Abstract
一種支撐架,適於設置在一手持裝置上,支撐架包含一第一支撐件及一第二支撐件。第二支撐件可滑動地配合該第一支撐件,且可暫時地固定於該第一支撐件上之不同位置,以調整支撐架之長度。手持裝置包含一顯示屏幕及一天線。支撐架可改變長度以使手持裝置能以多種傾角置放於桌上。此外,支撐架與天線對顯示屏幕之投影不重疊,以減少金屬材質的支撐架對天線訊號的影響。

本發明是有關於一種支撐架,且特別是有關於一種適用於手持裝置的支撐架。
隨著科技的進步,手持裝置具有越來越多的功能。舉例而言,使用者可以利用手持裝置來觀看影片或是電視頻道。但是,長時間拿著手持裝置也為使用者帶來負擔,故越來越多手持裝置設有支撐架以便直立於桌上觀賞。
目前,市面上各式手持裝置的支撐架,大多在使用時,只能使手持裝置以特定的傾角放於桌上。由於手持裝置之螢幕的傾角固定,所以使用者必須遷就此角度來觀看螢幕,這對使用者來說相當不便。
此外,傳統的支撐架之材質通常選用金屬材料,以增加支撐架之強度。為了協助手持裝置直立於桌上,支撐架需要一定的長度。但是,當金屬材質的支撐架不使用而靠合手持裝置時,支撐架可能會過於靠近天線,因而影響天線的效能。
本發明提供一種支撐架,適於連接至手持裝置來協助手持裝置得以多種傾斜角度置放於桌上。
本發明提供一種可直立式手持裝置,可藉由其支撐架得以多種傾斜角度置放於桌上。
本發明更提供一種可直立式手持裝置,其支撐架可靠合於手持裝置時減少支撐架對天線效能的影響。
本發明提出一種支撐架,適於設置在一手持裝置上,支撐架包括一第一支撐件及一第二支撐件。第一支撐件具有一第一限位部、一第一引導件及多個第一卡合部。第二支撐件可滑動地配合在第一支撐件上,第二支撐件具有一第二限位部、一第二引導件及一第二卡合部。第二限位部可滑動地配合第一限位部,以將第二支撐件限制於第一支撐件上滑動。第二引導件可滑動地配合第一引導件,以使第二支撐件相對於第一支撐件沿著一滑動軸線滑動。第二卡合部能夠嵌合於該些第一卡合部之一,以調整第二支撐件相對於第一支撐件的位置。
本發明又提出一種可直立式手持裝置,包括一手持裝置及一支撐架。手持裝置包含一顯示屏幕。支撐架包含一第一支撐件及一第二支撐件。第一支撐件樞設於該手持裝置。第二支撐件可滑動地配合該第一支撐件且暫時固定於第一支撐件上之不同位置,以調整該支撐架之長度。
本發明更提出一種可直立式手持裝置,包括一手持裝置及一支撐架。手持裝置包含一顯示屏幕及一天線。支撐架樞設於手持裝置。當支撐架靠合於手持裝置時,支撐架在顯示屏幕所存在之平面的投影不重疊於天線在顯示屏幕所存在之平面的投影。
基於上述,本發明之支撐架可具有多種長度以使手持裝置能以不同傾角置放於桌上。此外,當支撐架收合至手持裝置時,藉由支撐架與天線對顯示屏幕之投影不重疊,以減少支撐架對天線效能的影響。
為讓本發明之上述特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉實施例,並配合所附圖式作詳細說明如下。
圖1A是本發明之第一實施例之支撐架的立體圖,圖1B是圖1A之第一支撐板體及復位元件的立體圖,而圖1C是圖1A之第二支撐板體的立體圖。請參考圖1A、圖1B及圖1C,本實施例提出一種支撐架100,適於設置在一手持裝置(例如圖4的手持裝置310)上,以將手持裝置直立於桌上。支撐架100包括一第一支撐件110及一第二支撐件120。第一支撐件110具有一第一限位部112、一第一引導件114及多個第一卡合部116。第二支撐件120可滑動地配合在第一支撐件110上,第二支撐件120具有一第二限位部122、一第二引導件124及一第二卡合部126。
第二限位部122可滑動地配合第一限位部112,以將第二支撐件120限制於第一支撐件110上滑動。在本實施例中,第一限位部112為一凸柱,第二限位部122為一溝槽,凸柱位於溝槽內,凸柱具有一頂部112a,且頂部112a之外徑大於溝槽之寬度。溝槽的長度定義出第二支撐件120相對於第一支撐件110的一滑動範圍SR。
第二引導件124可滑動地配合第一引導件114,以使第二支撐件120相對於第一支撐件110沿著一滑動軸線SA滑動。在本實施例中,第一引導件114為一滑塊,第二引導件124為一滑槽,滑塊位於滑槽內,且滑槽之延伸方向實質上平行於滑動軸線SA。
第二卡合部126能夠嵌合於該些第一卡合部116之一,以調整第二支撐件120相對於第一支撐件110的位置。在本實施例中,這些第一卡合部116之排列方向可平行於滑動軸線SA,但不以此為限。
