Abstract

To provide a zipper tape which can be easily opened and to provide a packaging bag with the zipper tape. A rib 47 is provided at the cut section 44 of the zipper tape, the rib having approximately the same thickness dimension (D) as thickness dimensions (D2) of first and second thick-walled sections 45A, 45B, and thereby, when the zipper tape is bonded to a bag body, the first and second thick-walled sections 45A, 45B, and the rib 47 can be bonded to an inner surface 211A. Accordingly, when a packaging bag 1 is torn and unsealed, stress is converged on a thin part 46 which has small tensile strength, and at the thin part 46, cutting can be performed, thus requiring only one portion in cut potions, and generating no waste. When the bag 1 is torn, the rib 47 determines the position of a cut line, so that the cut line is not meandered, linear cutting performance is obtained, and the tape can easily be torn.

Description of the Invention: TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a type of clip belt and a package having a zipper tape. [Prior Art] As a packaged food, medicine 〇 m ^ a music. 0. Packaging materials for various items such as medical products and miscellaneous goods can be applied with a pair of belt-shaped zipper tapes that are embossed to the opening of the bag body, and the meshing state can be opened and closed freely. The packaging bag (hereinafter sometimes referred to simply as "packaging bag"). Such a package is sealed by sealing the opening. When the bag is opened, a slit or a notch such as a notch formed at the edge of the bag may be removed, and the sealing portion may be removed to tear the base film of the bag to be opened. In recent years, we have continuously developed a packaging bag that can be easily opened by anyone, and it is easy to open the package of the tear-open base film. For example, refer to Document 1: Japanese Patent (4) Gu _24 Cher No. 2: W02008/ 035494A1). The fitting system (4) is attached to the chain portion of the bag body, and includes a resin layer having an easy-cutting function along the age. In the (10) enamel layer, a resin different from the key portion is used. Directional ΓΓΓ: The zipper tape is attached to the width of the male part and the concave part. (4) The door 1 has a knives. The cutting portion is formed by the first thick portion and the second thick portion: a first thick portion and a second thick portion are thin wall portions. With this configuration, when the thickness of „ is thin, (4) and (4) can be opened, m ensures that the grip portion of the bag body of the zipper tape is sufficiently removed. However, the resin having the easy-cutting function as in document i The layer has a specific width dimension due to the specific width dimension of 152736.doc 201134725. Because of the entanglement, there is a method of applying force when tearing the tree layer, so that the cutting line is tortuous and cannot be easily torn. Further, when the resin layer is torn, two portions of both ends of the resin layer in the width direction are torn, and in this case, the resin layer becomes a fibrous or strip-shaped chip, thereby generating If the appearance is deteriorated or the resistance is (4), the problem of insufficient sealing or the like may not be obtained. The thin wall portion of the document 2 also has a meandering of the cutting line due to the specific width dimension, or is torn in a plurality of parts. [Invention] The object of the present invention is to provide a tape which can be easily opened and a packaging bag having a zipper tape. ' (1) The zipper tape of the present invention is characterized by The convex member and the concave member which are mutually responsive to each other are respectively disposed on the pair of belt-shaped bases, and the end portion of the strip-shaped base portion of at least one of the pair of V-shaped bases includes a cutting portion And a pair of thick portions having a thicker portion than the strip-shaped base portion, a thin wall portion provided between the thick portions and thinner than the thick portion, and a protrusion formed on the thin portion Further, the flange has a thickness similar to the thickness of the thick portion. (2) Further, preferably, the thickness dimension (D) of the flange is a height dimension of the flange protruding from the thin portion. The ratio of the thickness dimension of the thin portion to the thin portion and the ratio of the thickness dimension (D) of the flange to the thickness dimension (D2) of the thick portion ((D)/(D2)) is 〇8 or more and h2 or less. 152736.doc 201134725 (3) Further, preferably, the ratio (D2)/(D) of the thickness dimension (D2) of the thick portion to the thickness dimension (D1) of the thin portion is 3 Further, it is preferable that the adhesive layer is provided on the strip-shaped base, the pair of thick portions, and one of the flanges. (5) Preferably, the adhesive layer is a polyolefin resin having a melting point lower than that of the resin used in the tape-shaped base portion and the cut portion. (6) The package having the zipper tape of the present invention is characterized in that The strip-shaped base portion, the thick portion, and the flange of the zipper tape according to any one of the above-described embodiments of the present invention are provided on the inner surface of the opening of the bag body having the opening in which the seal is sealed. In the state in which one of the faces is bonded, any of the zipper tapes according to the present invention described above is disposed. According to the present