201245068 VI. Description of the Invention: [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a fiberglass board, and particularly relates to a method of manufacturing a glass fiber board. [Prior Art] Generally, the pedals of skateboards or scooters are mainly made of glass fiberboard. The traditional manufacturing method of glass fiberboard is to inject a glass fiber into an extrusion die for shaping, and then extrude the molded glass fiber. After the extrusion mold is used, the cutting operation is performed to complete the manufacture of the fiberglass board. However, the extrusion die provided by the above manufacturing method molds the glass fiber material by one of the inner elongated molding grooves, so that the glass fiber plate forms a long flat plate structure after the completion of the manufacture, but such a glass Fibreboard can provide structural strength and is easily damaged during use. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A primary object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a glass fiber board which can produce a fiberglass board having good structural strength. In order to achieve the above object, the manufacturing method of the present invention comprises four steps. Step a) preparing an extrusion die having a groove inside the extrusion die. The molding groove is arced from the first end of the extrusion die. Extending to the second end of the extruded adapter; step b) injecting a glass fiber material from the first end of the extrusion die 201245068 into the forming groove to shape the glass fiber into an arc shape Step C) extruding the shaped glass fiber material from the second end of the extrusion die; step d) cutting the glass fiber material extruded from the second end of the extrusion die to complete the arc Shaped fiberglass board. Further, the bottom of the forming groove may be formed with a rib groove, so that the fiberglass plate forms a rib on the bottom surface thereof by the rib groove to increase the overall structural strength. [Embodiment] In order to explain the steps, features and effects of the present invention in detail, the following preferred embodiments will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to the first drawing, a manufacturing method of a glass fiber board 20 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps: Step a) (S1): preparing an extrusion die 1〇, as shown in the second figure. The extrusion die 10 has a molding groove 12 and a rib groove 14 formed at the bottom of the molding groove 12, wherein the molding groove 12 extends from the first end 1〇2 of the extrusion die 10 to the extrusion die. The second end of 10 is 1 〇 4, the two sides of the forming groove 12 are respectively circular cross sections 'and the diameters of the two sides of the forming groove 12 are larger than the thickness of the middle of the forming groove 12, and the 'extruding die 1 〇 A plurality of cooling water pipes 1〇6 are respectively disposed above and below the molding groove 12. Step b) (S2): injecting a glass fiber material 16 formed of a glass fiber strand from the first end 102 of the extrusion die 1 into the molding groove 12, as shown in the third figure and using the cooling water pipe 106 The sprayed cooling water shapes the fiberglass material 16 into an arcuate shape. 201245068 Step c) (S3) • The formed fiberglass material 16 is extruded from the second end 104 of the extrusion die 10 as shown in the fourth figure. Step d) (S4): The glass fiber 16 extruded from the second end 104 of the extrusion die 10 is cut to complete the curved fiberglass sheet 2, as shown in the fifth drawing. The bottom surface of the fiberglass board 20 is formed with a rib 22' by the rib groove 14. Further, the side edges of the fiberglass board 20 can be further wrapped according to actual needs, as shown in the sixth drawing. Through the above steps, the manufacturing method of the present invention utilizes the arc-shaped forming groove 12 of the extrusion die 10 to produce an arc-shaped glass fiber board 20 having a good elastic deformation effect, which can be applied to a skateboard or a scooter, and simultaneously utilizes ribs.
