A spring-elastic adjusting element 2 is provided around the rotary bump support 19 and the rotary bump 12, which is in the form of a helical spring. The spring-elastic adjusting element 20 has a continuation 21 on its two ends, which is a spring force transmitted between the first housing part 2 and the knob 8. Figure 4 shows a front view of the first housing part 2 and the second housing part, respectively.
