Description

Description of the Invention: [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to an oral tobacco product for absorbing tobacco components through saliva. [Prior Art] In the past, 'cigarettes were used as hobby goods for enjoyment, but recently there has been a smokeless tobacco that has been used in an unlimited range of places. This kind of smokeless tobacco is used even in the non-smoking car of airplanes or trams. license. The SNUS (smokeless cigarette) as an oral tobacco product belonging to one of the smokeless tobaccos has tobacco shredded tobacco as a main component, and the tobacco shredded tobacco contains a lot of moisture. More specifically, such SNUS can be classified into a loose type of unpackaged tobacco shreds, or a part type in which tobacco shreds are packaged in a non-woven fabric, etc., a so-called pouch type. . In the case of a bagged SNUS, the user places the SNUS directly into the mouth and sandwiches it between the upper lip and the gums to enjoy its aroma, and on the other hand 'tobacco ingredients that dissolve the tobacco shreds from the saliva from the gums Absorbed into the body. However, since the oral tobacco product represented by SNUS contains more water in the tobacco tobacco, the bacteria are easily propagated in the tobacco shreds at normal temperature. Therefore, for such oral tobacco products, long-term preservation at normal temperature must be avoided. Therefore, the oral tobacco product is to be stored refrigerated, or: Tobacco tobacco in the tobacco product is added with salt. This addition of refrigeration and salt helps to inhibit the growth of tobacco tobacco. 322118 3 201103447 Further, a technique of sterilizing bacteria in tobacco tobacco by radiation is known (Patent Document 1). [Prior Art Document] [Patent Document 1] [Patent Document 1] US Patent Application Publication No. 2008/0173319 [Invention] [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The refrigerated storage of oral tobacco products is not only carried out in a sales shop. And also need to be implemented from the manufacture of tobacco products to the delivery of the store. Therefore, cryopreservation of oral tobacco products requires great costs. On the other hand, in order to improve the preservability of the oral tobacco product, if a large amount of salt is added to the tobacco shreds, the original flavor or flavor of the tobacco shredded tobacco is impaired, which is not preferable. Furthermore, by the sterilization treatment of radiation, it is necessary to store expensive equipment for cryopreservation, and since such equipment is required to process radiation, it is necessary to: two countermeasure costs. 〇 ΌΏ ' can be used without damage and at room temperature. The object of the present invention is to provide a tobacco product for oral use which inhibits the growth of bacteria under the flavor or flavor of tobacco tobacco and tobacco shreds. [Means for Solving the Problem] In order to achieve the above object, the oral tobacco product of the present invention comprises: a tobacco pouch comprising a mixture of smoke and granules composed of tobacco raw materials; and the mixture is contained therein. The packaging material, which is placed in the mouth of the user of 322118 4 201103447, allows the user to absorb the tobacco component of the tobacco grain through the saliva; and the openable and closed storage case for accommodating the tobacco bag; the tobacco bag and the containment At least one of the cartridges contains an inorganic bactericide. Specifically, the inorganic antibacterial agent may comprise zeolite and silver attached to the zeolite, and the packaging material may be a non-woven sheet. Since the oral tobacco product has an inorganic antibacterial agent attached to the tobacco pouch or the storage box, the growth of the bacteria in the pouch can be suppressed. Therefore, when the oral tobacco product is preserved, it can be stored at a normal temperature, and the tobacco product is not required to be refrigerated during the transportation and storage of the oral tobacco product. As a result, the cost of shipping and storage of tobacco products can be reduced. The tobacco granules are preferably having a pH of from 6.5 to 9.5. Further, the tobacco granules are preferably present in an amount of 15 to 50% by weight. [Effects of the Invention] According to the oral tobacco product of the present invention, the tobacco product can be circulated and stored at a normal temperature without inhibiting the growth of the tobacco flavor or flavor. [Embodiment] The oral tobacco product 1 shown in Fig. 1 includes a plurality of tobacco bags 2 and a portable storage case 4 for accommodating the tobacco bags 2. The tobacco pouch 2 comprises a mixture comprising tobacco granules as a main component; and a non-woven fabric sheet in which the mixture is contained. Specifically, the tobacco granules are obtained by cutting or pulverizing the tobacco material, and have a particle diameter of 2 mm or less. The tobacco bag 2 is taken out from the storage case 4 and placed in the mouth of the user. Specifically, the tobacco pouch 2 