invention, since the zipper tape includes a flange having a thickness substantially the same as that of the thick portion, When the zipper tape is adhered to the bag body, the wall thickness portion and the flange can be adhered to the inner surface of the bag body. Therefore, when the bag with the key loss belt is torn open for opening, the tensile strength can be less than the wall thickness. Since the thin portion of the portion and the flange is cut, the cut portion is a single portion so that no chips are generated. Further, since the cutting line is positioned by the flange, the cutting line is not bent, so that the straight cut property is excellent and the tearing is easy. The resin used in the sealing layers 40B, 45A3, 473, and 45B3 is preferably a polyolefin resin. The polyolefin-based resin preferably has a melting point lower than that of the concave side belt-like base portion 40 and the crystalline polyolefin-based resin used in the cut portion 44. Further, the resin used in the 'sealing layer 50B, 55A3' 573, 55B3 is also preferably a polyolefin resin, and preferably has a melting point lower than that of the convex side belt-like base 5〇 and the crystalline polyolefin used in the cutting portion 54. Resin. [Manufacture of zipper tape and packaging bag having zipper tape] The zipper tape 3 is produced by being integrally obtained by a co-extrusion molding method. When formed by the co-extrusion method, the manufacturing steps can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be lowered, so that the zipper tape 3 can be continuously and stably produced. Then, the base film 21 and the zipper tape 3 are used, and the packaging bag 1 is produced by a three-way sealing bag making machine having a zipper tape or the like. The three-way sealing bag making machine having a zipper tape is such that the zipper tape 3 fed from the tape take-out portion is located, for example, between the substrate film fed from the package feeding portion. Next, the base strip film 2, the concave side strip-shaped base portion 40, the cut portion 44, the convex side strip-like base portion 5〇, and the cut portion 54 are mutually pressed by the pair of sealing bars to make the zipper tape 3 and the substrate The film 21 is bonded. Then, the substrate film 21 to be conveyed is thermally bonded at a predetermined interval to form the side seal portion 22, and then cut on the side seal portion 22 to form the package 1 . Further, when the side seal portion 22 of the packaging bag 1 is formed, a point sealing step for breaking the zipper tape 3 is carried out. [Unpacking of the package with the clip tape] 152736.doc -13- 201134725 Next, the unsealing method of the package (6) of the present embodiment will be described. Figure 4 is a front elevational view showing the notched portion of the package having the clip belt. The coating is carried out, and the base film 21 of the substrate film (4) on the side of the sealing surface of the σ25 is opened, and the notch 25 is used as the tearing starting portion to be torn away after the smashing. The way to open the envelope. Here, since the flange 47 is bonded to the inner surface 2UA, the stress will be concentrated on the thin wall having a small tensile strength: 牝, 56, so that the thin portion of the stress concentration ", the brother is cut off. Since the thin-walled portions 46 and 56 where the stress is concentrated are cut, they are cut only at a certain portion. That is, the 'cutting line C (-dot chain line) is only a strip. Moreover, due to the flange 47' 57 is positioned, so that the cutting line c is linear and does not become meandering. Thereafter, the packaging portion 6 of the zipper tape 3 can be released to seal the package. In the case of resealing, The first hook portion 42 and the second hook portion are "engaged with the head portion 53 so that the engaging portion 6 is brought into an engaged state. (Effects of the embodiment) According to the zipper tape 3 and the package 丨 described above, the following effects can be exhibited. Since the cutting portion 44 of the zipper tape 3 is provided with a flange 47 having a thickness dimension (D) substantially the same as the thickness dimension (1) 2) of the first and second thick portion 45A, 45B, the bag body 2 is thereby provided. When the zipper tape 3 is bonded, the first and second thick portions 45A, 45B and the flange 47 can be bonded to the inner surface 2nA. Therefore, when the package 1 is opened, the stress is concentrated on the tensile strength. The thin portion 46 is small so that the thin portion 46 can be cut. Therefore, the cut 152736.doc • 14 · 201134725 part becomes one part, so that no chips are generated. Further, when the packaging bag 1 is torn, since the cutting line c is positioned by the flange 47, the cutting line is not bent, and the straight cut property can be obtained, so that it is easy to tear. Further, since the inner flange 472 is provided on the opposite side of the bag side flange 471 so as to sandwich the thin portion 46, the thin portion can be reliably cut. That is, it is not cut off on the bag side flange 471 or the inner side flange 472. Further, since the thin portion 46 is disposed at a position retreating from the first and second pocket side faces 45A1, 45B1, the thin portion is not bonded to the inner surface 211A', so that the thin portions μ, 56 can be easily cut. Broken. Then, the ratio (DD/(D2)) of the thickness dimension (D) of the flange 47 to the thickness dimension (D2) of the first and second thick portions 45A and 45B is 〇8 or more and 12 or less. Therefore, the