Description

201200044 VI. Description of the Invention: [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a container for cigarettes that accommodates a cigarette product. [Prior Art] There is a smokeless cigarette product which does not use fire in a cigarette product, and the smokeless cigarette product is known to have a smokeless cigarette (snus) which can be used in the oral cavity of a user. The smokeless cigarette is generally a moist type smokeless cigarette in which water or a flavor is added to a powdered tobacco material in which a tobacco leaf is cut or ground, and the wet tobacco material is dispensed in a small amount in a small non-woven bag. Form (smoke bag type). However, the above-mentioned cigarette-type smokeless cigarettes are usually placed in a container in a mess. When a user grabs a smokeless cigarette from the container with a finger, sometimes the finger other than the finger holding the smokeless cigarette contacts and contaminates other smokeless cigarettes. And it is also a problem in health. Therefore, in order to facilitate the removal of only the type of smokeless cigarette to be used, a container in which the type of smokeless cigarette is arranged in a neat manner is known (for example, Patent Document 1). According to this container, it is possible to perform the operation of taking out only one cigarette type smokeless cigarette relatively easily. (Prior Art Document) (Patent Document 1) International Patent Publication No. WO2007/017761 (Summary of the Invention) (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the container of Patent Document 1, since the smoke-type smokeless cigarettes are adjacent 4 322871 201200044 - Contact, so the non-woven fabrics of adjacent cigarette-type smokeless cigarettes will entangle each other, 'When removing smokeless cigarettes, sometimes smokeless cigarettes other than smokeless cigarettes to be used will also run out of the container. Moreover, when the remaining amount of smokeless cigarettes in the container is gradually reduced, the space inside the container is increased, and when the container is carried, the arrangement of the smokeless cigarettes is disordered, and finally the smokeless cigarettes are contained in disorder, so that the same as before problem. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a container for cigarettes which can reliably take out only one cigarette product. In order to achieve the above object, the container for cigarettes of the present invention is a container for cigarettes for containing a cigarette product, and is characterized in that it is provided with an outer casing having a cubic shape and having an opening on the outer surface; In the outer casing, a cube-shaped inner casing reciprocally movable between a protruding position protruding through the opening and a storage position in the outer casing; the inner casing is protruded from the outer casing, and on the other hand The length of the protruding portion of the inner casing protruding from the outer casing is limited to a predetermined length of restriction means; and the cigarette articles are arranged neatly in a row and individually held inside one of the inner casing and the outer casing, and on the other hand The holding device of the cigarette product is taken one by one from the aforementioned protruding portion of the aforementioned inner box located at the above-mentioned protruding position. Specifically, the limiting device includes: an ejecting mechanism provided between the outer casing and the inner casing to push the inner casing to the protruding position; and the inner casing resisting the outer casing with respect to the outer casing at the storage position The launching force of the launching mechanism enables the aforementioned inner box to be locked into a liberating state of locking 5 322871 201200044. According to the container for cigarettes of this configuration, since the cigarettes are individually formed, the cigarette products are kept from each other, and when the user takes out the cigarette product, the cigarette product can be surely disturbed and not in contact with other cigarette products. In fact, only one target cigarette product is taken out. The outer box of the aforementioned outer person is formed in a box shape having an opening on the upper surface and having a front wall which can be divided from two, and the foregoing holding device is divided into two sides and is crimped to the front wall of the front wall. ^ 'The other side is subjected to the pressing force acting in the direction of the wall of the j core. ^: The room extends from the movable wall to the front wall, and can be individually arranged along the direction of the reciprocating movement of = - '; The arrangement (10) from which the cigarette is moved to the front wall and contracted from the inner casing is taken out. The structure (4) the cigarette holder is to take out the cigarette product from the inner box and set the movable wall so that the next cigarette product can be The cigarette product is sequentially taken out in a state of being arranged in a neat arrangement, and the cigarette product can be sequentially taken out. More preferably, the arrangement mechanism is formed into a foldable bellows shape and formed by elongation for individually accommodating the