is interposed between the upper lip and the gum of the user 5 322118 201103447 to absorb the tobacco component of the tobacco granules sucked out of the saliva from the gums into the body. On the other hand, the housing case 4 includes a case body 6, a mat 8 and a cover 10. This casing 6 has a flat cylindrical shape and has an opening 7 on its upper surface. The opening portion 7 has a circular shape that is convex upward and can be opened and closed by the cover 10. The spacer 8 has a circular shape and has an outer diameter 'which is substantially equal to the inner diameter of the inner wall surface 14 of the casing 6' and is disposed on the bottom 12 of the casing 6. Therefore, the tobacco pouch 2 in the storage box 4 is stacked on the top of the liner 8. The lid 10 is circular in shape and has the same outer diameter as the outer diameter of the casing 6. A substantially circular recessed portion 16 is formed on the cover 10, and the stepped recess 16 has a bottom portion 17 and an annular cover 15 surrounding the bottom portion 17, the cover 15 The depth is shallower than the bottom 17. A hinge 18 is disposed on the outer peripheral portion of the cover 15, and a hinge cover 20 is attached to the hinge 18. The cover plate 20 has an outer diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the cover seat 15. Therefore, when the cover plate 20 is fitted into the recessed portion 16, the cover plate 2 is closed in the state in which the outer peripheral portion thereof is in close contact with the cover seat 15 of the recessed portion 16, and the cover plate 2 is closed from the other side. When the hinge is rotated upward by the hinge μ, the recess 16 is opened. That is, the cover 2 can open and close the recess 16 . Further, when the recessed portion 16 is closed by the cover 20, the outer peripheral portion of the upper surface of the cover 10 is flush with the upper surface of the cover plate 2''. A knob 22 protrudes from the outer periphery of the cover 20, and the handle 22 and the hinge 18 are separated from each other in the diametrical direction of the cover 2'. On the other hand, a recessed portion 27 that can accommodate the handle 22 is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the cover 10. This 322118 6 201103447 handle 22 is useful for facilitating the opening of the cover 20. Further, on the outer periphery of the cover plate 20, a hook 24 is formed in the vicinity of the handle 22 and on both sides of the handle 22. On the other hand, in the inner peripheral portion of the outer side of the recessed portion 16, engaging holes 26 corresponding to the respective hooks 24 are formed. Therefore, when the cover 20 is closed, each of the hooks 24 is fitted to the corresponding engaging hole 26 while maintaining the state of closing the cover 20. The recess 16 has a volume in which a plurality of tobacco pouches 2 can be accommodated. Therefore, the cover 10 can be used as a waste container for temporarily storing the used tobacco bag 2. In other words, the storage box 4 can accommodate the tobacco bag 2 before use and the tobacco bag 2 after use. Further, a circular recess is formed under the yoke 1 , and the recess has an inner diameter slightly larger than the opening 7 to accommodate the opening 7 . Moreover, the benefits are covered. The bottom surface 28 of the lid (see Fig. 3) can also be used as a pressing surface for pushing the tobacco pouch 2 in the casing 6. The user can take out the tobacco bag 2 from the inside of the casing 6 via the opening portion 7 by opening the lid 1 from the storage box 4 and exposing the opening 7. Further, as long as the taken out tobacco bag 2 is sandwiched between the upper lip of the user and the gum, the tobacco component of the tobacco grain in the tobacco bag 2 is sucked into the saliva and absorbed into the user through the saliva. Therefore, the user can absorb the tobacco component and on the other hand enjoy the aroma of the tobacco granules. Since the smear bag 2 does not release smoke from the tobacco bag 2 when it is used, the user can use the tobacco bag 2 in an unrestricted place. In addition, the used tobacco pouch 2 can be pulled up and opened by the handle 22 of the cover 2 by a finger, thereby being received in the recess 16 of the lid 10. 322118 7 201103447 However, in order to promote the absorption of tobacco components by saliva, the amount of tobacco particles in the tobacco pouch 2 is more than that of the conventional cigarettes. Therefore, the bacteria easily multiply in the pellets. Therefore, the granular inorganic antibacterial agent 30 is adhered to the packaging material of the tobacco pouch 2, i.e., the entire area of the non-woven fabric. More specifically, in the case of the present embodiment, silver zeolite is used as the inorganic antibacterial agent 30, and this silver zeolite contains silver attached to the zeolite. Such a silver zeolite is capable of contacting the tobacco particles in the tobacco pouch 2. Here, in the case of silver zeolite, ZE0MIC (trademark) manufactured by SINANENZE® MIC Co., Ltd. is preferred. The ZE0MIC system has a particle diameter of about 1 