本發明「具過濾裝置之電熱水器」，藉以改善習用之種種問題。

為達上述之目的，本發明係一種具過濾裝置之電熱水器，其包含：一電熱水器；以及一與電熱水器連通之過濾裝置，其包含至少具有一容置區之殼體、一設於殼體一端且與容置區連通之進水口、一設於殼體另端且連通電熱水器與容置區之出水口、一設於容置區中之多孔磁性樹脂膜、及一設於容置區中且位於出水口與多孔磁性樹脂膜間之亞硫酸鈣濾材。
於本發明上述實施例中，該電熱水器係包含有一外殼、一設於外殼中之熱水盤管、及一與熱水盤管連接之點火單元。
於本發明上述實施例中，該熱水盤管係具有一輸入部及一輸出部，而該輸入部係連通設於出水口與熱水盤管之間。
於本發明上述實施例中，該多孔磁性濾膜係以橡膠溶化成液態後，再混入磁粉加以攪拌，並於攪拌後以壓模機壓出成型，待成型後再製作出多數孔洞。

當本發明於使用時，係可利用過濾裝置２之進水口２１２與外部供水設備連接（圖未示），而該電熱水器１之輸出部１２２則與內部之水龍頭連接（圖未示），當使用者開啟熱水時，水流會由過濾裝置２底部之進水口２１２流至殼體２之容置區２１１中，使水經過多孔磁性樹脂膜２２後再通過亞硫酸鈣濾材２３，最後再由輸入部１２１流入電熱水器１之熱水盤管１２中，而當水經過多孔磁性樹脂膜２２與亞硫酸鈣濾材２３時，便可同時利用多孔磁性樹脂膜２２與亞硫酸鈣濾材２３之配合，分別進行水中金屬雜質之吸附及氯氣之去除，待過濾完成後再將水導引至熱水盤管１２中，且使熱水盤管１２配合點火單元１３將水加熱後，再由輸出部１２２輸出熱水至內部之水龍頭，藉此，可避免電熱水器１將水加熱後產生水垢。
另當本發明欲進行過濾裝置２之更換時，係將進水口２１２與出水口２１３分別由外部供水設備以及熱水盤管１２之輸入部１２１上拆離，之後再取一全新之過濾裝置２，以其進水口２１２與出水口２１３再分別由外部供水設備以及熱水盤管１２之輸入部１２１結合，如此，即可完成拆換。
綜上所述，本發明具過濾裝置之電熱水器可有效改善習用之種種缺點，可同時利用多孔磁性樹脂膜與亞硫酸鈣濾材之配合，分別進行水中金屬雜質之吸附及氯氣之去除，以避免電熱水器將水加熱後產生水垢，而達到濾水效果佳、易於拆換、成本低廉以及可增加電熱水器使用壽命之功效；進而使本發明之産生能更進步、更實用、更符合消費者使用之所須，確已符合發明專利申請之要件，爰依法提出專利申請。
惟以上所述者，僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已，當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍；故，凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾，皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。
