200808171 W (1) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明爲可供釣魚等休閒用之休閒用置物包的構造。 * 【先前技術】 ' 當釣魚時，釣客將在釣魚的過程中使用各式各樣的釣 魚用具。譬如，在釣高身鯽時，釣客使用：鯽魚釣竿、架 Φ 竿器、撈網、母線、子線、轉環、魚鉤、浮標、浮標用固 定橡膠、配重片、測底橡膠（測量水深用）、剪刀、脫鉤 器等的多種釣魚用具。如上所述，由於在釣高身鯽時所使 用的釣魚用具非常的多，故對釣客而言，倘若能整齊地收 納釣魚用具的話是極爲便利的事。因此，傳統上是提供釣 竿盒、配件包（置物包）、袋子（一般稱爲「鯽魚袋」） ’作爲用來收納釣高身鯽魚時所使用之釣魚用具的裝置（ 譬如，請參考專利文獻1、非專利文獻1 )。 Φ 將鯽魚釣竿收納於釣竿盒，將母線、子線、轉環、魚 鉤、剪刀、脫鉤器等小道具收納於置物包，再將架竿器、 撈網、浮標及上述置物包收納於鯽魚袋。傳統的置物包， 其內部是由隔板（partition )所劃分，而可整理釣魚用具 並加以收納，對於釣魚用具的收納而言相當便利。 〔專利文獻1〕日本特開2006 — 34479號公報 〔非專利文獻1〕島野株式會社2006釣具型錄（第 221 頁） -4- 200808171 (2) 【發明內容】 〔發明所欲解決之課題〕 在釣高身鯽魚時，於垂釣的過程中爲了裁剪釣線或配 重片而頻繁地使用剪刀。特別是爲了將配重片裁剪成細長 狀，而適當地使用日式剪刀（bow scissors )。此外，在 釣起高身鯽魚時使用脫鉤器。因此’置物包最好是：釣客 在實際的釣魚過程中可輕易地收納剪刀或脫鉤器等前端銳 利的釣魚用具，且可輕易地取出的置物包。 話雖如此，由於置物包一般是由聚胺酯（PU )等樹 脂薄片所構成，一旦雜亂地收納前端銳利的剪刀或脫鉤器 ，當取放剪刀或脫鉤器時其前端恐有勾住置物包内側之虞 ，因此，對釣客而言，傳統的置物包稱不上是容易使用的 裝置。 有鑑於此，本發明的目的是提供一種：以釣高身鯽魚 爲代表之休閒所使用的剪刀或脫鉤器等前端銳利的道具， 可順利地進出的休閒用置物包。 〔解決課題之手段〕 (1)爲達成上述目的，本發明的休閒用置物包具有 :置物包本體，該置物包本體具備用來劃分道具收容室的 内壁面；和口袋，該口袋設於上述内壁面，可插入保持前 端呈銳利狀的休閒用道具；及保護板，該保護板至少設在 上述内壁面上對應於上述口袋之内側的區域，並由用來防 -5 - 200808171 (3) 止上述休閒用道具前端突刺的金屬或樹脂所形成。 該休閒用置物包，可收容釣魚時所使用的剪刀，特別 是指日式剪刀、脫鉤器、鉗子、刀具等前端銳利的道具及 其他的休閒用道具。休閒用道具是收容於：設在置物包本 ' 體之内壁面的口袋。一般來說，休閒用道具是由其前端插 ' 入上述口袋，並沿著上述内壁面而保持。另外，當使用上 述休閒用道具時，是從上述口袋拉出。由於在對應於上述 $ 口袋内側的區域設有保護板，故譬如當將前端特別銳利的 日式剪刀收容於上述口袋時，日式剪刀的前端將在滑接於 保護板的狀態下插入上述口袋。如此一來，休閒用道具的 前端不會勾在置物包本體的内壁面，而順利地收容於口袋 〇 (2)上述置物包本體具有：容器狀的基座部，該基 座部在頂面設有開口；及蓋部，該蓋部設於基座部，用來 開閉上述開口，而上述口袋最好是設在上述蓋部的内壁面 休閒用道具的使用者，爲了開放基座部的開口而掀開 蓋部。