cigarette product. The concave bag row of the plurality of concave pockets. According to the container for cigarettes of this structure, in the concave bag row of the telescopic table, the outer folding portion and the outer folding portion of the bellows are divided into hawthorn generations. Knife out of the pocket, but in The concave bag holds the cigarette product individually. Moreover, when the cigarette product is taken out, the concave bag is empty, and the concave bag column is pushed by the movable wall to make the empty concave 322871 6 201200044 - the bag is crushed and The gradual folding while keeping the recess of the (4) smoking article is sent to the take-out position. Further, the arranging mechanism preferably also includes the arrangement of the cigarettes along the reciprocating direction of the inner casing and the cigarettes can be individually loaded. The plurality of pallets of the product are each of a foldable configuration. More preferably, each of the pallets is formed by a pair of half pallets arranged along the reciprocating direction of the inner casing, the half pallets being oriented The upper side of the container is reversely rotated to realize the folding of the pallet. According to the container for cigarettes of this configuration, since the cigarette product is individually placed on the pallet, the cigarettes α? at the take-out position can be taken out one by one. Here, when the engagement of the pallet is released, the pallet is divided into two halves and folded. At this time, the pallet is pushed toward the front wall side through the movable wall, so that once the pair is half Support When the plate rotates, it is pushed by the next pallet, and then gradually accumulates on the front wall side of the inner casing in a state where the lower surfaces are butted against each other. Further, the aforementioned arrangement mechanism preferably includes the cigarette product from the aforementioned pallet. The structure of the interlocking member that folds the pallet and folds the pallet. According to the cigarette container of this configuration, the pallet can be folded while removing the scented product from the pallet. Further, the inner casing is preferably The storage device has a storage recessed portion that is open only upward on the upper surface of the protruding portion, and can accommodate only one of the cigarette products. The holding device includes: disposed in the outer casing, and at the storage position of the inner casing, the foregoing The cigarette product is dropped and supplied to the product accumulating chamber in the housing recess. 7 322871 201200044 According to the container for cigarettes of this configuration, when the inner box is housed in the outer box, the housing recess is located at the lower portion of the product accumulating chamber, so the product is accumulated. The indoor cigarette product will fall and be supplied into the pocket. Here, since the accommodating recess can accommodate only one cigarette product, only one of the cigarette products can be held in the inner box. Further, the cigarette product in the housing recess can be taken out by projecting the inner box from the outer box. (Effects of the Invention) Since the container for cigarettes of the present invention can easily and reliably take out only one cigarette product, it is possible to avoid contact with the cigarette product other than the cigarette product to be taken out and to be hygienic. Further, the arrangement of the cigarette products is not disturbed, and the cigarette products can be sequentially sent one by one to the front wall side of the inner box, that is, the take-out position, so that the cigarette products in the container are not disturbed. Moreover, the container of the present invention can simply protrude the inner casing by operating the locking mechanism, so that the removal of the cigarette product can be easily performed. [Embodiment] (First Embodiment) Hereinafter, a container 2 for cigarettes of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as a container 2) will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in Fig. 1, the container 2 is formed into an elongated cubic shape, and is composed of an outer casing 4 and an inner casing 6 which is slidably accommodated in the outer casing 4. The inner casing 6 is reciprocable between a protruding position that protrudes relative to the outer casing 4 and a storage position in the outer casing 4. The container 2 is for accommodating a smokeless cigarette 80 0 (hereinafter abbreviated as smokeless cigarette 80) which is moist and rectangular in a cigarette product. 