The upper end portion 84b1 of one of the engaging portions 84b (see FIG. 1B(b)), and since the lower end portion 84cl of the other engaging portion 84c abuts against the locking portion 81n, the housing case 83 can be locked. In case of falling off from the holding case 81. Further, as shown in FIG. 10(c), when the storage box 83 is pulled out from the holding case 81 in order to remove the batt or the like collected by the filter 82, the grip portion 84 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, that is, The engagement state of the engaging portions 84b, 84c and the locking portions 81n, 81n can be released, and the grip portion 84 can be pulled toward the body side, as shown in Fig. 11 (a), and the filter 82 is slightly mountain-shaped. The mesh is formed by a hexagonal shape formed by the long side portion 11, the side portions 12, 12, the oblique portion 13, t3, and the top portion t4. Further, the slits 82d, 82e, and 82e are formed in the furnace 8 at a predetermined width along the long side portion 11 and the side portions t2, t2. The filter 82 in the unfolded state shown in Fig. 11 (a) is folded in a broken line at the broken lines 82c, 8 2c, and the overlapping edges 82d overlap each other, and the overlapped edges 82d overlap each other. The slits 82d and 82e are sewn to form a bag-shaped filter 82 as shown in Fig. 11(b). As a result, the opening 82 2 formed by the oblique portion t3, t3 and the top portion t4 is formed in the filter 82. Further, as shown in Fig. 11(a), the length of the oblique side portion t3 of one of the filters 82 is A, the length of the top side portion t4 is B, and the length of the other oblique portion t3 is C. The circumference (A + B + C) of the opening 82a is set to be equal to the total length of the peripheral portion of the filter mounting hole 11a (see Fig. 9(b)) -18 - 201207187 * Further, the filter The opening 82a of the opening 82a of 82 is joined to the opening edge portion si 0 (see FIG. 7) of the fitting groove n〇d along the filter mounting hole n 0a, and is indicated by the symbol T2. The edge portion is joined to the edge portion si of the burner mounting hole 11a. In other words, the filter 82 is attached to the edge of the lower side of the filter mounting hole n〇a from the shorter side of the closing portion 82b (front end portion), and the longer side is joined to the filter mounting hole n 〇a. The edge of the upstream side. As shown in Fig. 12, the filter 8 2 (refer to Fig. 11 (b)) formed by sewing is used to reverse the inner surface and surface of the mesh to form the side of the slit 82d, 8 2 e The inner side is made to be the collection side Q1 of the foreign matter such as the recovered batt. Therefore, the outer side of the filter 8 2 becomes the non-recovery surface side q 2 . In this way, by making the side of the slit 82d, 82e the recovery surface side Q1, the gap (the hook yarn) after the seam or the gap 82f between the meshes of the filter 8 2 can be eliminated (refer to FIG. 12). It can prevent the tampon from being trapped in the gap 82f and is difficult to remove, and can improve maintainability. Furthermore, the thickness of the mesh of the filter 82 is preferably 20 denier or more. If it is less than 20 Danny (15 Danny '10 Danny, etc.), the batt recovered by the filter 82 will be entangled, or the recovered batt will be caught on the outside (non-recovery side S2), resulting in cotton entanglement, When the filter 82 is repaired, it is difficult to peel the batt from the filter 82. Further, the material of the filter 82 is preferably formed of a polyester resin. For example, the filter 82 is a net-like resin (fiber) formed of polyethylene terephthalate. In this way, the poly--19*201207187 ester-based resin has excellent stretchability, so that the handleability during maintenance such as turning the filter 82 over the surface and removing the batt can be improved. FIG. 13 is a state in which the storage case 83 is attached to the holding case 81. When the storage box 83 is mounted, a gap (5b) is formed between the storage box 83 and the upright wall 8 lb3 of the holding case 81. Further, between the storage case 83 and the bottom wall 8 1 a of the holding case 8 1 A gap <5c is formed. The gap <5b, dc is the gap with the above (5a constitutes a flow path through which the circulating water does not pass through the filter 82. Next, the washing machine of the present embodiment will be described. The operation of the clothes machine 1. For example, in the laundry drying operation from the laundry to the drying, the washing operation, the first washing step, the second washing step, and the final dewatering step are performed in the order of washing. After the operation is completed, the drying operation is performed. Although not shown, in the washing step, the steps are sequentially performed: a measuring amount step, a laundry water supply step, and a laundry stirring step. In the washing and stirring step, the storage is performed in the outer tank. The washing water (circulating water) of one turn is sucked up by the circulation pump 52, and passes through the first communication pipe 51a, the second communication pipe 51b, and the third from the bottom of the outer tank 10 as indicated by an arrow in Fig. 2 The communication pipe 51c and the foreign matter collecting device 80 are injected into the inner tank 20.

