201145140 六、發明說明： 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種觸控式行動設備，特別是關於一種金融看盤軟體商 品詳細資訊切換操作之裝置友方法。 【先前技術】 習見技術觸控式行動設備若螢幕大於4吋時，例如：平板電腦(Tablet PC)、筆記型電腦（Notebook/Laptop Computer)、小筆電（Netbook Computer)、以及行動上網裝置(Mobile Internet Device / Ultra-Mobile PC)等，其上運行之金融看盤軟體通常將金融商品詳細資訊配置於報價視圖 (例如··自選報價視圖與類股報價視圖）中，以方便使用者點擊(Tap/Click) 報價視圖中任一金融商品即可快速查看其詳細資訊。而詳細資訊諸如：走 勢圖、個股報價資訊、技術分析圖、分時明細、價量統計、最佳五標、個 股新聞、基本資訊、趨勢診斷、財務診斷…等。 請參考第1A圖與第1B圖，其為習見直式報價視圖(View)與分列頁籤 式詳細資訊之示意圖，圖例係採蘋果之iPad觸控式平板電腦為示意圖，其 說明了當習見金融看盤軟體1()採直式顯示時，自選報價視圖12(即報價視 圖之-)可分為三個區塊4半部純健訊14，使用者可以左/右觸控滑 動(Touch-SlideM報訊14 _覽翁輸資訊。而下半部係顯示金 融商品之詳、細資訊，關再切分為左下、右下兩區塊以頁籤伽)18方式個 別顯不不同之詳細資左下的詳細資訊區塊預設顯示為走勢報價資訊 2〇^即走勢圓與個股報健訊兩者合而為_)，右下詳細資訊區塊預設顯示 :時月細資訊22,虽使用者點擊各頁籤18時其下詳細資訊區塊隨即更換 201145140 為對應頁籤18名稱之資訊。 此一習見技術為避免過多頁籤18而致區塊内之寬度無法容下所有頁藏 18名稱之寬度’通常將圖形類資訊與文字類資訊分開，如第1A圓所示以 減少各區塊中之頁籤18數量’故左下、右下兩區塊係配置不重覆之頁籤μ 當金融看盤軟體10提供更多元之詳細資訊時，即使將詳細資訊以不重覆方 式分列在不同區塊呈現，其區塊寬度仍不足以容納所有頁籤18之完整名 稱，故頁籤18名稱常以簡稱取代完整名稱，如第1B圖所示。例如：「走勢 φ 即為「走勢報價」、「技術J即為「技術分析」、「新聞」即為「個股新聞」、 「基本」即為「基本資訊」、「趨勢」即為「趨勢診斷」、「分時」即為「分 時明細」、「五標」即為「最佳五檔」、「價量」即為「價量統計」、「財務」 即為「財務診斷」...等。此種習見分列頁籤式詳細資訊之最主要缺點係無 法在不同區塊顯示不同商品之同一詳細資訊以做比對，例如：使用者無法 在左下區塊顯不「台積電」之價量統計詳㈣訊，並同時在右下區塊顯示 「聯電」之價量統計詳細資訊，以做一資料比對。 • 請參考第2圖，此係另-習見雙排頁籤式詳細資訊之示意圖。此一習 見技術與前-習見技術差異之處在於其頁籤18係以雙排(上下兩排）方式 呈現，且各詳細資龍塊之頁籤18相同，可解決前-習見驗無法在不同 •詳細資訊區塊顯示不同商品之同-詳細資訊之缺點。此一習見技術之缺點 係雙排頁籤18造成其下資料空間之高度縮減，將第2圖與第u圖或第ΐβ 圖做比較可知此$見技術可容納之資料筆數較少，例如分時明細資訊 22之資料筆數較前一習見技術少一筆。