如此一來，由於使蓋部的内壁面露出，因此對使用 者而言可輕易地收納休閒用道具，且輕易地取出。 ^ ( 3 )上述保護板最好是設成：覆蓋上述蓋部的全體 内壁面。 由於蓋部的全體内壁面被保護板所覆蓋，故當使用者 收納日式剪刀等時，無須特別確認其前端的位置。因此， 休閒用道具可更順利地進出。 -6- 200808171 (4) (4 )上述保護板最好是由具有可撓性的材料所形成 〇 由於在休閒用道具進出時保護板變形，因此休閒用道 具的進出辨的更容易。 • (5)上述蓋部被鉸接於上述基座部的上緣，而可在 ' 開放上述開口的開啓姿勢與閉塞上述開口的關閉姿勢之間 變化姿勢，也可以在該蓋部的上面設置腳部，該腳部當該 $ 蓋部形成開啓姿勢時，抵接於上述置物包本體的載置面， 並在該蓋部的内壁面露出的狀態下，支承該蓋部。 由於蓋部是構成：以鉸接於基座部的部分作爲中心而 轉動，因此蓋部的開閉極爲容易。此外，由於蓋部受到腳 部的支承，故可穩定蓋部的内壁面並露出。因此，使得休 閒用道具的進出更加容易。 (6 )上述腳部最好可兼作爲上述置物包本體的把手 〇 φ 無須在蓋部的上表面額外設置把手。此外，使用者可 輕易地攜帶休閒用置物包。 (7 )上述基座部亦可具備分隔板，該分隔板是用來 將該基座部的内部劃分成複數個空間。 ' 由於基座部的内部被分隔板劃分成複數個空間，因此 使用者可將各種道具加以分類後收納於基座部。 (8)上述分隔板，最好是透過平面型扣合具，而可 自由裝卸地安裝於上述基座部的内壁面。 由於分隔板是透過平面型扣合具而可自由裝卸地安裝 -7- 200808171 (5) 於基座部的内壁面，故可調整由分隔板所劃分之空間的大 小。換言之，可使由分隔板所劃分之空間的大小，配合收 容於基座部内部之道具的尺寸。因此，可有效率地將更多 的道具收容於基座部的内部。 〔發明的效果〕 根據本發明，由於保護板至少設在置物包本體之内壁 面上對應於口袋内側的區域，因此當將休閒用道具收容於 口袋時，休閒用道具的前端不會勾在置物包本體的内壁面 。此外，收容於口袋的休閒用道具，不會輕易地從口袋拉 出。因此，適用於釣高身鯽魚等的日式剪刀之類前端銳利 的休閒用道具，可順利地進出。 【實施方式】 以下，一般參考適當的圖面，並根據最佳的實施形態 來詳細地說明本發明。再者，以下的實施形態僅是本發明 之具體化的其中一例，只要在不變更本發明要旨的範圍內 ，當然可以適當地變更實施形態。 第1圖，爲本發明其中一種實施形態之休閒用置物包 1的前視角度的外觀立體圖。第2圖，爲休閒用置物包1 之後視角度的外觀立體圖。 休閒用置物包1，主要適用於特釣魚之類的休閒。休 閒用置物包1是釣客在釣魚時使用。休閒用置物包1，是 用來收容釣魚時所需的各種釣魚用具。譬如當釣高身鯽魚 -8 - 200808171 (6) 時，釣客是將母線、子線、轉環、魚鉤、日式剪刀、脫鉤 器等小道具收容於休閒用置物包1。本實施形態之休閒用 置物包1的特徵點在於：在構成休閒用置物包1的蓋部 21的内壁面22 (請參考第3圖），設置用來收納日式剪 ' 刀2 (前端形成銳利狀之休閒用道具的其中一例）的口袋 ' 2 3，且在對應於口袋2 3之内側的區域設有保護板2 4，如 此一來，釣客可順利地取出/放入日式剪刀2(請參考第 • 6 圖）。 第3圖，爲顯示置物包本體3之内部構造的俯視圖。 第4圖，爲蓋部2 1的姿勢改變成開啓姿勢之置物包本體 3的側面圖。 如第1圖〜第4圖所示，休閒用置物包1的置物包本 體3具有：容器狀的基座部1 1，該基座部在上面設有開 口；及蓋部21，該蓋部21設於基座部1 1，用來開閉基座 部1 1的開口。