Description of the Invention: [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a sports helmet, and more particularly to a sports helmet having an easily removable earmuff. [Prior Art] Today's hockey helmets typically include a solid, high-density polyethylene outer casing that is internally provided with a liner to protect the wearer's head. Hockey Head Helmets & also includes an adapting system that helps a scorpion fit the wearer properly. For example, many of the current headstocks include a two-piece housing that can be moved axially relative to each other, and an internal lateral fit system to adjust the fit of the head cover to the wearer's head. An example of such an adjustable head cover is described in the U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 12/191 filed on August 13, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference. ^Hockey heads | usually also include earmuffs 'to protect the wearer's ear, in some of the heads' these earmuffs by a plurality of screws, threaded fasteners, /, his parts U on the head | It can therefore be removed (10), however, in some other heads, the earmuffs are molded as part of the outer casing, == removed. Players usually remove the earmuffs to improve the heading of the 'U' and improve with other players, coaches and cuts to remove the earmuffs, players or 甽蛣 吕芬 "^, a mussel first to remove the screws and other Parts. During this process, the screws, falling out of the helmet or falling into the head "or other parts often [: two content 导致 causes this removal process to become very endless. The invention discloses a sports head disk that contains earmuffs, The earmuffs described above can be used in the case of tools or other items and can be easily removed from the head I without moving to the sputum, ...s, and other parts. Other features and advantages of the present invention will be detailed in the subsequent embodiments. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, the following will be enumerated and described in detail, and (10) the invention will be explained and the technology will be implemented. However, those skilled in the art should have implemented it without any components. Other well-known structures or functions are not shown or described in detail to avoid obscuring the technical aspects of the present invention. Needs = meaning, the terminology used in this article is described in conjunction with the embodiment of this month, but it is still (4) interpreted as its scope. In addition, although some nouns will be in the = job title, but if you want to limit the interpretation of any noun, it is defined in the following description. f Wherever and specifically in the = month book, if the number of elements is single or plural == 4_ can cover multiple or single - respectively. In addition, the needle + ' unless specifically stated that it is limited to a single component and excludes other components from two or more components in the list, the interpretation of a sub-interpretation shall include (2) two or two components of the list, Or any combination of all the elements of the towel. According to the first figure, the present invention discloses a hockey helmet 1〇, a casing including a casing 12, and the casing 12 has a front area, a front area, and a rear area. Crown area 2〇. As shown in the second figure, the external listening structure includes the layer of the layer or the type of the layer of the material that is impacted by the layer of the material. The layer is placed on a thin plastic outer layer 24 and a thin plastic inner layer. between. The material of the foam layer preferably comprises a foamed polypropylene (EPP) material, but it may alternatively comprise a polyethylene (PEE) material, or a combination thereof, or Any other suitable energy absorbing material or combination thereof is included. The materials of the thin plastic layers 24 and 26 may comprise polycarbonate or other suitable materials, and they may each be formed from a single plastic sheet or from a plurality of plastic sheets molded together. Although other materials may be used, for convenience of explanation, the following description is made by sandwiching a foamed polypropylene foam layer 22 between two polycarbonate layers 24 and 26. In an embodiment, the inner polycarbonate layer 26 may be partially or completely omitted, particularly when the helmet is a relatively thick outer layer 24. The inner polycarbonate layer 26 may, for example, cover only a particular area of the foamed polypropylene foam layer 22, such as the front, back and underside regions of the expanded polypropylene foam layer 22. It is generally preferred to provide an inner polycarbonate layer 26 over at least a plurality of regions of the expanded polypropylene foam layer 22 to provide a more stable and better energy absorbing structure than if no inner polycarbonate layer 