此一習見技術亦可將詳細資訊或其 他資訊(例如上方之報價資訊⑷字體縮小，以維持同樣數量之資料筆數， 201145140 但縮小字體亦將造成使用者另一困擾。 請參考第3A圖〜第3F圖，此係又一習見單排捲動頁藏式詳細資訊之 示意圖。此習見技術係於各區塊令配置相同之詳細資訊頁藏Μ，並且該頁 籤18名稱僅佔單排之高度，以同時解決前述兩種習見技術之缺失。此一習 見技術_增設之向左、向右勘㈣（關細向左箭頭與向右箭頭表 示），以捲動頁籤。例如:左下詳細資訊區塊中之頁藏18已位於最左端之位 置(如第3A圖所示）’使用者點擊「右向捲動按鍵」即可劉覽左下詳細資訊 區塊之右方其餘頁籤18名稱(如第3B圖以及第3C圖所示> 當使用者捲動 至欲查詢之詳細資訊頁籤18時，即可直接點擊頁籤18以切換詳細資訊之 呈現(如第3D圖所示，圓例中使用者欲查詢之詳細資訊係最佳五樓資訊 32)。另外，若使用者欲在另一詳細資訊區塊開啟另一商品之同樣詳細資 訊，即如第3E圖與第3F圖所示之操作即可(稍後之習見技術操作流程有詳 細說明）。另一種與此一習見技術類似之操作方式，係直接在頁籤18上以 左/右觸控滑動以瀏覽所有頁籤18，而非點擊捲動按鍵，但其精神相同，故 歸為同類型而不另行描繪。此類習見技術仍有其缺點，即無法同時呈現所 有頁籤18之名稱，使用者需先點擊捲動按鍵或觸控滑動頁藏18方能刹覽 所有頁籤18，最後再點擊欲查詢詳細資訊之頁籤，較前述習見技術操作更 為繁雜。 第4圖係習見裝置功能系統方塊圖，圖例僅顯示相關功能之模組，其 餘模組省略未描繪。其中，輸入裝置與操作模組24係負責處理使用者以實 體按鍵與螢幕觸控之操作與輸入，例如使用者點擊按鍵、觸控滑動視圖、 手寫輸入股票代號…等。報價模組26係為一統稱，一般包括：自選報價模 201145140 組與類ιλ健組。報價概26依伽絲商^報價資訊錢詳細資訊而 產生-報價視圖’例如自選報價模組(即報價模組26之一)產生自選報價視 .圖12。在報價模組26之下又有詳細資訊模組28，該詳細資訊模組28亦為 -祕，包含：走勢報舰組、分_細她、最佳五麵組技術分析 模組價里統冲模組、相關新聞模組…等等。詳細資訊模組狀依據資料接 收模組30所接收之金融商品報價資訊而產生-私資訊例如：最佳五播 模組產生最佳五槽資訊。資料接收模組3〇係負責接收由伺服器端所傳至 φ 觸控式行動設備之報價資料。 第5圖係使用者操作習見裝置之流程圖，請同時配合^ μ圖〜第犯 圖以及第4 @參考’其關啟程式後之具體操作流程來前述習見技術 三(單排躺賊式詳細資訊)之操傾程。圖中綱了使用者為比對金融 商品「台積電」與「聯電」兩者之最佳五樓資訊，分別於兩區塊中呈現兩 者之最佳五檔資訊，包含以下的步驟： 步驟101 :執行麵看錄體；树，執行觸減摘謂上之金融看 • 盤軟體10 ’畫面即呈現軟體首頁視圖（未描繪）。 步驟i〇2 :以選單切換至自選報價；使用者透過輸入裝置與操作模組 24峨雜蝴^進人自選報價棚12，該自細賈棚12係由自選. 報價模組(報價模組26之-)依據龍接收· 3G所接_之金融商品報 價資訊而產生。上半部係_健資訊14 ’而下切轉細資题塊係預設 為走勢報價資訊20與分時明細資訊22,此兩者資訊係分別由走勢報價模組 (詳細資訊模組28之-)與分時明細模組(亦為詳細資訊模組28之一)依據 資料接收模組30所接收到之金融商品報價資訊而產生。