如第3圖所示，基座部1 1具備内壁面12 φ 、13，蓋部21則具有内壁面22，並藉由上述的内壁面12 、13、22劃分成道具收容室5。再者，在第1圖及第2圖 中，是顯示由蓋部2 1封閉基座部1 1之開口的狀態，在第 3圖及第4圖中，則顯示由蓋部21開放基座部1 1之開口 * 的狀態。 基座部11，是由樹脂（通常爲聚胺酯）形成之厚度 較薄的薄片所構成。如第3圖所示，在相當於基座部} i 内部之底面的内壁面12，設有譬如由發泡聚乙烯所形成 的平板狀底板1 4。在相當於基座部1 1内部之側面的内壁 200808171 (7) 面13，設有由與底板14相同的發泡聚乙烯等所構成的 板1 5。側板1 5是形成：上下具有開口的筒狀。基座部 ，是藉由在内壁面11、1 2設置底板1 4及側板1 5的方 ，使水平剖面形成略橢圓形的容器狀。而基座部1 1的 - 狀並不侷限於上述的形狀，舉例來說，亦可形成角形。 - 蓋部21，是由樹脂（通常爲聚胺酯）成形之厚度 薄的薄片所構成。在相當於蓋部2 1之底面的内壁面22 設有平板狀的保護板24。該保護板24則配置成覆蓋整 ® 内壁面22。蓋部21，是藉由在内壁面22設置保護板 的方式，而形成在底面具有開口的淺托盤狀。 基座部1 1，在背面側具備上緣5 〇。蓋部2 1，在背 側具備下緣5 1。基座部1 1的上緣5 0與蓋部2 1的下緣 間形成連結。具體來說，如第2圖及第4圖所示，縫製 從基座部1 1的背面側跨接至蓋部2 1的背面側的連結 52。該連結帶52，譬如是由聚胺酯形成之厚度較薄的 φ 片所構成。此外，如第3圖及第4圖所示，在基座部 的内側及蓋部21的内側縫製有連結帶53。該連結帶 是配置成：張掛於上述内壁面1 3與蓋部2 1的内側面之 * 。連結帶53，譬如是由尼龍形成之厚度較薄的薄片所 * 成。換言之，基座部11的上緣50與蓋部21的下緣51 是由連結帶52從外側連結，並由連結帶53從内側連結 上述的連結帶52、53構成鉸鏈，形成蓋部21可相對於 座部11而自由轉動。換言之，蓋部21是鉸接於基座 1 1的上緣5 0，而形成可在開放基座部1 1之開口的開啓 側 11 式 形 較 個 2 4 面 5 1 有 W 薄 11 53 間 構 基 部 姿 -10- 200808171 (8) 勢（請參考第3圖及第4圖）；與閉塞基座部11之開 的關閉姿勢（請參考第1圖及第2圖）之間改變姿勢。 此外，如第1圖所示，沿著基座部1 1的上緣54 ; 側緣5 5、5 6 ;以及蓋部21的下緣5 7及側緣5 8、5 9， - 有拉鍊60。藉由操作該拉鍊60，可分別連結：基座部 - 的上緣5 4與蓋部21的下緣5 7 ;基座部1 1的側緣5 5 蓋部21的側緣5 8 ;以及基座部1 1的側緣5 6與蓋部 的側緣59，或者可解除上述的連結。換言之，置物包 體3的開口緣部是由：基座部1 1的上緣54與側緣55 56 ;以及蓋部21的下緣57與側緣58、59所構成，並 該開口緣部設有拉鍊60。接著，藉由開啓該拉鍊60可 蓋部2 1相對於基座部1 1轉動，進而開啓/關閉置物包 體3的開口。由於設有上述的拉鍊60，釣客可更確實 容易地開閉基座部1 1的開口。 如第1圖、第2圖及第4圖所示，在蓋部21的上 φ 面63設有腳部62。腳部62，是由形成細長帶狀的薄片 材所構成。在本實施形態中，腳部62，是重疊2張薄 部材所構成。