8 322871 201200044 - Further, in the present embodiment, the outer casing 4 and the inner casing 6 are formed of a synthetic resin material. The inner casing 6 has an open surface 7 in which the upper surface is formed as shown in Fig. 2 . More specifically, the inner casing 6 is provided with a bottom wall 8, a pair of side walls 10, 12, a front wall 14, and a rear wall 16. Further, on the outer surface of the rear wall 16, a sill fastener 24 is disposed on the side of one side wall 12, and the base end of the leaf spring 26 is fixed to the leaf spring fastener 24. When the leaf spring 26 is in a free state, once it extends toward the rear of the rear wall 16, it is bent toward the other side wall 10. On the other hand, inside the inner casing 6, as shown in Fig. 2, a movable wall 18 is provided. The movable wall 18 is a spring accommodating chamber 22 that partitions the inner casing 6 into the hood receiving chamber 22 on the side of the front wall 14 and the rear wall 16 side, and is movable toward the longitudinal direction of the inner casing 6 along the side walls 10, 12. . Further, a compression coil magazine 20 is disposed in the spring housing chamber 23, and the compression coil spring 20 is disposed between the inner surface of the rear wall 16 and the movable wall 18, and urges the movable wall 18 toward the front wall 14. In the package accommodating chamber 22, as shown in Fig. 3, an arrangement mechanism for arranging the smokeless cigarettes 80 in a neat manner, that is, a folding type concave bag row 30 is disposed. The pocket row 30 extends in the longitudinal direction of the packet accommodating chamber 22. The concave bag row 30 can be obtained by mutually folding and inwardly folding the strip-shaped paper material, and forming a telescopic bladder shape which has wrinkles of different heights and is retractable. In detail, the pocket row 30 has outer folds 32 forming high pleats and outer folds 34 forming low pleats, which are alternately juxtaposed in the longitudinal direction of the pocket row 30. The two outer folded portions 32 adjacent to each other across the outer folded portion 34 define a concave pocket 37 therebetween, and the outer folded portion 34 is formed at the bottom of the concave pocket 37 of 9 322871 201200044. Further, in Fig. 3, a plurality of concave pockets 37 are in a state of being empty due to convenience in drawing. The concave pocket row 30 is fixed to the front wall 14 and the movable wall 18 by the both ends 38, 36, respectively, and expands and contracts with the movement of the movable wall 18. Therefore, when the movable wall 18 moves toward the rear wall 16 side due to a force greater than the urging force of the compression coil magazine 20, the pocket row 30 is elongated, and a concave pocket 37 is formed between the outer folded portions 32, respectively, and These concave pockets 37 are individually incorporated into the smokeless cigarette 80. After the smokeless cigarette 80 is loaded, when the urging force of the compression coil spring 20 is applied to the pocket row 30 via the movable wall 18, the pocket row 30 is subjected to the force in the contraction direction, so that the smokeless cigarette 80 in the pocket 37 will It is sandwiched between its outer folds 32 and is well retained within the pockets 37. Therefore, when the smokeless cigarette 80 is taken out from a concave pocket 37 to empty the concave pocket 37, the concave pocket row 30 is contracted by being folded in an embossed manner by the empty concave pocket 37. Further, in the present embodiment, the paper of the concave bag row 30 is a cardboard which is adhered with sulfuric acid paper on the surface on the side where the concave bag 37 is formed. Since the sulfuric acid paper has a good surface smoothness, the non-woven fabric forming the tobacco bag of the smokeless cigarette 80 is not caught on the inner surface of the concave bag 37, and the smokeless cigarette 80 can be smoothly taken out. Moreover, the sulfuric acid paper is also water-resistant, so that the wet type smokeless cigarette 80 can be effectively maintained. Further, in order to maintain the sufficient strength of the concave bag row 30, the concave bag row 30 may be formed only of sulfuric acid paper, and in addition to the paper material, a synthetic resin film having a smooth surface or the like may be used. On the other hand, the outer casing 4 has a front wall 44, a rear wall 46, a pair of side walls 48, an upper wall 50, and a bottom wall 52 as clearly shown in Fig. 1. In addition, the rear wall 46 10 322871 201200044 - and the bottom wall 52 are not shown in Fig. 1 because of the convenience of the drawing. The front wall 44 has an outer opening 42 at its center. The outer opening 42 is an access opening for projecting and immersing the inner casing 6 with respect to the outer casing 4. Further, as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the rear wall 46 has a curved portion on the front end side of the leaf spring 26 extending from the rear wall 16 of the inner casing 6 in contact therewith. The leaf spring 26 is compressed between the rear wall 16 of the inner casing 6 and the rear wall 16 of the outer casing 4, thereby generating an urging force in a direction protruding from the outer casing 4 with respect to the inner casing 6. An elastic sealing member 56 is disposed on the inner surface of the upper wall 50. When the inner casing 6 is completely housed in the outer casing 4, the elastic sealing member 56 is in close contact with the upper end of the front wall 14, the side walls 10, 12 and the rear wall 16 of the inner casing 6, and covers the opening surface of the inner casing 6. 