bag side flange 471 and the first and second thick portions 45A and 45B can be favorably bonded to the inner surface 211a. Further, since the ratio of the thickness dimension (D) of the flange 47 to the thickness dimension (D2) of the first and second thick portion 45A, 45B is set within the above range, the thin portion 46 at the time of bag making can be prevented. Adhered to the inner surface 211A. Further, in the sealing step at the time of bag making, it is possible to prevent pinholes and the like from being generated in the crushed portion. Further, since the ratio (D2)/(D1) of the thickness dimension (D2) of the first and second thick portions 45A and 45B to the thickness dimension (D1) of the thin portion 46 is set to 3 or more and 12 or less, It is also possible to prevent the thin portion 46 from being bonded to the inner surface 2nA and the thin portion 46 to be bent. Further, since the thickness dimension (D1) of the thin portion 46 is 50 μηι or more, I52736.doc -15-201134725 Therefore, when the fastener tape 3 is bonded to the inner surface 211A, the thin portion 46 can be prevented from being bent. Therefore, the bag side flange 471 can be well bonded to the inner surface 211A. Therefore, when the packaging bag 1 is torn, the linear cutting property is excellent. Further, since the melting point is lower than the concave side belt-like base portion 4〇 and the polystyrene resin used in the cut portion 44 is used as the sealing layer, the resin used in 45A3, 45Β3, and 473, the bag is formed. The zipper tape 3 can be bonded to the bag body 2 at a relatively low temperature. Therefore, deterioration of the base material layer 212 of the base film 21 constituting the bag body 2 can be suppressed. Further, the resin used for the concave side belt-like base portion 40 is a crystalline polyolefin resin, and the crystalline polyolefin resin is a specific resin such as polypropylene. Therefore, the flange 47 is easily formed. Since the zipper tape 3 is provided in the bag body 2, it is possible to produce a packaging bag j which does not cause chipping, is excellent in linear cutting property, and can be easily broken. Further, even in the cut portion ’ of the convex side belt-like base portion 5 of the zipper tape 3, the same effect as that of the cut portion 44 can be obtained. (Modifications) The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it is needless to say that modifications or improvements within the scope of the object and effect of the present invention are included in the content of the present invention. The specific structure, shape, and the like of the present invention can of course be made into other structures or shapes within the scope of the effects of the present invention. > Fig. 5' is a cross-sectional view showing a bag having a zipper tape according to another embodiment. For example, in the present embodiment, the thin portion 46 is connected in a substantially straight line. 152736.doc 201134725 First and second thick portions 45A The configuration between the 45B and the 45B may be a non-linear shape such as a wave shape as shown in FIG. 5 . For example, one end portion 'connected to the thin portion 46C of the first thick portion 45 a may be disposed on the inner surface 2丨丨a side and connected to the other end portion of the thin portion 46C of the second thick portion 45B, and may be disposed On the inner side of the bag body 2, that is, on the side of the convex side band-like base portion 50. Further, although the configuration is shown in which the concave side belt-like base portion 4 〇 is interposed between the sealing layer 40B and the inner surface 211 A, the concave side belt-shaped base portion 4 〇 can be directly bonded to the inner surface 211A, even in the packaging bag 1 thus constructed. In the case of the cutting, since the flange 47 is bonded to the inner surface 211A, the stress can be concentrated on the thin portion 46 having a small tensile strength, and the thin portion 46 can be cut. Further, although the bag side flange 47A and the inner flange 472 are not provided in the thin portion 46, the thin portion 46 may not be provided with the inner flange 472, and only the bag side flange 47丨 may be provided. The thin portion 46 is provided on the side of the convex side belt-like base portion 50. In other words, the inner thin wall surface 462 does not need to be retracted to the inner surface 211 A side with respect to the inner side surface 45A2 and the second inner side surface 45B2, but the inner thin wall surface 462 is opposite to the first inner side surface 45A2 and the second side. The inner side surface 45B2 is disposed on substantially the same surface, and the thin portion is provided. In FIGS. 2 and 3, the bag side flange 47A and the inner side flange 472' are provided in a thin portion. The configuration of the crucible, but the bag side flange 471 and the inner side flange 472 may be provided in one or a plurality. Further, although the bag side flange 47 丨 and the inner side flange Ο are not shown, three are used. Further, the number of the bag side flanges 47 i and the number of the inner side flanges 472 may be different. 152736.doc •17·201134725 Further, although the cutting portion 4 is provided in the concave side belt-like base portion 4, and the cutting portion M is also provided in the convex side belt-shaped base portion 5G, it may be formed only in the concave portion. A cutting portion 44 or a cutting portion 54 is provided in any of the side belt-shaped base portion 40 or the convex side belt-shaped base portion 50.