借第M圖參考， 201145140 佈局-置如第3A圖’此例報價資訊14中之榮幕游標停在帛—項商品「加 權♦曰」（第3A圖停在「台積電」’係經使帛者移動過螢幕游標16)，而下半 資訊區塊則呈現「加權指」之走勢報價資訊⑼與分時明細資訊犯， 以對應上幕游標所停駐之金崎品（第Μ酬係「台積電」之詳細資 訊）。 步驟103 .點擊一金融商品；進入自選報價視圖12後，使用者即可透 過輸入裝置絲倾組24明控點擊健資訊14巾之金融商品「台積 電」’以查看金融商品「台積電」之詳細資訊，如第3A圖所示。 步驟104 .切換-區塊至最佳五播資訊；由於下半部預設呈現之詳細資 訊為走勢報價資訊20與分時明細資訊22，若使用者欲查看「台積電」之最 佳五播資訊32，須娜左下或右τ詳細資籠塊之呈現資訊。例如透過輸 入裝置與操作模組24點擊左下詳細資訊區塊頁冑i 8之「向右捲動按鍵」(如 第3B圖所tf) ’直到出現「五稽」（即最佳五檔資訊之簡稱)之頁籤18，如 第3C圖所示。然後再點擊「五標」頁籤18，最佳五檔模組(詳細資訊模組 28之一）即依據資料接收模組30所接收到之「台積電」報價資料產生一最 佳五檔資訊32，並呈現於左下詳細資訊區塊，最後如第3D圖所示。若為滑 動選取的方式，則以滑動之方式執行選項之切換。 步驟105 :鎖定最佳五檔資訊；由於使用者欲將兩詳細資訊區塊皆切換 為最佳五標資訊32 ’但各呈現不同之金融商品之最佳五槽資訊32，故，使 用者須先鎖定第一詳細資訊區塊之最佳五檔資訊32，以防止第二詳細資訊 區塊之詳細資訊選定後，當變更報價資訊14中之金融商品時，一併變更第 一詳細資訊區塊之金融商品。而鎖定方式例如點擊詳細資訊區塊中一「圖 201145140 釘形狀之圖示」（未插繪）β 步驟106 S換另—區塊至最佳五播資訊；左下詳細資訊區塊「台積電」 之最佳五播資訊32鎖定後，使用者即可切換右下詳細資訊區塊之呈現資 訊，即透過輸入裝置與操作模組24直接點擊右下詳細資訊區塊之「五標」 頁籤18(因其原本位置即已呈現「五稽」頁籤18，故不再需要操作捲動按 鍵）。接著’最佳五檔模組(詳細資訊模組28之一)再次依據資料接收模組 30所接收到之「台積電」報價資料產生一最佳五標資訊32，並呈現於右下 φ 詳細資訊區塊’如第3Ε圖所示。 步驟107.點擊另-金融商品；若使用者欲於右下詳細資訊區塊查看「聯 電」之最佳五樓資訊32，即須至報價資訊14中更變金融商品。變更方式係 透過輸入裝置與操作模組24直接點擊金融商品「聯電」，螢幕游標16移至 金融商品「聯電」。由於在步驟105時已鎖定左下詳細資訊區塊最佳五檔資 訊32，故此步驟僅更新右下詳細資訊區塊之資料。接著，最佳五檔模組(詳 細資訊模組28之一）再次依據資料接收模組3〇所接收到之「聯電」報價資 Φ 料產生一最佳五檔資訊32，並呈現於右下詳細資訊區塊如第3F圖所示。 步驟108 :比對兩商品之最佳五檔；當左下與右下詳細資訊區塊各呈現 . 「台積電」與「聯電」之最佳五檔資訊32後，使用者即可目視比對兩資訊。 由以上步驟可得知：當欲查詢詳細資訊之頁籤18正好呈現於畫面中時 使用者可直接點擊’但若未呈現於晝面中時即須以捲動按鍵操作，此種捲 動操作方式對使用者而言並不方便* 综上所述，先前技術觸控式行動設備金融看盤軟體其頁籤式之詳細資 訊切換操作流程相當地不便，並未有效運用觸控式行動設備之獨特觸控滑 201145140 動操作方式。又’習見技術—(分列賤式詳細資訊，如第u圖與第m圖 所不）不允許使用者於同—棚巾比較兩項不同金融商品之同—詳細次 訊，此係一不合理之操作限制。