7. That is, the elastic sealing member 56 maintains the sealing property in the pouch accommodating chamber 22 of the inner casing 6. Specifically, the elastic sealing member 56 is a rubber sheet. The portion of the bottom wall 52 on the side of the front wall 44 is a thick portion 62 which is thicker than the other portions of the bottom wall 52, and the thick portion 62 causes a step 64 on the inner surface of the bottom wall 52. On the other hand, the outer surface of the bottom wall 8 of the inner casing 6 is provided with a catching projection 28 which cooperates with the step 64 to restrict the protruding length of the inner casing 6 from the outer casing 4. That is, as shown in Fig. 4, when the inner casing 6 is moved in the direction of the arrow A so that the portion on the side of the front wall 14 protrudes from the outer opening 42 of the outer casing 6, the engaging projection 28 abuts against the step 64, In order to prevent excessive protrusion of the inner box 6, the protruding length of the inner box 6 can be restricted. The so-called protruding length here is approximately equivalent to the length of the fully-contracted pocket row 30 11 322871 201200044 plus the thickness of the smokeless cigarette 80, even if the pocket row 30 leaves the last pocket of the smokeless cigarette 37 When the shrinkage, that is, the folding, the concave pocket 37 of the last stage can also be exposed from the outer casing 4. That is, when the inner casing 6 is protruded, the user can sequentially grasp and take out the smokeless cigarette 80 one by one from the concave pocket 37 at the front of the concave pocket row 30. Further, a wedge-shaped engaging claw 66 is disposed on the inner surface of the bottom wall 52. The engaging claw 66 is closer to the rear wall 46 than the thick portion 62, and has an upper surface 68 which is inclined downward toward the step 64. When the inner casing 6 shown in Fig. 4 is pushed into the outer casing 4 from a protruding state by a force larger than the pushing force of the leaf spring 26, the engaging projection 28 is guided to the engaging claw 66. The upper surface 68 passes over the engaging claws 66. Further, as shown in Fig. 5, when the inner casing 6 is completely immersed in the outer casing 4, and the front wall 14 of the inner casing 6 and the front wall 44 of the outer casing 4 are flush, the engaging projections 28 are locked in the engagement. Claw 66. Thereby, the inner casing 6 is locked and the inner casing 6 is prevented from protruding from the outer casing 4, i.e., the inner casing 6 is prevented from moving in the direction of the arrow A. Further, the container 2 is provided with a lock releasing device 70 for releasing the above-described locked state, and the lock releasing device 70 is partially disposed between the engaging claw 66 and the rear wall 46, and is disposed therein. The outer surface of the bottom wall 8 of the cartridge 6 is between the inner surface of the bottom wall 52 of the outer casing 4. The details of the lock release device 70 are as shown in Fig. 6. The lock release device 70 is constituted by a lift mechanism 72 and a push rod 74 that operates the lift mechanism. The lifting mechanism 72 includes a wedge-shaped base 76 and a slider 78 that is overlapped on the base 76 and is also wedge-shaped. In detail, the base 76 is fixed to the inner surface of the bottom wall 52 of the outer casing 12 322871 201200044 - and has an inclined surface 75 which is inclined toward the width direction of the outer casing 4, and the inclined surface 75 is provided with two Article guides 82, 82. These guide rails 82, 82 extend parallel to each other along the width direction of the outer casing 4, and the intervals between the guides 82, 82 are the same as the width of the slider 78. The slider 78 has an inclined lower surface (inclined surface 90) overlapping the inclined surface 75 of the base 76, and is sandwiched between the guides 82, 82 on the base 76. Further, the slider 78 supports the bottom wall 8 of the inner casing 6 by its horizontal upper surface and has a side surface 88 along the longitudinal direction of the outer casing 4, that is, along the side wall 48 of the outer casing 4. On the other hand, the push rod 74 extends from the side surface 88 of the slider 78 toward one of the side walls 48 of the outer casing 4, and has a button 84 having a cubic shape at the front end thereof. On the other hand, as clearly shown in Fig. 1, a rectangular socket 49 is formed in one side wall 48 of the outer casing 4, and the button 84 is embedded in the button opening 49 so as to be integral with respect to the outer casing 4. The side walls 48 are protruding and immersed. Further, the push rod 74 has a rectangular flange 87 adjacent to the button 84, which is larger than the button insertion opening 49 and is located in the outer casing 4. Therefore, the flange 87 does not escape to the outside of the outer casing 4 through the button insertion opening 49. Further, the base end 86 of the push rod 74 abuts against the side surface 88 of the slider 78, but is not fixed (see Fig. 6). Here, the operation of the elevating mechanism 72 will be described in detail below. As shown in Fig. 7, when the inclined surface 75 of the base 76 overlaps with the inclined surface 90 of the slider 78 in a completely uniform state, the height of the elevating mechanism 72 is q. That is, the inner casing 6 is supported by the slider 78 of the elevating mechanism 72 in a state where the height b is lifted from the bottom wall 52 of the outer casing 4. Further, the height k coincides with the height of the aforementioned step 64 of 13 322871 201200044, and