在本實施例中,這些第一卡合部116可形成於第一引導件114上。如圖1A所示,第一引導件114可為一滑塊,第一卡合部116可為一卡槽,其中這些卡槽形成於滑塊上。此外,第二卡合部126可為一彈性體(例如板簧等),且彈性體能夠嵌合於上述這些卡槽之一。
在本實施例中,支撐架100更可包含一復位元件130。復位元件130可設置於第一支撐件110與手持裝置(例如圖4的手持裝置310)之間,用以將支撐架100轉動至靠合手持裝置。在圖1A與圖1C中,復位元件130可設置於第一支撐件110與手持裝置的樞接處。
在本實施例中,復位元件130例如是扭簧。由於支撐架100是以樞接之方式連接於手持裝置,若施力轉動支撐架100,使位於樞接處之復位元件130會形變。
在實際使用中,當支撐架100相對於手持裝置旋轉而與手持裝置之間會存在一夾角時,手持裝置可藉由支撐架100直立於桌上。當拿起桌面上的手持裝置時,復位元件130(例如扭簧)將支撐架100旋轉至初始狀態,因此支撐架100便可靠合至手持裝置。
圖2A至圖2D是本發明之第一實施例之支撐架的作動示意圖。在圖2A中,支撐架100之長度為最短,此時第二卡合部126嵌合於最上方的第一卡合部116。若要使第二支撐件120之位置由圖2A移至圖2B,可沿著滑動軸線SA向下拉動第二支撐件120,使第二支撐件120相對於第一支撐件110移動。
由於本實施例中第二卡合部126為彈性體,在第二支撐件120下移的過程中,第二卡合部126能夠順著第一卡合部116之曲線變形而移至下一個第一卡合部116。若不持續下拉第二卡合部126,第二卡合部126便停留在圖2B所示之位置。若使用者欲使支撐架100之長度更大,只要再下拉第二卡合部126,即可將第二支撐件120由圖2B拉至圖2C上所示之位置。當第二支撐件120移動到圖2D所示之位置時,由於第一限位部112與第二限位部122互相限制,使得第二支撐件120不能相對於第一支撐件110再向下移動,此時支撐架100之長度為最大。
當然,第一卡合部116之個數、形狀與排列緊密程度可視不同需求進行調整,故不以上述為限。換言之,第二支撐件120沿滑動軸線SA移動時可被固定於不同位置,使得支撐架100可具有多種長度。
圖3A是本發明之第二實施例之支撐架的示意圖,而圖3B是圖3A之支撐架的爆炸示意圖。請參考圖3A及圖3B,本實施例之支撐架200包括一第一支撐件210及一第二支撐件220。第一支撐件210具有一第一限位部212、一第一引導件214及多個第一卡合部216。第二支撐件220可滑動地配合在第一支撐件210上,第二支撐件220具有一第二限位部222、一第二引導件224及一第二卡合部226。
第二限位部222可滑動地配合第一限位部212,以將第二支撐件220限制於第一支撐件210上滑動。第二引導件224可滑動地配合第一引導件214,以使第二支撐件220相對於第一支撐件210沿著一滑動軸線240滑動。第二卡合部226能夠嵌合於該些第一卡合部216之一,以調整第二支撐件220相對於第一支撐件210的位置。
相較於圖1A之支撐架100,本實施例之支撐架200更包含一固定件240,第一支撐件210樞設於固定件240。固定件240用來固定於手持裝置。在本實施例中,固定件240可具有多個孔洞,並可利用螺絲穿過孔洞後鎖固於手持裝置。在本實施例中,復位元件230設置於第一支撐件210與固定件240之間,以將第一支撐件210復位至固定件240。
圖4是本發明之第三實施例之直立式手持裝置的手持裝置與支撐架的分解示意圖。本實施例之可直立式手持裝置300包括一手持裝置310及一支撐架320。手持裝置310包含一顯示屏幕312。本實施例中的支撐架320與第一實施例之支撐架100相同,故不於此多加贅述。本實施例中,是利用第一支撐件322樞設於手持裝置310,且第二支撐件324可固定在第一支撐件322上之不同位置以使支撐架320具有多種長度。
圖5是本發明之第四實施例之直立式手持裝置的手持裝置與支撐架的分解示意圖。在本實施例中,可直立式手持裝置400包括一手持裝置410及一支撐架420。手持裝置410包含一顯示屏幕412。本實施例之支撐架420與第二實施例之支撐架200相同,第一支撐件422樞設於固定件440,而固定件440鎖固於手持裝置410。
圖6A至圖6B是圖5之直立式手持裝置的支撐架在手持裝置上轉動的示意圖。請參考圖6A及圖6B,支撐架420靠合於手持裝置410。當要使用時,相對於手持裝置410來轉動支撐架420,使支撐架420的一端遠離手持裝置410,如圖6B所示。此時支撐架420與手持裝置410之間存在一夾角,即可將此直立式手持裝置400放置於桌上。