而習見技術二(雙排頁籤式詳細資訊），須 額外佔料歸料之容納《，姐餘字體纖切糾同樣資料筆數 之令量。f見技術三(料獅頁籤式詳細資訊)運轉鱗作更增添使用 者操作之複雜度。目此，實有必要提種金融看錄 換操作之裝置及方法，讓者可叹方便___財式切換詳細 資訊，並任意比對兩項不同金融商品之同一詳細資訊，以滿足使用者操作 需求。 【發明内容】 本發明之主要目的’在贿供—種絲看錄詳細資訊切換操 作之裝置及方法，主要係增設-詳細資訊標籤，並將該詳細資訊標藏共用 於所有詳細資訊區塊’讓使用者_觸控拖$(Drag)該詳細資訊標藏的操 作方式至任一詳細資訊區塊放下(Dr〇p)，以切換詳細資訊。 本發明之又-目的’在於提供-齡融看錄體商品詳哺訊切換操 作之裝置及方法’主要係增設，細資訊標籤，讓使用者利用馳賊及 放下詳細資訊標藏的操作方式輕易切換詳細資訊，並可於任意詳細資訊區 塊比對兩金融商品之詳細資訊》 本發明之另-目的’在於提供-種金融看盤㈣商品詳細資訊切換操 作之裝置’應用於觸控式行動設備’該裝置包含：資料接收模組、複數個 詳細資訊模組、詳細資訊標籤管理模組、報價模組以及輸入裝置與操作模 組。資料接收模組用以接收祠服器端所傳送至觸控式行動設備之金融商品 201145140 報價資訊；複數個詳細資訊模組，依據金融商品報價資訊而產生複數個詳 細資訊；詳細資訊標籤管理模組，用以產生對應詳細資訊之多個標藏，以 供進行觸控拖矣及放下之操作；報價模組’依據金融商品報價資訊以及詳 細資訊而產生報價視圖，報價視圖包含多個詳細資訊區塊，每個詳細資訊 區塊個別用以顯示對應於標籤之詳細資訊；及，輸入裝置與操作模組，用 以接受一指令，該指令代表觸控拖良及放下該些標籤其中之一於該些詳細 資訊區塊其中之一，依據該指令於該詳細資訊區塊切換為顯示對應於受觸 Φ 控拖良及放下之該標籤之該詳細資訊。 本發明之再一目的，在於提供一種金融看盤軟體商品詳細資訊切換操 作之方法，應用於觸控式行動設備，該方法包含以下步驟：執行金融看盤 軟體’接收金融商品報價資訊；依據金融商品報價資訊產生複數個詳細資 訊；產生對應詳細資訊之複數個標籤；進入一報價視圖，該報價視圖包含 複數個詳細資訊區塊’該些詳細資訊區塊個別用以顯示對應於該標藏之該 詳細資訊；觸控拖良該標籤至該詳細資訊區塊再放下該詳細資訊標藏；及， φ 顯示對應於被拖曳且放下該標籤之該詳細資訊於該詳細資訊區塊。 以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本發明之詳細特徵以及優點，其内容足以 . 使任何熟習相關技藝者瞭解本發明之技術内容並據以實施，且根據本說明 書所揭露之内容、申請專利範圍及圖式，任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理 面特徵亦同，故不再另行描繪與敘述。 本發明主要係運胁詳細f訊之切換操作，—織況之下，金融看盤 軟體10多將詳細資訊設於報價賴巾，例如··自選報價視圖似類股報價 視圖（未描綠）。以下本發明實施例之圖例與說明係以自選報價視圖12中之 詳細資訊切換操作為例，但，本發明亦適用於獨立於報價視圖外之詳細資 訊視圖、或與其他魏視@結合之詳細資訊。 參閱第6圖本發明裝置功能系統方塊圖，其說明了本發明較習見技術 電j ’以查看金融商品「台積電」之詳細資訊(未描繪）。 