therefore, the inner casing 6 is constantly supported by the thick portion 62 and the slider 78 in the vertical direction. From the state shown in Fig. 7, as shown in Fig. 8, when the button 84 is pushed in the direction of the arrow C toward the outer casing 4, the slider 78 passes through the inclined surface 75 of the base 76 through the push rod 74. Moving toward the width of the outer box 4. That is, the slider 78 gradually climbs onto the base 76. As a result, when the slider 78 abuts against the other side wall 48 of the outer casing 4, the height of the lifting mechanism 72 increases from k to L2, and the lifting mechanism 72 The inner box 6 is lifted only by the difference L3 of these heights. Further, when the slider 78 abuts against the other side wall 48, the button 84 is positioned within the button insertion opening 49, and the button 84 is not completely immersed in the outer casing 4. Further, since the outer case 4 and the inner case 6 are both formed of a synthetic resin material, and a rubber elastic sealing member 56 is interposed between the inner case 6 and the upper wall of the outer case 4, these outer cases 4 or The elastic sealing member 56 is elastically deformed, thus allowing the lifting of the inner casing 6 described above. As shown in FIG. 5, when the engaging projection 28 is locked in the locked state of the engaging claw 66, when the inner casing 6 is lifted by the lifting mechanism 72 by the pushing operation of the button 84, the above locking As a result, the inner casing 6 receives the pushing force of the leaf spring 26 and protrudes from the outer casing 4 up to the aforementioned protruding length. Next, when the user releases the button 84, the slider 78 is lowered to the original position due to the restoring force of the outer box 4 and the elastic sealing member 56, and the button 84 is moved in the direction of the arrow D through the push rod 74. And become the normal state of the 14th 322871 201200044 - 7 diagram. Further, the container 2 of the present embodiment is provided with a button stopper 140 for restricting the pushing of the button 84 to prevent the user from inadvertently operating the button 84, causing the inner box 6 to protrude from the outer box 4, the button block The details of the stopper 14A are shown in Fig. 9. The button stopper 140 is provided with a guide groove 51 formed on the outer surface of one side wall 48, which is located in the vicinity of the button insertion opening 49, and extends toward the longitudinal direction of the outer casing 4, and is connected via the communication. The hole 55 is in communication with the sister insertion opening 49. A slidable holding plate m2 is disposed in the guide groove 51, and the stopper plate 142 can protrude from the communication hole 55 toward the button insertion opening 49. On the other hand, the button 84 has a receiving hole 91 on the side of the guide groove 51 side, which is coincident with the communication hole 55 when the button 84 is in the original position before pushing. Therefore, in this state, as long as the stopper plate 142 is slid in the L direction toward the button 84, the stopper plate 142 is housed in the accommodating hole 91 through the communication hole 55, and the push-in operation of the button 84 is prohibited. As long as the stopper plate 142 is slid in the U direction from this state, the stopper plate 142 is detached from the accommodation hole 91, so that the push-in operation of the button 84 can be tolerated. Further, in order to facilitate the sliding operation of the stopper plate 142, the stopper plate 142 is provided with an operation protrusion 144. Such a button stopper 140 is very effective for preventing the inner box 6 from being inadvertently protruding or simply for the child to protrude the inner box 6. Next, the following is a description of the operation of taking out the smokeless cigarette 8 from the container 2 15 322871 201200044. Now, assuming that the container 2 is in the state shown in Fig. 5, that is, the inner casing 6 is completely housed in the outer casing 4, the ejection of the inner casing 6 is locked' and the push-in operation of the button 84 is prohibited by the button stopper 140. status. From this state, the user operates the button stopper 140 so as to be able to perform the push-in operation of the button 84. Next, when the button 84 is pushed in, as described above, the engaging projection 28 is opposed to the engaging claw 66. The locking, that is, the locking of the inner box 6 will be released. When the locking of the inner casing 6 is released, as shown in Fig. 4, the inner casing 6 receives the pushing force of the stack 26 and protrudes from the outer casing 4 to the aforementioned protruding length. Therefore, the user can take out the smokeless cigarette 80 from the concave pocket 37 at the front of the concave bag row 30 exposed from the outer casing 4 for use. Since the concave bag row 30 receives the compressive force of the compression coil spring 20 via the movable wall 18, the empty concave pocket 37 is crushed as the smokeless cigarette 80 is taken out, and the concave pocket row 30 is contracted to the pressed state. The amount of flat. Since the smokeless cigarettes 80 are housed in the respective concave pockets 37, the user can surely take out only one target smokeless