201028069 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種便攜式電子裝置,尤其係關於—種 顯示裝置可旋轉之便攜式電子裝置。 【先前技術】 目前,個人數位助理(PDA)、行動電話等便攜式電子 裝置廣泛地應用於人們之曰常生活中,其上通常設有顯示 資訊之顯示裝置。然,目前之行動電話之顯示裝置直接固 ❹定於殼體上或蓋體上,當應用顯示裝置觀看信息時,其不 得不手握殼體來調整角度’即使翻蓋式行動電話,由^蓋 體相對本體打開僅能停留於一預定位置,無法實現對顯示 裝置任意角度之調整,故,無法滿足消費者之多樣化之^ 求。 【發明内容】 有鑒於此,有必要提供一種顯示裝置可相對殼體打開 ©之便攜式電子裝置。 一種便攜式電子裝置,其包括一殼體及一顯示裝置, 該殼體之中部設有-鉸接部及二止擋部,該殼體一端部上 設有一卡合部,該顯示裝置之一端設有一與卡合部配合之 卡鉤,該顯示裝置之另-端設有二連接部,該较接部轉動 地安裝於該二連接部之間,每一連接部彈性地抵持於對應 之止擋部。 相較先前技術,本發明之便攜式電子裳置,藉由所述 連接部彈性地抵持於對應之止擋部,該顯示裝置可相對殼 201028069 體打開任意角度,使用方便。 【實施方式】 本發明關於一種便攜式電子裝置,於本實施例中,以 行動電話為例加以說明。 請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明之行動電話100包括一殼體 1 10及一顯示裝置30,該顯示裝置30可轉動之安裝於殼體 10上。該殼體10内設有行動電話組件(圖未示),該顯示 裝置30上設有一顯示屏301,用於顯示所述行動電話之資 響訊。 請結合參閱圖3,該殼體10包括一第一端部11及一與 第一端部11相對之第二端部13。該第一端部11上凸設一 鍵盤區111,其上設有複數按鍵,用於對該行動電話100進 行操作。該鍵盤區111 一側凹設一弧形之凹槽15,靠近該 鍵盤區111之殼體10上設有一鉸接部17,該鉸接部17容 置於所述凹槽15内,該鉸接部17朝向第二端部13之一侧 ❿設有一弧形之抵持面171,該鉸接部17中部開有一貫通之 軸孔173。靠近該鉸接部17之兩側之殼體10上分別設有一 止擂部19,每一止擋部19包括一抵持塊191及一容置槽 193,每一抵持塊191與鉸接部17平行,每一容置槽193 凹設於靠近抵持塊191之殼體10上,每一容置槽193内設 有複數支撐肋1931,該容置槽193之設置使該處之厚度變 小,從而使抵持塊191容易變形。該第二端部13上設有一 卡合部131,該卡合部131包括一卡合孔1311、一與卡合 孔1311垂直貫通之滑孔1313及一滑動地安裝於滑孔1313 201028069 内之滑塊1315。 請結合參閱爾4,該顯示裝置30之一端上間隔設有二 連接部31,另一端設有一卡鉤33,每一連接部31抵持於 殼體10上之凹槽15内並與對應之止擋部19配合。每一連 接部31上設有複數輪齒311,每一輪齒311由彈性材料製 成,每二相鄰之輪齒311之間形成之空間用於容置殼體10 之抵持塊191。該連接部31上分別延伸一連接柱313,每 一連接柱313對應地安裝於殼體10上鉸接部17之軸孔173 ® 内。該二連接部31之間形成一容置殼體10鉸接部17之開 口 35 ’該殼體10之鉸接部17容置於開口 35後,該顯示裝 置30抵持於鉸接部17之抵持面171上。於本實施例中, 該卡鉤33垂直凸設於顯示裝置30上,大致呈L型,該卡 鉤33自由之一端與顯示裝置30平行。該卡鉤33安裝於殼 體10之卡合部131後,被滑塊1315所卡持,從而使顯示 裝置30卡合於殼體10上。 φ 請結合參閱圖5,裝配時,將該顯示裝置30之二連接 部31容置於殼體10之凹槽15内,將鉸接部17放入顯示 裝置30之開口 35内,並使該連接部31上之二連接柱313 置入軸孔173内,該殼體10之抵持塊191容置於二輪齒311 之間;轉動該顯示裝置30,使卡鉤33置入卡合部131之卡 合孔1311内,滑動滑塊1315,使其滑塊1315卡持卡鉤33。 請結合參閱圖6至圖9,需要打開該顯示裝置30時, 移動該滑塊1315,轉動該顯示裝置30,使該卡鉤33從卡 合部131中脫出,於該連接部31轉動之過程中,與抵持塊 201028069 191相配合之該輪齒311發生彈性變形,從而該抵持塊191 容置於另一對相鄰之輪齒311之間,至此完成打開該顯示 裝置30。由於該抵持塊191容置於二輪齒311之間,當沒 有外力作用時,該顯示裝置30可處於平衡狀體,從而諒顯 示裝置30相對於殼體10可打開任意角度並處於平衡狀態。 可理解,本發明之行動電話100之止擋部19不限於使 用抵持塊191與殼體10之輪齒311相配合,其還可為固定 安裝於殼體10上之錐形彈簧,該錐形彈簧一端固定地安裝 ®於殼體上,另一端彈性地抵持於二輪齒之間。 可理解,本發明之行動電話100之連接柱(標號)不限於 固設於鉸接部17上,還可軸向滑動地設置於鉸接部17上, 以便於該顯示裝置30之裝配。 可理解,本發明之行動電話100之殼體10與顯示裝置 30之鉸接,不限於連接柱與軸孔之配合,還可其他形式之 鉸鏈連接。 Φ 可理解,本發明之行動電話100之止擋部19之容置槽 193可省略。 可理解,本發明之行動電話100之止擋部19與顯示裝 置30之連接部31之彈性抵持,不限於顯示裝置30之輪齒 311由彈性材料製成,其還可止擋部19之抵持塊191由彈 性材料製成,甚至還可該輪齒311及抵持塊191均由彈性 材料製成。 综上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專 利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,本發 201028069 明之範圍並不以上述實施例為限,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人 士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於 以下申請專利範圍内。 、 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1係本發明較佳實施例行動電話之分解示意圖 圖2係圖1另一角度之分解示意圖; 圖3係圖2中殼體之放大示意圖; ❿ 圖4係圖2中顯不裝置另一角度之放大示意圖; 圖5係圖1之行動電話之裝配示意圖; 圖6係圖5打開狀態之立體示意圖; 圖7係圖6另一角度之立體示意圖; 圖8係圖7.之立體剖視圖; 圖9係圖8之局部放大圖。 主要元件符號說明】 行動電話 第一端部 第二端部 卡合孔 滑塊 较接部 軸孔 抵持塊 支撐肋 顯示屏 100 11 13 1311 1315 17 173 191 1931 301 10 11.1 131 1313 15 171 19 193 30 31 殼體 鍵盤區 卡合部 滑孔 凹槽 抵持面 止擒部 容置槽 顯示裝置 連接部 201028069 卡鉤 33 輪齒 311 連接柱 313 開口 35201028069 VI.