步驟204 ·拖曳及放下標籤以切換一區塊至最佳五檔資訊；由於下半部 預設呈現之詳細資訊為走勢報價資訊20與分時明細資訊22，若使用者欲查 看「台積電」之最佳五檔資訊32，須切換左下或右下詳細資訊區塊之呈現 資訊。例如透過輸入裝置與操作模組24按住「五檔」詳細資訊標籤36(如 第10A圖所示），接著透過輸入裝置與操作模組24拖良該「五檔」詳細資 訊標籤36至左下詳細資訊區塊(如第10B圓所示），再透過輸入裝置與操作 模組24放下該「五檔」詳細資訊標籤36後，最佳五檔模組(詳細資訊模組 28之一）即依據資料接收模組30所接收到之「台積電」報價資料產生一最 佳五檔資訊32，並呈現於左下詳細資訊區塊，最後如第i〇C圖所示》 步驟205 :鎖定最佳五檔資訊；由於使用者欲將兩詳細資訊區塊皆切換 為最佳五檔資訊32，但各呈現不同之金融商品之最佳五檔資訊32。故，使 用者須先鎖定第一詳細資訊區塊之最佳五檔資訊32，以防止第二詳細資訊 區塊之詳細資訊選定後，當變更報價資訊14中之金融商品時，一併變更第 一詳細資訊區塊之金融商品。而鎖定方式例如點擊詳細資訊區塊中一「圖 釘形狀之圖示」，未描繪。 步驟206 :拖曳及放下標籤以切換另一區塊至最佳五檔資訊；左下詳細 201145140 資訊區塊「台積電」之最佳五檔資訊32鎖定後，使用者即可切換右下詳細 資訊區塊之呈現資訊。即透過輸入裝置與操作模組24再次按住「五構」詳 細資訊標籤36(如第l〇D圖所示），接著透過輸入裝置與操作模組24拖良該 「五檔」詳細資訊標籤36至右下詳細資訊區塊(如第10E圖所示），再透過 輸入裝置與操作模組24放下該「五檔」詳細資訊標籤36後，然後，最佳 五檔模組(詳細資訊模組28之一）再次依據資料接收模組3〇所接收到之「台 積電」報價資料產生一最佳五檔資訊32，並呈現於右下詳細資訊區塊，如 ^ 第10F圖所示。 步驟207:點擊另一金融商品；若使用者欲於右下詳細資訊區塊查看「聯 電」之最佳五標資訊32 ,即須至報價資訊14中更變金融商品。變更方式係 透過輸入裝置與操作模組24直接點擊金融商品「聯電」，螢幕游標16移至 金融商品「聯電」’由於在步驟205時已鎖定左下詳細資訊區塊最佳五檔資 訊32，故此步驟僅更新右下詳細資訊區塊之資料。接著，最佳五檔模組(詳 細資訊模組28之一)再次依據資料接收模組3〇所接收到之「聯電」報價資 _ 料產生-最佳五標資訊32 ’並呈現於右下詳細資訊區塊如第1QG圖所示。 步驟208 : _兩商品之最佳五槽；當左下與右下詳細f㈣塊各呈現 習見技術之缺點’在操作上更較習見技術方便、_與省時，所有詳細資 訊區塊共用同樣之詳細資訊標籤更可避免浪費版面空間。 以上實施_綱本㈣之概精神，本發.未舰於上述之 實施例’詳細資訊組合並未限定僅包含走勢圓、個股報價資訊、技術分析 圖、分時·、價量統計、最佳五槽、個贿聞、基本資訊、趨勢診斷、 財務診斷..·等之任餘合，其他金融商品相隨訊何納人。另外，本發 明並未限定同-視圖中之詳細資訊區塊數量，亦可應用於三個（第η圖之 實施例）或更多之詳細資訊區塊。 本發明所舉實補似蘋果iPad平板電腦為例圖例巾出現「使用者 之手」係為說明而㈣標示，其餘之觸控式行動設備(平板電腦、筆記型電 腦、小筆電、行動上網裝置…等)除用手指觸控外，部份亦可利用觸控筆操 作利用本發明之操作方式與前述實施例相同，不再贅述。