各薄片部材是由樹脂（通常爲聚胺酯）所 ' 成。腳部62是配置成：架設於蓋部21的兩端部。具體 ‘ 說，腳部62是彎曲成拱形，而從蓋部21的上表面63 上方突出，腳部62的兩端如第1圖所示，是縫製在蓋 21之上表面63的端部（從正面看，爲寬度方向的端部 。該腳部62，當蓋部2 1形成開啓姿勢時是抵接於置物 本體3的載置面8。如此一來，蓋部21是在内壁面22 □ 及 設 11 與 2 1 本 、 在 使 本 且 表 部 片 構 來 朝 部 ) 包 露 -11 - 200808171 (9) 出的狀態下受到支承（請參考第4圖）。由於腳部62是 如上述重疊複數個薄片部材所構成，故當蓋部2 1呈開啓 姿勢時，即使從上方對内壁面22作用若干的荷重也不容 易造成彎折。因此，當蓋部2 1呈開啓姿勢時’蓋部21受 * 到腳部62的支承而使蓋部21的内壁面22露出’進而使 - 基座部11的内部及蓋部21的内壁面22 —起開放。再者 ，第3圖，是顯示經上述作動後，蓋部21形成開啓姿勢 之狀態的置物包本體3。 ® 基座部1 1如第3圖所示，具有2個分隔板3 1。分隔 板31，是用來將基座部11内部劃分成複數個空間的構件 。分隔板3 1具有：分隔板本體3 3 ;及安裝部3 4、3 5，該 安裝部34、35是可彎折成略L字型地設於分隔板本體33 的兩端。分隔板本體33，是具有與基座部11之高度大致 相等的寬度，且具有與基座部11之深度方向的長度大致 相等之長度的平板狀構件。安裝部34、35，是連接於基 ^ 座部11之内壁面13的部分。 分隔板31在本實施形態中，是透過平面型扣合具3 6 、37而可自由裝卸地安裝於基座部11的内壁面13。平面 ^ 型扣合具36具備掛鉤帶38及鉤環帶39。在本文中，掛 — 鉤帶38是設於分隔板31的安裝部34，鉤環帶39則是設 在基座部11之手前側的内壁面13。此外，平面型扣合具 37具有掛鉤帶40與鉤環帶41。在本文中，掛鉤帶40是 設在分隔板31的安裝部35，而鉤環帶4 1是設在基座部 1 1之深度側的内壁面1 3。 -12- 200808171 (10) 藉由使設在安裝部34的掛鉤帶38押附於内壁面13 的鉤環帶3 9，並使設在安裝部3 5的掛鉤帶4 0押附於内 壁面1 3的鉤環帶41，可使分隔板3 1簡單且確實地保持 於基座部1 1的内壁面1 3。此外，釣客可藉由拉取安裝部 34、35的方式，簡單地將分隔板31從基座部η取下。 - 再者，在本實施形態中，雖然在基座部11的内壁面 1 3可自由裝卸地安裝有2個分隔板3 1，但分隔板3 1的數 量卻不侷限於此。換言之，可安裝1個分隔板3 1而將基 座部1 1的内部區隔成2個空間，或亦可安裝3個以上的 分隔板3 1而將基座部11的内部區隔成4個以上的空間。 此外，分隔板3 1也不必形成可自由裝卸，分隔板3 1亦可 固定於内壁面1 3。但是，爲了有效率地將各種道具收納 於基座部1 1的内部，可自由裝卸地安裝分隔板3 1的方式 較爲合適。此外，亦可不安裝分隔板3 1。 第5圖，是顯示未收容日式剪刀2之狀態的口袋23 φ 的立體圖。第6圖，是顯示已收容日式剪刀2之狀態的口 袋23的立體圖。 如第3圖、第5圖及第6圖所示，在蓋部21的内壁 • 面22設有口袋23。雖然設於内壁面22之口袋23的數量 ' 並無特殊的限制，但在本實施形態中，於内壁面22設有 4個口袋23。上述的4個口袋23，具有面向蓋部21之中 央的開口 2 6。