200939581 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種插座,特別是一種具有直接切換開 關功能之插座。 【先前技術】 現在的插座大多為插上電器用品的插頭後就會直接通 ❹ 電,因此即使在電器用品未使用的情況下,也會因為電路 的導通而持續消耗電力,而造成電費的額外支出。另一方 面,電器用品在待機時亦會消耗電力。所以在倡導節約能 源的現代,常會宣導使用者拔除沒有在使用或是待機中的 電器用品的插頭。但是,若不斷地插拔插頭對使用者來說 會稍嫌不便。另一方面,經常性的插拔動作亦可能會造成 插頭的磨損。 因此,需要發明出一種具有直接切換開關之功能之插 ® 座,以解決先前技術中所發生的缺失。 【發明内容】 本發明之主要目的係在提供一種插座,其具有切換開 關之功能。 為達成上述之目的,本發明之插座包括本體與蓋板。 本體具有電源接頭,電源接頭用以傳輸電源。蓋板設置於 本體上並與本體互相配合,使得該蓋板得以滑動。蓋板具 5 200939581 有插入孔洞並連接可傳導電源之固定件,插入孔洞係用以 插入一插頭。其中當插入孔洞被插入插頭時,可藉由蓋板 之滑動,讓插頭得以與電源接頭接觸或分離,藉以決定是 否接收電源以達到切換開關之功能。 【實施方式】 為能讓貴審查委員能更瞭解本發明之技術内容,特舉 較佳之具體實施例說明如下。 ® 以下先請一併參考圖1到圖2關於本發明插座與插頭 之相關示意圖。其中圖1為關於本發明插座與插頭之分解 圖,圖2為本發明插座與插頭之結合圖。 本發明之插座10可以作為切換開關,用以選擇是否要 將電源傳導到電器用品之插頭90。插座10係設置於插座 面板11上,再嵌入牆壁等位置。插座10亦可用於延長線 式的插座上,但本發明並不以此為限。當電器用品之插頭 90插入插座10後,即可藉由插座10之結構來決定是否會 ® 將電源傳導到插頭90。其操作的方式在之後會有詳細的描 述。需注意的是,本發明可將單個或複數個插座10設置於 插座面板11上,並不以圖中所示設置兩個插座10為限。 不同的插座10亦可分別對應不同的插頭90,每個插座10 皆可獨立操作。 接著請同時參考圖3到圖4B關於本發明插座詳細之示 意圖。其中圖3為本發明插座之架構圖》圖4 A-圖4B為本 發明插座操作時之内部架構圖。 6 200939581 本發明之插座10包括本體20及蓋板30。蓋板30係設 置於本體20上,並且蓋板30藉由滑動的方式與本體20互 相配合。本體20内可設置電源接頭21,電源接頭21係連 接外部之電源線(圖未示),例如火線或地線等,用以直接 提供電源。電源接頭21可為一 U字形之金屬接頭所製成, 但本發明並不以此形狀為限。 蓋板30上具有插入孔洞31及固定件32。插入孔洞31 用以插入插頭90,並且插入孔洞31之數量或形狀係能夠 〇 配合插頭90。固定件32被固定於蓋板30上,使得固定件 32能夠與蓋板30 —同移動。固定件32用以固定插頭90, 當插頭90插進插入孔洞31時,就能藉由固定件32達到加 強固定的效果,以避免插頭90隨意晃動。並且固定件32 具有可傳導電源之功能,其材質係以可導電之金屬製成, 例如銅片等材質,但本發明並不以此為限。當蓋板30滑動 時,可藉由固定件32是否與電源接頭21接觸,或是插頭 90是否直接接觸電源接頭21來決定是否有導通。如圖4A ❹ 所示,當蓋板30滑動至固定件32與電源接頭21接觸時, 即為通電導通狀態,此時插頭90就可以直接通電。或者如 圖4B所示,當蓋板30滑動到固定件32與電源接頭21分 離之位置時,即為斷路之狀態,此時插頭90就無法接收到 電源。 另一方面,為了要清楚表示插座10操作之狀態,在本 體20上亦可標示出開關符號22,即如圖5所示。圖5為 關於本發明插座操作時之正面示意圖。 開關符號22即如圖中所示之「ON」、「OFF」之符號。 7 200939581 但本發明並不以圖示中之符號為限。藉由開關符號22就可 以讓使用者清楚地知道目前插座10操作的狀態。 藉由上述的結構與方式,本發明之插座10即可具有直 接切換開關之功能,而不需將插頭90拔出才能切斷電源的 供應。 為了要使蓋板30能夠滑動,在本發明的較佳實施例 中,可設置溝槽23來與蓋板30互相配合。請參考圖6與 圖6A關於本發明插座之相關示意圖。其中圖6為本發明 〇 插座之正面示意圖,圖6A為關於圖6之插座之剖面圖。 在本實施例中,本體20之邊緣可以設置溝槽23。蓋板 30係與溝槽23互相配合,使得蓋板30能夠藉由溝槽23 得以順利滑動,並且滑動時不會輕易地與本體20脫離。如 此一來即可藉由蓋板30的滑動來決定是否要電路導通,藉 此達到切換開關的目的。需注意的是,在本實施例中利用 溝槽23與蓋板30相互配合以達到滑動的目的僅為舉例, 本發明並不以此方式為限。 〇 需注意的是,本發明之插座10的插入孔洞31並不以 上述之雙孔之形式為限。請參考圖7與圖8關於本發明插 座之另一實施例之示意圖。 由圖7與圖8之圖示可知,本發明之插座10也可以設 計為三孔式之插座10’,或者是具有其他形狀之插入孔洞以 配合不同的地區的需要,本發明並不以上述所列舉之實施 例為限。 綜上所陳,本發明無論就目的、手段及功效,在在均 顯示其迥異於習知技術之特徵,懇請貴審查委員明察, 8 200939581 早曰賜准專利,俾嘉惠社會,實感德便。惟應注意的是, 上述諸多實施例僅係為了便於說明而舉例而已,本發明所 主張之權利範圍自應以申請專利範圍所述為準,而非僅限 於上述實施例。 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1係本發明插座與插頭之分解圖。 圖2係本發明插座與插頭之結合圖。 圖3係本發明插座之架構圖。 圖4A-圖4B係本發明插座操作時之内部架構圖。 圖5係本發明插座操作時之正面示意圖。 圖6係本發明插座之正面示意圖。 圖6A係為圖6之插座之剖面圖。 圖7-圖8係本發明插座之另一實施例之示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 插座10、10’ 插座面板11 本體20 電源接頭21 開關符號22 溝槽23 200939581 蓋板30 插入孔洞31 固定件32 插頭90200939581 IX.
