Description
The invention relates to a medicine box and a method for operating the same, in particular to a smart medicine box with a function of monitoring medication status and a method for operating the same.
Diabetes is the most common endocrine disease in today's civilized society. In addition to causing symptoms of hyperglycemia, it also causes chronic complications such as retinal, neurological, renal and cardiovascular diseases. In terms of treatment, it is also regarded as the most difficult to treat a chronic disease, not only to take the medicine on time, but also to pay special attention to diet to suppress blood sugar.
In the treatment of chronic diseases such as diabetes, although taking medication on time is an effective way to control the disease, patients often forget to take the medicine. Once you forget to take the medicine, if the patient is a diabetic, it may cause blood sugar fluctuations. In addition, the average age of diabetic patients is higher, so in the memory decline, in addition to forgetting to take the drug, you may forget the correct dose. In addition, patients with diabetes (hyperglycemia) usually have high blood lipids and high blood pressure. Under the influence of "three highs", doctors prescribe a prescription that usually contains more than one drug. Patients may take dozens of drugs a day. It is very easy to forget what kind of eating, what did not eat, what to eat and which to eat less. Therefore, how to assist these patients with chronic diseases to take the right drugs on time is an important issue.
In the prior art, the kit used has a switch to the lid of the cartridge lid, but it does not confirm whether the drug has actually been taken out. In Chinese Patent Publication No. CN101128180, it discloses a medication management device which uses a photodiode to detect whether a drug pack has been taken away. If a medicine packet is present in the medicine box, the light source will be covered by the medicine package. . However, in reality, hospital clinics do not necessarily pre-package drugs into small packets, so users need to do it themselves; however, if users install the drugs themselves, the drugs may be damp or contaminated; There is also no way to determine if the drug has been taken completely.
In the case of U.S. Patent Publication No. US2009/0299522, it is obtained by comparing the image data with the drug in the database through the image scanning in the kit or the camera, thereby identifying the medicine for dispensing. However, due to the stacking between drugs and the light in the kit, this technique is not very effective and costly.
In addition, in the case of U.S. Patent No. 6,294,999, the weight of the drug pack is measured by the RFID scale at the bottom of the kit and the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) at the top of each cell in the kit. Whether the bag has been taken. However, in addition to the aforementioned dispensing problem, it is also necessary to rely on the pre-production RFID tag of the pharmacy or hospital, first having the drug name and weight recorded, and thus is not a generally convenient design.
In the case of the European Patent Publication No. EP0403294, a system and method for monitoring the consumption of a medicament and the condition of a patient are disclosed, which can obtain a weight change value by weighing the drug repeatedly to determine whether the drug is consumed. . However, this case is not a portable cartridge device, nor does it disclose when to weigh, so it is not possible to know whether the user is taking the drug at the correct time, but only as a drug dispensing system.
Therefore, in view of the therapeutic needs of chronic patients, the present invention provides a smart kit with a function of monitoring medication status and a method for operating the same, which overcomes the problems that have not been solved by the prior art and allows the user to be punctual. Take the right medicine.

步驟S10:設置至少一藥袋於一藥盒1,該些藥袋具有至少一種藥品,該些藥品具有至少一藥丸,而該藥盒1具有一重量感測模組12用以量秤該些藥袋之一第一總重量;
步驟S20:打開該藥盒1之一盒蓋11,該藥盒1之一開關感測模組14感測到該盒蓋11被打開;
步驟S50:自該些藥袋中取出該些藥丸;
步驟S60:關上該盒蓋11;
步驟S70:量秤該藥袋之一第二總重量,取得該第二總重量與該第一總重量之一差值;
步驟S80:儲存該差值於該儲存模組;

In order to provide a better understanding and understanding of the features of the present invention and the efficacies achieved, the preferred embodiments and detailed descriptions are provided as follows:
In order to allow a patient suffering from a chronic disease such as diabetes to take the medicine correctly and in a timely manner, and without changing the original medication habit, and without pre-packaging the medicine, the present invention is convenient through the smart medicine box. User-friendly cooperation with users.