口袋2 3，是可供前端呈銳利狀之休閒用道 具插入並加以保持的構件，譬如適用於釣高身鯽魚的曰式 剪刀2，是通過開口 26而由前端側插入口袋23，並保持 -13- 200808171 (11) 於該口袋23 (請參考第6圖）。 此外，在蓋部21的内壁面22設有保護板24。該保 護板24在本實施形態中，是採用由獨立氣泡之發泡樹脂 (一般爲發泡聚乙烯）所形成的薄片狀平板。該保護板 * 24可彈性變形，並具有可撓性。該保護板24是形成：與 - 上述内壁面22大致相同的形狀，不僅覆蓋上述口袋23的 内側，而是覆蓋該内壁面22的全體。該保護板24，是用 來防止進出於上述口袋23之日式剪刀2等休閒用道具的 ® 前端，突刺内壁面22的構件。 構成以上所述的休閒用置物包1，可收容釣魚時所採 用的剪刀，特別是日式剪刀2、脫鉤器、鉗子、刀具等前 端呈銳利狀的道具及其他的休閒用道具。休閒用道具是收 容於：設在置物包本體3之内壁面（本實施形態中的内壁 面22 )的口袋23。一般來說，休閒用道具是由其前端插 入口袋23，並沿著内壁面22而保持。另外，當使用該休 φ 閒用道具時，是從口袋2 3取出。 第7圖，是用來說明在未設置保護板24的狀態下， 將曰式剪刀2插入口袋23的樣子的示意圖。第8圖，是 ’ 用來說明在設有保護板24的狀態下，將日式剪刀2插入 - 口袋23之樣子的示意圖。 插入口袋23的日式剪刀2，是傾斜成其前端較後端 更爲下方，並朝向口袋23的開口 26移動（請參考第7圖 (a ))。經移動的日式剪刀2，其前端是抵接於内壁面 22 (請參考第7圖（b ))。日式剪刀2的前端呈銳利狀 -14- 200808171 (12) ，由於具有内壁面22的蓋部2 1是由聚胺酯成形之厚度 薄的薄片所構成，故一旦日式剪刀2更進一步移動時， 導致其前端將對内壁面22突刺（請參考第7圖（c )) 因此，日式剪刀2的前端將勾掛在内壁面22，而無法 • 日式剪刀2正確地插入口袋23。此外，一旦日式剪刀 - 的前端多次傷及内壁面22 ’有時恐有導致蓋部2 1穿孔 虞。 相對於此，在本實施形態的休閒用置物包1中，如 ® 上所說明，在對應於口袋23内側的區域設有保護板24 應該被收容於口袋23之經移動的日式剪刀2，其前端 接於保護板24 (請參考第8圖（a ))。當從上述狀態 進一步將日式剪刀2插入時，由於保護板24是由獨立 泡的發泡聚乙烯所構成，因此日式剪刀2的前端是在滑 於保護板24的狀態下插入口袋23 (請參考第8圖（b 、(c))。如此一來，日式剪刀2可在其前端不會勾 ^ 於置物包本體3之内壁面22的狀態下順利地收容於口 23，並沿著内壁面22而保持（請參考第8圖（d))。 外，當使用該日式剪刀2時，是從該口袋23取出。 ' 如上所述，由於在對應於口袋23内側的區域設有 ' 護板2 4，因此以釣高身鯽釣作爲代表所使用的剪刀或 鉤器等前端銳利的道具可順利地進出。再者’保護板 是由具有可撓性之材料的發泡聚乙烯所構成。因此’當 閒用道具進出於口袋23之際保護板24將產生變形’因 休閒用道具的進出更加容易。此外’在本實施形態中， 較 將 〇 使 2 之 以 〇 抵 更 氣 接 ) 掛 袋 另 保 脫 24 休 此 由 -15- 200808171 (13) 於保護板24是設成覆蓋整個蓋部21的内壁面22’因此 當釣客收納日式剪刀2等時，無須特別注意其前端的位置 。因此，休閒用道具可更順利地進出。 此外，基座部1 1也能收納前端未形成銳利狀的其他 • 道具。由於該基座部1 1的内部，是如第3圖所示由2個 -