圖7A至圖7C是圖6B之直立式手持裝置的支撐架長度變化之示意圖。如圖7A至圖7C所示,若欲使手持裝置410之顯示屏幕412以不同傾角置於桌面上,可調動第二支撐件424相對於第一支撐件422之位置以伸長或縮短支撐架420。因此,使用者可依照喜好輕易變換顯示屏幕412相對於桌面之傾角,而減少使用者遷就顯示屏幕412相對於桌面之固定傾角的狀況。
圖8是圖6A之直立式手持裝置的天線與支撐架之位置示意圖。在本實施例中,手持裝置410具有一天線414。當支撐架420以最短長度靠合於手持裝置410時,支撐架420在顯示屏幕412所存在之平面的投影不重疊於天線414在顯示屏幕412所存在之平面的投影。藉由上述之配置,即便是使用金屬材質的支撐架420,並且將支撐架420靠合於手持裝置410以與天線有較短的距離。因為支撐架420與天線414之投影錯開,可使天線在收發訊號時有較少之干擾。
綜上所述,本發明之支撐架可調整成不同長度以使手持裝置能以多種傾角置放於桌上。此外,當支撐架以最短長度閉合於手持裝置時,支撐架之投影可不與天線的投影重疊,因此降低了支撐架對天線效能的影響。
雖然本發明已以實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作些許之更動與潤飾,故本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (30)
- 一種支撐架,適於設置在一手持裝置上,該支撐架包括:一第一支撐件,具有一第一限位部、一第一引導件及多個第一卡合部;以及一第二支撐件,可滑動地配合在該第一支撐件上,該第二支撐件具有一第二限位部、一第二引導件及一第二卡合部,該第二限位部可滑動地配合該第一限位部,以將該第二支撐件限制於該第一支撐件上滑動,該第二引導件可滑動地配合該第一引導件,以使該第二支撐件相對於該第一支撐件沿著一滑動軸線滑動,且該第二卡合部能夠嵌合於該些第一卡合部之一,以調整該第二支撐件相對於該第一支撐件的位置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐架,其中該些第一卡合部之排列方向平行於該滑動軸線。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐架,其中該第一限位部為一凸柱,該第二限位部為一溝槽,該凸柱位於該溝槽內,該凸柱具有一頂部,且該頂部之外徑大於該溝槽之寬度。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之支撐架,其中該溝槽的長度定義該第二支撐件相對於該第一支撐件的一滑動範圍。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐架,其中該些第一卡合部形成於該第一引導件上。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之支撐架,其中該第一引導件為一滑塊,且每一第一卡合部為一卡槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐架,其中該第一引導件為一滑塊,該第二引導件為一滑槽,該滑塊位於該滑槽內,且該滑槽之延伸方向實質上平行於該滑動軸線。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之支撐架,其中該第二卡合部為一彈性體,且該彈性體能夠嵌合於該些卡槽之一。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐架,其中該第一支撐件樞設於該手持裝置。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之支撐架,更包含:一復位元件,設置於該第一支撐件與該手持裝置之間,以將該第一支撐件復位至該手持裝置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐架,更包含:一固定件,固定於該手持裝置,且該第一支撐件樞設於該固定件。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之支撐架,更包含:一復位元件,設置於該第一支撐件與該固定件之間,以將該第一支撐件復位至該固定件。