cigarette 80, and does not handle other fingers other than the finger for removal. Further, since the protruding length of the inner casing 6 is restricted, most of the concave pockets 37 are not exposed, and the storage of the smokeless cigarettes 80 is quite good. Moreover, although the protruding length of the inner casing 6 is restricted, as the smokeless cigarette 80 is taken out, the concave pocket row 30 is gradually contracted, so that the arrangement of the smokeless cigarettes 80 is not disturbed, but can be taken from each of the concave pockets 37. Take out the smokeless cigarette 80 one by one. On the other hand, after the smokeless cigarette 80 is taken out, the user pushes the inner box 6 toward the outer box 4, that is, in the direction of the arrow B in FIG. 4, with a force greater than the pushing force of the leaf spring 26, which is pushed in. At the same time, the inner casing 6 will reach the above-mentioned locked state again, and the inner casing 6 can be held in a state of being completely housed in the outer casing 4. In this state, the opening face 7 of the inner casing 6 is sealed by the elastic sealing member 56, so that the sealability in the bag accommodating chamber 22 can be maintained, and the remaining smokeless cigarette 80 can be prevented from drying. The present invention is not limited to the above-described first embodiment, and various modifications are possible. For example, the outer case 4 and the inner case 6 may be formed of a metal material or a combination of a metal material and a synthetic resin material. Further, the elastic member for causing the inner casing 6 to protrude from the outer casing 4 is not limited to the leaf spring 26, and other elastic members such as a compression coil spring may be used. Further, the elastic member for pressing the movable wall 18 is not limited to the compression coil spring 20. In the second to sixth embodiments, the same components as those of the constituent members and the components described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted. (Second Embodiment) Fig. 10 is a view showing a container 100 according to a second embodiment. The container 100 differs from the container 2 of the first embodiment only in that two inner casings 6 are accommodated side by side in the outer casing 41. Further, the container 100 is provided with lock releasing means 70 corresponding to the left and right inner cases 6 on both side walls 48. Thus, the container 100 having the two inner cases 6 has a storage space of twice as large as that of the smokeless cigarettes 80, so that the number of the smokeless cigarettes 80 can be increased. (Third Embodiment) Figs. 11 and 12 show the inner case 6 of the container 2 of the third embodiment. The inner casing 6 is different from the first embodiment in that the concave pocket row 30 of the first embodiment is formed into a folded pallet row 112. 17 322871 201200044 The pallet row 112 is provided with a plurality of pallets 114 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the packet accommodating chamber 22 of the inner casing 6, and each pallet 114 has a size in which the smokeless cigarettes 80 can be individually placed. Further, Fig. 11 shows only one smokeless cigarette 80 in a broken line, and a few sheets 114 and a smokeless cigarette 80 are omitted in Fig. 12. The pallet 114 is formed by combining a pair of half pallets 116 as shown in Figs. 13 and 14, and these half pallets 116 are rectangular plates extending in the width direction of the inner casing 6, and are facing the inner casing. 6 in the longitudinal direction of the arrangement of the lower half of the tray 116 having: a base end portion 118 forming the leading edge and the trailing edge of the pallet 114; and a front end portion 122 located at the center of the pallet 114; and at the base end portion 118 The pallet shaft 120 penetrates in the longitudinal direction of the half pallet 116, that is, in the width direction of the inner casing 6. Engaging the blades 124, 126 from the front end portion 122 of the half pallet 116 respectively. These engaging vanes 124, 126 have a width ' corresponding to substantially half the length of the front end portion 122 and are arranged adjacent to each other along the front end portion 122. Here, as clearly shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the engaging blades 124 and 126 are arranged opposite to each other between the half pallets 116. Further, the abutting ends of the engaging blade turns 24, 6 are formed in a v-shape to form inclined edges 128 which are inclined toward each other in the reverse direction. Further, as shown in Fig. 15, the engaging vane engaging vanes 124 are a part of the upper surface of the forming bracket 114. The positions of 124 and 126 are wrong with each other, such as the first. The half pallet 116 is the most extremely cb and ancient.