26 is provided. In addition, a comfortable foam or other comfortable pad is preferably provided on the inner surface of the foamed polypropylene foam layer 22 or the polycarbonate layer 26 to provide a comfortable fit to the wearer. In one embodiment, the polycarbonate layers 24 and 26 may be vacuum formed and trimmed to the desired shape and then placed into a mold provided with a preformed expanded polypropylene layer 22 to laminate the polycarbonate layer 24. And 26 is bonded or fused to the foamed polypropylene layer 22. In another embodiment, the polycarbonate 201238509 ester layers 24 and 26 can be placed into a foamed polypropylene mold and then insert molded with expanded polypropylene foam. In another embodiment, injection molding can be utilized to form a polycarbonate layer and then a foamed polypropylene foam liner is bonded. Vacuum forming or insert forming is generally preferred over injection forming because the plastic layers formed by vacuum forming or insert forming described above are generally lighter and thinner than those formed by conventional injection molding. For example, it has been found that the inner and outer polycarbonate layers 24 and 26 of the present invention can be formed from sheets as low as about a centimeter (mm) (about 2 cm after a vacuum forming process). Thick), in contrast, the conventional plastic spurs generally contain a plastic outer casing typically having a thickness of about 1.8 to 3 centimeters (mm). However, any of the above processes or other suitable processes can be used to form the head casing 12. In some embodiments, the polycarbonate layer can be formed using a combination of two or more processes. For example, the outer layer 24 may be formed using an injection T process and the inner layer 26 may be formed using a vacuum forming process. In other embodiments, the upper region of the outer layer 24 may be formed by embedding and the region below the outer layer 24 may be formed by injection molding. The earmuffs 3 are preferably formed of -plastic material. Ear army 3. It may be transparent moon or opaque, and the earmuffs 30 preferably include a dry sound that can be transmitted through the opening 31 to the wearer's ear. Therefore, the outer cover 6 201238509 is removably attached to a maintenance mechanism 35, and the material thereof is preferably nylon, plastic material or other suitable material. The maintenance mechanism 35 can be embedded in the foamed polypropylene foam layer 22 when the helmet 10 is formed. The maintenance mechanism 35 may alternatively be an integral part of the plastic material of the helmet shell itself, particularly when all or part of the outer casing is a thicker injection forming element. In one embodiment, the helmet shell can be, for example, a hybrid design that includes a thinner layer of plastic on the area above the foamed polypropylene foam and a thicker shot in the area below the foamed polypropylene foam. The plastic layer is formed, wherein the maintenance feature attachable to the earmuff 30 is integrally formed with the lower injection molding region. In this embodiment, the injection-formed lower region may be joined or mechanically attached to the expanded polypropylene foam layer 22 by rivets or other connecting elements. The maintenance mechanism 35 can include a single part or a plurality of parts. In the present embodiment, the maintaining mechanism 35 includes a first maintaining member 36 and a second maintaining member 38 which are disposed apart from each other. The first maintaining member 36 and the second maintaining member 38 each include a rail 34 or other suitable retaining member that projects between the first retaining member 36 and the second retaining member 38. Oppositely, the earmuffs 30 include a pair of elongated holes or channels 32 that are slidably snapped onto the track 34. In an alternate embodiment, the obstruction can be placed on the earmuffs, and corresponding elongated holes or channels can be provided in the retaining members 36 and 38, whereby the outer cover does not reveal obscurity when the earmuff is removed. . As shown in the sixth figure, one or more of the lanes 34 may optionally include an opening 40. In the present embodiment, the earmuffs 30 include an arm portion 42 having a tab or the like disposed on the inner surface thereof. When the earmuffs 30 are disposed on the road 34 201238509, the tabs can be snapped onto the opening 4 30. The snap-in positioning allows the earmuffs earmuffs 30 to remain in the obstruction 34' when the head-panel 1 is impacted, in lieu of other configurations. Of course, the present invention may also be provided on the track 34 and in the position of the ear cup 30, such as corresponding projections or projections. The inner region of the passage portion is provided by connecting the passage 32 along the ear cup 30 or from the helmet. 