Abstract

A fixing device for fixing a fan includes a bottom wall and a base for supporting the fan. The bottom wall forms a pair of rods. The base includes a board and two fixing pieces respectively extending out from opposite sides of the board. Each fixing pieces defines a through hole through which one of the rods capable of extending.

The invention relates to a fan fixing device.

In the prior art, a fixing hole is usually arranged at each corner of the fan, and then the fan is fixed in the computer case through the fixing hole through the screw, and the fan is very cumbersome to disassemble.

In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a fan fixing device that is easy to assemble and disassemble.

A fan fixing device includes a bottom plate and a fixing base carrying a fan. The bottom plate protrudes from a pair of latches. Referring to FIG. 1, a preferred embodiment of the fan fixture of the present invention is used to secure a plurality of fans 50. The fan fixing device comprises a bottom plate 10, a plurality of fixing bases 20 and a plurality of pairs of studs 30.

The bottom plate 10 has a plurality of pairs of posts 100 which are tapered at the ends.

Each fan 50 includes two opposing end walls 52. Each end wall 52 defines a perforation 54 at each of the four corners.

Each of the fixing bases 20 includes a substantially square substrate 22, two first legs 24 protruding from the front side of the top surface of the substrate 22, and two second legs 26 protruding from the rear side of the top surface of the substrate 22. Two fixing pieces 28 extending from the middle of the front and rear sides of the substrate 22, respectively. Each of the first legs 24 defines a through hole 240. Each of the second legs 26 projects rearwardly with a stud, and the stud has a screw hole 262 formed in the axial direction. Each of the fixing pieces 28 protrudes from the middle portion with a protruding post, and the protruding post defines a fixing hole 280 extending through the fixing piece 28.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, when assembling the fan 50, each fan 50 is placed above a fixing base 20 and pressed down, so that the bottom of the fan 50 is clamped to the first and second legs 24 of the fixing base 20 and Between 26, the bottom end of one end wall 52 of the fan 50 is stopped at the inner side of the first leg 24, and the through hole 54 is opposite to the through hole 240 of the first leg 24, respectively. A fan fixing device includes a bottom plate and a fixing base carrying a fan. The bottom plate protrudes from a pair of latches.
