This invention provides an adhesive film which the change in adhesion force is small after adhering to article to be adhered and a long time passing, and will not be affected by the reservation status when it is kept in a roll. The adhesive film is characterized by extended polypropylene resin film composed of the laminate which is substrate layer made of polypropylene resin with an adhesive layer on surfaces, and the average roughness SRa of surfaces of the said adhesive layer ranges from 0.010 μm to 0.032 μm, dynamic hardness of surfaces of adhesive film ranges from 0.15gf/ μm<SP>2</SP> to 1.4gf/ μm<SP>2</SP>, thickness variation in crosswise being the perpendicular direction to the direction of rolling when film is produced ranges from 2.0% to 7.5%, and the amount of substance with low molecular weight on surface of the adhesive film is below 1mg/m<SP>2</SP>.