4 If you slide in the proper direction, you can make the mating area include the opening 40 or other extremely small force with the engaging arm portion 42 or the earmuffs = track, so that the earmuffs 3 and other parts of the earmuffs are only required. The seventh figure shows the head cover 1G, or is removed from its fully connected position. " The Ear 30 system moves up from the helmet 10 The maintenance mechanism 35 can include earring support for the earrings 52 to pass. The earring support 'has an opening to provide a structural anchor' to fix the two/polypropylene layer 22 and one or more of the slabs 26 layer 26 (no polycarbonate may be a thin layer) Since the expanded layers of polypropylene and polycarbonate 24, 26 do not provide sufficient structural support for the earring connection as a thicker injection molded outer casing, it is particularly desirable to provide the seek ring 50. The earring support 5Q is good (4) in the foamed polypropylene wide 22' to provide a strong ration for the earrings to help the headgear 10 meet the certification standards. The retaining mechanism 35 can also optionally include a threaded fastener % for receiving a screw to selectively provide a sun visor or face shield (or other component) on the head cover 10. The material of the threaded member 55 preferably comprises a metal material. 201238509 material 'but it may also include any other suitable suitable coating - plastic housing 56 ^ cover threaded fasteners The upper side plane of each housing 56 can be used as: the mechanism 36 protrudes outward. The added sunshade or face mask can stay in the tired, ·. Shantou or: Γ; Γ arm part 57, so when the screw locks in: off two = ~ even 5 in this material, county material = set separately The side of the head plate, and it is provided with: the existing existing face mask is on the 1G_ general &, on either side of the majority, two or three connection points are required to connect the sunshade or the face shield to the head I Μ上=蝶面罩 to the head plate, you can screw (if there is a screw: ^ from the solid 疋 # 55, then align the opening of the sun visor or face shield with the hole = lock the screw back to the fixing member 55, In order to fix the sun visor or the headrest 10, 'in some examples' it may be necessary to use other screws longer than the screws on the original head sill to accommodate the thickness of the sun visor or face shield. - Each maintenance mechanism 35 can be selected The inclusion includes a rear tab 6() or other connecting element 'which includes a port 62' for reading and connecting (4) one of the fitting elements. In this embodiment, each tab 6 (M system is better highlighted) Through the foaming, the opening σ or slit of the C-bubble bubble 22, the money enters the inside of the head | and then by fitting the component A lug or similar feature is advanced through the opening to a larger area of 201238509 and then pulled into a smaller area of the opening 62 to secure the tab or similar feature on the adapter member to the tab 60. One or more adjustment straps or similar adapters are provided between the two adapter elements to provide an adjustable adapter system. The helmet described above can provide a lightweight helmet that is conventionally The housing is reversed and can be selectively molded in a single piece. When molded in a single piece, the helmet does not contain the gaps that often occur in a two-piece adjustable housing. Therefore, it provides better head wrapping. Sexual and protective, and it can also provide additional lateral firmness of the helmet. The one-piece housing can also have fewer moving parts, so it can reduce loose parts, noise, etc. Moreover, due to the earmuffs 30 of the present invention The removal does not require the use of tools or other items to perform the removal action, so it can be removed and reassembled more easily than conventional earmuffs. One or more of the above helmet features can also be applied to other helmets. Such as a striker helmet, a pitcher helmet, a catcher helmet, a lacrosse helmet, an American football helmet, etc. For example, a layer of foamed polypropylene foam can be constructed by insert molding between a pair of polycarbonate thin layers. In addition, it is also possible to embed a maintenance mechanism in the foamed polypropylene foam of the striker helmet, which has a threaded fixing member for connecting a sunshade or a face shield. Any of the above embodiments may be separately provided. The invention may be implemented or cooperated with each other. In addition, the helmet of the present invention may include additional features not disclosed in the above embodiments. The present invention is to be construed as illustrative only and not as a limitation. And the equivalent modification or change of the line 201238509, [Simplified description of the figure] in the drawing TfT of the present invention.