28 322871Dependence, 322871 18 201200044 * The first and a half pallets 116 are assembled as shown in Fig. 14 so that the front end portions 122 are butted together so that the engaging blades * 124 and 126 are vertically overlapped. The pair of halves 116 form a bracket 114. The pallet 114 has a pair of engaging portions 130 that are engaged with the engaging blades 124, 126 up and down. On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 12, the side walls 8, 1 of the inner casing 6 are respectively formed with guide grooves 132 on the inner surfaces thereof, and these guide grooves 132 are parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of the inner casing 6. Extend the ground. Each of the pallets 114 is disposed in the inner casing 6 such that both ends of the pallet shaft 120 are inserted into the guide grooves 132. Therefore, the guide groove 132 has the same groove width as the outer diameter of the pallet shaft 120, and the pallet 114 is movable toward the long side of the inner casing 6 along the guide groove 132. In the case of the present embodiment, the smokeless cigarette 80 placed on the pallet 114 is in a state in which a part of the cigarette pocket is sandwiched by the engaging portion 130 of the pallet 114. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 16, the smokeless A wire rope 134 is attached to the cigarette bag of the cigarette 80, and the wire 134 is assembled to the engaging portion 130 when the pair of the half plates 116 are assembled, that is, when the pallet 114 is formed, as shown in FIG. . This cord 134 is used to facilitate the actual clamping of the engaging portion no. Therefore, when the user wants to take out the smokeless cigarette 80 on the front tray 114, as shown in Fig. 18, the cord 134 attached to the smokeless cigarette 80 is pulled. Next, since the cord 134 is caught by the engaging portion 130 of the pallet 114, the engaging portion 130 of the pallet 114 is also pulled. At this time, since the pallet 114 has flexibility, as shown in Fig. 18, the half pallet 116 is elastically deformed, and is turned upward by the center of the pallet shaft 120, so that the engaging portion 130 is moved. The engagement is released, and as a result, the smokeless cigarette 80 is separated from the tray 114 and taken out from the inner box 6. On the other hand, the pallet row 112 receives the compressive force of the compression coil spring 20 via the movable wall 18, so that once the pair of half pallets 116 are rotated, the rear half pallet 116 is moved from the subsequent pallet 114 toward the front side. The half pallets 116 are pushed out, and the half pallets 116 are folded as shown in Fig. 19 such that the lower surfaces thereof abut each other, and the folded pallets 114 are crimped at the folded pallets 114. The front wall 14 of the inner box 6 results in the tray row 112 contracting. Moreover, each time the removal of the smokeless cigarette 80 is repeated, the pallet row 112 is sequentially contracted. As shown in Figs. 11 and 12, the folded pallet 114 will be from the front wall 14 side of the inner casing 6. Concentration. As described above, each time a smokeless cigarette 80 is taken out, the pallet row 112 is contracted, so that the pallet 114 on which the smokeless cigarette 80 is placed is sent to the front end wall 14 side, so the arrangement of the smokeless cigarettes 80 is not arranged. The smokeless cigarettes 80 can be taken out one by one. (Fourth Embodiment) Fig. 20 is a view showing the inner casing of the container 2 of the fourth embodiment. The inner casing 6 is provided with a pallet row 112 which is different from the pallet row 112 of the third embodiment, and the other points are the same as those of the third embodiment. The pallet row 112 of the fourth embodiment is constituted by a plurality of pallets 114 from which the pallet shaft 120 is removed from the pallet 114 of the third embodiment, and these pallets 114 are along the longitudinal direction of the inner casing 6. The engaging portion 130 is configured in a manner. At this time, the base end portion 118 of the half pallet 116 is slidably embedded in the guide groove 132 of the side walls 8, 10 in a slidable manner. In addition, the 'groove width of the guide groove 132 allows the half-plate 116 centered on its base end portion 118 to rotate upward. The cord 134 of the smokeless cigarette 80 is not only sandwiched by the engaging portion 130 but also connected to the two half pallets 116 of the pallet 114. Thereby, when the smokeless cigarette 80 is to be taken out from the leading tray 114, the pallet 114 is divided by the one-and-a-half pallet 116 rotating upward, and in this divided state, the smokeless cigarette 80 is taken up. The inner box 6 is taken out to the outside. Next, the pallet row 112 will contract, and the next pallet 114 will be pushed to the front wall 14 of the inner casing 6. Further, the outer casing 4 preferably has an openable and closable shape for receiving the divided pallet 114. Containment room. (Fifth Embodiment) Fig. 21 shows a container 150 according to a fifth embodiment. This container 150 is quite different from the container 2 of the first embodiment in that it changes the form of the holding device for the smokeless cigarette 80, and the smokeless cigarette supply mechanism that supplies the smokeless cigarette 80 to the holding device. Specifically, the container 150 is composed of an elongated outer box 43 having a cubic shape, and a detachable case slidably accommodated in the lower portion of the outer case 43 in the horizontal direction and corresponding to the inner case 6. 