m to adsorb water molecules in the fine pores, and on the other hand, the adsorbed water molecules are released from the micropores. Therefore, the silver zeolite not only has the original antibacterial effect, It also has the effect of adjusting the amount of water in the tobacco bag 2. In other words, the silver zeolite functions to maintain the moisture content of the tobacco particles in the tobacco bag 2. The silver zeolite is alkaline and its pH range (7) To 9), the range of p H values of the tobacco particles which are also inspective is roughly the same. Therefore, the silver stagnation does not change the tobacco particles to be acidic. In other words, the aroma of the tobacco particles is damaged by the zeolite. For the antibacterial effect, the tobacco pouch of the comparative example of the tobacco pouch 2 and the non-silver zeolite of the silver zeolite was prepared, and the tobacco granules of the tobacco pouch were deliberately added with bacteria. Specifically, the test was carried out. It is carried out by the Japanese Pharmacopoeia cold-plate blending method. In addition, each lg of tobacco granules 'IW adds about 300 large intestines g. These smog and comparative smoke 322118 8 201103447 The grass bag is placed at room temperature for 1 week, then , The number of bacteria present in the tobacco bags of the examples and the comparative examples was examined, and the following test results were obtained. The number of bacteria in the tobacco bag of the comparative example increased by about 1,000 per lg of tobacco particles, whereas the examples In the case of the tobacco pouch 2, the number of bacteria was not changed. On the other hand, the cartridge devices of the examples and the comparative examples were prepared. The cartridge device of the example has the inner wall surface 14 and the lining applied to the casing 6. The antibacterial layer 32 of the pad 8 and the cover bottom surface 28 of the cover 10 and the antibacterial layer 32 of the cover 10 contain silver zeolite. The cartridge device of the comparative example only has the antibacterial layer 32 and the cartridge device of the embodiment. Further, in the cartridge devices of the examples and the comparative examples, the tobacco bags of the comparative examples to which the bacteria were added were accommodated as described above, and the cartridge devices of the examples and the comparative examples were placed at room temperature for one week. After that, the number of bacteria present in the tobacco bag was examined, and the following inspection results were obtained. In the case of the tobacco bag in the cartridge device of the comparative example, the number of bacteria per lg of tobacco particles increased to about 1,000, whereas Tobacco in the box of the sample In the case of the bag 2, there is no change in the number of bacteria. This point indicates that it is possible to suppress the formation of the antibacterial layer 32 on either the inner wall surface 14 of the casing 6, the liner 8 and the lid bottom surface 28 of the lid 10. The number of bacteria in which the tobacco granules are propagated. Therefore, in terms of bacteria which more effectively inhibit the growth of tobacco granules in the tobacco pouch 2, the combination of the tobacco pouch 2 of the embodiment and the cartridge device of the embodiment is preferred. The granules contain more water, so the tobacco bag 2 is preserved, and the moisture of the tobacco granule containing the tobacco component may ooze out of the tobacco bag 2 322118 201103447. In order to remedy the loss of the tobacco component, The food flavor 34 is attached to at least one side of the packaging material of the tobacco pouch 2, that is, the non-woven fabric sheet, and the inner wall surface 14 of the casing 6, the upper surface of the liner 8, and the bottom surface 28 of the lid 1 of the lid 1. Further, when the coupon (c〇Up〇n) is accommodated in the grain box 4, the food flavor 34 may be attached to the coupon. Further, when the food flavor 34 is used, the oral tobacco product 1 preferably contains a humectant such as glycerine or propylene glycol. In the case of food flavor 34, menthol (menth〇1), mint (mint), vanilla (vanilla), almond (apric〇t), black tea, cocoa, licorice, honey, etc. It can be used in a plurality of ways in a single unit or in combination. Further, when the food flavor 34 is attached to the packaging material of the tobacco pouch 2, as described above, since the tobacco granules are alkaline, the acidic food flavor is not suitable. Further, the food flavor 34 is used in a powder form or in a liquid state dissolved in a solvent. Here, as the solvent, water, alcohol, glycerin, propylene glycol or the like can be used. When the food flavor 34 is attached to the tobacco pouch 2, the food flavor 34 is used to exert glycerin as a humectant function, and the glycerin is applied to the pouch 2 in an amount of 1% by weight of the mixture. On the other hand, when the food flavor 34 is attached to the storage case 4 side, the food flavor 34 is dissolved in the alcohol menthol solution using 1% by weight of menthol, and the menthol liquid is spray coated on the case. At least one of the inner wall surface 14, the surface of the liner 8, and the bottom surface 28 of the cover 20 of the cover 20. 