Abstract
The present invention provides a filtering device for environmental protection (I). The first, second, third, and fourth filtering sets are installed in the housing, so that oil smoke can be cleaned and exhausted by the first, second, third, and fourth filtering sets. The third and fourth filtering sets have the functions of decomposing and absorbing organic impurities, which is achieved by coating photocatalyst on the surface of the activated carbon filtering web, and generating the UV-catalytic photocatalyst by an illumination device. The second filtering set can filter out the particles of oil smoke to ensure that the illumination device will not malfunction or burn out. The housing has openings corresponding to the first, second, third, and fourth filtering sets, and has a door fan to open/close the openings. Thus, by opening/closing the door fan, the kinds of activated carbon in the first, second, third, and fourth filtering sets can be replaced corresponding to different components of oil smoke.