61. The take-out case 61 is formed into an elongated cuboid shape as shown in Fig. 22, and has a receiving recessed portion 154 at a front end portion protruding from the outer case 43, and the receiving recessed portion 154 is opened upward. The housing recess 154 has a size that can accommodate only one smokeless cigarette 80. 21 322871 201200044 On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 23, a smokeless cigarette supply mechanism 156 is installed in the outer casing 43, and the smokeless cigarette supply mechanism 156 is in a state in which the take-out case 61 is completely housed in the outer casing 4, The smokeless cigarette 80 is supplied to the housing recess 154 of the take-out case 61. In detail, the smokeless cigarette supply unit 156 is provided with a smokeless cigarette supply chamber 158 which accommodates the smokeless cigarettes in the up-down direction. The smokeless cigarette supply chamber 158 is disposed above the take-out case 61 and has a supply port 160 opened downward at a lower end thereof. The front-rear direction of the smoke-free cigarette supply chamber 158 with respect to the take-out case 61 is divided by the front wall 44 of the outer case 4 and the partition wall 166 in the outer case 4. On the other hand, the width direction of the take-out case 61 is external. The two side walls 48 of the cartridge 4 are drawn, and the supply port 160 is identical to the receiving recess 154 when the take-out case 61 is completely housed in the outer case 4, but when the take-out case 61 protrudes from the outer case 4, It is closed by the upper surface 152 of the take-out case 61. Moreover, the supply port 160 is surrounded by an elastic sealing member 168 which is in close contact with the upper surface 152 of the take-out case 61. On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 21, a filling port 162 is formed in one side wall 48 of the outer casing 43, and the filling opening 162 can be opened and closed by the lid body 164. That is, the entire smokeless cigarette supply chamber 158 can be exposed to the side of the outer casing 43. The filling port 162 can be opened and closed by a cover 164 which is attached to the side wall 48 via a hinge. Further, the periphery of the filling opening 162 is surrounded by an elastic sealing member 170 which cooperates with the lid body 164 to improve the sealing of the smokeless cigarette containing chamber 158. Here, the smokeless cigarette 80 is loaded into the smokeless cigarette supply chamber 158. 22 322871 201200044 - The smokeless cigarette loader 172 as shown in Fig. 24 can be used for the work. The smokeless 'cigarette filling device 172 is provided with: a smokeless cigarette holder 174; and a pusher 176 for pushing a plurality of smokeless cigarettes 80 accumulated from the smokeless cigarette holder 174. The smokeless cigarette holder 174 is a cube-shaped case having an opening face 178 that coincides with the filling port 162 and a side wall 180 that faces the opening face 178. The pusher 176 has a pressing plate 192 disposed adjacent to the side wall 180 in the smokeless cigarette holder 174, and a pusher 190 is coupled to the pressing plate 192. The push rod 190 protrudes toward the outside of the smokeless cigarette holder 174 through the side wall 180, and has a head 194 at the protruding end. The head 194 allows the user to easily push the pusher 176 and prevent the pusher 176 from falling out of the smokeless cigarette holder 174. The smokeless cigarette loader 172 holds a plurality of smokeless cigarettes 80 in the smokeless cigarette holder 174, and at this time, the pusher plate 192 of the pusher 176 is sandwiched between the plurality of smokeless cigarettes 80 and The state between the side walls 180 of the smokeless cigarette holder 174. When the smokeless cigarette 80 is loaded into the smokeless cigarette containing chamber 158 by using the smokeless cigarette filler 172, first, the lid 164 of the outer casing 43 is opened to expose the filling opening 162. Next, the opening face 178 of the smokeless cigarette holder 174 is aligned with the filling port 162, and the pusher 176 is pushed in this state. By the above manner, the plurality of smokeless cigarettes 80 accumulated can be loaded in the smokeless cigarette supply chamber 158 at a time in a neatly arranged state. After the filling, the filling operation is completed by closing the lid 164. 23 322871 201200044 In addition, the smokeless cigarette filler 172 preferably has a synthetic resin film (not shown) for covering the entire open surface 178 of the smokeless cigarette holder 174 to prevent the smokeless cigarettes 80 of the smokeless cigarettes accumulated. dry. In this case, it is of course necessary to remove the film before loading the smoked cigarettes. According to the container 150 described above, when the take-out case 61 is completely housed in the outer case 43, the housing recess 154 is identical to the supply port 160 of the smokeless cigarette supply chamber 158, so that the housing recess 154 is empty as long as it is empty. Only the lowest one of the smokeless cigarettes 80 in the cigarette supply chamber 158 is dropped through the supply port 160 and supplied into the housing recess 154. In this state, as long as the user presses the button 84 of the outer casing 43, the cartridge 61 is taken out from the outer casing 43 by the pushing force of the leaf spring 26, and the receiving recess 154 is exposed together with the smokeless cigarette 80.