In order to realize the steps in the operation method disclosed in the present invention, the structure of the smart kit having the function of monitoring the medication status is referred to the first figure; as shown in the figure, when applied, the overall related hardware structure is The invention comprises: a medicine box 1; a box cover 11; a weight sensing module 12; a storage module 13; a switch sensing module 14; a prompt module 15; a processing unit 16; 17; an input module 18; a box bottom 19; a display 2 and a remote server 3.
Wherein, the top of the medicine box 1 has a lid 11 which is normally closed. Except that the medicine is initially placed or the new medicine is added, the lid is opened only when the medicine in the medicine box 1 is ready to be taken. 11, this will ensure that the pouch placed in it will not get wet, but also help to centrally manage the drug. In particular, many chronic diseases today require multiple drugs at the same time, not only in large quantities, but also in a variety of types. In general, the types of drugs can be divided into powders, tablets and capsules; the types of packaging are divided into aluminum foil packaging, medicine cans, medicine bags and medicine bags. Hospitals and clinics are all in the form of medicine bags. Each medicine bag in a hospital usually has only one medicine and a medicine-related message is attached to the medicine bag. The medicine bag of the clinic will be filled with a prescription and a plurality of medicine packages. There are doses that should be taken each time, which may involve a plurality of pills or mixed powders; most of the general health care products are packaged in medicine cans. Therefore, in view of various forms of drug packaging, the present invention can accommodate these drugs universally and record the use situation.
In the present invention, the cover 11 is connected to the switch sensing module 14, so that when the cover 11 is opened or closed by the user, the switch sensing module 14 senses such behavior. The processing unit 16 is connected to the switch sensing module 14 for processing all the arithmetic processing required in the present invention and the interaction between the various components.
In addition to being connected to the switch sensing module 14, the processing unit 16 is further connected to the weight sensing module 12, the storage module 13, the prompt module 15, the transmission module 17, the input module 18, and the display 2, respectively. . The weight sensing module 12 is located below the bottom 19 of the medicine box 1 for measuring the weight of the contents of the medicine box 1; the prompting module 15 can issue a warning notice or a notification notice, and the structure can be a horn or an indication. The lamp, when necessary, will emit different sound effects to warn or remind the user of different matters, or for different color flashing lights; the storage module 13 can store numerical information such as the time of taking and the weight of the drug taken. The transmission module 17 can transmit numerical information to the remote server 3, but it does not limit the transmission mode to wired transmission or wireless transmission, and can also be a short-range Bluetooth or near-field communication technology; 18 is a conduit for the user to actively input some setting information, such as the weight of a single pill (drug weight), expected time of taking, drug name, drug color, drug shape, drug picture, and drug characteristic sound file, etc., which may be one. Scanner, recorder or button. The scanner can be used to record images of drugs such as appearance, color or markings; the recorder can be used to record drug messages such as name, appearance, color or other features; buttons can be used to enter the name of a single pill and The weight, the expected time or amount of administration, and the like are not limited to the input methods. The input module 18 can also be combined with the weight sensing module 12 to set the code and unit weight of different drugs. As for the display 2, it is a medium for the medicine box 1 to feed back user information, and can display part of the information during the operation of the present invention so that the user can know immediately.
Based on the structure disclosed above, in the method of operation, please refer to the second figure, which discloses the steps of a preferred embodiment of the method for operating the smart kit with the function of monitoring medication status of the present invention, which is firstly contain:
Step S10: setting at least one medicine bag in a medicine box 1 having at least one medicine, the medicines having at least one medicine, and the medicine box 1 having a weight sensing module 12 for weighing the medicines The first total weight of one of the medicine bags;
Step S20: opening a lid 11 of the medicine box 1, and the switch sensing module 14 of the medicine box 1 senses that the lid 11 is opened;
Step S30: storing a taking time of the storage module 13 of the kit 1; and step S40: the processing unit 16 of the kit 1 compares whether the taking time meets a standard taking time, and the standard taking time is The storage module 13 stores at least one time interval in one cycle.
