Abstract
Disclosed is pavement construction method with heat-insulation, cooling and water storage effects, and structure thereof, in which a water storage layer capable of storing water is laid over a surface of an outdoor structure, and a permeable layer having permeable effect is laid over the water storage layer, such that a water storage pavement is made to construct a water storage lamination layer. The water storage layer is laid by block-like bodies each having a water storage tank molded with an impermeable material, where the permeable layer is then laid by plate-like bodies subjecting to high-pressure, ore-sintering or gluing enhancement for storing infiltrated rainwater and to provide efficacy of heat-insulation and cooling.
