The antenna device as recited in claim 4, wherein the base includes an external antenna connector for connecting an external antenna. 9. The digital antenna device of claim 3, further comprising a fixing device for fixing the digital antenna device. 10. The digital antenna device of claim 9, wherein the fixing device is a magnet for fixing the digital antenna device to an iron plane. 11. The digital antenna device of claim 9, wherein the device is a suction cup for fixing the digital antenna device to a smooth surface. The digital antenna device of claim 1, wherein the output connector is a universal serial bus (USB: Universal Serial Bus) connector. 13. The digital antenna device of claim 1, further comprising a status indicator light disposed on the base for displaying the operation of the digital antenna device. A digital antenna device comprising: a digital antenna for receiving a digital signal; a base connected to the digital antenna, the digital antenna being connected to the base by a connecting device, thereby making the digital The antenna is horizontally rotatable and vertically rotatable relative to the base; and an output connector for connecting to a computer. 15. The digital antenna device of claim 14, wherein the digital antenna package-connector is used to connect a global positioning system (GPS) receiving antenna. The digital antenna device of claim 14, wherein the base includes an input connector for transmitting an external signal to the computer via the input connector. The digital antenna device of claim 14, wherein the base includes an external antenna connector for connecting an external antenna. 18. The digital antenna device of claim 14, wherein the output connector is a universal serial bus (USB: Universal Serial Bus) connector. 19. The digital antenna device of claim 14, further comprising a status indicator disposed on the base for displaying the operation of the digital antenna device. 20.
