Abstract
Provided is a producing method of Ag particle powder having an excellent dispersibility with respect to liquid like organic media having a low polarity, in said producing method, an argentine compound being performed with a reduction processing in a reduction flow under a temperature of 80 DEG C to 200 DEG C wherein a flow having a Reynolds number not exceeding 3.7×10<SP>4</SP> is maintained, in an alcohol having a boiling point of 80 DEG C to 200 DEG C or a polyol having a boiling point of 150 DEG C to 300 DEG C. The flow having a Reynolds number not exceeding 3.7×10<SP>4</SP>can be maintained by a stirring having a stirring power equal to or lower than 5.68×10<SP>8</SP> W. By this producing method, an Ag particle powder suitable for formation of fine wiring and having a good low-temperature sinterability can be obtained with a high production ratio.