In the step S10, it is known that the medicine box 1 has at least one medicine bag, and the medicine bags are usually large medicine bags issued by the hospital medicine. In terms of the contained drugs, the bags have a plurality of drugs, and the different types of drugs may respectively have a plurality of pills. According to the different habits of the hospital, in addition to the pills being placed in different medicine packages, they may have been packaged by the hospital's medicine dispensing equipment for each time, so that the medicine packets are mixed with different pills. Etc.; however, regardless of the system, the above various drugs can be applied to the present invention, and there is no need to go home to take the medicine and then go home to pack or cut into small packets, so that the drug can be avoided. Contaminated or damp.
In addition, after the medicine bag is placed in the medicine box 1, the weight sensing module 12 performs a weight measurement on the contents of the medicine box, that is, the medicine bags placed on the bottom of the box 19.
Next, the user can open the lid 11 to make the kit 1 detect that the user is going to take the medicine while preparing to take the medicine, and to prevent the user from being unexpected in a short time because of forgetting or for any reason. The medicine is repeatedly administered, so the kit 1 used in the present invention is immediately stored for the time to grasp the time point of the user's medication. After the time of taking this time, if you compare it with the time information stored before, you can judge whether the user has forgotten to take the medicine again after a short time before eating, so as to avoid the risk of overdose.
In step S40, the standard taking time is not limited to a single time point, but refers to at least one time interval in a week, and may be a group composed of a plurality of time intervals, and the distance is generally no more than 2 hours. Of course, the time interval can also be tightened to a point in time. The current cycle of taking medicine is usually in a cycle of one day, for example, after three meals and before going to bed, that is, about 8:00, 12:00, 18:00, 22:00, etc., but it is considered The medicine has a difference before and after the meal, so if only a single time point is allowed to be set, the system may be mistaken for repeated medication, so the open user can adjust the input time interval, for example, 7:00~9:00 daily. 11:30~13:30 and 17:30~19:30.
The obtaining of the time intervals may be based on a period established by the storage module 13 in the past, which is automatically stored in the past, that is, the reading time of the previous period stored in the storage module 13 is read. . The advantage of this method is that it can match the life of individual users, and can also be used for different medications with different medication cycles, with great flexibility and convenience. Another way is to manually preset through the input module 18. Since the user may soon forget the doctor's medication time after taking the medicine, he can make the setting before he has forgotten it; of course, the user's family can also take the standard time by self-input. The setting is completed, so that the user can be reminded to take the medicine at the right time and warn him to take the wrong medicine.
After entering the time of self-input, the user can choose how to set for different drug properties. The first is to take the time of the usual time, such as morning, middle, late and bedtime, and to enter which drugs to take at that time; the second is to take the demand of each drug as the main body, in the medicine bag. Each single drug has a fixed standard time of administration. For example, A drug is taken every four hours, B drug is taken every six hours, or A drug is taken after each meal. B drug is taken only before going to bed. The different drugs are entered into the standard take-up weight and the corresponding standard take-up time and stored in the storage module. Thus, although the diversity of the properties of the drug makes it difficult for the general drug taker to know exactly when to take the drug, the present invention has a high degree of freedom in setting, can easily handle the medication law of different drug properties, and can prompt the user to Take or take less medicine.
The processing unit 16 compares whether the taking time meets the standard taking time in step S40. If the comparison does not match, it means that the time when the user should take the medicine is not met, and the medication should not be taken. At this time, the prompting module 15 will issue a warning notice to alert the user, and the display 2 displays the time difference between the taking time and the standard taking time. In addition, in the warning mechanism, when the time interval of the standard taking time is temporary, the prompting module 15 will issue a notification to remind the user that the medicine should be taken at this time.