In FIG. 14, as shown by the arrow (a), the washing water introduced from the third communication pipe 51c toward the circulating water introduction hole 60e (see FIG. 6) passes through the outer tank upper cover 60 and the holding case 81. The elongated wall 81 b4 (see FIG. 7) and the elongated flow path W formed by the bottom wall 81c are injected into the filter 82 from above the filter mounting hole 1 10a of the storage case 83 as indicated by an arrow (b). Inside. At this time, the washing water flows into the large space (flow path) in which the storage box 83 is accommodated from the elongated flow path W -20-201207187 which is constituted by the bottom wall 81c or the like, so that the laundry water is injected in a large flow. Into the filter mounting hole 100a, the washing water injected into the filter 82 removes foreign matter such as cotton wool, and passes through the filter 82' as shown by arrows (c) and (d). The through hole l〇la' of the accommodating portion 1 流动 flows toward the downstream side through the gap 5 c (see FIG. 13 ) between the accommodating portion 100 and the bottom wall 8 1 a of the holding case 8 1 . Further, the washing water flowing toward the front end portion of the filter 82 together with the foreign matter flows through the opening portion 110b formed in the lid portion 110 as indicated by an arrow (g). Further, the foreign matter (batt, etc.) contained in the washing water is retained in the front end portion of the filter 8 2 because the washing water flows from the upstream side to the downstream side. Further, the laundry water that has been recovered from the storage box 83 is passed through the flow path formed by the standing walls 81b5 to 81b7 (see FIG. 7) of the holding case 81 as indicated by arrows (h) and (i). 'Flows toward the circulating water outlet hole 81e, and then injected into the inner tank 20 from the circulating water outlet hole 8 1 e as indicated by an arrow (1). Further, as shown by the arrow (f), the washing water flowing from the upstream side toward the downstream side above the storage box 83 is hit by the filter mounting hole 〇a toward the gland rib 60g. The introduction is made to flow through the filter 82. In this way, foreign matter such as cotton wadding contained in the washing water can be efficiently recovered. Further, the storage case 83 is formed with a gap 5c on the bottom side with respect to the holding case 801 (see FIG. 13), and gaps 6a, 5c are formed on the side (see FIGS. 7 and 13). The washing water entering the filter mounting hole UOa passes through the above-mentioned gaps (5a to 5c, bypassing the inside of the filter 82 (without passing through the filter 82), and flowing toward the downstream side in the holding case 81, The circulating water outlet hole 8 1 e is injected into the inner tank 20. In this way, since the washing water is circulated through the foreign matter collecting device 80, foreign matter such as cotton wool adhering to the laundry passes through the washing water, and is filtered by the filter 82. Further, after the washing step is completed, the washing step is performed to the first washing step. The first washing step is sequentially performed: the washing step of the washing water, the dehydrating step, the water supplying step of the washing water, and the stirring step β The stirring step in the first washing step is also the same as the stirring step in the washing step, and the circulating water pump 52 is used to circulate the washing water through the foreign matter collecting device 80 to recover foreign matter such as cotton wool. After the first washing step is completed, Move to the 2nd The washing step is also performed in the order of the washing step of the washing water, the dehydrating step, the water supplying step of the washing water, and the stirring step. In the stirring step of the second washing step, the same applies to In the above, the foreign matter is recovered. Then, the process proceeds to the final dewatering step, and the washing water is drained and finally dehydrated. In the drying operation after the laundry is completed, the blower fan (not shown) and the heater 41d are turned on, and turned off. Cooling water supplied to the dehumidifying mechanism. Further, the driving motor 30 is driven to rotate the stirring blade 21 in the forward and reverse directions, and the laundry is stirred while being stirred. As described above, in the present embodiment, the dotted line in Fig. 14 is used. The area on the right side (upstream side) is the foreign matter water separation unit R1, and the area on the left side (downstream side) indicated by the broken line -22-201207187 is used as the foreign matter recovery unit R2. That is, the foreign matter water separation unit R The flow of the foreign matter recovery unit R2 with respect to the washing water (washing water) is arranged in parallel, and for the foreign matter water separating unit R1, the washing water (washing water) flows from above. With this configuration, once the washing water (washing water) supplied to the filter mounting hole 1 1 〇 a hits the region R3 located on the bottom side of the filter 82 opposed to the filter mounting hole 1 10a, In this region R3, turbulent flow occurs, and the surface (upper surface) of the filter 82 of the flow cleaning zone R3 allows foreign matter such as batt to flow toward the closing portion 82b (front end portion) side of the filter 82. Therefore, foreign matter such as cotton wool does not occur. The surface of the filter 82 of the region R3 is deposited on the surface of the filter 82 of the region R3, and the foreign matter does not stay on the closed portion 82b (front end portion) side of the filter 82. Therefore, the washing machine circulates the washing water (washing water) by the circulation pump 52 during washing. The clothes machine 1 can prevent the filter 82 from being blocked too early even if it has a mesh filter 82 that has not been used in the downstream of the circulation pump 52. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the recovery performance of foreign matter such as cotton wool can be improved. Further, in the present embodiment, the storage case 83 for accommodating the filter 82 and the holding case 81 for detachably supporting the storage case 83 are provided. Therefore, when the maintenance work such as the batt is removed, the storage case 8 3 is placed. The filter 82 can be protected when pulled out from the holding case 81. Further, in the present embodiment, between the storage case 836 and the holding case 8 1 , a gap 5 a to 5 c (the washing water) flows through the inside of the filter 8 2 , so that even The filter 82 is completely blocked, and the flow path of the washing water (washing water) is not completely blocked. The washing performance can be maintained. -23- 201207187 In the present embodiment, the storage box 8 3 is: the housing portion 1 00 And the cover portion 1 1 〇 that can be opened and closed is configured to improve the maintainability by opening the cover portion 1 1 0 during maintenance. In the embodiment, the opening portion is formed in the cover portion 110. 1 10b , so that the flow of the washing water (washing water) can be made good at the initial stage of the laundry in which the batt or the like is not retained. Further, the opening portion 1 l〇b is provided in the closing portion 82b (front end portion) of the filter 82. Since the flow of the washing water (washing water) is also formed in the direction toward the closing portion 82b of the filter 82, the batt or the like can be easily induced to the closing portion 82b side of the filter 82 from the closing portion 82b of the filter 82. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. The length La of the filter 82 in the direction in which the cartridge 83 is folded is shorter than the length Lb of the filter 82 on the side opposite to the direction La to be folded. Therefore, when the filter 82 is housed in the storage case 83, The portion P1 surrounded by the circular mark is not bent toward the filter mounting hole 1 1 〇a side, so that the path of the washing water (washing water) introduced from the filter mounting hole 11〇a can be prevented from being filtered by the filter 8 2 blocked.

【主要元件符號說明】 -27- 201207187 1 :洗衣乾衣機 10 :外槽 20 :內槽 3 0 :驅動馬達 40 :乾衣手段 50 :循環手段 60 :外槽上外罩 60a :下面 70 :內蓋 80 _·異物捕集裝置 8 1 :保持盒 8 2,8 2 A :過濾器 82a :開口 8 2 b :關閉部 82d > 82e > 82f > 82g :縫邊 83 :收容盒 100 :收容部 1 1 〇 :蓋部 1 0 1 a :貫通孔 1 10b :開口部 r :直徑 R 1 :異物水分離部 R2 :異物回收部 δ a,δ b,δ c :間隙 -28-Incidentally, the comparative example shown in Fig. 16 (a) is explained for the case of the mesh filter 200 having a rectangular shape. The filter 200 is formed with slits 201, 202, and 202 at the edges of the long side portion til and the short side portions t12 and t12 except for the long side portion t10. Further, as shown in Fig. 16 (b), the slits 201 and 202 are sewn together by being folded at the central portion in the longitudinal direction, that is, the bag-shaped filter 200 having the opening 200a formed therein. Further, the circumference D - 24 - 201207187 of the edge portion of the opening 200a of the filter 200 is the same as A + B + C described above. Once the filter 200 thus formed is used, as shown in Fig. 16(c), when the opening 200a is joined to the filter mounting hole 110a, the length Lc of the filter 200 in the folded direction, and the direction in which it is folded The length Ld of the filter 200 on the opposite side becomes the same length. As a result, when the filter 200 is folded and stored in the storage case 83, the filter 200 is bent toward the filter mounting hole UOa side at the portion P2 surrounded by the circular mark, and the filter mounting hole 11a is Part of the path of the washing water (washing water) is blocked. Therefore, the flow of the washing water (washing water) is hindered, and foreign matter such as cotton wool is hard to enter the filter mounting hole 11a, which affects the recovery performance of the foreign matter. Further, the filter 82 is not limited to the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. The filter 82A of the shape shown in (b) may also be used. The filter 82A is a quadrangle formed by the side portions t5, t6, t6, and t7 and six formed by the side portions t7, t8, t8, t9, t9, and t10, as shown in Fig. 17(a). An octagonal shape combined with angles. Further, the filter 82A is formed with slits 82f and 82f at the side portions t6 and t6, and slits 82g and 82g are formed at the side portions t8 and t8. When the lengths of the sides 15, 19, 19, 110 are set to eight, 8', (:,, 〇', the circumference (eight'+:8' + (:'+0') is set to Similarly to the circumference D in the comparative example, as shown in Fig. 17(b), the slits 82a are formed by sewing the respective slits 82f and the slits 82g. The edge of the opening 8 2 a is formed.