322118 10 201103447 Next, the manufacturing steps of the tobacco pouch 2 will be described. Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing the manufacturing sequence of the tobacco pouch 2. As shown in Fig. 2, the tobacco bag 2 is obtained by a pulverizing step, a blending step 50, and a packaging step 6〇. First, in the pulverization step 40, the domestic Burley fiber is used by a pulverizer. Tian Tobacco, the leaf of the tobacco leaf, is minced with the ribbed ridge, and the granules of 2 or less are obtained by this smashing. These tobacco granules are placed in a classifier to be classified into a predetermined size. Thereafter, the tobacco granules obtained from the leaf body and the tobacco granules obtained from the ribs are metered in a ratio of 5% by weight each and transferred to the mixing step 5〇. In the mixing step 50, the metered tobacco granules are transferred to an intermediate storage tank (buffer siloM, and stored in the intermediate storage tank i for a predetermined period of time. After that, the tobacco granules in the intermediate storage tank 1 are thermally sterilized by force σ, After the cooling treatment, the kneading treatment is carried out. In the kneading treatment, the tobacco particles are mixed while adding a fragrance or the like to the tobacco particles. * Specifically, in the kneading treatment, water is first added to the tobacco particles. The water content of the tobacco granules is adjusted to 15% by weight. Thereafter, the tobacco granules are heat treated at 1 〇〇C for 4 hours, that is, subjected to sterilization treatment. After the sterilization treatment is completed, the tobacco granules are cooled by circulating cooling water, and To the tobacco granules, 10% by weight of calcium carbonate, 1% by weight of vitamin C, 5% by weight of perfume, sodium carbonate or the like is added as an additive. Further, these additives and tobacco granules are mixed to form tobacco granules as a main component. The mixture is transferred to the next packaging step 60. In addition, the particle size of the tobacco particles in the mixture is preferably in the range of 520118 11 201103447 from 65 to 95. The packaging step 60 includes intermediate storage. 2. In this intermediate storage tank 2, the mixture transferred from the mixing step 50 is stored for a predetermined period of time. The stored tobacco particles are pillow-shaped by a non-woven fabric sheet containing 1% by weight of silver zeolite. The package is each 0.3 g, and at this point, the aforementioned tobacco bag 2 is obtained. Specifically, the tobacco bag 2 has a rectangular shape of approximately 12 mm x 25 Å. Thereafter, water is added to the tobacco bag 2, and The moisture content is adjusted to 25%, and the water bag 2 and the pad 8 are placed in the storage box 4 together with a predetermined number. Further, the storage box 4 is closed by the lid 10, thereby making The oral tobacco product 1 shown in Fig. 1 is obtained. When the tobacco pouch 2 contains the food flavor 34, the food flavor 34, that is, glycerin is attached to the tobacco pouch 2 after adjusting the moisture content. In the case of the inner wall surface 14, the spacer 8 and the lid 10 of the casing 6, as shown in Fig. 3, the antibacterial layer 32 is formed as described above. When the side 4 contains the food flavor 34, the aforementioned menthol liquid is sprayed on the casing 6 directly or via the antibacterial layer 32. The wall surface 14, the liner 8 and the lid bottom surface 28 of the lid 10 are at least one side. In addition, the menthol liquid can be sprayed on the tobacco bag 2 instead of the glycerin coating. The oral tobacco product 1 has a tobacco bag 2 attached thereto. Or the inorganic antibacterial agent 30 or the antibacterial layer 32 of the case 6 and the liner 8 or the like, that is, having the silver zeolite, thereby inhibiting the growth of bacteria in the tobacco pouch 2. Therefore, when the tobacco product 11 is preserved in the oral cavity 12 322118 201103447 It can be stored at room temperature, and it can be sewed in the cavity. 1 Transportation (4) Storage, no need to refrigerate oral tobacco products i. Results ^ Reduce the cost of transportation and preservation of oral tobacco products! The food flavor 34 is contained in the entire outer surface of the tobacco pouch 2 or inside the storage box 4, so that when the user uses the oral tobacco product i, the aroma component of the food flavor 34 can be enjoyed smoothly. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible. For example, the inorganic antibacterial agent 30 and the antibacterial layer 32 are not limited to the silver zeolite, and it is only necessary to inhibit the proliferation of bacteria. Further, the packaging material of the tobacco pouch 2, i.e., the non-woven fabric sheet, may also contain silver zeolite in its fibers. Further, the case 6, the spacer 8, and the cover 10 may be formed of a molding material containing silver zeolite.