In order to correctly grasp whether the user has taken the normal dose, the first total weight is obtained in step S10, that is, after obtaining the original weight before taking the medicine, in addition to the above-mentioned taking time judgment, please refer to the first In the second picture, the user proceeds next:
Step S50: taking out the pills from the medicine bags;
Step S60: closing the lid 11;
Step S70: measuring a second total weight of the medicine bag, and obtaining a difference between the second total weight and the first total weight;
Step S80: storing the difference in the storage module;
Step S90: The processing unit 16 of the kit 1 calculates whether the difference is equal to one of the standard taking weights corresponding to the standard taking time.
After the user takes out the medicine taken by the medicine, the weight sensing module 12 will be weighed again after the lid 11 is closed to obtain the remaining weight after taking the medicine. Therefore, the difference between the first total weight and the second total weight measured before and after taking the medicine is equal to the weight of the pill taken by the user from the medicine box 1.
Then, in step S90, the processing unit 16 will calculate whether the difference weight is equal to the standard taking weight corresponding to the standard taking time; for this, the standard taking weight can be manually performed by the user through the input module 18 of the medicine box 1 Set, directly set how many servings of pills should be taken each time, which can be one, two, or even half a unit weight; however, it can also be automatically obtained through the processing unit 16, that is, when applying the present invention, The difference obtained at one time is automatically set to the standard take-up weight.
In addition to this, the difference can represent the type of drug and the number of pills in addition to the weight. Therefore, under the weight of a single pill into which various drugs have been input, the processing unit 16 can calculate the number of pills from which the difference weight is calculated by calculation. If the difference is different from the standard weight, it means that the user does not take the medicine according to the preset dose. Further, at this time, it can be confirmed that the overdose, the medication is wrong, or the medication is insufficient, so the prompting module 15 will issue a warning notice to alert the user, and display the weight and the standard on the display 2. Take the weight difference between the weights.
After the step S90 calculates whether the difference is equal to the standard weight, in order to enable the user's family or related medical personnel to grasp the user's medication status, the method further includes a step S91: the transmission mode of the medicine box 1 The group 17 transmits the information of the taking time and the difference to a remote server 3. After this transmission, the remotely located family members or related medical personnel can know at what time the user took the medicine, not only can grasp the current medication status, but also can further track and count. In other words, if you compare the time taken and the amount of the actual dose with the treatment result, you can have a more thorough understanding of the efficacy of these drugs, and help to assess whether to switch to other drugs.
Finally, in order to allow the user to detect whether the medicine is excessive or insufficient by the smart medicine box 1, it is possible to know how much medicine is taken or not, so the difference is not equal to the standard by the step S90. After the warning is issued by taking the weight, a step S92 may be further included: displaying the difference between the difference and the standard taking weight, and the drug information of the pills is different from the display 2 of the medicine box 1. Through the display 2, text, video or sound prompts, can provide users with the name of the pill, the number of pills and other information, can also be attached with the color of the pill, the size of the pill or the picture of the pill to increase the recognition, the user will It is possible to know exactly how much the drug is different from the standard threshold, and then implement the correct medication.
In addition, if the difference has a negative number, that is, the second total weight is greater than the first total weight, the user opens the lid 1 in order to supplement the old medicine or add a new medicine, and the prompting module 15 does not emit. The notification is notified, but the processing unit 16 enters the setting mode, allowing the user to make input settings for the added medication information.
In the present invention, when the input of the drug information through the input module 18 is not limited, the setting behavior can be performed at any point of time. When the user sets the time, in addition to the time of setting the medication one by one, the list mode can also select the early, middle, late, and bedtime taking rules one by one. Also, enter the expected standard take-up time and enter the standard take-up weight to be taken at that time.
By the intelligent medicine kit with the function of monitoring the medication status and the operation method thereof, the user can be timely reminded and monitor the medication status without changing the original medication habit, and the smart medicine box itself will follow. The user's medication behavior automatically establishes a management mode. This application is very suitable for many kinds of chronic diseases today. In particular, the medicines received by diabetic patients are numerous and complicated, and the time of taking the medicines needs to be accurately implemented. Therefore, the present invention is a wisdom with the economic value and practical benefit of the function of monitoring medication status. The method of operation of the type of kit.
