Abstract

The present invention provides an electro-optic sensing and controlling lock tool and method thereof, a predetermined light-density signal, a predetermined wavelength signal and a scrambling information signal are generated by an input unit of a light emitting module, a light source and a command controlling signal emitted by the light emitting module are received by a light receiving module; after comparing the light intensity and the predetermined wavelength signal and double comparing the scrambling information signal and confirmations are obtained, a corresponding control signal is generated and sent to a lock releasing device, and the lock releasing device is locked or released according to the control signal.