- 一種可直立式手持裝置,包括:一手持裝置,具有一顯示屏幕;以及一支撐架,包含:一第一支撐件,樞設於該手持裝置;以及一第二支撐件,可滑動地配合該第一支撐件且暫時固定於第一支撐件上之不同位置,以調整該支撐架至多個長度之一。
- 如申請專利範圍第13項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該第一支撐件具有一第一限位部、一第一引導件及多個第一卡合部,該第二支撐件可滑動地配合在該第一支撐件上,該第二支撐件具有一第二限位部、一第二引導件及一第二卡合部,該第二限位部可滑動地配合該第一限位部,以將該第二支撐件限制於該第一支撐件上滑動,該第二引導件可滑動地配合該第一引導件,以使該第二支撐件相對於該第一支撐件沿著一滑動軸線滑動,且該第二卡合部能夠嵌合於該些第一卡合部之一,以調整該第二支撐件相對於該第一支撐件的位置。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該些第一卡合部之排列方向平行於該滑動軸線。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該第一限位部為一凸柱,該第二限位部為一溝槽,該凸柱位於該溝槽內,該凸柱具有一頂部,且該頂部之外徑大於該溝槽之寬度。
- 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該溝槽的長度定義該第二支撐件相對於該第一支撐件的一滑動範圍。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該些第一卡合部形成於該第一引導件上。
- 如申請專利範圍第18項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該第一引導件為一滑塊,且每一第一卡合部為一卡槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該第一引導件為一滑塊,該第二引導件為一滑槽,該滑塊位於該滑槽內,且該滑槽之延伸方向實質上平行於該滑動軸線。
- 如申請專利範圍第19項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該第二卡合部為一彈性體,且該彈性體能夠嵌合於該些卡槽之一。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該第一支撐件樞設於該手持裝置。
- 如申請專利範圍第22項所述之可直立式手持裝置,更包含:一復位元件,設置於該第一支撐件與該手持裝置之間,以將該第一支撐件復位至該手持裝置。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之可直立式手持裝置,更包含:一固定件,固定於該手持裝置,且該第一支撐件樞設於該固定件。
- 如申請專利範圍第24項所述之可直立式手持裝置,更包含:一復位元件,設置於該第一支撐件與該固定件之間,以將該第一支撐件復位至該固定件。
- 如申請專利範圍第13項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該手持裝置具有一天線,且當該支撐架以最短長度靠合於手持裝置時,該支撐架在該顯示屏幕所存在之平面的投影不重疊於該天線在該顯示屏幕所存在之平面的投影。
- 如申請專利範圍第26項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該第一支撐件為金屬材質,該第二支撐件為金屬材質,或是該第一支撐件及該第二支撐件為金屬材質。
- 一種可直立式手持裝置,包括:一手持裝置,具有一顯示屏幕以及一天線;以及一支撐架,樞設於該手持裝置,且當該支撐架靠合於手持裝置時,在該顯示屏幕所存在之平面的投影不重疊於該天線在該顯示屏幕所存在之平面的投影。
- 如申請專利範圍第28項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該支撐架之至少一部分為金屬材質。
- 如申請專利範圍第28項所述之可直立式手持裝置,其中該支撐架為一可伸縮支撐架,以調整至多個長度之一,且當該支撐架以最短長度靠合於手持裝置時,該支撐架在該顯示屏幕所存在之平面的投影不重疊於該天線在該顯示屏幕所存在之平面的投影。
